The line doesn't always move the quickest, but every single barista has been so sweet, polite, and makes beautiful drinks

The employees here are amazingly friendly. They can get backed up when ordering many bagles but I am reasonable and expect to wait a few when they are busy. Its obvious why they are busy.

Absolute worst Bigby! Every time I've been to this location I order 1 drink from the menu via drive thru(nothing special), I am always asked atleast once to repeat my 1 drink order, then asked for a tip when I give my card to pay, lastly to not even get the correct drink. This has happened more than 3 times now, the same situation. The audacity to even ask for a tip after having me repeat my order is insane, customer service here sucks. You've lost my business EDW Bigby.

So my mom frequents this place and she said sometimes it can feel a little rushed and the people can be short. Today, however, they were amazing. Three people working on Sunday June 9 around 9 am. Friendly, funny - cracking jokes and laughing with us. When we got to the car my mom even commented - For a Sunday morning they were all really fun! Keep it up, crew. You're amazing.

I came here on Mother’s Day for some good coffee and breakfast . Normally the baristas are very friendly and never rude . I’m not sure what kind of day they were having but the service was horrible . I had my two young children with me which take a minute to decide on breakfast , the barista was a man at first over the intercom then switched to a women because the man got annoyed by how long we took the order . The women then started sighing constantly every time I ordered something was completely rude and I thought for it being Mother’s Day and I was order just simple things it wasn’t a big deal . Sad to say I have had a better experience before . I understand u guys get impatient or have bad days but don’t reflect that onto your customers.

Went through the drive through and ordered a Ciabatta breakfast sandwich, a cherry and cheese Danish and a frozen coffee. Coffee was great! Bit into sandwich it had the parchment paper from cheese slice in it. I almost choked driving and had to pull off the off in the dark while it was raining! I loved the flavor of the sandwich this was the first time happening. Bit into cherry/cheese Danish and it had nothing in it. I mean empty 😂. I called the store when I got home. Manager Chris was nice and told me to come back he'll fix it. I go back a few days later and coffee is great as always, this time sandwich was wonderful and tasty no parchment paper! However, this cherry and cheese Danish was another failure!!! Nothing in it. I threw it away. If this happened to me twice with the Danish I wonder how many other people lost money too?

A young man named Logan waited on me today at the drive thru at the Edwardsburg, MI, Biggby. Logan was so thoughtful, kind, and seemed genuinely happy to be working. I ordered a hot drink, a bragel, and a pup cup. I have been to many Biggby's but no one has impressed me as much as this young man. Thank you, Logan! Keep being a light!

My daughter and I stopped in for an afternoon coffee date. The workers at this location are great and everything was prepared and served well! Clean lobby area as well. Thank you staff!

Coffee was good I had the cinnamon vanilla frozen. A bit more expensive than dd but seems stronger and you can taste the flavors better

This is my favorite Biggby Coffee! None of the others can compare. The baristas are always super friendly and make your drink perfect! Starbucks cannot compare 💸

I only ever go through the drive-thru but I always get what I ordered. Other locations will mess it up and make an excuse to not correct it. But even if something is wrong at this location, they will always make it right! Even if I have to wait a little longer for my order, they make it right by giving “apology coupons”. I will go out of my way just to go to this location for my coffee!

I've been going to this biggby coffee for years. Today was my last day going to edwardsburg biggby because of the new morning drive thru guy. He is consistently slow, way too loud on the intercom, and very unprofessional for a small town coffee shop. I use to like the place, the other baristas are super awesome. But that one dude just made it clear today when he set my cup in front of a shut window and walked away, then another barista, a woman, came to the back and gave me my drink, he's in charge of the drive thru, not the owner, which surprises me, because the owner, wouldn't let that happen, i don't think.

Absolutely love this location, they are very communicative and friendly and always always make the best drinks. P.S always love the inspirational messages on my coffees!

This location has by far the friendliest staff across the Biggbys we've been to. The coffee is always on point and they will remind you about their rewards card so you get their benefits and free coffee!

Usually pretty quick drive through. Even if there's a line. Staff is always friendly and cheer full. Some times they even leave inspirational notes on my cup that absolutely make my day!

Decided to wait the line. While it was very long, they expedited it quickly. I was offered the daily special to save me half the bill. Love it here
