I have never actually been here but I order from door dash frequently. The Mac and cheese grilled cheese is hands down the best grilled cheese ever. I've tried their onion rings too and it was amazing 🤩

The food is sooo good!!! They have a very wide range of grilled cheese to choose from. I didn’t think I would find something I’d like when my wife suggested them but WOW!!!

The food was good. Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese and a Red passion fruit lemonade... the mac and cheese container was hot so i was expecting too hot to eat mac and cheese.. took a bite and it was cold🤔 took it back, they heated it up.... I decided to get a refill before I left. As I walked up, I watched the cashier make 4 lemonade for a group standing at the register, they must have been friends of the employee, because they didn't pay. When it was my turn, I was told the passion fruit lemonade was not refillable, so I paid $5.34 for another. Food was decent after the reHeated it

I went here today 5/9/2023 at noon. One person was working and she ignored us and the people in front of us. She was making sandwiches probably for a phone order. But she didn't acknowledge us at all. The couple in front left and we stood there for a minute and she didn't seem to care. So we left as well. We will never go back to this place if she is working there. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

It was ok but there was only one person working there and it was petty bad food

Food was fine but the menu says make it a meal implying that you save money that way for sides and a drink but they charge you for everything separately.

For a mall food court place... SO GOOD. Kids eat free with a paid adult and the food is such good quality with great flavors and paired with super friendly service. I love it!

I had to try it, I mean who doesn't love a good grilled cheese. I think I may have just gotten the wrong thing, which was the grilled chicken club. I suggest getting the fried instead because the grilled isn't tasty at all. Fries were warm. About $14 for a combo. Not saying not to try but don't go over board just get something simple. Looks can be deceiving but good presentation though.

This place is amazing! They were super kind to us and made the food in front of us so you know whats going on. They were super sanitary and clean and did a great job. It is a tad bit expensive, but they have delicious food and drinks and have free refills. Highly recommend to come and try their food!

Got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and lordy was it ever awesome. Also got a strawberry banana smoothie and it was great to. They were on point and kind an quick. Would go again.

First I must say the French fries are just great. Wonderfully crispy and full of flavor. The sandwich is good too. I admit a little over priced though. The guy who waited on me was very friendly. And has great customer service skills.

I’m an employee at the Lakeland square mall and I absolutely love the food and customer service at planet Grilled Cheese.the owners are great people who treat every customer as if they’ve known them for years and that they’re personal friends. I eat there almost everyday and I even go there when I’m off work because I love the food. I would definitely recommend you try planet Grilled Cheese if you’re in the area,but if you do then please know that you’ll be hooked after your first visit the same way I was.

I spent over $12 on sandwich fries and drink ! Chicken club was horrible the grilled chicken was rubber and the tomatoes were rotten mush! I ordered a Lemonade Sweet Tea Mix and I do not know for certain which is rancid the tea or the lemonade so disgusting!!!

Was very impressed. The food was great. Who would have known a grilled cheese sandwich could be so good. I had the fried chicken grilled cheese and my wife had the chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese. The fries were also very good.

The grilled cheese was good I mean it's hard to mess up one of those, the customer service was very good but as for the slice of cheese ontop of fries then microwaved were not as appetising as the picture on display

Love this place. The employees are always friendly, food is fresh, made to order, and delicious. They have some very unique and interesting sandwiches. We’ve tried several and all have been very good. My personal favourite is the buffalo chicken. Kids can eat free too!
