Definitely worth the hype! Such a good classic burger with a twist. The bread is soft, everything tastes made from scratch and the sriracha mayo is delicious!! Coming back for breakfast soon

Went into the restaurant a bit skeptical at first. Was looking for a really good Cuban sandwich and had gone on Google looking for the best sandwiches in Miami and it just so happened that this restaurant came up on the list. Let me just say that I have had a lot of Cuban sandwiches in my life and this one is definitely at the top of my list. The food is great, and the employees are very humble and nice.

This place is way over rated. Sub par Burger and Cuban Sandwich at a premium price. They charge $5 for the equivalent of a small Mcdonlad’s fries. I would not recommend this place.

Friendly staff and delicious food. They have a decent selection of Miami beer and some interesting sodas. Their hamburger as-is is fantastic and you can taste the hamburger even with the Sriracha mayo and cheese. Their bacon croqueta's are good, the ham mixture seems to be missing some spices but I'd still get it again. Overall, I highly recommend Babe's Meat & Counter. You're going to have some of the most delicious sandwiches ever.

I can't say enough about the food here! The Roast Pork sandwich is one of my favorites, the Cuban sandwich is amazing and I have no words for their Burger! I highly recommend trying them out!

The heck with Arby’s…this who really has the meats. Great selection of fresh cut meat…the Sammie’s are fabulous though. Best Italian Roast Pork outside of Philly.

Went here for the first time last week and tried the burger and the Reuben. Both tasted and costed exactly how much I think they should have, which is about the highest praise I can give. Babe’s will be a regular stop any time we swing down from Doral.

I wanted to take a picture, I intended on taking a picture, but I ate everything on the ride home. One of the better burgers I've had in Florida. There are a lot of items on their menu that has me plotting another visit. Smoked bacon is one of those items.

First off, I’d like to state that I am a REAL EATER. An actual foodie that appreciates time and care put into the food that I consume and that was absolutely the case with Babes Meat Counter. We ordered from here during the pandemic in 2020 and we were blown away by how delicious their burgers were. Everything from the bun to the meat and toppings was phenomenal. I ordered my burger medium rare and that is exactly what I got. The flavor of the patty was perfectly seasoned. The texture of the French fries was crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside. The flavor of the poutine gravy and cheese curds were beautifully blended together. Nothing was too salty or needed more flavoring. I’m so excited to try their whole menu and buy cuts of meat from them. The chefs here take their time and actually care about what they make. You can tell by the finished product. I give them very high marks and will be a multiple time repeat customer as I already have. If you haven’t eaten here what are you waiting for?

Y’all, this place is very good! Their burger is one of the best burgers I’ve had in Miami. Ask them to add some caramelized onions and enjoy! Their Cuban sandwich is also very good. I haven’t had a bad item from their menu yet.

I came here to buy knausberry farm cinammon rolls, and got enticed by the meat. I bought a nice piece of skirt steak, and my Argentine husband grilled it. It came out sooooo tender and flavorful!!! Amazing cuts of meat! Will be coming back soon

Good smash burger,though needed another 30 seconds of grill time. Taste excellent. Fries perfectly crisp outside with soft center. Butchered meats looked very high quality.

Refused to let my service dog inside only for me to order, kept asking about my disability to try to intimidate me when my dog was PROPERLY IDENTIFIED as a service animal.

Nowhere to really sit and walked in just to order a sandwich to go, and got immediately interrogated by the front counter lady. Still wearing a mask in 2024. She told me that my service animal couldn’t come inside even though they have a sign saying they’re allowed. I went back in after finding the sign on the door to ask why she told us to leave. She asked for proof and when I told her I didn’t have to answer her question to what disability I have, I handed her the service animal card. She insisted on me answering her “two questions” regarding my service animals. I told her I wasn’t going to answer that in front of 5 other patrons waiting on their food. This lady shouldn’t ever be put in a position to speak to customers and this would have been my 5th time eating there. It definitely was my last walking in there and anyone with a service animal beware!

What can you say about one of miami's best butcher's and sandwich shops. The owners and staff are fantastic and the food speaks fit itself. From burgers, to exceptional hotdog and Montreal smoked meat sandwich and Cookies and don't sleep on the pork rinds.

Babe's provides great customer service!They happily answer all of your questions. Bought a Porchetta for the holidays and it was a big hit. My only other feedback is they are a bit on the expensive side .

I came for the chicharrón and it was worth it. So crunchy and lots of value in the huge bag you get. The rubenized smoked meat was good, maybe just too thick a bread for me . The place is tiny and there are just a couple of tables outside. It's on a small strip mall next to a dealership off US1. I hope to come back for the burger and poutine I have heard is awesome. But definitely will be back for the chicharrón and already recommended to friends.

They're so friendly and the customer service is great. I asked for mustard not realizing it would be spicy and they replaced the bread for me, sans mustard, at no extra cost. It was really kind. I've been here twice now for lunch with a friend. They have 2 small bistro tables outside their shop if you choose to "dine in." I wish their location had more space for seating! At a different location, I bet they could have a really cute lil patio area with tables. But that isn't feasible at this location. Luckily, at lunchtime on a Friday, they have not been so busy that I can't find a spot. ANYway, the Reuben sandwich is delicious. Their ingredients are fresh and high quality. I also tried their pork banh mi - super fresh, high-quality ingredients and lots of flavor! I did not feel it tasted much like banh mi I have had at multiple Vietnamese restaurants; it was more of its own thing. But still great and very tasty. (To get closer to a Vietnamese restaurant banh mi, I think one first step would be to try using a less dense French bread.) They have a wide variety of fresh raw meat options, including beef and lamb. I'd say some of the prices are fairly competitive but I'm not an expert on meat prices. The menu prices for the sandwiches feel a lil pricey to me, BUT I come from a city less expensive than Miami, AND the ingredients here really seem quality so with that in mind the prices are probably just right! For the Reuben it was ~$19 after tip and tax. The indoor area is very small, standing room only. It feels clean; it has good atmosphere, attractive and clear menu signage, and a small area with odds and ends for sale, like recipe books and potato chips. (They have Zapp's chips, in case that interests anyone!) They accept Apple Pay. I paid with my phone. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for using your phone number. You get "Babe's Bucks" with each purchase. The location is directly off of HWY 1 with ample free parking in the parking lot. You can hear the highway but it's generally peaceful. Thanks for a lovely lunch! I will be back!

This place is awesome. Great family owned little hole in the wall. They have been voted Best Hamburger in Miami by Good Morning America and have been featured in many other tv shows and newspapers articles. They make their own bacon, sausages, sauces and their sandwiches are out of this world. The beef they sale is top of the line. You have to try this place!!

It's not a place to come and sit down to eat for delivery's, it's fine, the hamburger is delicious but very expensive for what it is, it doesn't come with potatoes, that's why my rating has eaten much better hamburgers in Miami. I came to this place because it was supposedly the second hamburger best in miami and it's not shake shack it's better atmosphere and better burger

Decide to try something new. Went for a cheesesteak sandwich. The clerk seemed distracted. Finally took my order. When I get back to eat lunch I realized they gave me a cheeseburger instead. I checked to see if it was a mistake but my receipt say cheesesteak. Not a good first impression. I hope this doesn’t happen frequently

since i moved far from my usual butcher shop, it was time to find a new quality butcher that i liked. criteria for me is quality meats, knowledge of different cuts, staff with a personality, near to my secret lair. this place hits all the marks, save for the last, but tbh it’s likely the best one within my acceptable radius. and let me tell you: they have the meats! high quality prime and wagyu cuts, a selection of homemade sausages, and a magical deli counter! everything was great! i spoke with the owner (Babe…?) and the gent working the counter and they were super friendly. don’t skip out on the korean beef jerky!

I'm usually here for their Burger and Veggie Bowls... DELICIOUS... South Florida may have plenty of places for good food.. but Babe's has that special asterik... They're just AMAZING.. They have other note worthy foods...and you can shop for your meats here... Any food item I have purchased here I have enjoyed... The family loves Babes, I love Babes, and even my wife!!!!

One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. No lie. Hands down the best bacon too. Edit: just had the burger. Omg. It's amazing. Competes with shake shack and Babes is prob more fresh. So. Yea. Absolutely delicious.
