I asked for two ajiacos soups and just ONE side dish that comes with it. But they brought me two side dishes. I called the waitress and told her that I only wanted one. But she (waitress) wanted to stick me with the two when I only ordered one. Then the waitress argued with me and had an attitude & rudely picked up the plate and threw it on the counter. Very unprofessional! I don’t think I will return. Pitty, because the food is good and presentación of the food is good. But there are many other Colombian restaurants options in Southeast Florida that don’t have an attitude toward their customers

I went to this place for the first time for lunch. Let me tell you the food was super delicious and super tasty. Our wait time from going in to be seated to our meals on the table was only 20 minutes. The servers were super friendly, and I enjoyed their customer service and friendliness . The food was perfect, temperature, juicy, and extremely delicious. I would 200% go back again to the same location and order everything I ordered all over again.

One of the best Colombian restaurants in the area. I’ve been here multiple times , mostly for dinner but this time I came for breakfast and was not disappointed. The pan de bono is a a definite must have . Everything I’ve ever tried here was good as well.

I don't give the place 5 stars only because of Mrs. Cinthia, I imagine manager because of her different color uniform than the others, unfortunately when we talk about service it includes all the staff who face the customer, I was looking for a Colombian place to eat, Since my children and I like it a lot, it all started when I told the waitress that my son's meat was very tough, not a second passed, this lady arrived with an aptitude that left a lot to be desired, saying that if each flirt had his style and type of food, wow what a disappointment, but well I put up with it all, from there I ask him for a little more napkins and there again look there you go, there was only one, then apparently he realized and tried to cope with things But neither my children nor I could enjoy the food, the reality is that life is hard so that in a place where you are going to have a good time they make you feel so bad, I really don't recommend it.

Cinthia assisted us on this occasion and we left very happy because her service and treatment were excellent. Greetings, as per most of my reviews I rarely leave reviews unless I feel the establishment has given a well above experience. Well this place has. I’ve recently gone to this place “el balcon de las americas” and each time I’ve gone they have exceeded my expectations. The food is flavorful, the expeditious way we receive our food every single time is not matched by any competitor. The diverse menu and true to the authentic taste to the country is spot on. My wife is Colombian and is picky on authenticity. The place is super clean, and the prices are well in range of affordability. There is a server named Ana Christiana, to which each time we have gone has treated us like family and remembers what we liked and makes sure the expectations are met each time. This is a top star rating for me and my wife. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment to all families. May GOD bless this place and those that enter in.

It's the second time I've gone and the food has no flavor, the service is good but really nothing to do with it. The first time it was a super fried mojarra to the point of being burnt and today A chicken stew that no one can eat.

The service was horrible. Even at the end, the waitress was in a hurry and decided to sign my credit card with a line. It was so disrespectful.

We ordered food here, Bandeja paisa this time, and the Chicharon looked like Rubber......a rubber...The Chicharon In Colombia, Puerto Rico and/or the Dominican Republic is Crunchy....Crunchy...Toasted.. .....Not a Rubber Band.....Super disappointed.......I doubt I will return
