Food and staff we're both excellent will definitely be back.

This has become my favorite sandwich lately. Four stars on service though because the young people working here sometimes lack friendliness.

it would be REALLY awesome if you actually moved the oil bottle along the sandwich. instead of putting it in ONE spot. come on, nobody wants to bite into JUST oil. and the amount of meat is NOT worth the price. $13 for mainly bread and lettuce is criminal.

Visited the North Lakeland location while in the area and enjoyed the classic Italian sub with chips and drink.

Today 6/19 : we ordered 2 subs through door dash : tuna sub with extra tuna . I paid 3.00 extra for extra tuna and got a small smear of tuna .could ya spare it. ? This is the second order they did this ! See photo Italian sub had No procuitto on it . What is going on in there ? Never again!

Buyers beware! Their promotions on the windows are misleading and fraudulent. On top of that Subway has better quality cold cuts. And is cheaper . The employees are under trained and don't know how the promotions work. The limit on ingredients is terrible. Honestly it's a sub shop caught in the past. The reason why I say this is because I ordered almost $30 of food yesterday just to take part in their promotion. And when I thoroughly investigated the process. I was misled and given a promotion code that doesn't work. The employees there or not trained with this and actually lied and said that other people were using it. I would give this a zero star if it was possible in fact I am I intend on complaining and on other platforms. Worst ever. I will revise this if they make it right but if you're reading this and I have not taken it down it is still to this day that they did not make this right. This company's poor execution of their promotions chapter 11 in my opinion. I'm very sad that I have to leave this. I do hope that Jersey Mike's does the right thing

Had a great experience here today! Ordered two of their Giant Original Italian Mike’s Way and they came out beautifully made and as far as taste, amazing. The gentleman making our subs was very polite and hard working, and looked like he could be the face of Jersey Mike’s. (Pretty cool!) overall I’d say it’s a 10/10

Unbelievable. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak from this Jersey Mike's for dinner today. Drove the 25 minutes home and started eating my sandwich to reveal that they did not use chicken. The problem here is I'm allergic to beef. I called to tell the company what happened and they insisted that if I ate it there is nothing they could do for me. The guy also said, "I don't know what to do about you being allergic." After a very frustrating conversation with this kid, I ended up letting him know that I'll be bringing to hospital bill up to this Jersey Mike's when I receive it. I am beyond pissed right now. I didn't expect a free sandwich, I just wanted to inform them they mistake they made and the Consequences, it will have based on their actions. If I end up in the hospital, you better expect to hire some lawyers.

Best of the franchise sandwich places

If I could rate 0 I would. I did an online order for 4 #56 Big Kahunas. I came in to pick up and it was 3 #55 subs. They claimed they needed to verify with an unseen boss who never showed their face and refused to refund or replace my order forcing me to dispute through my bank. Was a $70+ order. 100% do not recommend. Will never order here again I'd rather order out of town than deal with customer service like this.

For the Price of a giant a bit over 15 bucks its definitely worth it!! The service is good and my subs were made fast!!! THERE STEAK AND CHEESE IS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS IF YOUR FROM NEW JERSEY AND YOUR IN LAKELAND...STOP BY THIS JERSEY MIKES!!!

This is THE go-to place for subs. Forget all the others. They do not compare what so ever. I mean, if you're somewhere and there isn't a Jersey Mike's, well, starve until you can get to one. If a subs what you're wanting anyway.

We ordered online and when we arrived 5 minutes after the pickup time, the staff said they were still working on it. 15 minutes later, they told us our order had gotten lost and that they were starting on it now. We waited for 30 minutes for our sandwiches. When they realized they had skipped ours, they kept putting out other orders that had come in after ours and prioritizing those. There is very poor management of this restaurant.

Excellent subs, the staff needs to where hats over there long hair, ugh!

Slow motion in here took me 35 minutes to place my order not even a full house and plenty of employees watching each other work. I don’t have time for this. Do not recommend this to anyone on lunch break.

This one is our family favorite Jersey Mike’s. We always stop here when driving across the state. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the food is good.

If you want to sound like a regular when you order tell them the size then the number of the sandwich then the type of bread . I.e. " I'll have a Giant 13 on White Mike's way." The meat is cut as you order. Make sure to try one of the sandwiches with "the juice" it's also called Mike's way. (Vinegar, Oil, and Spices) definitely worth it to get the rewards. You'll have a free sandwich faster than you think.

I ordered from this location by mistake, and went to the one by my house before I realized I had messed up when selecting which location to order from. So this review is really for the employees not the food or location. I want to give a shout out to the Team Lead that was working today around 2pm (11/12/23) he was kind and quick to refund my order so I could reorder with the correct location. I was having a rough day, one thing after had went wrong and this mistake on my part just about had me on tears, i was completely beat. His kindness and understanding made all the difference in the situation and It was the one and only positive in my very rough day! Most would of shown disdain or exasperation over this mistake but this Team lead handled the issue quickly and kindly. Very much appreciated!

The food was delicious. Minor issue Pepsi dispenser was out, and they didn't have bottles either.

Manager was all by herself and still managed to show excellent customer service, despite 10 different orders staring at her in the face. She worked so fast and even offered the jobless/homeless man in the picture a job right on the spot. He declined and went back to his spot though.

Delicious sandwiches(cheesesteak) and excellent customer service. All of the employees were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The manager on duty on Sunday, July 23rd at lunchtime (young lady) went above and beyond with great customer service not only for us, but other customers, as well. Looking forward to returning!

We ordered a Sub Club. It's supposed to have turkey ham and bacon. There was no bacon on the sandwich.

This is by far the best Jersey Mike's Subs I have ever been to. Andrew has created a great work atmosphere. Every employee was a delight to talk with. Andrew came over and talked to us for about 20 minutes, and we had a great conversation about how good of a place he has created here. Customer service is still alive and living here. If anybody has something bad to say then it just means they didn't take the time to talk to Andrew, because I'm sure he would help solve any issues fairly. The food is always good, and they make the subs just as I ask. I will continue to make this a go to place!

Nothing bad, nothing that good either. Just average. Not being a jerk at all. Just being honest. Thanks for the friendly service though. Needs more bread selections would help a little bit. ONE LOVE

Ordered 4 subs for delivery on the app, they called to say they didn't have 3 of the 4 sandwiches, so we canceled order. Called spoke with staff that said our money would be refunded. I also emailed to get my money refunded, still haven't received our money($63.00) back 2 1/2 weeks later. 😒finally got our money back 2 weeks later.

Food was great. Inventory issues and staff confusion, leading to a lot longer wait time. No management on site so far as I could tell and staff had absolutely no guidance.

Just got a sandwich there today it was not good experience she gave stale bread wheat bread she was in such a rush, pushing to move fast with no line at all when I got to asking I want a little oil and vinegar, thinking she actually knows how to make a correct sandwich, pours about a 1.4 cup of Vinegar and a alot of oil on both sides of the bread Instead of on the lettuce and tomatoes like your supposed to. I'm from NY and your store say Jersey Mikes, where we come from you don't pour oil and Vinegar on both sides of the bread. ON THE LETTACE AND TOMATOES!!! then I told her to put a little bit of oregano salt and pepper so she covered all the ham with pepper,unbelievable!! She doesn't listen and is not knowledgeable. I asked about drinks . No drinks just tea sweetened or unsweetened. I ask do you have sweetener. Oh, no we don't have that my boss just stopped ordering that. So I went over to the ice tea and you had a whole bunch of pink sweetener. SHE needs to be coached on how to make a good sandwich and know what is available the girl with the dark hair and glasses not friendly or accommodating all. WILL NOT BE GOING TO THE MIKES AGAIN

I grew up in NY and went to the Jersey shore quite often. I went to Mike's Many times and loved the sandwiches. So when it opened here I made sure to go. But, unfortunately I was semi disappointed because although the service is good and the flavor is good the sandwich is ruined because the Bread is nothing like the original offers.

Dec 7, 2022 @ 7:30 pm. This USED to be a great place to eat; HOWEVER, the evening shift has serious issues with management or lack thereof. Teenagers without proper guidance are trying to train new teenagers. The employees do not communicate with each other or customers. 20 minutes to get two subs, while the manager is outside getting into the passenger seat of a car. I feel bad for the teenages working in this poor environment.

Stopped in to grab food and from the moment we walked in, Justin’s energy was incredible. He was friendly, very polite and energetic. He prepped the food perfectly. I felt as if I knew Justin for years. Customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back. The food was amazing.

Sandwich is great. Better than Subway & Jimmy John's. I think $14 for a sub, chips, & a drink is a bit high.
