Service and food is always great here I’m 2-3 times a week!!!

I wanted to take a moment to update my review for this location and say they certainly have exceeded my expectations and turned a negative experience into a very positive one. Really enjoyed my most recent trip here and the bowls were superb the lady who handed my order over was polite and friendly. I will certainly be returning to this location in the future and look forward to eating here again - thank you for making my experience a pleasant one and for the update on my review.

Ordered for pick up. It stated it would be ready by 3:42. Came by the store on time, one order was ready, and the other one would be at least 15 minutes. Order ended up being ready by 4:02. The other order was cold since it was ready for 20 minutes. Trash service. 🗑

My food was fresh and the taste was flavorful. I love Bolay

This Bolay was clean and the food was well prepared. I’d eat here again and recommend it to a friend. The only critic that I have is regarding their hand washing station. There wasn’t any soap. The soap dispenser had water in it. That can be easily fixed.

I can't speak for the other locations but we've ordered from this location four times now and they've nailed it every time. The food tastes fresh and delicious. They have yet to get my order wrong like every other place. Would recommend something so far each one has been great.

Terrible food but the girl Carol was really nice...there was another one there I forgot her name but she was nice too. Otherwise, I would rate two stars. Steak was rubbery and the cook in the back took too long.

I'm always pleasantly surprised by the crews care and politeness when I walk in to pickup my order. It's refreshing and sorely missed at most other food places. Thanks bolay you're the best!

My Bolay bowl is always fresh, and made exactly as I ordered it. I had the pesto noodles, ginger broccoli, roasted zucchini, shrimp with parmasean cheese. My sauce is the pesto sauce.

Run away. The service here is really bad. I was in line for at least 15 min because the lady serving food didn’t explain the costumers what the food was. When my turn was she told me and my wife there is no more black rice or white rice. Let me be clear they are three options noodles, white rice and black rice. I asked ok how long for the rice to be ready she said at least an hour. I said thank you told the people in line don’t loose your time this people don’t have any food here and I went away. At peak dinner time you don’t have food to serve I am sorry but if you continue that road you will be bankrupt in less than two months.

Great food taste really flavorful. The presentation of food looks appealing. The location is very clean. Carolina the associate was very nice along with the gentleman who was serving the food. Overall great experience.

Very good spot for a quick meal. Minimal wait time, the food was fresh and tasty.

My favorite place to get a healthy bowls. Always filling, good protein and veggie option. The sauces are just cherry on the top. They got plenty of searing. Veggie menu is seasonal. Employees are friendly.

Grabbed a quick lunch at this Bolay location. Place was clean, servers were friendly, and most importantly, the food had lots of different flavors. I got the teriyaki chicken with mushrooms, black jasmine rice, and potato noodles. My only concern was the food wasn't as warm as it should be, but still tasty. The manager was friendly as well as he spent a few minutes chatting with me and checking in with other customers. Highly recommended if you never been here. Diverse flavors that set them apart from busy Mexican inspired chain next door.

Got Bolay for the first time. Not sure if it’s normal but my lemon chicken bowl noodles were very hard, like they weren’t cooked all the way through. Also the broccoli was hard as well which ruined it. We also got a spicy thai shrimp bowl and requested no almonds which was nice they could remove.

Staff is very friendly and the food is fresh and tasty. I now prefer this location over the one I used to go to.

I had the absolute BEST service here! The manager on staff Chad provided top tier service. Upon our arrival he made sure to greet us, and continued to check in on my group without coming off as a nuisance. He was extremely proactive and even provided us with to go plates before we could even ask for them. It was refreshing to see a manager lead in such a humbling way. The staff have such a great example of hospitality and we’re also friendly and helpful. I will always visit this location for Bolay moving forward!

Awful experience. First and last time at this brand. Avoid at all cost. Not worth it. They don't explain how it works and keep pushing extras. At the end, the ball from 12.99 was 21.99. NOT RECOMMEND. Place is also dirty. Avoid. It's a big SCAM.

I work a mile west of 'MY' Bolay on Pines & Hiatus. I order online. Roll up to the curb, call inside and like magic a smiling associate brings me a consistency tasty and healthy meal. I like certain combinations of veggies and can get in a rut with a favorite blend; but I respect the chains 'seasonal offerings' so the menu changes. It has pleasantly broadened my pallet. The 'healthy thing' is a bonus, but the FOOD keeps me coming back. It just tastes so good!

The food was really good and healthy. I do wish they had plain grilled chicken as an option other that this will be a go to for healthy quick option.

We usually don’t eat out because we like to eat at home and be in control of the ingredients we put in our bodies. BUT - what I loved about Bolay is that not only isn’t it fresh but they now cook in olive oil which is so much better than inflammatory seed oils.
