I have come here several times, this place is great. Today I received great service from Maria. She allowed me to try different flavors and was very nice. The gelato is fresh and delicious!

Worst tiramisu l've ever had in my life and it's owned by "Italian" people. Not only is it terrible but it's $20 for a small. 95% air and 5% horrible tiramisu. This new trend of making things expensive and bad, is getting old. Either contribute to your community or GET OUT!

No matter how you cut it I’ll never pay $9.30 for a regular size milkshake again, with tip $11.35.

From the jump, extremely disappointed. I always say it like it is, and this ain't it. Location: Moderate size indoors with good seating and plenty of parking. It was clean inside. Customer service: Friendly and helpful. Food: The crepe was extremely thin. The Nutella spread was bigger than the actual crepe. Also added two scoops of gelato, pistachio and coconut. The serving for the gelato was also extremely small. Price/Value: For the portions, it is pricey. The crepe alone is $9.99 without toppings. Each additional is $1.99. Overall experience: Crepe and two small scoops of gelato $15. Not worth it in my opinion. Average gelato, expensive and small portions.

Great ice cream, and coffee is also good

We came here with two of our children after a fun night of ice skating. They’re open late, which is a huge plus for the summer and surrounded by other cool places to shop and eat. I had the affogato with the mocha ice cream and just WOW. It was absolutely delicious. The kids had shakes and my husband had a scoop of cookies & cream, which were all delicious. The Italian desserts that we brought home were a perfect late night snack. I can’t wait to return.

I always have a hard time in this place! I want every single one of their gelatos, but since I can’t eat them all at once, I have to pick two flavors, and that’s when the problem comes 😅 I love every single one I have tasted, but my favorites are coconut, mango, and dulce de leche. Love the ambience. Love the service. Love the gelato. Support your small neighborhood business and forget about the forever frozen ice cream from the supermarket. This gato is made in the back of their place and it is always fresh and tasty. Fully recommended. 👌🏽

We just spent almost $50 in ice cream and pastries and the ice cream was ok but the pastries were super hard and they were supposed to have cream filling but had none, and when I told the lady that sold it to us she said we were supposed to warm it up…I asked her how was I supposed to know she said “there is a sticker on it”, then I wonder why she didn’t offered to warm it up for us since my kids were already sitting outside so it was clear we were staying. In summary, bad product and worst customer service which is a shame for the neighborhood.

I love that Italian air it has and the service. The snacks and desserts or the coffees, especially very delicious! Very cozy!

This is one of my favorite places to go in PP. I go there at least 2-3 times a week between both locations on Pines. I always order crepe with fresh strawberries 🍓 with dulce de lache gelato 🍧. I highly recommend Vaniglia Ciocclato. Not only the drinks, gelato and sweets are good but the service is also excellent. The staffs are very friendly and quick to serve to you especially my favorite person Yajaira.

Delicious gelato, great variety, Pistachio seems to the the most popular. I got the Hazelnut one, I am a big fan of Nutella, even though they have Nutella Gelato, I got the Hazelnut one, it tasted better, IMO 😎

This Gelato is amazzzzzzing! I tried the strawberry vegan option and it was beyond good. Such a great place and friendly staff. We will definitely be coming back!
