Really fun location and potential date idea for people that like a unique dessert. This location serves boozy ice cream in a ton of flavors. I had one that contained amaretto and my wife had the piña colada style flavor. They were both great. The ice cream is served out of nice prepackaged containers. They seem small but trust me there’s more than enough in the portion. I don’t usually go alcoholic sweets but I have to say this is a good spot.

We saw this ice cream store walking from the little island, we entered the store and we immidialaty clicked with the manager Calixto, he recommended us the most delicious ones (the Agave Dulce de Leche and the Coco Loco) we were doing a quick stop and his beautiful energy made our night so special that we stayed for a little bit longer, the music was so good, it feels truly like a cool bar. 10/10 experience.

The atmosphere was great something like a speak easy bar but with ice cream and alcohol in it, it was delicious, first time trying it!

Stumbled upon a small sign while taking a walk, and inside, the music mix was delightful. I initially thought it was a small bar but was surprised to find it's a bar serving alcoholic ice cream. Tried the mimosa-flavored ice cream, and it was delicious—a bit tipsy but smiling

The ice cream itself is excellent, there is no taste of alcohol at all and you feel that it is of high quality. The way it is served is very special and in general the atmosphere in the place is very nice. It's a shame there are no alcohol-free options for those who can't.

The ice creams are delicious, I always come. However, today was not pleasant, while we were sitting at the bar eating the delicious ice creams, the girl who served started cleaning the ice that stuck to the refrigerator, making very loud noises, hitting the refrigerator, over and over again. and again and again, there came a time when I told her why we couldn't talk because of the noises and she told me that she was sorry, that she was about to do her change of guard and that she had to deliver the refrigerator without the ice stuck to it. I think they should find a better way to remove ice from the refrigerator, without making those loud and annoying noises that bother regular customers like me.

This is the most adorable hole in the wall adult ice cream bar that truly is a gem, the unique ice cream flavors and cool ambiance makes it such a great place to get a cold treat with a nice experience. Now our new favorite ice cream spot for our date days.

Fui con mi mamá a llevarla conocer y probar los helados, pero lamentablemente la empleada argentina que trabaja en el lugar de design district hace que la pases tan desagradable estuvo hablando por teléfono pegando gritos haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuese frustrante de escuchar tanta pelea, que al final decidimos consumir el helado afuera que igual se escuchaban sus gritos porque no paraba dios que decepcion un lugar tan rico con empleados así 👎👎👎👎

We stumbled upon this place by chance and decided to give it a try. We ordered Margarita ice cream, one with champagne and one with tequila. The atmosphere was very unique and pleasant, with friendly staff. A young man helped us with our choices. Be sure to visit this place when you’re in Miami.

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS ICE CREAM 110% AMAZING! They have such an interesting concept by infusing alcohol into their ice cream and sorbet; something you don't see very often. Aubi & Ramsa are inspired by owners of two totally different cultures Mexican & Argentinian. Hidden gem inside the Miami Design District. Love their little tiny store, adorable decor, very cozy and private, and perfect oasis in the middle of one of the most upscale outdoor shopping area. Love their staff especially their knowledge about what exactly is in every single item they have on menu. I've been here twice and 2 days in a row; so far l've tried 6 flavors can't wait to try the rest and hopefully they start making more variety. Street parking available through Pay By Phone app or park valet which is a charge of $5. Amazing and delicious restaurants around if you want to grab a bite elsewhere before having dessert here! Highly recommended to everyone who loves a combination of ice cream + alcohol.

I had the Kentucky bourbon crème brulé and it was awesome. Atmosphere was great, with Afro beats being played.

I tried ABC (Amaretto, Bailey's, and Cognac) and The Chocolate Azteca, and they were both delicious! The Chocolate Azteca (4.9% ABV) had a mildly smoky taste from the mezcal that blended well with the chocolate. The place itself has the look and ambiance of an elegant wine bar. I ordered a small size (3.7 oz), and it came in a compact cylindrical container. The container includes the ABV % and the batch number.

This ice cream with liquor is excellent, the place looks nice and be aware the ice cream is not for people under 21.

I went during the day I did take out however if I were to be on a date definitely would take them here great spot and atmosphere. The service was great and the alcoholic ice cream even better definitely recommend Highland Truffle & Lucky Brownie. Need to try all their chocolate ice cream but from the 6 that I tried those 2 stand out from the 6 choices I took home.

It was the most incredible ice cream I've ever tasted. It can easily be compared to authentic Italian gelato, but with a unique twist by incorporating alcohol. The quality and taste were outstanding, making it an unbelievably delicious treat.

Alcohol infused gelatos! Fun and original concept in the heart of Design District. Worth popping by for a small tub (equivalent of having a beer), and enjoy their chill out music. Great plan for dates!

Excelentes helados. Los sabores que logran son muy buenos, te hacen revivir la experiencia de un cocktail con la dulzura del helado. Muy recomendado para ir con amigos o para comprar una versión grande y ver una pelicula en casa. Tienen versiones veganas y con leche, a mi me gusta mucho el old fashioned y uno de Baylis and brownie. Tienen 4.9% de alcohol así que considera esto antes de comprar.

I love ice cream. I love ice cream so much that I bought an ice cream maker and learned to make some pretty epic flavors (corn, avocado, olive oil, matcha, coffee, etc). Having tasted so much ice cream, I can say that AUBI & RAMSA makes some of the BEST ice cream in Miami! I especially love the Jack & Chocolate, and their alcohol-infused dulce de leches makes for a delicious topping for your home-made pancakes, oatmeal, or ... your finger. ENJOY!
