The take out food was good. It was my first time going there. The counter guy was very nice but he was a little bit rushy. Their hummus is very tasty!! Oh but beware of their prices on the menu...not the same when they add the selections up...higher!!

I recently visited this breakfast spot for the first time, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. This place is nothing short of a masterpiece when it comes to breakfast. The food is exceptional, perfectly balancing taste and presentation, ensuring every meal is a delight. I love it 🥰

They serve amazing dishes to go and pastry. They offer a limited variety of baklava , but it is worth it. The baklava is stuffed with pistachios and prepared to perfection following the Lebanese taste which is not soaked in sugar syrup like other cuisines (Turkish for example). They have a couple of tables for sitting. But can't be considered a restaurant

Friendly, efficient staff that are dedicated to their craft. Variety of options for a quick lunch, key cuisine staples, or catering in a clutch. Clean and clear descriptions of items so those with allergies and dietary restrictions can make decisions they won't regret.

The chicken shawarma sandwiches are so good. I also love the chicken&vegetable soup.

Never disappoints! Generally use for corporate catering and it's always hard to choose what to order as everything we've had has been amazing! Current favs are schwarmas, baklava, salad dressing, vegetable medley, and all the dips.

Great spot for shawarma (chicken, veggie and falafel are my go-tos) gotta add the jalepenos and cayenne for an added kick Love their all their options! Love the owners and the staff. They let you try samples and are extremely helpful. The sandwich loyalty card is a great way to have you coming.

Awsome selection, the authenticity is in abundance and you can taste it. I love the fresh hummus, garlic paste, tahini, baklava, pita bread the list goes on.

Have lived near this place most of my life and never gone in. Recently added some design to the windows that makes it way more inviting and appealing to try. Hope others feel the same!

I was shopping at whole foods, they have your Hummus in their salad Bar, I cant eat anything else, I asked the manger to tell me Where they get their Hummus and they said it come from you. Well done!!!!!

Don't judge a book by its cover. If you didn't already know that this place has the most delicious pulled pork sliders you ever had, you might dismiss it by first looks. Step inside, and see that it's very nicely decorated with lots of wood slad tables and a large bar. I got a great food suggestion from our server, very pleasant with everyone. Please dont pass up the opportunity to eat here. Seriously, the best!

This place is the absolute best. The shawarma, OMG so good ! Bring a friend it's so huge. Split a cucumber and tomato salad are the lentil salad. Add some falafel into your mix. And oh my gosh the hummus. And make sure you save room for a little piece of sweet heaven. The only thing I wish they would do is get their loyalty card back ! Brian and Jerry and Stacey

Hands down the best Swarma in town. Point blanc period. Their sauce recipe is better then any I have had across the country. Flavorful and the ingredients are moist and tender.

Found this local bakery while here in Detroit for a long weekend. Great atmosphere, quality food, service, and great people. I felt like family here because it established and operated by family! I felt like I was invited in the their family kitchen for a meal! I had the chicken shawarma with fries and tabouli. Best shawarma I’ve had. Fries probably the best I’ve had. Taboula very refreshing. The lady who helped me was very warm and welcoming. She even let me try a grape leaves and it was amazing. I will need to take some togo along with their baklava. Great price too! I wish I had more space in my luggage to take home more of their food home. Best meal I’ve had here in Detroit and a great way to finish my trip. Thanks Beirut Bakery! God is good. The owner was around and got to chat a little bit with him. He let me try a few oranges from his tree he’s been raising for 44 years. Very nice way to take some vitamin c.

Meat pie and spinach feta pie where amazing!! The chicken scwarma would have been amazing if it didn't have so much of the relished pickle and red things in it... a little of that stuff would go a long way... it had more of that pickle relish stuff than it had chicken in it...

I've never had a bad experience here. Great food and staff, excellent sandwiches, the -best- french fries. The deli salads are *chef's kiss*. They catered an event for us and were both so very thankful and generous; excellent people all around. Pick up a bottle of the Lebanese Redhead hot sauce, you won't be disappointed.

Their hummus is the BEST thus far 😋 that I have tasted. You better get 2 if not you will be going back!!

Beirut bakery is a small middle Eastern bakery, serving big tastes in prepared foods. I'm Lebanese and cook most of the same foods that they offer here, and it tastes very much like homemade. They make incredible shawarma sandwiches and if you can get the baked kibbee on Fridays.. Do it!!

My girlfriend and I came in for a quick bite to eat but came away with an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, you get that this is a well-loved neighborhood institution. The owner came out and had a nice chat with us, telling us a mini history of this place that's been around for 40 years. And the food? I just ate the best chicken shawarma I've ever had in my life. And I've had shawarma in the Middle East!

You NEED Beirut Bakery in your life! It is one of the few places where you cannot make a mistake…. Eat here and feel better.

My favorite Mediterranean Bakery/Deli/Sandwich Shop! I am addicted to the mujudara, lubne dips, meat and spinach pies, tomato kibbee and sautéed greens!

Beirut Bakery is always delicious. The mujadera is amazing along with meat pies, feta pies, and baklava. Everything tastes fresh and so good! I love that there are so many vegetarian options as well.

This place is so much more than a bakery. They are a Middle Eastern delicatessen with an array of amazing sandwiches, particularly the falafel and shawarma sandwiches. Beyond that, they have a long array of side dishes which are spectacular. Any time I’m driving near this place, I always stop to get something, even if it’s just a spinach pie or a small container of food. They also have some of metro Detroit’s best Syrian bread, also known as pita bread.

First time here after having heard about it for quite some time. The staff is informative, friendly and just pure awesome! The food obviously is made fresh daily, absolutely delicious and made with love!

Beirut Bakery is my go to bakery for all my middle eastern food needs. I live in Colorado and always bring back their outstanding and delicious kibbie balls and their pita pocket bread for me and my friends. All their food items are wonderful.

I routinely travel all over the country, and I still have NEVER been to a restaurant/bakery that is so perfectly perfect. The people. The atmosphere. The food. The service. The prices. The community connection. All of it. Every. Last. Bit…..is perfection. If you’ve been to Beirut Bakery before, this is your reminder that you should go again. If you’ve never been, your new mission is to go and grab 5 friends and make it an outing. The best time to go is right when they open. Or in the middle of the day. Or when they’re closing. Get the hint? There’s never a bad time to go. For the seasoned BB veterans who may be unsure what to get, try a this concoction that I came up with. Order a cheese bread, coat the inside with spicey Labne and the fill the center with chicken and rice. While you’re here, add a bit more Labne. Now, fold it like a taco or wrap and then dip in regular Labne or garlic sauce. Pure food bliss. Keep up the great work, Beirut Bakery!!! Peace Out!
