I love poke bow, I've been eating it every day for a week, I love it.

Mediocre at best. My poke bowl for sure didn't even have 2oz of protein in it when “big poke bowl” it’s part of it’s name and their iced coffee tasted pretty bad. Cannot recommend it even if they charged half the price.

Tastes good, but “double shrimp” means like 2 shrimp LOL. Seriously? If you are hungry don’t think that spending 15$ here is going to fill you. I’m a 140lb male and still hungry after a “big” bowl. Needs protein.

I love any place that can help you find exactly what you're looking for. Chef Walter's my guy at ATO, and he's great for helping me make my substitutions.

Got the trio bowl which was good but I would definitely ask for less spicy mayo as it overpowered the dish. They also didn’t let us know when our order was ready so it probably sat there several minutes before I finally went up and saw it sitting there. I also don’t think the parking lot is big enough to accommodate the high volume of customers.

Drove from Polk City to give ATO Poke a try, it was worth it! Great food, an amazing selection of bowls. Very tasty, great service and location is a novel with a number of food outlets under one roof.

Girlfriend and I went in over the weekend to grab some dinner. About halfway through her bowl, my girlfriend found some sort of bug / insect in her food. Took it to counter and they issued refund but still doesn't make up for the bug in the first place. Definitely won't be back.

I have celiac and was told they have gluten free items. They didn’t change their gloves so I asked them to and then was told something on their gluten free list that I ordered wasn’t actually gluten free. I told the guy I couldn’t eat it then and he rolled his eyes and threw away the bowl. They made me a new one but no way was it safe for me because they use their hands for everything. I paid $15 for a bowl I can’t eat and was treated poorly.

Poke bowl was great, vegan option with fried tofu, thank you for offering it 💖 What a cute food court! A relaxed and trendy place, the food was made fast! I just wish the poke sauce was not so salty, or that you would mention it.

it's not bad. fresh ingredients. but no umami, no salt, acids, too sweet. maybe adding furikake would help. a pickles would go well too

Customer service needs some work.

Loved this place. Food was delicious.

Came here with the family but the customer service wasn't pleasant and the guy setting up our food didn't change his gloves at all while also touching their tablet and everything else. Very disappointing since I love their bowls. They definitely need to improve because the price I paid per order should have been handled with the utmost care and sanitation.

Some great poke burritos! Great flavor and fresh fish! Really enjoyed the Godzilla burrito and looking forward to trying others next time I stop in!

Dynamite bowl is hands down on of the best things to put into your face. Add spicy tuna. You're welcome.

There's so many places to go to at The Joinery but ATO is by far my favorite. The food in my experience has always been good quality and the workers there are always nice. The food in the photo is their tuna poke bowl. Very good, highly recommend!

used to be good like a year ago. place has gone downhill, idk if it’s the new employees or what but my sushi burrito has been bland af every time, i’m not sure why i keep going back. probably just hoping it hits like it used to but it doesn’t.. not just bland tho, ratios are all off. one time i got like 57 peppers in one burrito. another time it was mostly greens.

As one of the few spots in Lakeland to get a poke bowl, Ato really holds down the fork (it was funny just admit it). They are located in the Joinery amidst a couple other good food options, but most of the time I just end up coming back to good ole Ato. The poke bowls are just really, really good. It’s always really fresh ingredients and it’s fun to even get gyoza or crab rangoons sometimes as an extra treat. Not only can you get poke bowls, but you can spice it up a little and get a sushi burrito. Yes, it is pretty much a sushi roll that hasn’t been cut up yet, but it’s still pretty darn good. If you are at all a sushi/ poke fan, Ato is a valid choice for downtown eats!

Very disappointed with my order. The item is very small and too pricey. Not good taste too.

This order was the worst! Cold tempura shrimp, and they normally put it over a little cute salad, but not this time, this time I received some spiral carrots cold shrimp and disappointment. I thing I need to find a new spot. #FancyQ here I come

Tried them for the first time today, placed an online order and when I arrived to pick up, I was told the ticket never printed. No big deal, they got it made within 5 minutes. The person I spoke with was a little rude, but they were very busy and I’m sure stressed. The food was AMAZING. I got the ginger salad and the land & sea sushi burrito. In their rush, the spicy Mayo was left on the burrito when I asked for it off and I’m glad they did because I actually really liked it on there!! It was one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile and I will 100% be back.

My daughter took me to ATO Poke for Father's Day today and we had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin the manager who was so professional I thought he was the owner and explained everything so well. I sure hope the owner appreciates Kevin because he was amazing. Well done Kevin and thanks for making our experience wonderful.

So delicious! I had the big bowl. The food was fresh and crisp. The chicken was great and the spicy tuna was fresh. The crew member (wish I got his name) was very friendly and helped me make some decisions with great suggestions on what would go good with what. Also got some really neat wood chopsticks that I will use at home now. Very cool.

Super yummy! In food coma while writing this. One I got a very nice set of wooden reusable chopsticks! That I will be taking home. Hey the dumplings that are so crips. I got the Godzilla burrito. It was so yummy full of good fresh sea food! Will be back soon!

I ordered a sushi burrito with panko chicken. The chicken was cold and hard. Definitely not freshly cooked. Other than that it was good.

Absolutely WONDERFUL food!! I had a sushi burrito... it had so many fabulous veggies, meat, and sauce. The people are very cordial and kind. It was my birthday and they made me feel so special!

Surprisingly excellent and enjoyable ( from two sushi snobs) 4.5 imo The Godzilla was filled with fresh deliciousness, Fish was delicately seasoned. Vegies we're fresh and crisp and the sushi burrito was very well made.
