Very good customer service, very friendly cashier… the churros are 100/10

The churros are spectacular, the skinny girl who serves is super attentive.

The front counter girl was extremely rude!! She should not be working with the public.

I haven't eaten churros in a while and I bought a bag of eight. The first two were hot and delicious. Second day was different, Crunchy and doughy. My advice is to eat the Curros as soon as possible as they are delicious.

The attention was good, but my food was delivered 15 minutes after I ordered. How difficult is to give me one churro?

I bought churros, bring home. When arrived they were cold and very hard. Warmed in microwave, still hard as stone. Very dissapointed.

The lady in the front register is very RUDE! Unwilling to assist when asked questions about other options. If you are not willing to assist the public find another Job! She refused to give me the store number or assistance from someone else. Please learn from all other stores that have amazing people working for them. This lady is always rude! I hope she gets training asap!

I was at this location today and I heard they gave a client before me a promotional price for buying a 2nd Bigmania and when I requested the same product they didn’t want to give me the promotional price for the same product. I am not sure how this could happen. Never coming back to this place.

Every time I come to Pembroke Lakes Mall I always go to Churromania to get myself churro. No matter if I enter and hungry I go to get churro or if I'm leaving I go get churro. Heck I even take some home for my mother and father so they can also eat churro. I never had a problem with Churromania that is in Pembroke Lakes Mall. They are always nice and treat the customer with respect.
