I am so happy they offer non-dairy ice cream since my son is lactose intolerant. I also appreciate the help and kindness the employees show to customers. The only thing I wish they offer a non dairy pizza but maybe in the future.

My favorite pizza 🍕. I like the "uniforms", girls are always nice, very casual, but the pizza... it's always the pizza that brings me back.

Pretty good, I wish it was great. Pizza too thin and the cheese bread was a bit burnt, but good pizza flavor and reasonable prices. Nice inside, just wish they had a ton more seating

This was my first visit. The salad and pizza were delicious! Friendly staff. Mostly. My friend never got a notification for her pizza, and at 9 p.m., they told us they were closed. My friend informed them that we never got our pizza. So they did bring it to us. We were sitting on the patio, and she was going to eat some of it, but they locked the door and turned out the lights and music. So we left. I guess that's their policy?? Where has decent customer service gone??? At least communicate rather than just lock us out. I do not see myself returning there, even though the food was very good.

Absolutely love this place. Great variety of signature pizzas and every single one we’ve tried is phenomenal. The red sauce is so good, the cheese is high quality, and the crust is perfection.

Having watched the Dave Portnoy/"One Bite" pizza review of this place, we made it a point to stop and try the pizza and frozen custard when last in the area; we were not disappointed. The family owned/operated business is charming, welcoming, and a pleasure to visit. The short few miles of a drive off of the interstate is well worth the time. Plenty of parking available during our visit. The Pizza Barn is clean, comfortable, and our pizza was delicious; cooked to order. Save room for the frozen custard served from the multi story house across the parking lot, and enjoy your treat while sitting in comfortable chairs on the large, covered, open air porch. They do offer drive thru service at the custard stand, but why be in a rush? Park the car and enjoy a few relaxing minutes on the porch with your frozen treats. Those "in the know" purchase their dairy's milk products; Dave Portnoy gave their chocolate milk a 11 out if 10 score! We will definitely make this a "must stop" when next in the area.

I had a small pizza that was very fresh and hot. It was good but had an odd taste I couldn't quite place. I'm not sure if there was cheddar in the cheeses or something in the sauce that had a little bite to it. It wasn't bad just not what I was expecting.

I would come back in a heartbeat for the chocolate shell ice cream cone. The milk was good. I would never get the pizza again. It tasted flavorless to me and had no sauce. It was oddly better leftover than fresh. Just not worth the price at all to me. I’ll stick to the Cruze downtown on gay street for the ice cream!

The best customer service ever. A minor error on pizza and they honestly did way more than we ever could have imagined to make it right. We weren’t upset but they continued to go the extra mile 🙌🏻

Not even close to 4.7 stars... I expected something spectacular for a $24, 14-inch pizza ? Pizza was ok but nothing special...lacked marinera sauce... most of it was dry with only one or two pieces containing any hint of a thin layer of sauce. Not especially flavorful, either. Just ok pizza....not 4.7 star pizza. It was a long drive to be disappointed. Free pacman in the order/checkout/order pick up area.

Excellent food with outstanding ice cream that will make you become addicted to it. They need to open one in Charlotte, NC. I would visit everyday.

I left it alone last time, but it happened again. The pizza wasn't really great, especially for the price. A very thin "hand tossed" crust that couldn't hold our toppings if it tried, nor was crispy of that was the angle. Perhaps the thick crust would have been better, but they were out of it. The garlic bread and knotts weren't even close to a value for the money with the portions. We did order the half size for the appetizers, but even still.. Luckily the Ice Cream farm house NEVER disappoints. We will eat somewhere else before going back for the ice cream house next door. Because it definitely saved the day and was very tasty, had a great atmosphere, and was worth it!

I had heard that the pizza here was great so I needed to give it a try myself and WOW! The service was great, the girl in the front was super sweet & patient! I think her name was Ajaya. The ranch was delicious and the pizza was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. So good we had to go back in and get another one to go since we live an hour away but it was well worth the drive.

The pizza has always been consistent, good for the price, and service has always been great. The salads are great as well. The ice cream is served next door, and is the best quality ice cream you can get in the East Tennessee area.

Pizza is delicious and the service is wonderful. They were even kind enough to bring my dog a bowl of water. Walk across the parking lot for the ice cream, also wonderful.

The pizza is just okay. I love pizza, and it wasn't as good as I remembered from 10 years ago. The ice cream is perfect! We've been many times to multiple locations, and we will back for more. There's no better ice cream anywhere. 😊

What a great little pizza parlor. Quick, efficient, and friendly service. Simple and clean setting if a little off the beaten path. Our pizza, cheese bread and salad were all very tasty. AND the Cruze ice cream parlor is right across the parking lot. A Knoxville treat!

shared a large pizza w my boyfriend and i got chicken and pineapple and it was soo good the only problem was there was tiny pieces of chicken bones in my chicken and every few bites id bite something hard and crunchy but most were very small but the last slice there was like 4 big chunks

First time here. Couple call outs. Firstly, the having to go through prompts when calling is very annoying, and once I got through, I got the ice cream spot so they had to patch me over. Just get a phone # for each place folks. I ordered 2 large pan pizzas. The box was so light that I had to take a peak in there to see if there was actually a pizza in both boxes. 1 normal slice of pizza weighs the same as a large here. Very strange. All that said, the pizza itself was pretty damn proper. Beautiful crispy bottom, good sausage, and good flavor. I paid the extra $3 for the pan, but will go back to try the hand tossed to see why the pan would cost more. Could not be the amount of dough as it was so airy and light. So, a bit pricey for what you get, but definitely not a bad pie!

Marley was super sweet and very helpful since it was our first time here in Knox. We ordered 1 pizza with same sauce and tried two different pizzas. Let me tell you as a foodie, these pizzas in every bite you got every flavor. My mouth is watering as I'm writing this. The homemade ranch was very tasty and the service was top notch. I would recommend this small business and the ice cream shop to anyone. Glad we found you guys, glad we tried it and now I'm craving pizza again, thank you Marley and staff. Best pizza in Knox county. This place goes above and beyond in just about every way. The pizza itself is wildly addictive, and every variant I have had has been stellar. The crust is unique, and dipped in their ranch is unreal (I'm not a ranch and pizza guy any other time). The cheese, as you would expect, is delicious. The service is reliably timely and all the staff, in my experience, are competent and well-mannered. The uniforms, attitudes, and decor work together well to provide a unique, down-to-earth, cozy atmosphere. Overall there is nowhere around I'd rather get pizza from. They show out in every way, beautiful little down-home spot.

Awesome customer service and great food.

Used Love this place, have gone here for years. Food is great and service is usually good. But has been in decline over the past year. Extremely under staffed and the ones working there seem to have been trained hardly at all. If you order a pizza there you will wait at least an hour, 2 hours last time 🙄. Definitely don't bring small children, they will give out way before the pizza gets there. Have observed this dozens of times.

They have a good lunch special. 10 Inch pizza a beverage and a bag of chips. Pizza is decent the people are always friendly.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Pigeon Forge. We were looking for a relaxed kid friendly place. This fit the bill with the adjacent ice cream shop. We ordered a deep dish pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Having grown up in Detroit, I am picky about deep dish. This was outstanding with high quality ingredients. The Greek salad was top notch as well. The staff were all very friendly and service was the best. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been several times. We ty a new pizza everytime and have yet to find one we didn't love. Thw dumb blonde and islands in the steam are our favorites! Plus there's an icecream parlor next door. Always amazing as well

Cruze Farm’s ice cream nachos are a marvelous invention. Their shakes are to die for, and the entire aesthetic is wildly fun. However the pizza we received was slightly undercooked in the middle, and the garlic bread was not at all good. I’d stick specifically to the ice cream when visiting.

Out of all the states I’ve lived in, countries & states I’ve visited, this is still THE BEST ice cream I’ve ever had. Might be a tad pricey, but it’s totally worth the experience. The pizza might not be in the same tier as the Ice Cream, BUT it is a very solid experience as well. Always want to experience again. The location & atmosphere is unrivaled & always bustling. The staff are always prompt & kind as well!

A great pizza place! I'm a NY area native, so I'm very particular about my pizza. However, for a pie outside of the NY area, this was very good. The crust was crispy and all the ingredients tasted fresh. The service and atmosphere were excellent as well. Definitely worth a visit!

Ordered the deep dish Two Doors Down pizza and it was one of the best we've ever had. Perfection!

Cruze farms is excellent. Their pizza AND ice cream are great...especially the ice cream.

Great place. We had the lunch special so just a pepperoni this time but we will be back for some specialty pizzas as well.

The Pizza was good. Ordered 8 larges for the crew about 3 hours ahead of pick up. When we got there we had to wait 20 minutes. Other than the time management issue it was good!

I'm updating my review because the service the last few times has been so slooooooowww! If people order salads they want them before their pizza. Hire more staff, or something. A solid choice for good pizza. Only drawback imo is the dining area is small for the crowd this place attracts. After you finish your pizza you can walk across the parking lot and have some delicious ice cream . (Thanks for the info Cruze Farm, I didn't know you could take your pizza over to the house. Cool!)

We literally go here for pizza and icecream all the time! It’s one of our favorite places! The supreme pizza (Cheri baby) is AMAZING!!!!! The chocolate shake is a really big hit at our house! But they even have pints that you can buy to take home and they have milk as well that you can buy! The food is always fresh and the wait times are usually not long at all! We will ALWAYS go here and recommend them to everyone!❤️🍕🍦

Literally the best pizza ever. The crust is so buttery and you NEED to try the hot honey. The cheese was a little chewy my first couple times going but I haven’t had that problem since.

I have always loved Cruze Farm. Today was the first time I was disappointed in their brand and employees. Don’t get me wrong the pizza and ice cream are always excellent. The service today though was the worst I have experienced. Tonight we ordered the July specialty pizza at 6:10 and a small cheese bread. I was told on the phone by a male employee 30-35 minutes until it would be ready. My husband went in to check at the 30 minute mark and was told the cheese bread was ready but the pizza needed another 15 to cook. We ate a hot fudge sundae from Asbury house and my husband ate a piece of the cheesy bread. 10 minutes later my husband went back to see if the pizza might be ready but it wasn’t and was told it would take another 10 minutes to cook. He returned after that next 10 minutes which has now been 50 minutes since I ordered the pizza. Finally they say the pizza is ready. (Mind you the cheese bread is now cold at this point) They inform him the pizza has been burned in the oven but they will remake the pizza. This has been nearly a full hour after calling in the pizza order. We were offered nothing for the trouble or waiting that happened and actually when I finally went in and said yes I want the pizza remade I was told that she (the female employee helping us… Hannah) told me it would be 45 minutes on the phone when I ordered. Remember I talked to a male employee on the phone so she was completely lying about that and I told her no she didn’t and that I was told 30-35 minutes. I understand getting busy BUT they took 10 minutes to remake the pizza. That means the pizza was NEVER even in the oven when the cheese bread was. I sat at the Asbury House and watched someone’s ice cream be messed up… manager offered to remake or give them something totally different AND gave them a gift card for their trouble. I definitely expected at least a sincere apology or at least admitting that they were wrong when they told me how long it would be but we received neither. It was a quick “sorry about that” and we we left. Driving almost an hour from our house to get $30 worth of pizza won’t be happening any more. And that makes me sad because the food is good and the owners have always been AMAZING to their community and I loved supporting them because of that! Felt that the employee was rude and not a true representative of Cruze Farm and I hope they fix the issue.

Had to remake my pizza was burnt.. then 2nd pizza was runny in the middle dry on the crust.. will not go back terrible pizza.. ice cream is good but way too expensive..

7/01/23 We absolutely love Cruzes Farm typically. Their ice cream is always great and the ladies super sweet. However the past few times they have been kind of skimpy with their dipped ice cream. Today my boyfriend's ice cream hardly had any cherry dip on his ice cream. Both our ice cream was delicious but hate when you pay for dipped it doesn't have much on it. We never seem to have that issue at the Sevierville location.

I have lived here locally most of my life. First time eating at Cruze Farms for pizza and ice cream. It was very good and we will definitely come again.

Pizza was burnt ino places. Had to clean my own table. Took a long time to get food. Staff was nice. I could tell the food would have been great if not burnt.

Pizza was okay. Nothing special, but it was alright. Atmosphere was decent, but several tables had not been wiped down.

I was disappointed in the pizza. Something is off when it comes to flavor. Don’t pass up the extra marinara when they ask, it’s a bit staved.

Off the beatin' path for sure, but well worth it! We had the Greek salad, pizza, and of course we saved room for ice cream! So fresh, creamy, and delicious. Cannot wait to go back! We saw another location downtown but I think they just serve ice cream there.

Great Pizza and Icecream! The music on the other hand, The only reason I give a 3 star instead of 5 star. The music in the pizza house was mainly Rap and R&B. My family(three kids and husband) and I felt like we were in a bar. This was on a Sunday afternoon. I'm not sure if this was because who was at shift that day, but just definitely did not give the family fun vibe and country farm influence I was hoping for. I only give this review to inform and to help better the company, because like I said the food was great, but the atmosphere was totally opposite. Hope this helps.

Pizza is absolutely exquisite, atmosphere is loose and laid back. The customer service is amazing. Service was fast, waitresses were insanely helpful and efficient.

The pizza is delicious and we went and enjoyed ice cream afterwards. A very nice family outing.

Oh my goodness! The deep dish pepperoni pizza and Italian sausage, caramelized onion on cream sauce pizza were amazing! The two salads were tasty with delicious dressing! Next time we are in Knoxville, we will definitely visit again!
