Such a great vibe! Our first time stopping in. Emma was our bariesta, and she made us both iced peppermint mocha lattes, and they were superb! Can't wait to come back again to this little gem.

Black Crow is amazing! Such good drinks at for a reasonable price. The atmosphere is awesome and it’s just a fun place to hang out and maybe get some work done. Can definitely recommend!

Employees and also clientele were really friendly and chatty. Tea is decent and the pastries are good. edit: 2024 - a few electrical sockets are broken or on the fritz making it nearly impossible to work here unless I charge everything at home first. Everyone fights for the same 3 working ones. Also the picnic bench has an INCREDIBLY loud squeaking and needs to be fixed and/or oiled.

Unfortunately they didn't have any of the GF items mentioned in their own website. Then they didn't have the Tea, that was on their Menu inside their business on the wall. The girl working was very apologetic and nice. The Tea I ended up getting was very good. My friends coffee she had, she really liked it a lot. The atmosphere is very chill and casual, and everyone was very friendly.

I recently moved into the Old Northeast neighborhood, and having Black Crow in walking distance means I will never need another coffee shop again! Their chai and banana mochas are better than any lattes around, and when they have a signature like their summer lavender speciality it will always slap. - perfect for sitting and doing work in the early mornings! - food consists of mostly baked goods of really unique varieties - staff is so kind and helpful - parking is just street parking, but there’s lots in the area!

I loved the atmosphere of this eclectic coffee shop! Unfortunately I did not love the coffee. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the most flavorful. They have lots of pastries to go with drinks. The staff were all friendly and the prices were average for a coffee shop.

I do love the vibe here but sad to say this is the only place in St Pete with Antiematic Slurs on the wall I used to love this place but I will not be visiting if I continue to see hate speech all over the shop

I love the environment of this coffee shop and the bookstore nextdoor is 👌🏽 We got some yummy muffins and enjoyed them with our coffee. The espresso drinks weren’t the best I’ve had, but it was still decent coffee and I’ll definitely be back!

An awesome community-focused, queer friendly, old school coffee shop. House baked muffins were excellent and I enjoyed their tea selection. Others in my group got coffee and that was great too! This place has such great vibes. Plus there's a community garden across the street for more good vibes 👌

stopped by for a quick refresher and although i did have to wait in line for a bit as it was busy, there were plenty of tables and seating arrangements made available perfect to to lounge around to get studying/some work done or to catch up with a friend. love the energy of this place and the fact that they have a bookstore next door!

Wonderful place with really great staff.

Just wanna say that was the best pick me up matcha and patsy for the best buck in town . The matcha was so yummy and it was the first matcha in a hot min that woke me up and got me moving ! Happy holidays !

I appreciate visiting this place for its friendly staff and great coffee. However, I find the open policy of allowing customers to play instruments anytime to be quite distracting. While I understand that this might be enjoyable for some, it can be challenging for those of us who come here to work, journal, or relax in a quieter atmosphere. Would it be possible to consider setting designated days or times for musical activities? This could help maintain a peaceful environment for all patrons while still celebrating the musical talent of your customers.

Always a wonderful experience! Excellent coffees and teas, the croissants are always fresh. Sustainable glassware and pasta straws! Artists wander and bike from surrounding neighborhoods to paint, write, draw and play on quirky tables and mismatched chairs. The back corner is equipped with a piano that welcomes musicians to take a seat! St. Pete local great Jamal Hasan from The HeadTones and Smoove jams regularly sits in early on the weekends and posts his sessions live on Facebook! We stopped in and recorded a bit today! (12.1.23) I posted the video below!

The Golden Oldies vibe, cute coffee house with old TV. Coffee was great and I will return when I’m in the St. Petersburg area. I didn’t order any food just came to try the coffee, that’s why zero stars on food because I didn’t have any to taste.

This place is small but has two sides. Ordered chai teas which not the same as Starbucks but still enjoyable. Got the vegan banana bread and cranberry orange muffin. Both were good heated up with butter. Wanted to support somewhere different and local. Great vibes.

This cafe is great and is such a vibe. Hipster to the max, you can even play the piano while you chill on grandmas furniture. The world needs more places like Black Crow.

You name it, they have it…in coffee! Cortado, Cold Brew, Jet Fuel, Americano, Brewed Coffee, Espresso, Cappuccino and Lattes. Plus, Mocha, Purple Haze, Caramel Sutra, Caramel Knowledge, Banana Mocha, Almond Mocha, Peppermint Mocha and Vanilla Bean. My Latte and hubby’s brewed coffee were deep, rich and perfectly brewed. Muffins- Cranberry Orange (GF), Blueberry (GF), Banana Nut, Maui Morning - we had the Cranberry Orange it was not overly sweet and heat up nice at home. Cookies Rosemary Shortbread (would love to try next time) Vegan Crowssant stuffed with vegan cream cheese & everything sprinkles, vegan pastry pockets with savory vegan gravy & steak(seitan), Savannah banana vegan bread, Vegan & GF chewy brownies with nuts Crowssants Ham & Swiss,Spinach & Ricotta, Leek & Parmesan, Chocolate, Plain Bagels Everything Bagels cow cream cheese and in- house made Vegan Cream Cheese (cashew / tofu base) I love all the choices above, the parking was about a block away and we took our coffee to go. The cups were made from recycled materials. Go, enjoy!

I will always love this place for coffee. Sitting in the sun across the street in the community garden is A God Send… So buy the art and tip generously!

Not pictured is the delicious chocolate croissant I got here, but from the iced latte (and my partner's chai latte) to the pastries everything was just beyond delightful I loved the decor and vibe (and that is far enough away to keep you from the hustle and bustle of downtown st.petes), also our barista was super nice and efficient Good people, drinks, and food, will def be back

The experience at both black crow coffee shops it's a delightful one. Come in and dine in some baked goods, vegan options available for plant-based patrons. Cool vibes & music often played in the side room. Whole bean ethically sourced coffee for sale right on the store shelves. This coffee shop & Cafe has a ton going for it and I'd highly recommend stopping in for a cozy vibe on a rainy day or an ice cold cold brew coffee on a warm sunny day.

Vibes, vibes, vibes for days. I am so glad I discovered this place. Both St. Pete locations are fun, but this is the cozier of the two. Yes, the coffee options are great, but it's really the ambience of the place that elevates it into another stratosphere. The rosemary (shortbread?) cookie is unique and delicious. The décor is a delightful hodgepodge and visual feast... and your eyes won't know where to look next, from the desks to the chairs to the light fixtures and wall art... a micro-museum of sorts. They even have pasta straws (talk about compostable!). I've been here only a small handful of times but I'm happy to make this my new stomping ground any time I'm in the Tampa Bay area... Oh, and the service is always top-notch. Friendly and warm.

Funky little coffee shop with great brew. Be very careful with the cups they are an eco-friendly style paper cup that don't seal very well, and the coffee is extremely hot. We lost one of our two cups before we got to the curb.

I've been coming to this location for years, but will not be any longer. Its disappointing because the coffee is great, but after an incident with a family member, I cannot in good judgment continue to support them. My sister in law came in for coffee with her baby and was sitting in the main room when her baby needed a diaper change. There is no public restroom or area to change the baby, so she went off to the corner and changed the baby on her own changing pad. She disposed of the diaper and cleaned the area. An employee approached her and told her that is not allowed inside the coffee shop and continued to make comments that made her so uncomfortable that she left. She is not a confrontational person, and she was so embarrassed and frustrated that she sat and cried in her car. I wish I had been there to stand up for her. She is a new mom with a 5 month old, doing her best for her baby. I am disgusted with the actions of the Black Crow employee. This company loves to boast diversity and inclusion, but decided to alienate and embarrass a new mother. This building allows DOGS inside, but she cannot take care of her infant?? She reached out via Facebook on March 10th (17 days ago!!) and received a canned "Hi, thanks for contacting us. We've received your message and appreciate you reaching out."...with NO response. DO BETTER BLACK CROW.

Come every Sunday morning to this place. IMHO, best and fresher croissants in St Pete. I have never had a stale croissant here. Coffee is also pretty good, good enough for me to be a regular on Sundays. Kudos guys!

They no longer do pour-overs or have in-house ceramic mugs. Nice vintage decor. Half of the staff was friendly.

I absolutely adored my visit here! The staff was as amazing as my Pastries & coffees that I ordered. This place truly is a gem and I felt so comfy and cozy during my time here. The decor is a maximalist dream- so if you’re not into tasteful clutter, this may not be the coffee shop for you. 12/10 would recommend!

This place is truly a hidden gem in St Pete!!! I’ve been coming here for a few years religiously and this is my happy place. I even moved down the street from the old northeast location at one point just to be closer to the shop. I can’t say enough amazing things about black crow and it’s great staff, ambiance and coffee/goods! Please stop in and give them a try, but also don’t (just kidding) because it’s the best kept secret in the Burg! I love you black crow, thanks for being awesome. ~Jen

Idk about their coffee but my tea was over-brewed and bitter. Undrinkable. The baristas were staring and unfriendly… not even a smile. The location is plastered with posters and stickers— feels claustrophobic and not very cozy.

I've been coming here near-daily for years. The best coffee and pastries in the city! The atmosphere is great, as well. It can be difficult to get parking sometimes but that's never deterred me.

This place is a cute little Gem. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood near downtown St. Pete. I usually come here after a nice morning walk with a friend. I love that everything is environmentally friendly. The decoration and set up is so unique that there is always something new to see or find. The vegan option pastries are nice as well.

Only ever had the coffee there, but it is so good. They are very eco friendly (pasta and paper straws). The environment is very chill, and there is wifi. Staff is pretty chill as well.

I got a peppermint macchiato with an extra shot of espresso and my friend got a cold brew latte I think. Coffee was good! And the spot felt pretty hipster, but had kind of a classic/old feel to it, so it was ok. They do have food here too, btw!

It's the epitome of asmall, independent, neighborhood, bohemian coffee shop. They have all kinds of coffee drinks and a pretty good selection of pastries (both vegetarian and gluten-free). The furniture is comfortable and slightly shabby, the decor is eclectic and worth exploring in itself, and it is suitably quiet to allow conversations and reading. The coffee and snacks are quite good, and definitely cheaper than Starbucks. If you like to support local businesses, Black Crow is a must!
