Only used my Citi card one time in the past 3 months and it was at this disgusting place. Suddenly 2 days later I have 3 fraudulent charges on this credit card. Please beware!!!

Employees rude as hell. Didn't even acknowledge when I wanted food nor acknowledged when I said thank you for the food

15 dollars for a tinny baby pizza with more crust than anything and mediocre taste. Eat anything and anywhere but here

Crust is super tasty and fresh, cheese ratio is thick. Pepperoni cups, nice and salty. Will ask for well done on my next trip, this is a solid pizza.

You're better off eating out of the dumpster behind the plaza. Terrible experience. Completely inedible and disgusting. Their text messaging system didn't work to alert us when the pizza was ready. When we finally walked back over they told us "oh yeah, it never works." Our pizzas sat exposed in their pickup area for 25 minutes with half of Lakeland breathing and coughing on them. They were ice cold when we got them home and after examining them we saw how incredibly burned they were. See the pictures. I fault the staff for their outstanding incompetence. I'm pretty sure they were all stoned. Let the 2.8 star review be a warning.

Since the employees changed, the pizza is not the same and neither is the service. This was a favorite pizza but the customer service is not the same

They let someone else take my pizza. Which, ok, mistakes happen. But then they forgot to make my replacement pizza. When I asked them about it, they told me it would be 10-15 minutes. I waited around the counter for 30 minutes with no pizza. Finally I asked, should I expect a pizza anytime soon ? And they said it would be another 10 minutes because instead of making a pizza to replace their mistake, they opted to refill the toppings station. So I asked for a refund, which to my dismay, did not include the tip I gave them. I basically waited an hr and 10 minutes to tip them on absolutely nothing.

I paid $44 for pizzas and when I got my pizzas one even cut. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch and only got chicken. What a rip off! This used to be good pizza. Then they cleaned house for some reason and got new staff. If it’s not broke then don’t fix it!!! I gave the atmosphere 5 stars because the joinery is awesome, the pizza is not!

Place is disgusting, no manners at all! Was ignored on multiple occasions while trying to order pizza. Touching the food with no gloves! I seen a fat guy eat a piece of cheese with his bare hands! Then grab a pepperoni and eat it. What is going on here! Who ever is running this place doesn’t know what they’re doing. Close it down, pizza was burnt and tasted like cardboard!

We (myself, my two daughters and my nephew) got pizza while the rest of our family got other options. I shared the margarita and cheese pizzas with my girls and my nephew ate the cheeseburger pizza. We got three larges and when all was said and done there were only two pieces of cheese pizza left between the four of us. The bottom of my daughter’s cheese pizza was super black on the first round but they remade it for her no questions asked which was nice. That way she was able to eat some crust instead of just picking off the cheese which is what I saw her doing before I saw that the bottom was all black.

The vegano was great. IDK why this place has such poor reviews. Don't get it.

I was surprised to see a low rating. The Bestia was so delicious. With all the ricotta and mozzarella, you get that mouth-watering cheese pull. The spicy sausage paired perfectly. The only recommendation, and it's a small one, is to use sourdough for the crust. The margarita pizza was also delicious. I added some pepperoni, and it was cooked just right. Despite the crowd, the service was pretty fast.

Pizza was delicious. Staff was ok and no napkins.

Pizza is always consistent, very tasty and the location is one of the best in Lakeland. I’m a bit surprised by the reviews as I’ve literally never had a bad meal or experience. So my challenge to anyone looking at this is to try it and tell me I’m wrong. 😊 Additionally, I leave this review as someone who eats in regularly in Tampa, Lakeland and Orlando so my points of reference are quite wide and varied.

13 bucks for a burnt pizza. No thank you. PSA THEY ARE STILL TERRIBLE DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY. Go to Marcos.

The one time we got to eat there the pizza was superb... The other 10 (ten... No kidding) times the kitchen has been closed or the wait time is over 45 min... Ridiculous

The joinery overall is great. Ava is a different story. They always seem to have 3 people just taking to each other and you stand there waiting for them to stop talking and acknowledge you so you can order. The pizza is sometimes burnt to death and sometimes raw in the middle. I’ve given up on this pizza place.
