Third time visits , tonight the customer service is awful, we want table close the window but Max and another girl are asking me why instead tell someone to clean the table, after they told me need wait for 25 minute to clean the table, what hell is 25 minutes to clean it ? That’s crazy, never come back.

The wait was long but the food and service were very tasty and good.

Took a friend for for lunch for her birthday, we had the coconut shrimp, creme of spinach dip and beef empanadas as appetizer, there were awesome, great service and wonderful atmosphere. For our main dish she had the seafood paella and i had the bacon cheeseburger since i was already full from eating the appetizers. Burger was cook to my specifications. Looking forward to my next visit to the restaurant

The best Restaurant and food in TampaBay!!

Relaxing and festive atmosphere. We had an attentive server. We tried the crab and bleu cheese dip, the spicy shrimp, the mahi mahi, and the jerk chicken Alfredo. Everything was fabulous. I also had one of their flights of cocktails which was fun and flavorful.

My first dinning with my daughter and her husband were beyond imagination. We was serve exactly what we order, certainly I would recommend anyone who needs to dive in the best meal please check it out

Excellent, friendly service. The menu has an outstanding variety of food. Very good selection of fancy drinks. Both inside and outside sitting. The desserts are outstanding unless you're on a diet. Highly recommended.

I've been numerous times, but this time, we went for moms bday it was 10 of us, and they had the seating arrangements just right. Unfortunately we had to wait due to it being a Saturday but it was worth it. The food was A1, and the drinks were spectacular. They have a new drink called Cloud 9. It was 10/10. I hope they keep it on the menu. The waitress did her thang, and she was on point. This spot sits on the water, and the view is beautiful. Definitely gave a tropical vibe! We enjoyed ourselves and will be returning soon!

Absolutely love this place. The food is a really delicious and the location cannot be beat. You can eat right on the water while listening to live music. There are boats and ski dues that go by every day. It’s just a great place to enjoy a drink and have a nice meal. We will definitely return here regularly.

Met with family members for a labor day lunch and so spent extra time talking. We were not rushed out. Food and service were fine.

The appetizer was late getting to the table and the manager took it off of the check which they weren’t good and I got sick after eating

I really enjoyed eating there, great venue to have lunch with family and friends. Had my birthday lunch and there was live music, so that make it extra special and the views are beautiful! Food was amazing, although server took a while to keep up with service, the place was packed and they could even remember to take water, but other than that everything was amazing!

I did a quick Google search looking for Caribbean Vibes in Tampa. I saw Bahama Breeze and decided to go. I'm glad I went. The restaurant is pretty good. The location is beautiful. It's right by the water which is gorgeous and romantic. The atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. They had a live band that performed while we enjoyed our meal. I ordered the Cloud Nine drink which was delicious and had alcohol. My entree was the Red Snapper and Rice it was seasoned well and scrumptious. I ended it with the Flaming Pineapple Butter Cake with Vanilla ice cream. The cake was moist and buttery. I only took a couple of bites because it's really sweet. My friend had the bean burger and a glass of Cabernet. The waitress Helen was attentive, friendly and professional. The best part of the restaurant is the beautiful water view. Plenty of parking. Prices are reasonable for the food. Overall, I enjoyed my experience from beginning to end. I will definitely visit Bahama Breeze again when in the Tampa area.

Service was on point 👌The Yuca fries with the sauce is pretty good. The jerk chicken pasta is very very average and the missus didn’t enjoy the coconut shrimp tacos so we had to trade. I was glad. Also the ultimate pina colada tasted good but was pretty weak. Would probably come back again mostly because of the atmosphere

Food was good, staff were very attentive and friendly and the beverages were cold. Only downside was a very old and old musty odor when I walked in from the outdoors. It was most noticeable near the bar. Good thing was that you don't notice it after about 10 minutes. But if left your seat and came back you would smell it again. I don't think there's a Yankee Candle string enough to mitigate that.

We had a great experience! I’ve never been to a Bahama Breeze and it didn’t disappoint. My husband and I both had the tequila sunburn glazed salmon which was honestly the best salmon I’ve had. The sweet potatoes and green beans were great, too. Chris at the bar did an awesome job - always hustling and super nice. I wish we had one of these closer to home! We’ll be sure to come back when we’re in the area.

We have been sitting at our table for 15 minutes, only to be told there are no servers in this seating area. There’s a party of at least 15 people at another table. How do you seat patrons where there are no servers?

This place is awful! Attitudes at their finest! Slow! I freaking can’t! Apps were out before drinks… all the wrong food was delivered. And they charged us for EVERYTHING! Steer clear!

Our server Mack was exceptional. We asked for his recommendation and he gave us drink, appetizer and entree recommendations that did not disappoint us. We had the Cloud Nine drink, Bahama Mama drink, snapper and burger. The burger was my husband's choice, not a recommendation. Everything was great. We opted for dessert and again we were not disappointed. Mack recommended the flaming pineapple dessert and my husband chose the chocolate. Both exceeded our expectations. The restaurant was recommended by our hotel. It was the perfect meal after our late night arrival. I would come here again and would request Mack for my server.

Our server was Jessa and Please request her she was amazing and very honest! I’m extremely happy I choose this place for my stay in Tampa everything was presented very well the empanadas were a lil bit lack of flavor but the plantain stuff bowl was a flavor outta this world! But boy them roasted oysters were a 10 high recommend this place

2024 happy to edit an update my review for a 2-year later review. Things have definitely changed at this place we went this time when visiting our daughter and it was super clean food was awesome service at the bar was great music was good change from two stars to five stars way go guys! See you again on the next trip 2022 2STAR was mostly clean. We sat at the outside bar area and we had to continually track down our server. we had to ask a server to help us after about ten minutes of sitting there confused. Food was good. Drinks were good. Puked later on in the night... Not sure if the Lobster Linguine was just tainted or what. good ambiance

Brilliant !! Beautiful place, with a spectacular view. Delicious food. (My dish was shrimp with pineapple vegetables and rice) delicious Good atmosphere. Good service. I definitely recommend and would return 🍤🍤

We stopped to eat here while I was traveling for business There was no wait to be seated and the server was attentive. The place was clean and the sitting area outside was nice too. Cheese sticks - 1/5 we did not enjoy these. They were undercooked and tasted like they were from the freezer. Buffalo wings 4/5. Yum. These have a great flavor and the extra sauce was a plus. Hamburger and fries 3/5 just ok, basic nothing special. Fried chicken sandwich 3/5 again just ok. The chicken was a little overcooked but eatable. I will go back when I travel To Tampa again but will try different food next time time.

Avoid at all cost, poor service and food wasn't that good. Ordered a medium skirt steak and came well done. Waitress was very rude.

Bahama Breeze is great for a quick bite after the beach or late night dining. It is outside of downtown, and on the way to or from the beach. We had no wait, but it was after 9pm on a Thurs. Probably very busy around happy hour. Our waiter was friendly and efficient. The drink menu has many yummy cocktails. It is never difficult to find something delicious to eat, but come hungry because the portions are plentiful. This is a fun, vibrant atmosphere with live music for a meal. One more thing - no pets unless your pup is a service anima.l

This was a great setup. I checked into my room at Holiday Express in Tampa, my first night. I decided to try the Bahamas Breeze Restaurant. I'm here to take a 3 day class, so I'm on a budget, and I was not disappointed. Jay was my waiter. Great guy to serve you. First the tea you might think really TEA yup the tea. If you're a real tea drinker, especially unsweetened tea, most restaurants serve strong tea, not this place. It was a perfect brewed not to stong and didn't taste like water. Served with lemon. Second, the house salad was awesome. I'm a blue cheese person, and I don't like tomatoes. The dressing that was given was really good, and the cherry tomatoes were actually crisp and sweet. A lot of time when you get cherry tomatoes are soft and just bland. I was impressed, but it didn't end there. I ordered the bacon burger. Now, when I order medium rare, it usually comes out over cooked, but this one came out at MEDIUM RARE absolutely juicy flavorful . Fries were crispy like i asked. The price was perfect, $25 l. I will be going back tomorrow night to try their chicken wings instead of going to Whiskey Joe's. I like being able to walk from my hotel to the restaurant and not spend a fortune. I spoke to the service manager Melanie to inform her of the good service,food, and price. She was so nice and approachable anywhere on the restaurant floor. I saw her all over making sure everyone was taken care of. She did one more thing that made her a great manager that you wouldn't see all the time and was not expecting. Like I said, I'm on a budget and was full. She gave me a desert to eat in my room for later. When I come back this way, I will definitely bring my wife and children to this hotel Holiday Inn Express and go to Bahamas Breeze Restaurant again. This is the place to go if you want a good meal, good atmosphere, and a price that fits your budget. Definitely go here. Thank you for a wonderful experience. See you tomorrow night after we class

Bahama Breeze, is where I invited my wife to eat for our Marriage Anniversary, the food was very good, they have a special view of the river, the pier, I recommend you go, you will not regret it

We had a great time at Bahama breeze. Only reason I have this a 4 star is because it took over 45+ mins to get our food. But once we got it, it was amazing!

Fun time! Had a nice table overlooking the water. We had the crab dip appetizer before our meal which was delicious. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I had the snapper but it was a bit too salty. But the mango avocado salsa was really good as well as the Key lime butter sauce. Key lime pie for dessert is a must! It’s huge! Eat half and take the other half home!

Service was slow at first bc of mixup on who was to have my table. Loved the flight of specialty drinks and crab dip. Oysters were small but I shouldn't have ordered them on a nonR month & it was August 😞.

Taylor and Ashley were amazing bartenders. They were working hard for their servers and their tables and also managed to have conversations with me and their other bar patrons. I came for a celebration drink by myself for the first time in years and they really made it a true celebration. Taylor made me a requested drink perfectly. And because of this overall experience, I will definitely be back to see them soon. Thank you. Truly.

Don’t confuse this either your local Bahama Breeze, this location is a lot more large scale. With a large dining room, a waterside view, and live music, you’ll get an experience like no other. The service was also really friendly with us. They handled our reservation smoothly. Our waiter was also very talented; he can handle many plates at once. The food is actually really good. The wings we got were spicy, and the main entrees were no exception. The skirt steak was flavorful and had good sides. The jerk chicken pasta is also great. However, I found the chicken and pancakes to be a disappointment. Overall, would recommend if you’re celebrating.

A bit noisy, especially with small children being small children. The food was excellent, but don't spend the money for the jerk chicken wings. You can get spicier food at McDonald's. Steven W., our server, was totally outstanding. Food was brought promptly and eveyone (party of 6) enjoyed their entree. Shrimp and lobster pasta was the best I have in .... 20? years. The salmon and beef dishes were great. And a good value as well. Location is on Tampa's Rocky Point, so, a room with a view.

You wouldn't think a Caribbean restaurant in a hotel parking lot would have the best crab dip you've ever had or that it'd make me realize paella is the dish I've been wanting my whole life, and yet here Bahama Breeze has done just that.

They have the BOMB BARTENDERS, very knowledgeable in the regular menu and drink menu, and they give fantastic customer service!!!

After it took a while for our party of 9 to be seated in a less than crowded and busy environment, we received our drinks and appetizers right away and everything was great until it took way way too long to receive our meals. However the chef was very gracious about resolving the matter.

We've been to Bahama Breeze a couple of times, and we've not been disappointed. It's close to the airport, so a great place to go when picking family/friends up.

Birthday! Disappointed they didn't do anything for a birthday person. Charge for desert. You go with several to celebrate 🥳 and they offered the birthday person nothing.

We had 5 different appetizers, all great. Waitress was awesome dealing with our large party of 17+ and we barely had to wait at all for service, drinks or food.

Snapper was overcooked, as well as everything in the seafood paella that my wife ordered. I thought I had a save with the Mahi Mahi tacos, but to no avail. 😔 our server Lorne was awesome.!!! Overall, we don't recommend it, and we shall not return.

Sat outside and it was a complete vibe! The live music was relaxing, and the fans kept us cool too. Definitely a nice place for lunch, a date or even just after the beach. Food and drinks were really good, I recommend trying the Margarita Flight.
