Tropical smoothie is one of those places that has healthy food but that’s strictly it. They don’t have a great area to wait for your food, they’re not staying open until the time they say, they’re not even going to say thank you after you order and pay. They will give you a delicious smoothie with a healthy wrap to go with it. They may be slow but they’re usually making it right so it’s a luxurious smoothie for you to be lazy with an not make at home.

Ordered curbside, ended up having to go inside to get it. ( I don't like the fact that there is no smaller size option )

This is only based on the bathrooms. I give it 5 stars. Not perfect, but clean +soap+ tissue + public entry.

This location is going down HILL. All I see is KIDS that don't have any customer service skills. I don't know this crew is but they need to bring all the originals back. I don't see anyone that I know. It's to many on the clock and they still move slow for the orders

Today I placed an online order with Tropical smoothie. The app told me it would be ready at 1:31pm. When I got to the store, two of the employees asked me my name, they proceeded to tell me they didn’t have an order for me under my name. I confirmed that I was at the correct store, showed them the app and they disappeared. 20 minutes went by and everyone that was coming in after I arrived, started receiving their orders. I proceeded to the front counter to ask about my order and asked if they could just provide me with a refund. The manager was extremely rude. She would never speak with me directly but told her employee to tell me the money would go back to my card in two days since it was an online order. She never attempted to rectify the situation and never put in a refund transaction for me; which leaves me to contact my bank. The service is usually okay but this crew that was in there today was horrible! No people skills.

We were in town for the weekend and we visited twice. Staff is very friendly and all items were fresh and prepared with care. I wish the one by my house was this good.

Not blended well at all and just tasted like Stevia.

Too slow ; only one person working; a line of 8 consumers. Let's get with the program people.

I come to this location fairly regularly the past few months, like a few times a week I have gotten addicted to Bahama mamas!! Add banana a yogurt. Yummm. Have always had great service this last time my smoothie came out tasting like ice and strawberries. I gave them a call, nice woman on the phone told me to come back up and they would fix it for me . Junior replaced it when I came in and it was the honestly the best smoothie I’ve had! I’ve got to see him almost every time I you can tell that he cares about his job and is very pleasant every time ❤️

I went here yesterday and the little boy in the beanie kept giving me a dirty look and I’m pretty sure he spit in my smoothie… someone tell him to fix his attitude because I don’t appreciate being treated like that.

I wish this tropical smoothie was at least half decent. The food and smoothie are always great but the service is so horrendous it keeps me from going there as much as I would like to. Mobile orders are not put in the pick up order spot. Instead they sit in the back. I have to stand there and wait in the store until I get so impatient after waiting 15-20 minutes past when my order was supposed to be done. I ask where my order is and someone goes to back and gets it where it has been sitting the entire time. If they are going to keep orders in the back, then they need to be greeting everyone who walks in and asking if they have a mobile order, not just letting people walk in and stand there. I wish the place was run by an actual adult with common sense rather than a bunch of teenagers.

Been coming here for a year almost everyday. The staff is phenomenal not to mention the food. Did I say the staff is phenomenal? The owner should be proud of this location.

Other than really dirty shared bathrooms, this was a great choice for a quick bite. The staff was nice and accommodated an allergy.

My chicken Caesar wrap today had wet wrap bread. Soggy. I despise wet bread. Took the chicken out of wrap to salvage something, chicken was cold, not warm. I ordered a 20 oz coke and that didn’t come either.

Wow, first time having food from TS.. definitely on my lunch rotation! The 3 cheese blend chicken quesadilla was delicious! Customer service was great!

Smoothies and certain types of healthier food. It's not spectacular, but will eat here again for an easy dining experience.

The chicken bacon ranch flatbread (add Chipotle sauce) is yummy.

Roads are a little noisy eating outside but tropical smoothy is so 🔥 🔥

It wasn't bad. Delicious drinks, provides protein options too. And, also, yummy edible straws. Only, thing though. Is not keeping tabs on people's orders, and, calling out names of people's orders. And, also, being outnumbered with task to do in their job. They need a raise. Honestly.

Stopped by on a whim for a protein smoothie only to find out they were out of the protein mix. I switched to an immunity booster and it was delicious.

Smoothies are really good. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Update to previous review of 1 Star. Came in again today a total difference. I updated my review to reflect. Excellent food. Horrid service. Sat there for ten min before anyone greeted me at 4:45 pm. Finally some asked me why I was there, then pulled out my completed online order from behind the counter and said it was done 10 min ago…

Poor location to get into and limited seating, which is actually uncomfortable to sit in. There was a lot of goofing around by the staff during our visit. Food was good!

Friendly and helpful staff. Food and smoothies are consistently good. Tight parking lot but there is outside seating.

Service is fast and the employees are kind.

Everything was good. I ordered ahead and was probably about an hour late picking my order up. It was still good. Apple was fresh and crisp. Smoothie was great. Chicken pesto was good even tho it wasn’t hot anymore.

Staff wearing AirPods, while helping guests, saw someone in the back of house smoking a vape, on top of me waiting 20 minutes past my online ordering pick up time only to find out it was ready the whole time, just sitting behind the counter. It wasn’t until I asked that they pulled it out and gave it to me. No apology. Just completely unfortunate.

My smoothie was great and the service was good also. A short wait for my and I and we were able to enjoy our smoothies right outside the restaurant on a nice clean patio.

Great customer service, employee make it a good experience! They have smoothies for everyone, as well as delicious wraps, sandwiches and even breakfast items. A healthier alternative to fast food. Good location, centrally located in downtown Lakeland

We stayed in Lakeland for about 4 nights, and my kids loved their smoothies and this place was close to our hotel, so we gave it a visit, and their smoothies were delicious. Service was great as well. My kids loved their smoothies so much that they made me bring them again the next day.give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

TSC is always a great option for our family no matter what city we are in. Say no to fake food, fast food. We enjoyed the quesadilla, the avocado grilled cheese, the caribbean sandwiches, heck even the salads are tasty. Now the avocolada smoothie is always my favorite. ❤️Daughters favorite is the chicken capri. Caring dads and moms: Please know the ingredients in the food and in the “oil” the food is being deep fried in.
