Picked up food tonight 9/6/24 and noticed that they cut the portions down considerably ! Why do they do this. These corporations think we are idiots that don’t notice this . Well I did and now you lost a customer! So I guess you are the idiot .

Service was very good, but we had complete control of the pace of appetizers, time for a drink at table without constant checking if we were ready to order. Maria O was fantastic!

Rebekah was our server and she was an absolute delight. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful with our choices. A definite asset to this establishment!!! Thank you Rebekah for an enjoyable evening!

Happy hour is not like it used to be happy hour. our food is almost the same Price As the Specials. and the dinner menu drinks went sky high. ,wine by the glass, is okay. I think 12.50 on the rocks for a scotch Is a little Much. not sure if I'll be back. It used to Be 6.50 Waitress Was in a hurry at the bar Area. Are you ready for your Check. While we were there At the booth She passed out five checks to get rid of All her guests. .

Good food, good attention from all the staff. I speak Spanish, I don't speak English, but they kindly called one of the guys in the kitchen, who kindly helped me choose the dishes we wanted

I have ate here often and it is always wonderful. Our server, Rebekah, has always been outstanding. We highly recommend it.

Love the Sunday Brunch choices…especially the shrimp and grits. Delicious and a gracious serving to boot! So off the beaten track for Sunday brunch. Lovely to have a choice!!!

Raw pork chop and over cooked chicken. Too much oil in the risotto. Welp so much for a nice birthday dinner

Very disappointed. Bread was cold and stale when they brought it out. Ceviche they shouldn’t bother to make . Chips were all broken into little pieces. Salmon special had a crab topping and it was horrible very crabby/fishy taste. Server never asked if I liked my dinner even with 3/4’s of plate was full. Won’t be back!

I ordered salmon with asparagus and a side house salad to go. I got home had 4 pieces of asparagus I paid for a up charge to swap out the broccoli. I also got a ceaser salad and not a house salad. Never again will I go back.

Rebekah was our server at the Bonita Springs, FL location. She did a wonderful job. She made Great recommendations for our meal. Food was fantastic. I had miso halibut with a Delicious citrus marinade. My wife had the Rainbow trout & Loved it!

We had an excellent dining experience at Bonefish Grill! The food was outstanding, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect for a family meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be returning.

So good! Seared scallops atop Mexican Street Corn is delicious! What a great menu choice. Cocktails provided by Maria are very good - French 75 is a creative craft cocktail simply delicious also. Great dinner, great ambiance. Thx all for a job well done!

Alexandra was an amazing waiter. The host was super polite and got us to our table fast. The sea bass with Chimichurri sauce is incredible. We are definitely coming back.

Server was pleasant, fresh bread was awesome. Salmon was delicious.

Atmosphere is inviting with nice size booths. It can be loud due to acoustics. The staff are accommodating and friendly. Food is good.However my wife had a steak which did not taste great. It had a crab cake included, but it looked like 1/2 fell off before it made it to the plate. The spinach tasted like it came out of a can. Another meal was salmon which was also bland and small piece of fish. Sauce was nothing special. Appetizer calamari was good

The food was excellent. Brian our server was a bit full of himself. Had to ask for HH menu since we wanted Big Big Bang Shrimp . HH on wine still tiny. I know there had been a Manhattan on HH but server said no. I had the best fish and chips this side of England so that’s why 5 circles. Maybe I got lucky. Done perfectly with hot chips as well. So much so leftovers for lunch. All other entrees excellent. Think Brian needs to work at a French restaurant

Last night my husband and I went to Bonefish Grill in Bonita Springs, Fl. Our dinners were outstanding! We shared BangBangShrimp, he had the summer halibut special, and I had the Dynamite Salmon summer special. The sides of broccoli, rice and mashed potatoes were delicious. The service from the waitress, waiters, and manager was excellent. We are looking forward to our next dinner there in a few weeks.

Consistency is the key. Never a bad experience.

Went for brunch and it was so good. The breakfast tacos were spicy but good. The fritatta was excellent. Our waitress, Rebekah, was so nice and took gave us great service.

We did the Tapas & Tequila dinner. Very good experience!

Update 5/25/2024 - we’ve been back a few times since our initial visit. Once or twice the a/c was not working well and it was a bit warm. This time, however, the a/c was fine. We had the bang bang shrimp 🍤. My wife loves them. They are good but they don’t knock my socks off. We both had the Caribbean Salmon. They were cooked perfect. I had asparagus and bacon Mac and cheeses. All of the meal, including the bread, was great. This was our first visit to Bonefish Grill and it won't be our last. The service was excellent as were the appetizers, salads and main course. We bought some desserts too but we have yet to try them as we brought them home to enjoy later. I had the salmon with jasmine rice and garlic potatoes and all was yummy. My wife had the crusted cod with garlic mash potatoes and broccoli and she enjoyed that main course. We had the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer and they were great. Definitely a keeper.

Good service but both meals overcooked Wouldn’t go back. Food tasted terrible.

We went here for Mother’s Day brunch. The Food and drinks were excellent and our service was just fine. We will come here again.

Great dinner at Bonefish Grill, Bonita Springs. Passed it on the way to Naples many times.....so glad we stopped off today.

Great fish, service, plenty of parking. A bit pricey but we expected that. Great wait staff. Seated right away with reservations for a table of 6. No complaints.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at Bonefish. Our sever was super friendly and helpful. I had the catch of the day... Basically, it was a fried fish and popcorn shrimp basket...it was great. 7 very good meals. Appetizers were a different story. Bang Bang Shrimp... Excellent!! Crab cakes, 👎 soggy, and off flavored. We did not eat them... we couldn't. Overall, it's a very good restaurant.

Best fish dish I have had in a long time.

Still a tad pricey but worth it. That Smokey Old Fashion had me wanting to return. Our servers, Bruce and Alex, helped us stay hydrated and fed. Their recommendations were perfect. We will return soon.

Great food and service. Shrimp & scallop pasta was nicely prepared.All for a great price.

Our latest visit was still good but with some let downs. The bang bang shrimp wasn't as crisp as usual. It seemed that it had sat for a while and some of the breading had fallen off and become completely soggy. The crab cake that I got with my steak wasn't very good to the point that I didn't even finish it. The fish and chips, steak, and mashed potatoes were still good, and the lump crab chowder was great. Service was pretty good, just a little slow on refills and bringing the bill back after paying.

The place was busy, but we got in an a reasonable amount of time the food was good.

Excellent food and service. Loved the shrimp and scallops skewers, as well as the pork tenderloin medallions. And the key lime cake was excellent, as well.

Don’t waste your time or money on this place. They forgot the Bang Bang Shrimp in our delivery and didn’t want to take any responsibility for it. Didn’t even want to discuss it. Fried fish was so thickly breaded it was horrible. Tuna Poke does not come with traditional wonton chips which are instead bland and dry. Worst meal!

You can eat outside and that is,a big plus in FL.

We have it Michigan too and went there once and didn’t enjoy it. My neighbors love this place so we went in FL. We didn’t enjoy it in either state

Went to Bonefish in Bonita Springs. It's always busy, so make reservations, and I wouldn't be picky with where to sit. And early dine is nice and try to hit happy hour. FOOD was good. Help was sufficient. So, except for a communication glitch about a dinner salad as opposed to a regular salad, the evening was nice.

What a wonderful experience! Last night I went with 3 friends to the “Prisoner of Love” 4-Course Wine Pairing Dinner. The food from start to finish was spectacular with wine to match. The staff could not have done a better job, very professional and accommodating. I had planned on writing a review and then I won the drawing for the steak knives!! What a perfect ending to a perfect night.

The food was pretty good, but service was lacking. Also, plate presentation was very blah for how expensive some of the dishes are. Also, the desserts were definitely not impressive

The Bonefish Grill is always a solid experience and is one of our favorites. In my opinion, if you're a seafood lover there's probably not a better value, or a more consistent experience. Plus, they've added a special pairing to their menu, so that two people can have full course meals for a fairly unbelievable price. In the Naples area, there are plenty of seafood restaurants where two people can spend hundreds of dollars on dinner, but there are not any where you can get a meal as good as Bonefish for the price.

The Best food and great smoked old fashions!

We had competent service, bar service delivered poor cocktail, returned to correct. Last time I just sucked it up. Not anymore. Food was great. HH wines should be 6 Oz. Now looking like 4 Oz. Very very annoying,tiny pour. Under the bones on the glass

We used to go to the Naples location but it was worth the trail up to Bonita Springs. Bang bang shrimps to start followed by Chilean Cod with rice vegetables and Asian Sauce. Fabulous food and great service.

Ordered Grouper. Dry and half the order I thought for $36. Horrible! . Very disappointed! Won’t be back. Birthday ruined. Thank you.

I went for my birthday. Usually have gone to the bonefish in Naples, but it has been closed down. The food is always really good. Seafood is fresh an the servers have been great. The atmosphere was good, but I will see people walking in, with cut off shorts an a T-shirt, for a nicer restaurant. So the atmosphere takes a bit of a hit. They make the best bang bang shrimp that I have had. Enjoy. Worth it.

The stake was cold, dry, left over fr the previous day probably. Crab cakes uncooked, almost raw. The quality of the food does not compare w other BFG locations. Chef is not doing a good job. Will not order fr this place anymore unfortunately.

If you're into seafood, Bonefish Grill is a reliable standby with reasonable prices and good service. The complimentary warm bread and olive oil dip is a nice touch, and the corn chowder and lump crab meat soup is always a great starter on a cold, rainy day. Grilled fish cones with choices of sauces on the side (you can order up to three if you can't decide!), and the new Kung Pao Brussels sprouts is interesting, though a bit salty. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently.

Whenever my wife and I are in doubt on what restaurant to go-to, it's always Bonefish Grill, we say the same thing, they never disappoint.

Excellent food -- don't miss the Bang Bang shrimp, as an app or in tacos! -- attentive service, and an inviting atmosphere made our night truly enjoyable.

Order the beef and ginger pot stickers and had delivered. According to the description, these are panseared. When I received the item, it seemed they were very much deep fried and crispy, almost like wontons that are fried. These were definitely not pan seared pot stickers. Also did not come with soy sauce. They seem extremely unhealthy, as though I'm eating a deep fried roll. They weren't rated very well on Uber eats and I guess I should have paid attention to that. I really didn't think you could mess up potstickers.

We ate a "Family Meal" to go. There were four of us (two teenagers) and there was plenty of food for seconds. Everything was grilled/cooked to perfection! Don't bother with the fast-food options in the area, eat here and enjoy your meal for the same price!

Four of us dined tonight at bonefish. Service is excellent, ambience is romantic, and food is good or great. Scallops, shrimp and rainbow trout were great, mahi mahi was good. Sides also great. Dessert does not disappoint.

Excellent seafood, steaks, pastas and other entrees. Attentive staff. Our server Bruce was terrific and offered great recommendations. They had many excellent winter specials including crab legs, pumpkin ravioli and awesome Kung Pao fried brussel sprouts. Definitely a pleasant experience in the holiday rush and winter season. Highly recommend enjoying a wonderful meal and drinks here.

Used to frequent the Naples resturant which was a great place. This one was very disappointing. Food was terrible and will probably not return.

Brandon was an excellent server, fun and knowledgeable. Bang bang shrimp is our favorite but all the food was excellent.

We really enjoy Bonefish whenever we visit. This visit here was no exception. From the food to the service, It was a delightful experience. We especially loved Brandon service!!! He was very professional and yet personal, something the service industry is missing a lot of. But Brandon was on it tonight. The Seabass and Cod was cooked perfectly, thankyou Chefs for a great dinner experience. We are glad to be back in Naples!!!

We attended a ladies luncheon for 33 this past Wednesday. The food was absolutely delicious, and service was exceptional for that large of a group. The whole staff had everything planned from seating all of us to drinks, appetizers, entrees and following up with desserts. It made for a wonderful afternoon thanks to all the staff.

Maria was the best waitress. I loved the food but the customer service was awesome!!
