I have been visiting McLeod Farms for the past 39 years going to and from the beach. And Big’s once it was open. The food at Big’s is amazing and we cannot wait to eat there. They also have fresh meats and we always check out their specials. The first time we decided to invest in one of their specials we encountered a gentleman by the name of Dewitt. Dewitt was awesome and we had some good laughs with him. We always made an effort to speak with him each year we headed that way. Thanks to Dewitt and Big’s for all you have done for us😉

Bigs Meats & More is definitely more than a mini grocery store. There are home pre-made meals and deserts. Along with a fresh meat section, everything from burger patties, bacon to cuts of steaks. You can also order burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches, fries, and much more from the sort order kitchen that is inside the store. Everything is made fresh to order. I had the cheeseburger 🍔 all the way. It was absolutely 💯 delicious 😋! You can oder the food to go or eat outside under a tent with picnic tables. It's a great place to bring the family for a home cook meal.

Probably the best fries that I ever had, the burger was fantastic. The atmosphere was just like earths atmosphere.

I only got a box of meat from there. The meat was good and full of flavors. Compared to the grocery store this is best hands down.

Fantastic service and even better food. Always a must stop for their market, pumpkin patch, and all their produce. We never leave without icecream and cobbler. Delicious!

We live only a county away and travel down every month to pick up the freshest Angus beef, chicken and pork. The homemade sausage is the hubby's fave, fresh and well seasoned. After being tired of the "grocery store" products full of fillers and steroids we decided we wanted farm-raised products for our family. Just fill a shopping list, give them a call and Bigs will take care of the rest, just like the old hometown butcher shop. Great people and great products at a great price!

Always busy, always fresh and consistent with taste and quality. I go here because only real restaurant in area that is made to order fresh and not fast food garbage.

This is a great place to stop it your heading toward the beach. They have good food and an awesome selection of fresh produce and home made goodies to take home. The pies and cakes are outstanding! The sandwiches we had were good and tasty and the atmosphere is awesome. I will continue to come here when I happen to pass it on the way to and from Myrtle Beach.

We stopped at this place randomly during a road trip in the USA, the service was impeccable, thank you. The Big's Sub and the broccoli salad are really excellent, I recommend it! Nice atmosphere in the place.

I loved the cleanliness of the building. You can see you're food being made. I loved that they had a variety of foods and dessert. Everything was fresh and delicious. I love their burgers and fries. The homemade cake and pie was so good. I will definitely take that drive. So I can come back and try their food again.

I've come to McLeod my entire life and love it and the museum but realized I've never actually eaten here. I got the cheeseburger and was very underwhelmed. I'm not picky with my burgers but it had no flavor at all. For 10$ I expected more. The service was exceptional however. Just need some spices.

I love this place , we eat from here often , the kitchen and it’s staff are very clean I purchased meat here for the first time the man wore no gloves nor washed hands until asked. Very unhealthy practice to handle raw meat / cross contaminate/ not wash hands / not wear gloves. He said he does not have to - I questioned that and won’t be back for any more meat!

First time stopping here. Had wanted to stop for years. Food was really good. Also plenty of seating. The attached museum was full of interesting things, and there were tables were you could eat right next to antique tractors and fire trucks. If able, we will stop here again, being it's located at a convenient half way point.

Always enjoy the food I get here. Fast, friendly, great food. The salads and burgers and fries are good. Chicken salad is real good too.

The food is good but the meat is amazing. All cuts of fresh beef, pork, and chicken. The bacon and sausage are also very good. They have very reasonable priced weekly meat specials. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and happy. Keep up the excellent service and awesome products.

Their fries are the best so far of all places we had fries. My husband had cordon bleu sandwich and I had soft shell taco lunch special. They were all very good and service was great!

The food is so good! I swear they have the best french fries ever!! The burgers are really good. 🤤🤤 Just thinking about them is making me hungry again! The workers there are top notch too! They are awesome , fast and nice as heck. Wish I could give them more then 5 stars!!!

The absolute nicest people and staff. We we’re passing through town and stopped in for dinner. Hot dog was perfect. Pimento burger even better. And don’t sleep on the broccoli salad. Picked up some fresh thick cut pork chops and hot sausage on the way out.

What a great burger! My only complaint…it was so big it fell apart because I couldn’t bite all the way through and just had to nibble! Friendly staff. Was fun to hear all the locals/frequent visitors talking to the staff. Only reason for 4stars was the fries, although they were definitely “home fries”, not my favorite. There were many other sides I could’ve chosen and will the next time we come.

When we visit McLeod'market we always stop by Bigs to bring home the freshest cuts of meat and sausage. This time we ordered a hsmburger and it was big, juicy and delicious....👍

Probably some of the best burgers I've ever had. The portions are great, and the food is delicious. The store next to it also has very good ice-cream. Definitely a must stop location if you're going through McBee.

This place is awesome. Staff is very friendly. Went Saturday for lunch it was busy but didn't take long to get my order. Good cheese burger (all the way) I don't know how you make French fries better but they do. Nice meat market too. I was on my motorcycle and they gave me a bag of ice to keep my 2 steaks cool on the ride home. This is going to be a regular stop for me on beach trips.

Another gem!!! Burgers are excellent. Fast to order and be served, sit in a screened in porch or outside with umbrellas.
