This place is a little local gem. The food is amazing service is great . Make sure you make a reservation to ensure you get a spot. The restaurant is quaint and feels like you are in Italy. It is a local favorite and it gets booked quickly . Loved it will be returning❤️

Waited 45 minutes to sit down, got skipped as they put other people they have a relationship with instead of following the list, when we sit down the air conditioner leaked water all over my back and pants, I ordered for 6 people and they refused to provide a table large enough to out the food in it. Manager refused to deal with the issue professionally and has a rude attitude. Don’t recommend this place to anyone due to the managers behavior and the waiters that refuse to take responsibility for their negligence.

Not sure why they allow kids to run this place, bad attitude and lies, they tell you no reservations but when you get there they do allow them, you put your name in the list and they then let other people they know in front of you, they have problems with their ac and it’s either hot or leaks a pool of water on you, who wants water in their clothes and to be told they won’t move you, when you order food and it doesn’t fit on your table they don’t care despite an available smaller table right next to you, the manager looks and behaves like a child and has zero de-escalation skills, waiters come to argue with the customer despite having no idea what they are talking about, the crème brule is burned, they can’t get it right and since their don’t know how to make it use yellow jam instead of egg, make you wait 45 min and then after you sit another 20 min before they come to take your order, they think since they are the only restaurant around the area they can provide such lousy service. Watch out with this place, it’s only a matter of time before they ruin your evening with such a lousy behavior, look deep and you will see I’m not the only one that feels this way, they will reply and say it’s not true or justify their behavior, fire the front host, manager and the two waiters that behave this way and the restaurant will do so much better.

This restaurant carried a transitional sense that call in to make reservations will not worked. After spending good amount of time outdoor with mosquitoes, and 2 table skipping the waiting line, we finally been set under a rainforest environment - a non-stop leaking air conditioner. When we got overwhelmed about this “nature”environment and would like our table move a bit forward to the empty dry spot, manger seems not speaking in the same common sense language, continued talk over my family, recommended we should call in to make reservation, and stated our table cannot move because she can lied in front of your eyes the non-stop leaking water air conditioner is not dropping anymore while the floor is in the process turning into a pond. They even holding their job responsibilities at that moment and strongly suggested us happily sit down under that raining air conditioner, and opening up my wallet to give them money and tip. Thanks for this and we leave at 9pm with empty stomach and stay slim! If you want to experience unprofessional service that is the place in Miami.

Alaine’s Osteria is a truly special find in Miami. The exceptional quality of the food and service truly stood out to me. I wholeheartedly encourage you to pay a visit to this wonderful restaurant.

The green salad that comes with some of the meals is excellent and it's a good size. This is my second time and the first time the food was excellent and delicious, and I would have given it 5 stars. This time, I had the Branzino special. The sauce was bla, and the vegetables were overcooked and watery. I will still go there because my wife loves to .

Great family run restaurant with great food and service

We were in the area and decided to try this Italian restaurant. I’m so glad we did, it was well worth it. For starters the entire staff was very welcoming and attentive. The food was superb! Absolutely delicious and I found the prices to be very reasonable. The lighting and decor made it feel very cozy and romantic. They also offer a great selection of wines and have delicious desserts. I had the Veal Milanesa with Arugula salad and a House salad which I loved. My husband had the Penne pasta with Marinara and cheese. For dessert he had the Molten lava cake with ice cream and I had the Tiramisu. We also shared the Fried mozzarella sticks and loved their warm bread rolls. They give a good amount of food we had leftovers to take home with us. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

My friends treated me to an early birthday dinner last night. Our server, Will, was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. We shared two of the three entrees between the five of us. Oh. My. Delicious! And definitely enough to satisfy! It was a lovely experience all the way around!

Neighborhood restaurant with an amazing staff. Great food, nice atmosphere, you can plan a romantic getaway for two, or bring the family wearing shorts and flip flops, you will feel comfortable either way.....

This is not an Italian restaurant, they do not speak Italian and they have no idea about Italian food, a kilo of pepper is very cold, very bad food, since I have an Italian restaurant in Italy, I do not recommend silver voted

Found out about Alaine’s from a friend and decided to try it out for dinner. When we got there, the place was packed. You can tell this place is a favorite for locals. Our party ordered a few items from the menu and it was absolutely delicious. Their pastas were on point. The carbonara was absolutely amazing. Their veal Milanese was perfectly fried. Everything was delicious. I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars.

Hidden gem!!! First visit here and was amazed by the food...although food took a very long time but it was worth it. I just hope the restaurant do something about it. The service in general was good. Will definitely visit again.

There is no where else to go around here not better than Olive Garden . The monotone wine colored walls close in after a while. It's okay but pricey for overall experience.

Do Not bother making a reservation for a large party at Alaine's Osteria. One month ago, I made a reservation for a party of 10 in the wine room to celebrate birthdays and family that are coming in town. The lovely young woman I spoke with confirmed that the reservation was booked and that I would need to put down a $25 deposit in order to hold the room. No problem. When offered my card, she said she would call me in a few days to collect that payment. That never happened. Two weeks later, I called again, and she confirmed that she still has the wine room in the back reserved for us and that we still had plenty of time for her to collect the deposit and she would call me soon. Once again, that never happened. Yesterday afternoon, I called back, again, to provide my credit card number so there would be no issues moving forward. The woman on the phone had no idea what I was talking about, and could not find my reservation. She put a “manager” on the phone, who was then able to identify my reservation, saying it was booked and no problem and someone would be calling me in a few days to collect the deposit. Today, someone called to tell me, sorry, but they are no longer able to let us use the wine room because someone else had paid their deposit in front of us. This is after us reserving it over a month ago. So, after getting on the phone with another manager, we were told that there was nothing that we could do considering that we had not paid our deposit. This is the same deposit that we were told, and no less than three times that they were going to call us to collect as the date got closer. They offered to “maybe” put us in the bar side of the room because it was a little bit more quiet. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable because we had already reserved and booked the private wine room in the back. Moral to the story… Pay your deposit upfront, and get the name of the manager, that you spoke with, and a written copy of a receipt. Otherwise, they will sell off their spaces to the highest bidder, regardless of the fact that we are long time Palmetto Bay residence who have been frequenting the establishment since it opened. Never again.

Great dinner by family owned and operated restaurant. Private dinning room back aft that seats 15?

The filet mignon was grilled perfectly. House salad was ample and tasty. Waiters were very attentive. Tables are a little tight. We chose not to have dessert because a loud party of six were seated beside us. While the decor is very nice including crisp table linens, I was surprised several patrons wore cutoff shorts and flip flops.

Amazing experience here at Alaine's Osteria. Food was incredible and the service even better. Stefan took very good care of us and our wine glasses were never past half empty. His knowledge of the menu helped me decide when I was torn between all the excellent sounding choices. My fiancee ordered the seafood risotto and everything under the sea was there from mussels, to squid, and even lobster. The chicken francese had a tasteful amount of lemon butter and I almost wish I could bottle up the sauce used in the risotto. Would definitely return and recommend Stefan as your server.

We've been celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, and date nights for over 6 years at Alaine's and they have always been wonderful. The food comes out hot and delicious and the service is always fantastic.

We come here all the time , and we weren’t able to get a reservation, so we have to come in as a walk in, what was suppose to be a 40 minute wait became almost 2 hour wait , the manager Jackie , decided to give our table to someone else who i guess seem to be more important , and said no they’re not sitting now and that these ppl are , which made us wait another 30 minutes , at this point , we left ! Horrible service . Never again coming back ,

Sadly, I hate to have to write this review. I’m not generally one to do so but this case I must! So, called at 4 to get reservation and was told they were not taking them but please come in and they would get us seated. This evening being my father’s birthday, I wanted a nice dinner. Upon arrival we were told 40 min max to wait. Fine, we can wait. At 1 hour, told they were clearing table. 15 min later it will be another 15 min and so on. At 1:45 minutes I was told the Manager Jacky decided other patrons were more important and gave our table up to them. Sadly the young lady at front could no longer make excuses and just said sorry she had no control over it. Needless to say pretty horrible and disappointing experience and will not be returning. Thank you, Jacky!

I am writing this review on behalf of my parents. They recently ate here and came home with multiple complaints. To start, the service was nonexistent. There was always a delay in trying to get someone's attention or assistance. When the food eventually came, the waitress spilled the plate of food on my mom. There was no reaction other than "would you like another napkin?" What food managed to stay on the plate was a tough and rubbery chicken breast with minimal flavor. Nobody stopped by the table for service recovery, water, "food ok?", nothing. Once done with their meals, it took 22 minutes to get the check. The consolation in all of this was a cup of coffee. Not sure if this was all a fluke on a bad night, but too many screw ups to make me believe so.

Food was amazing had scallop app and it was the real thing. Salad was really good and entrees were the best I have had in ages in an italian restaurant. Seafood Risotto was full of seafood and sauce very tasty. Lasagna had a lot of meat and Chicken parm was enough for 4. Sauce was authentic. Service was perfect. Cannot wait to return.

Alain’s Osteria was delicious. Great authentic Italian. Their bread, dishes were all very good and plentiful. Service was good, but make a reservation. Went on a Wednesday night and place was packed. Try the chicken francese, it was delicious and food is enough to share.

I love this place! It's literally right down the street from me. The ambiance is cozy, the wine great and the food is delicious! I get the salmon with veggies in pesto sauce. The portions are huge and it comes with a side of pasta. The owner is so nice and I love the server Marie! Everyone is kind & welcoming. All the food is homemade Italian. It never disappoints !!

Good food but mediocre service. Had multiple episodes where the water waitress would leave someone asking for water. The waiter himself was good initially but left us waiting 30 minute for the checks. Decent spot, but they need to get their act together in terms of being present and paying attention to table’s needs.

We had a 5pm reservation with our toddler: they were very accommodating. The food was good and the service was excellent WOW! We will back and I am excited to try different things off the menu. - I had the pasta with the the pear on the special menu and my husband had the porterhouse steak. Both were good!

Don’t show up without a reservation if you can make one. We live in the area and many times we have just showed up and it’s sad to say that the organization is not aligned with the service and food once you can score a table. The bar is empty sometimes but you can’t sit cause the kitchen is not ready to serve. However I think they could sit you while you wait, come back to check on you every now and then, offer a drink. The bartender offered a drink but we were standing up. A lot of confusion with the sitting and not good service. We ended up leaving after waiting 30 minutes and still not table available and some people that sat at the bar were getting food. This is not the first time this happens to us and I was reluctant to adventure again without a reservation, sadly we were again disappointed The food is really good and it’s conveniently close so it’s a shame this happens often.

My husband and I visited Alaines’s Osteria for the first time today, and we were blown away by the entire experience. The food is simply outstanding. Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients.The presentation was exquisite, and the flavors were heavenly. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, We can't wait to return and try more dishes from their incredible menu.

My Wife and I just Love Alain's. The chef and the staff are wonderful. The food a true Italuan cousine. Bravo Alain!

Outstanding experience!! The servers were super friendly and always very attentive. And the manager was awesome she took pictures of me and my wife. I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and I most definitely can do the same. I will come back.

We had Alaine's recommended to us, and oh, what a great recommendation. It's tucked back in a little hidden spot. Very unassuming. The decor is beautiful and refined, the wait staff are dressed beautifully, and classic Italian music plays in the background. Everyone enjoyed their meals, but I had the Malafemmina (shrimp, clams, mussels, and lobster on linguine)... so delicious. The shrimp and lobster were cooked to perfection. This was my favorite meal the entire time we were in Cutler Bay.

We have ordered and dined in since 2018. tonight we had a bad experience for the first time. I ordered veal. The meat tasted old, like it had been in a freezer for a very long time. The dish is supposed to come with salad or pasta, I asked for pasta. When I arrived at home is when I noticed that they didn’t include the pasta. Not a good night for me!

Visited Alaine's for the First time... The atmosphere was romantic and family vibe. The food was DELICIOUS!!!! DELICIOUS 😋 😋. Our waiter Will or William....was AMAZING!!!!!! courteous and knowledgeable of the menu items and details. We were repeatedly ask if everything was ok by all the staff. 👍 We will definitely be back for sure. Busy Sat night, waited 30mins for table of 4. Promptly greeted by assistant waiter then waiter. Excellent service. Food was perfect, including pistachioe'd yellowtail entree and seafood risotto. Limoncello cake and cannoli for dessert were perfect. Not too filling or heavy. Overall a very nice dining experience.
