A peaceful oasis within a garden…The Banyan Cafe offers a remarkable selection of beverages and delicious homemade goodies. I always encourage my special tours to reserve time for a special European quality treat. Always a big hit.

The BEST coffee shop in Fort Myers. The staff are so sweet, the drinks are always delicious, and the gardens surrounding it are beautiful! I appreciate that they rotate their menu often. They keep the classics but always have a really unique seasonal menu. TRY THE ALMOND CROISSANT! You won't be sorry. They are located on the free side of the Edison and Ford Winter Estates so you can just pop in there for your coffee or make a fun day out of it and do them both!

This is the most adorable coffee shop with an incredible staff located at the Edison and Ford Winter Estates. You can enjoy tasty specialty coffee and homemade sweet treats while surrounded by a botanical garden. If you are hungry, the sandwich options are also delicious.

Best coffee ever! So many creative drinks. They are all delicious. The baked goods are home made and yummy. The staff is super friendly and the location and atmosphere are lovely.

Wow! These folks were fun, the location is great, and I got a blueberry lemon cake which was AMAZING. It’s easy for places at a tourist destination to cut corners, not this. Great for locals as well.

Perfect location to kick back and relax in the shade of a variety of old growth tropical trees surrounded by a well tended botanical garden. Really good coffee drinks and munchies served friendly and oromptly.

Great stop after touring the Edison Estate. Got the cold brew with homemade cold foam, a raspberry lemonade and homemade lemon blueberry cake. All are worthy. The ladies were friendly and gave exceptional service.

So I was in the mood for a quick hot drink and sweet snack when Google suggested the Banyan Cafe. I had no idea it was the little food truck on the grounds of the Edison & Ford Estates. What a brilliant way to enjoy light refreshments under a banyan tree and take in all the sites!

I came with HER Corporate (a working moms group) to Banyan Cafe a few weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. We were vision board planning for 2024 and it was the most perfect atmosphere! It can be confusing to find the place because it's located outdoors right in the middle of Edison & Ford Winter Estates. They open at 9am unless they state otherwise. It seems like they frequently update their Facebook and Instagram when they change their hours. I love that it's run by a mother and daughter duo and they have freshly made baked goods as well as delicious coffee. They have plenty of seating and there is an awning over some tables and umbrellas over others. Stop by, you won't regret it! It's so peaceful coming here and they even have a garden center next door. It's a perfect place to grab a coffee and walk!

The coffee was meh. Mocha latte was too sweet. Should be a balance of deep coffee taste with some mocha. Maybe I should have detailed my order but just assumed they're made all the same. Beautiful surroundings but no need to return.

Banyan Cafe is a super cute coffee shop housed on one of the most beautiful spots in Ft Myers. Coffee is always good with lots of flavor choices and the girls on staff are total sweethearts. We always get our coffee when we are near the Edison and Ford Winter Estates.

Had an americano and an apple pecan blondie. Absolutely delicious coffee and dessert. Service was impeccable. And there is a delightful area to enjoy your treat. It's on the grounds of the Edison & Ford estates, but you do not need admission or have to pay to park to enjoy this place.

I want to give a big shout out to this incredible crew! This place is absolutely phenomenal! The service, decor, and food and drink offerings are all top-notch. Kelsey consistently impresses me with her extensive knowledge and expertise. She is not only easy to talk to but also someone you can trust. Olivia is always friendly and sweet. Being around her is such a joy! Sara is hilarious and has the remarkable ability to bring a smile to anyone's face. Jasmine is known for her amazing bakegoods and the adorable decorations she puts up.

Banyan Cafe in Fort Myers is a delightful spot. The new stand is a welcome update, and I highly recommend trying their Dirty Iced Chai Latte. The Valentine specials, especially the chocolate strawberry latte, hit the right notes of sweetness. The cafe's aesthetic is charming, and the coffee is of good quality. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the location in Edison Ford Winter Estate is enchanting. While the baked goods selection was limited to cookies, the overall experience was great, with the option to relax under the banyan trees.

We discovered this adorable coffee shop from a local Instagram page that featured them. It was worth the stop! It’s located in the Edison & Ford Winter Estates but you don’t need to get a ticket to enjoy this coffee and delicious sweets!

The young ladies running the coffee shop were very nice to us, and the food that we took away was delicious. I would recommend stopping there. Try the pumpkin bread. It was delicious.

I have just one word for you, AMAZING The food is HOMEBAKED which is so rare now, the coffee is for sure made with pride, PASSION, and love. you can also see with the hospitality they also provide which is so important now more then ever You can not go to the Edison estates without stopping by banyan coffee.

Update as of 8/20. They have a newly updated stand. I highly recommend a Dirty iced chai late! Stopped by today for a coffee. The woman working was kind and took a minute to suggest drink(s). There’s some valentine specials going on right now so she suggested a chocolate strawberry latte. Just the right amount of sweetness in this drink!

The cafe is attached to the Thomas Edison and Henry Ford estate. Such a lovely surprise. The Chicken salad sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long long time and their choices for gourmet coffee and teas hot or cold was delicious. !

I don’t want to leave this review. I fear others may find this. This is a relaxed place. It really relieves my anxiety from the week. It’s an open non judgmental space. Everyone is welcomed. Tucked away in the Edison estate this place will take you away to a different place each visit. My family and I really enjoy being a part of the banyan coffee family and I like family small. The baked goods are on par with any 5 star restaurant. The coffee is the best in town. The ambiance is the best in Florida. Customer service is phenomenal. We have even purchased the extended family ticket package to enjoy the 10% discount for all the plants for sale and also enjoy museum and grounds. Get there by 9am in the summer it’s hot. The back gate is open if you get there a little before 9. This place isn’t just some starbucks name on the cup place. These people care and do an amazing job. We are lucky to have them in Fort Myers. I became a Edison house member because of them and we now buy plants from the Edison house by weekly. We would never have joined the estate if not for the coffee and friends.

Their Cookies are excellent, kids liked their tea, and they refilled my ice water several times that very hot afternoon. Thank you!💓

Unfortunately, my experience was below average. While the coffee served tasted fine, the cappuccino was over-foamed. This is common and is normally fine, but when paired with a passive-agressive attitude, it made the overall experience not worth the time or money.

Love the atmosphere and their drinks! A little disappointed the last time we came and they changed their turkey sandwich to a panini style with hardly no meat anymore🙁 I loved the tomato, lettuce, cheese and turkey

Herzliches Kaffee, hier wurde alles mit Liebe dekoriert. „echter“ Kaffee, hervorragend Geschmack und faire Preise. Man kann bei einer tollen Umgebung seinen Kaffee oder Heisse Schokolade genießen und einfach nur entspannen. Kaffeeeigentümer sind herzlich, humorvoll und sprechen nativ Deutsch :-)

Definitiv der Geheimtipp in unserem Urlaub! Das kleine Café ist super! Alles ist mit Liebe dekoriert und die Auswahl abwechslungsreich und sicher für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Man kann zwischen heißen und kalten Getränken wählen und es gibt auch eine wechselnde kleine Karte. Wir waren noch recht früh da und hatten "nur" Kuchen, aber der war sehr wahrscheinlich selbstgemacht und super lecker. Kurze Zeit später gab es dann auch noch Sandwiches, aber wir waren satt vom Kuchen. So haben wir aber auch einen Grund nochmal hinzugehen. Parkplätze gibt es genug und kostenfrei. Alle sind super nett und freundlich!

Mein Mann und ich waren im Museum Edison und Ford Winter Estates in Fort Meyers und ich suchte nach einer tollen Location für Kaffee, Tee und Kuchen. Die fand ich bei Jasmin im Banyan Cafe Fort Myers. Wir tranken wirklich köstlichen Cappuccino, eine tolle Version vom Earl Grey Tee (London Fog mit Lavendel Sirup und aufgeschäumter Milch) und aßen selbstgemachten Schokokuchen. Absolut Empfehlenswert! Danke Dir, liebe Jasmin und Deinen tollen Mädels. Ute aus good old Germany ;-).

This place is adorable and very tasty, sweet treats! The coffee is smooth. The owner, Jasmin has a welcoming demeanor and was very kind. The desserts are beautifully made! Extremely impressive and definitely a place you want to stop, grab a cup of coffee and dessert. I definitely recommend this place!

What a GEM! Banyan Cafe is our favorite place to sit and relax and enjoy outstanding espresso & other coffee drinks, homemade cakes & sandwiches. Jasmine and Kelsey are so creative, fun and friendly. I recommend stopping here to everyone I know. They are located at the Edison Ford Estate in such a beautiful setting.

Cute place! Good coffee! Great people! This has to be the cutest thing, aesthetic is well thought out. Coffee was good! Ordered something off the menu - Flat white - and she delivered! They have milk alternatives also. I mainly came here for baked goods, so I was a bit disappointed when they only had cookies, although they had quite the variety of cookies. But that’s about it. Staff are super friendly! It is also in a great location! Nestled in Edison Ford Winter Estate. After getting our coffee, we wondered around the banyan trees. They are so fascinating and just enchanting! There’s also a bunch of seats if you plan to chill.

My boyfriend got an iced caramel macchiato and I got an iced chai latte, it was the best we have ever had of either, and the lady was so sweet. Loved everything about this!

Wunderschönes gelegenes und mit viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Café hinter dem Ticket Shop von Ford und Edison Museum. Sie brauchen kein Ticket für dieses Café. Parkplätze sind in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Sehr leckere kalte Säfte und Tee. Auch das Sandwich ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung.

This is walking distance for me and fantastic food and drinks. Great staff, terrific food, just makes the Edison-Ford Estates even better.
