Awesome food, queso frito, maduros, empanadas, coconut shrimp and great experience on a Friday night.

I can’t recommend this place enough! You are greeted by extremely welcoming service and a comfy/cozy atmosphere. Although I got takeout the decor and dining area are beautiful! The food was to die for and the recommendation for the sunset punch did not disappoint. Do not miss out on this place!

This was our second time here in a month, the food is absolutely delicious and the owners are so sweet and take the time to talk to their customers. The cheese empanadas are fabulous as are the empanadas with cheese and plantains. The Tres Leches Cake is soo good that we got one to go and the bread pudding was nice and dense made from brioche bread and contained no raisins (which for me is a plus) . I had the Ilapingachos de la sierra which was delicious and i would order again especially for whatever chorizo they use. Everything is made to order and can take some time to get the food out, but the atmosphere is pleasant and the time goes quick as our party of 6 had appetizers, dinners and desserts in under 2 hours. We live about 45 minutes away and will be returning again.

We tried Bluefoot Cuisine for dinner tonight before heading back to NY after the long weekend. It was some of the best food my family and I ever had in the Poconos. It's a small place not equipped for large groups. We loved the quiet, intimate vibe. Our 3 year old was tired of traveling and had a meltdown as soon as we ordered. The staff were understanding and friendly. Bathroom clean and equipped with a changing table. The food was incredibly fresh and just delicious! Order the coconut shrimp and the cheese empanadas! Prices are reasonable for the high quality meals served. We will be back!

By far the worst experience ever. Monica was the absolute worst waitress. Very rude and unappreciative of everyone walking in trying to support their "small business." Nonetheless, food was great. Probably will never go back due to the hospitality

We are so happy to have an authentic Ecuadorian restaurant in the Poconos! Food was absolutely delicious! It was so fresh and flavorful. You can tell it’s made with lots of love and it was really emotional for me enjoying food from my culture, bringing back such wonderful memories. The restaurant was super clean and gave such a warm home feeling. Loved the cultural decor. The waitress was so friendly. They made special accommodations for my daughter who highly allergic to peanuts. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to return! My new favorite spot. Many blessings and much success to the owners and their family!

We were a large group of hungry people, after the river, we arrived at 2:30 the place was completely empty we thought would be nice try the Ecuadorian food and the girl at the entrance just said, do you have a reservation? she didn't accept us and there was no service, I repeat, the place was completely empty 😅 we would have left some good tips, maybe next time 🤷🏼‍♀️

It is true ECUADORIAN food made with LOVE and with GUAYAQUILEÑO seasoning, I am fascinated, do not hesitate to go, it is the best

AMAZING PLACE! My family and I desperately needed a place to eat after an all day kayaking trip and coincidently stumbled apon this place. We were greeted by a woman ( who I believe to be the owner) and she was the kindest and most helpful! The food came out very fast and was AMAZING we were all very pleasantly surprised! We only expected some quick fast food at almost 9 o clock at night, but even at that time each dish was made with effort and care 😌 We are very glad we came here and would come again!

My husband and I loved the food! I ordered the esmeraldas encocado and my husband got the pan seared salmon. For appetizer we got the cheese empanadas. The food was so delicious and I will be dreaming about those cheese empanadas until we come back for our next visit to the Poconos. We took the tres leches cake to go and ate it at our hotel later and it was very good. 10/10 recommend this restaurant.

A great first experience at Bluefoot tonight! Food was great as well as presentation. Considering it’s all made from scratch, it came out relatively quick. Definitely worth stopping by, and if you want ice cream then there’s also a great place right next door. Will be back!

The furnishing is nice and the outside looks like a cute little house. We were greeted and seated by the owner. We didn't realize she was the owner until she told us. She is most gracious with no airs about her. She helped us choose our dishes when we didn't understand. As you can see by the image enclosed, the presentation is fabulous and I can verify the taste is wonderful. As someone who loves well seasoned food, this was a hit for me!,

This place is great. It felt like home. Monica & Victor treated us as if we were old friends. The food was amazing; every single bite!! I had the coconut shrimp appetizer, the salmon entree with green beans almondine & peppered rice, and the housemade bread pudding. Again, every single bite was amazing & seasoned through and through. Wished we lived closer because this would be a regular go-to-spot.

My friends and I found this hidden gem and we very much enjoyed our experience. It’s a small location but has a home like feel. Our server Monica who is also the owner was very nice and funny. The drinks were freshly made and tasty, we got passion fruit and mango juice. The food was excellent, fresh, hot, and very flavorful. My friends got the pan seared salmon and the esmeraldas encocado. I got the meat empanadas as an appetizer. My main course was the fried fish which came with white rice and beans. Although everything was really good, the rice could’ve been cooked a little more. Other than that, everything was great even the music. I will definitely be returning!

We are on vacation from Michigan. This was the best dining experience we had during our stay. The owners/staff are warm and friendly and committed to excellence in their service and in their food. We can’t wait to go back!

We had such an excellent experience. Our cousins were visiting from Michigan, and we all wanted to experience something new for us. We order beef empanadas for a starter. Those were large empanadas, that were so good, I could have just ate them for dinner. We all tried something different and everything was excellent! The Ecuadorian sodas were excellent, along with the latte! The service was excellent!

Our 14-yr-old daughter wanted to rate them 6 stars.

Came here a couple times but today’s experience was something else. Pretty shady business practice and masking it saying it’s “policy” is wild. Attached picture is the bill for tonight’s food that was much better the first time around for sure. 4 appetizers. 4 meals. 4 drinks. 4 people eating and being served. But charged an AUTOMATIC 25% saying they served 5 people because my baby was with us who was asleep in her car seat up until we were getting ready to leave?! An extra $35 for a sleeping baby?!?! … And blame it on policy?? That yall made? It’s different if the baby ate or partaken in our dinner but no… $35 fee for my baby to sleep…. in her car seat. Wild. I don’t care what post it’s you have placed on your counter. Who charges for a sleeping baby in a car seat?! That’s some real shady way to try and justify this nonsense. What’s worse is the restaurant was empty and the baby was visible and they knew who I was bringing in. There was no transparency there. They could have said “hey even though your baby isn’t being served the service fee we have here still stands”. I would have left. Asked upon arrival how many people and I said 4 but we have a baby too. Didn’t bother to disclose that then right? Like a 25% automatic fee isn’t significant. Instead we get blind sided by it. Top it off for a tab that’s almost $200 you would think they would actually invest in some plates. Serving paper plates and charging $200 on meals is crazy talk. No1 cares if it’s an appetizer. Premium prices should come with some actual dish ware at the very minimum… I tried to bring this up and say this respectfully and away from my own family as to not make a scene and of course once brought up the server(daughter) got pissed about the confusion and combative. I asked for the owner to have a more civilized discussion and was denied. I said “whatever, I’ll just pay the tab because I saw how this was going and the daughter just thought continuing with the snarky remarks was the best way to handle the situation. After about 10 times of saying “just ring me up and I’ll take care of the tab” and with visible frustration she tells me she will take a meal off to make up for it… Like ok, I’ll take the $23 meal off so I can still charge you the now $30 mandatory fee for the make believe 5th person we served. Then don’t even offer a receipt with updated charges or a “thank you for your business.” Love supporting small business but not when they do things like this. And I don’t need a long letter on google trying to shame me for sharing my honest experience and warning people of this here so they know… That even if your baby is an infant and does not eat or drink or anything, They will tack on an extra 25% on your bill. Crazy. lol funny how every time there’s a negative review here comes this essay to try and justify… sure. Everyone’s just big, bad and mean and you guys can do no wrong cause you’re a small business right? Do y’all take accountability…. Ever? My in store experience and all your google reviews have showed nothing but defensive stances. Says plenty. And talk about all that for $14… No this is what YALL DOING FOR A COUPLE EXTRA BUCKS?. Losing customers for that?? Your restaurant was empty when we sat and ate…. My sleeping baby took zero service from yall. None. She also didn’t block anyone from sitting when there was again no one else there. A simple apology would’ve taken the review down but as expected more deflection and redirection from yall. Good luck

Loved the food! Had the cheese empanadas, fish AND shrimp ceviche, and some fresh blackberry juice. After a day on the Delaware, this is the perfect place to recharge with great, affordable eats.

The food was very good and very authentic Ecuadorian food. The cheese empanadas were among the best I have had. I had the chicken chaufa and it was excellent. My wife had the shrimp ceviche and she said it was wonderful. Other dishes our family had included the chorizo with peanut sauce and cheesy potato patties, nanos (skirt steak), and chicken nuggets that my grandson loved. We also shared the fried cheese with sweet plantains appetizer. Everything was fresh and really good. The service was great as well! The owner chef dropped by to make sure we enjoyed the meal. She also gave us a complimentary piece of the desert cake we all shared that was very good too. We will be back the next time we are in the Poconos for sure.

I was so happy to find Bluefoot in the Delaware Water Gap area. The restaurant and concept is a complete thought, which is something very rare in the Poconos. The restaurant menu is not huge, and that is on purpose. Everything on the menu (that I tried) was delicious. I definitely recommend the Ropa Vieja, which is the best I've ever had.

Update - having read my review again, I do want to correct something - you didn’t pointedly tell us those other tables weren’t available - not sure why I put it that way - but they weren’t offered, even though that side of the restaurant was basically empty. Finally, while I am admittedly a critical reviewer, it’s a 4-star review - meaning that our experience was largely positive. How does it benefit customers (or even owners) for everyone to walk on eggshells, afraid to say anything negative, or give anything less than a 5-star review, for a restaurant, or to say anything constructive that could be better? Isn’t there always room for improvement? I don’t believe that we should just sugarcoat everything… “Really enjoyed our food. In particular, each dish looked like a work of art. However, a few things bothered us. 1) we didn’t find the young hostess/waitress (owner’s daughter perhaps?) particularly cheerful or helpful; 2) if you’re charging 16 dollars for a coconut shrimp appetizer or 25 dollars for entrees like ropa vieja, you should be providing actual glasses for wine, not plastic cups (sorry, you can’t have it both ways) or paper share plates!! You should also provide ice buckets for alcohol. 3) finally, the restaurant was mostly empty on our visit, yet we weren’t offered and, were pointedly told we couldn’t sit in the more intimate dining area away from the register and bathrooms, etc. Hence the 4 stars …..

Delicious Food, excellent service and place!

Wow! Phenomenal experience! Service was quick and the staff was extremely friendly. The food was chef’s kiss! Presentation was just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because we dug right in. First time here and I’m very impressed. Their fresh juice is just so delicious. We had the passion fruit, amazing, and the mango juice. Can’t wait to go back to try blackberry. There’s honestly no other place like this Ecuadorian restaurant. 1000% recommend. Anytime family or friends come to visit, this is where I am taking them!

Unbelievably delicious food. My husband, kids, and I were blown away. We got beef empanadas, stewed chicken, skirt steak, and a fish plate. Authentic Ecuadorian food delivered to the table by the chef’s daughter. Lovely restaurant atmosphere.

We had a fantastic time at Blue foot! The food was incredibly tasty – especially the ceviche and encebollado. The server and owner were also really friendly and made sure we were happy throughout our meal. It felt really welcoming! My family and I had a wonderful experience and we're already looking forward to going back. Definitely recommend it!

Took us at the last minute (sorry) Went for Ice Cream (LLAMA) with my wife and decided to give this incredible establishment a try. I ordered Fish and loved it. A true family business. We will be regulars .

Food was good but seems like everything has peanuts! If you’re allergic stay away from the place. I ordered a beef soup and no where did it state that is has nuts, but when it came out of kitchen to my table I could smell it so I asked the waiter if there was any peanut products in this soup and was told no. I ate it but it definitely had some peanut butter taste! I’m not allergic so not a big deal but it could for some people.

This was probably the best experience in food I have ever experienced. It's so good, so fresh, and everyone is so friendly! I would have shared photos if I wasn't so excited to eat it.. but if I could I would rate it more than 5 stars!!

The food is delicious, the empanadas, the chicharrón, I love the ropavieja, and I was with some friends, who brought a sangria and we were able to enjoy it with the food there ✅ it is a place to have a deli as well as the food is, the service is super friendly and efficient 🎶♥️I recommend the place ✅

All I can tell you is this food is OUTRAGEOUSLY DELICIOUS 🤤 Everything was fresh, and on point! I can’t even eat much at the moment due to medical thing but my god I wanted to devour it all so badly. Thank goodness for takeaway boxes I have a feast for days! To start instead of a bread you get a cute little surprise of a dish of plantain chips and roasted corn which was such a creative tasty snack. Our first course was the soup 🍲 I ordered the “Sancocho w/Chicken” and my Mom got another soup with Fish maybe idk; it was a special will update this when I get the correct name but I think it was “Sopa de mondongo“ my goodness maybe one of the best soups we have ever had in a restaurant! It was homeMade as they say with love.I felt like I was back in my 101 year old uncles kitchen in PR where his wife just killed and plucked the chicken🐓 it tasted that FRESH! No lie.It brought me back in time. Next,we had chicken and beef empanadas with side sauce I want to say like one was a mayo/ketchup mix (common add-on for an empanada)another side dip was some kind of vinegar based minced red onions and possibly another side (cold have came with something else I forget)of maybe white vinegar based with some lemon and lime, minced onions…something so simple packed a lot of flavor to garnish the perfectly and I mean PERFECTLY flavored and fried empanadas.My late sister Tara made the only empanadas I felt were worthy of eating to the last bite…until I came here!The texture was just like hers and I was transported back to the memory of her kitchen and the smells and anticipation of awaiting for my plate.🍽️ and I never had the dipping options that are provided here at Blue foot in the way they prepare them.Honestly I was dumbfounded to find such skills in a random spot in PA was🫢a big surprise to me…and we haven’t even gotten to the main course! The main course!It was phenomenal but, I was almost stuffed to the brim by this time…yet I made room! I gotta tell you I can cook pretty well especially my own rice and beans 🫘 and almost every single time I eat out and order it I’m a little disappointed and think how I could improve upon it at home with the exception of BLUEFOOT and one other place in Brooklyn…but my 👀 eyes grew 10x bigger after one bite of their beans! PACKED WITH FLAVOR it reminded me of a black bean soup I made that everyone and I mean everyone loves WOW 😮 and the rice 🍚 and sweet plantain were cooked to perfection! These are just the sides…I got the “Ropa Vieja” which is shredded braised flank steak served with rice, beans and maduros (as described above) superb flavor and texture to this beef 🥩 mmmmmh so happy I have leftovers! My mom ordered “Lomo guisad: braised top round steak served with pepper rice. Toasted almonds topped green beans and mashed potatoes” She LOVED it, although she did prefer the rice over potato as she’s more of rice fan anyway, I only tasted her meat so can’t speak to her sides but again she loved it, said it was season well and NOT overly spiced or too salty-it was perfect. 👍 We just moved to the area and this will be our staple.Not only is the food award worthy and I’m not exaggerating by any stretch of the imagination so again, not only is it award worthy the staff and owner are exceptionally kind and welcoming. Monica and her staff provided a homey atmosphere that felt like you were going to your favorite relatives place for a feast! I can not wait to come back here and over time try everything on the menu.When it comes to food I don’t play around if it’s good I would tell you, bad I would tell you excellent same…and this is an EXCELLENT food experience as well as dining out. If you prefer outdoor seating they have that too! We ate inside tho ;) I wish I had the room to try their dessert 🍮 but lucky for me I don’t live far away from here and will be back for more! Monica (the owner) also mentioned they have live music on occasion too, so looking forward to that as well.My only wish for this place is that my Dad was alive to try it, it’s that good! Ty BlueFoot! The food at Bluefoot is absolute perfection. Each time I eat here I am amazed. The owners have clearly instilled love and care in this restaurant. The soup is the best I’ve ever had, the ropa veija is flavorful and tender, the seafood is fresh, the chaufa is delicious, you can’t go wrong ordering anything off of their menu. Do yourself a favor and stop by.

This restaurant has an attentive staff, great service, a well thought out menu. The food was prepared with precision and scrumptious. It’s family friendly, and it’s an absolute Need to visit type of restaurant. Don’t waste your money on a chain restaurant when you can have Real food! Prices are great and servings are pretty big! Must try everything on the menu! I ordered 4 things from the menu and yes just for myself!! My 3 year old is obsessed as well!

I’m not talking about service because it’s outstanding, but let’s talk about the food, this is the only place I haven’t been and I have been almost every where in the world, this place treated me like I was home. We stopped at this location on our way back home. We visited Jim Thorpe the day before and we decided to stop for ice cream at Llama Ice Cream (delicious by the way). We didn't know there was an Ecuadorian restaurant next door! We went in and the owner was very nice. We had a conversation about Ecuador and we only got empanadas because we already had lunch. However, we are going back.

Owner was friendly at the beginning, but extremely rude when she realized we were ordering more food to take out than actually consumed it at the restaurant. Take out means we still consuming from her business so we could not understand her unpleasant attitude after it. We cordially thanked her on our way out and she completely ignored us. Hello Daniela, my honest review was never to affect your family business, but to make you aware of the reason of my unpleasant experience. We were actually surprised by the hardworking woman that we saw serving, cleaning, and being host at the same time, that now I know is you. Nevertheless, our experience was changed by your mother's attitude. If you believe my comment is laughable then should ask your mother why she straight told us "You are coming from New York". We were polite to answer "No" and continue to pay. Yes I am a Spanish customer , but does not mean I come from NY, why? because the high immigration issues in NY? If you think her attitude was correct then you are great daughter, but should not stand by a bad attitude without a reason. We were not rude, we were not loud, we were actually in hurry to go check on our kids and family waiting in a resort near by, and it was the only reason why we took most of our order to take out. I did an update of the food review because I did overall like the dishes and the live music while we were there, but the unpleasant service was what it marked our experience.

The place is a bit small but felt homey. We got lucky tonight as they were having live music for the first time. The empanadas were very good. The meat was moist and tender. While the shell was crispy and wasn’t overly greasy. The chicken stew was delicious. While the meat wasn’t falling apart off the bone it was still delicious and tender. The sauce was fantastic and pulled the whole dish together. The rice was okay a bit dry but good for this type of meal. Im not too much of a fan of maduros but this was the best I ever had. Not sure if it was reheated in an oven to get crispier but the texture was out of this world. The sweetness of the maduros and the calm flavors of the avocado matched well as sides to the stew. Finally ending the night with dessert. We ordered the Tres Leches. What an ending this was the second best tres leches i have ever had. I’ve chasing this high of tres leches since LA. Milky and not an inch of dryness. What I loved was each bite had a nice caramel flavor on each bite. I will definitely come back.

By chance, my wife and I happened across this family owned restaurant on our way to New York City, just looking for something to eat. We were happily surprised by the friendly staff and delicious food. We had the esmaraldas encocado and fell in love with the concaphony of flavors it presented to us. We highly recommend stopping by for the food and staying for the friendly family who runs it!

Few places are as welcoming, but, this restaurant has a family atmosphere of the Ecuadorian coast, the food was so good that almost all 10 days of our vacation we had to return at least 1 time a day, the chef is very nice and He will surely be willing to tell you a funny anecdote.

We have visited Bluefoot Cuisine since the opening last May. We find each experience better and better! Tonight we brought our friends who agreed this is one of the best restaurants in this area of Pennsylvania! The owners, Monica and Victor, make you feel like you are in their home! You will love this little gem!

You MUST go here!!!!!! The best meal in the area!! Our party of 4 adults and 2 children started with 3 orders of empanadas (2 beef and 1 cheese). The empanadas were devoured in a blink of an eye. Had to get 2 more orders. The cheese empanadas are incredible. They are sweet AND savory. Nicely balance and the cheese is so creamy and smooth. The beef empanadas are equally delicious, so fresh and flaky, and the sauces that accompany them are a great enhancement. We ordered chicken chaufa for the table. We also had the potato chowder, nanos (skirt steak), Esmeraldas encocado (sea bass or shrimp with a coconut milk sauce) and ropa vieja. Everything was perfectly prepared and seasoned. The maduros were spot on!!!! Service was friendly and accommodating. It is a BYOB establishment. Every one in our party raved about their meal. We will be going back before this holiday weekend is over.

Love, love, love! Hidden Gem in the Poconos, and literally some of the best food we’ve had in the area! Delicious comida and very warm and welcoming owners and staff. We made a reservation and noted that we’d be coming with a baby and they had the table set up when we arrived with a high chair and baby cup for water. Beautiful set up inside that feels authentically Ecuadorian, including a small gift shop with artisan goods. Must visit. We’ll definitely be back!

Culinary gem from Ecuador. I stopped by twice and the food is delicious - specially after a hike in the Poconos across the river in New Jersey. It is a family owned restaurant run by a couple. Very homely atmosphere and tastefully decorated. Having been to Ecuador 7 years ago, I can say that this reminded me of my trip there. The food is very different from other Spanish cuisines and not very well known in the USA. I can't wait to go there again and bring my family and friends there for hot meals and home like service. I had the Sango ( fish) the first time and the Chicken Empanadas the second time - soup is a must as well

I’m Peruvian and I must say the food was delicious, atmosphere lively, and service was fantastic. They definitely put the love and care in their dishes and check in to see if I need anything. I’d definitely come back again, I just might tomorrow :)

The food and service was amazing. The chef and the waitress made us feel like family. When our food took longer than normal to prepare (due to our late arrival so close to closing time, they had to make a fresh batch of rice), the chef offered us the most delicious chicharrones and sopa that I’ve ever ate. I came here after snowboarding and would 10/10 recommend.

Just returned from a wonderful meal at Bluefoot. We were made to feel at home and enjoyed every bite! Wish we lived closer- we would eat here every week.

My family stopped in this evening for dinner and it was delicious! The restaurant is quaint and very clean, great ambiance. The service was so warm and inviting, the owners really cared that we were enjoying the meal and we really did!!! Loved it, will absolutely be back! People should check it out!

My hubby and I went to Bluefoot Cuisine and received excellent customer service. Victor and Monica, the owners both came to serve our table. They were very attentive, kind and cordial. While we waited they gave us plantain chips with crispy corn kernels—which seemed very Ecuadorian authentic. Dishes are like homemade fresh. I ordered the fish soup which is made with fresh tuna and hubby got the llapingachos de la sierra. Very fresh. The peanut sauce was excellent as was everything.

The food is just amazing, good flavor and very organic and fresh. The service was very pleasant, Monica and Victor Hugo are very charming and they treat their clients very nice. Highly recommended.

The place is very well decorated and clean we had the empanadas, salchipapas and ropa vieja which were all tasty.and cooked perfectly. We also met the owners husband/chef who is also a pleasure to meet.

Best dinner in the Poconos. The food was so fresh and so delicious. We got the chicken with citrus sauce and plantains and I’ve never had anything like it. The owner/chef came out to greet us and she and her daughter made us feel so welcome.

Well to sum it all up , food was incredible. Monica, the owner, personally takes your order and makes sure you enjoy your food experience. My shrimp sango , my wife’s fried sea bass, the plantain turnovers or empanadas and the tres leches dessert were fantastic. We can’t wait to come back and try other dishes.

This place is amazing. We drove 2 hours just to be able to eat here. The place is clean, neat and cozy. We had been looking for a place that serves good Ecuadorian food. We ordered the fried fish, and the sango de camaron ( shrimp), empanadas de verde and tres leche cake! It was absolutely delicious! The owner Monica was our server and she was so attentive and friendly. Good parking outside. We will be returning very soon!!

My husband and I have gone here several times and we always get the specials AND mixed chaufa. And usually a chaufa to go! Everything we have eaten here has been so fresh and tasty that it genuinely feels like it’s a home cooked meal just for us. And seeing Monica feels like coming home.

My wife and I found this family owned restaurant over the summer. We go back whenever we're in the area. Everything is delicious. The service is excellent as well. If you go once, you'll keep going back as well.

We have eaten here several times. The food is freshly cooked, absolutely delicious, and the amount will suffice any size appetite! The owners are attentive, friendly, and rightfully proud of the experience they are providing for the diners. We hope to keep going to Bluefoot Cuisine often.

We had chicken empanadas, seco de pollo, and esmeralda encocado and they were all amazing! The sauce and flavors were bouncing in my mouth. We live two hours away in the Philly area, the food is so good we’re considering making the drive! The owner is also super sweet, she heard we were celebrating our anniversary and brought out a plate of dessert for us. Delicious, flavorful food, and kind, thoughtful service.

Very hospitable service! You can tell they really care about what they’re doing and the food they put out. The empanadas are some of the best we’ve ever had.

Delicious, authentic Ecuadorean food! The service is always warm and attentive. If you’re not familiar with Ecuadorean food, they’ll walk you through the menu personally and explain everything.

I had the grilled fish and my companions had fried fish and not sure the name of the other dish, it was potato patties with peanut sauce, fries eggs, all were amazing!!! I never had Ecuadorian food so it was a great 1st experience.

The atmosphere here is just lovely and the food is amazingly delicious! Live over two hours away, and will definitely be returning. Totally worth the trip!

Delicious food and wonderful service!

Recently enjoyed a fall trip to the Poconos, and Bluefoot Cuisine was easily the best restaurant we visited. Server gave excellent recommendations and treated us like family. The four of us shared our entrees and some empanadas, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend steak dish (naños) and the potato patties with chorizo (llapingachos).

Beautiful, cozy, family run restaurant where the food is as delicious as the staff is friendly: very. We had the mixed ceviche, the empanadas, nanos, chicken stu, and fried rice. Tender, flavorful, juicy. The ceviche and empanadas were outstanding. Llama ice cream is next door if you are in the mood for a second desert.
