Pet friendly restaurant. My family and I went to the dog beach with our dog and wanted to have lunch at Outback because I’ve heard it was dog friendly and it’s true. The hostess was very nice and she said we could eat inside, our dog was in a stroller and is well behaved, since he was sleeping the whole time people though he was a baby. Our food was delicious, I ordered the ribeye steak with broccoli and seasoned rice, we had sangria and some dessert and everything was great. I fed my dog in the stroller since I had his bowl with me, he also loved the food. The restaurant was clean, the staff profesional and caring, the food very delicious and we had a great day!

Genesis the bartender was amazing! He truly makes every visit special. This location is leagues better than the others around SWFL, you can tell management really cares! We will be back ❤️

I’ve been a fan of Outback Steakhouse since my college days when I worked as a field marketing intern, and I still love the brand just as much now. Every visit is a fantastic experience, with consistently great food and service. The steaks are always cooked to perfection, with a rich and savory flavor that hits the spot. The Bloomin’ Onion is an all-time favorite appetizer, and their desserts never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great place for both casual dinners and special occasions. Outback Steakhouse truly understands how to deliver excellent value and quality. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great dining experience!

I used to work here as a server back in 2021-2022. Great food and a great work environment. It’s worth the visit.

Waiter disrespectful , he was told several times not to address us adult people as his friends. He did not fail to do so, despite the request. Cafe with milk and sugar, the sugar was only brought after 10 minutes and two inquiries. The cafe was already cold then. Location was almost empty and the napkins were dirty. The hamburgers were inedible for the children. The stewks were ok so far. The brocolly leidrr is not fresh. We know good outbacks, this one here in Bonita is not recommended.

Unfortunately my steak came out under cooked and the ceaser salad was not good, however the garlic butter and mashed potatoes were pretty good. Our server was a bartender, and was nonchalant, and used the cool hip words. Finnaly the restaurant looked pleasant but nothing exciting.

Enjoyed a Sunday late lunch...everything was delicious.

Our daughter took us to dinner at this Outback Steak House last night. She was wise enough to order a filet, but I was still hoping for a decent sirloin. It took me so long to eat half my small sirloin that I had little time or energy for my shrimp. The wine was as expected, the onion was good, and the salad was okay. We should have gone somewhere else that night.

Turned out much better than I expected. New York strip was perfectly cooked. Mixed vegetables were bright and firm. Wine list was very reasonably priced. Pleasantly surprised.

Brand needs a complete overhaul....its stale and old hat. Menu is dated and food is bang average and over priced. The place was half empty with an atmosphere to match.

Stopped in for a early dinner today.. I will say going off hours is great if you can't stand the crowds. The service was good and I really appreciated the manager Paige stopping at our table to check on us she was friendly and showed great customer service, The bread came out nice and warm and tasted great.. the chop salads were ok but would had been better because of the inedible stale chow mein noodles,*** as well if I had known the cost was upcharged an extra $2.99 so with the tax close to $3.50 extra each I would had not requested it and went with whatever salad was included at no extra cost with our meal.. ( which I did not get a lunch meal but paid for a dinner priced steak) and for those prices I would think the salad wouldn't be extra. The steaks had a delicious flavor but were slightly mooing still.. which we were asked by the manager Paige if we wanted cooked more we did not but nice to know we could with no attitude. The baked potatoes were on the small size tasted good but were not hot, (my cheese and butter wouldn't even melt) 🙁 ...The peach wallaby was the best priced items at a special price of $7 each they tasted good and were refreshing.. in all a nice lunch but beware with no appetizers no dessert (paid for the small sized filet mignon and a ribeye) over $78bucks and add a 20% tip and there's close to $100 for lunch, if your on a budget it's in your favor to sign up for DINE Rewards or if your a AARP member you can get 10% off just give your phone number before paying for either..

Came for dinner as part of a team group. Service was great and food delicious.

My husband had the prime rib prepared the classic way. It was done the way that it was ordered. I had the perfectly grilled salmon. It was very tasty. Cheesecake finished off the meal. The piece was definitely big enough to share. The highlight was the server. Brady definitely puts the customer service in server.

We had a group of 10 last night at 4pm with a waiter Genesis T he was outstanding I arranged the reservations and it was on the money! I told our waiter 🙂 I give a 2 % tip.

Nothing to write home about service was excellent, but my steak was just very mild of the road. It wasn't quite road kill, but it could have been better with a little care. I'm bit hard on them as it was 4pm and not busy. The rest was good.

Lively, friendly, unpretentious, and well run. Decent grub at decent prices.

Was take out. My daughter only lives two miles away. Bloomin shrimp were cold and soggy. Baked potatoes were cold. 4 dinners only 1 loaf of bread. Wrong salad dressings. Salad had brown lettuce and soggy. Normally everything is good. Not this time. over $100 spent for cold, soggy food

I expected more from Outback. I haven't visited one in years. Things sure have changed. The blooming onion was the hightlight of the meal, yummy as always. My filet mignon was so-so because it was undercooked, I ordered medium rare, it was rare, and seemed finished with a torch rather than a grill. The loaded baked potato was sad, nowhere near enough toppings. The asparagus spears were excellent, cooked to perfection.

Ordered the " walk about Wednesday ". I have had it in the past but tonight could not chew it. Gristle through out. It's a bargain but I should be able to eat it. Agreed?

Had a relaxing dinner after a long day. The server was very helpful picking out a nice meal for the whole family including a picky child. Had the sirloin and shrimp with an extra add-on of mushrooms which was large enough for the whole family to share.

Everything was burned when delivered will never order again. They need new kitchen help

This was my first visit to an Outback ever. The food was excellent and our service was okay. I felt like my server was barely around. I had other servers taking care of me and asking me if I needed anything.But overall it was a decent experience just wish my server was more attentive.

Ordered steak And shrimp and chicken pasta No chicken with pasta. The pasta was dry The side with steak were awful. The sweet potato was falling apart. The coconut shrimp was all batter. The steak maybe I could cut 6 pieces I used to work at outback so I love outback but please do better!

We visited Outback Steakhouse earlier this evening. I just wanted to give the biggest shout-out to our server Adrian. He was juggling eight tables, as I counted. Each table had between 4-8 people. Let me tell you, this young man was on point. He didn't miss a beat in the execution of his service. Statement holds true not only for our table, but the rest of the tables I observed in his section. It is so refreshing to see someone so energetic, friendly with great service from cradle to grave. The food was also good but this post is more to give kudos to Adrian! We will definitely be back and ask for him as our server. Thank you! In these times where service is "iffy" at best, we were pleasantly surprised. 😊

We’re regular customers in Bonita Springs. Love atmosphere and food. One of the best things is our server, Yanira. She always remembers our fav meal and takes really good care of us with her charming smile and pleasant personality. She’s a keeper!

Great steak and lots of options. Huge appetizers. Reasonable prices. Very much a roadhouse atmosphere (loud and chatty) and lots of fried food. Fabulous staff.

Blooming Onion and Wedge Salad are the bestcombo for lunch !!!!!!!

Quickly seated and attended to. Large party was seated close by and had a couple of unsettled children for a little bit. Offset a birthday dinner night a wee bit. Overall they did well.

I've been traveling and I was craving a blooming onion. What I got was show inprettable I could not believe it. Whoever is a cook there knows how to do in a blue manonian.

Essen war gut! Die blooming Onion ist immer ein Gewinner. Das Steak war sehr gut und auf den Punkt gegrillt, dafür war der Lachs meiner Frau leider echt trocken. Das Ambiente ist nicht mehr so gemütlich wie früher. Es wirkt wie eine Kantine. Service war stark und sehr bemüht.

I read these reviews and I am shocked that there are so many positive reviews. I work next door to this place, the food and service is terrible. Maybe I should clarify that my visits are all for lunch. The service is terrible for dining in so I usually order to go; however, the food is ALWAYS subpar when ordering to go. I do mean ALWAYS. Most recent visit our order include 2 Outback burgers one medium and one medium well. T hey were both well done. There were approximately 7 fries included with each meal and ...One burger had Lettuce Tomato, pickles, mustard and onions, one had nothing but cheese. $13.00 for a burger! Burger King would have been better. Yes, I did take one back and the replacement was then undercooked. I am done with Outback in Bonita Springs.

The filet mignon was pretty tough and the lobster tail had bits of shell all over it. I didn't finish either for the first time in my 66 years. I gave it a three star rating because the service was good, along with the baked potato and shrimp.

First visit to this establishment. Awesome service. Sat at the bar for veterans day. Bloomin onion was delicious. Bone in Ribeye was rare. Asked for medium. Brought it home to grill it myself. Had a Tito's and lemonade, that was very good. Perfect tart with the Tito's. We'll return. Maybe try something different than steak.

WOW! My boyfriend and I went to Outback for dinner and ended up sitting at the bar. We were greeted right when we got there and were served quickly and efficiently. The bartender Hannah was very helpful and talked to us the whole night. She cracked jokes to everyone around and made sure everyone was having a good experience. We had such a lovely time and will ask for this nice young lady next time we go!

Where do I even start. The other night my family and I entered this establishment thinking we would merely snack on a bloomin onion and be on our way. We were pleasantly surprised when Hannah emerged , taking her time, making us feel like part of the Outback family. We ate a delightful meal with the fabulous recommendations provided by Hannah and left elated. I hope you all get to meet Hannah, she really is the best. 10/10 for Hannah G

We live in Naples, and this Outback in Bonita is worth the extra half hour drive. It is far superior in terms of atmosphere, service, and food quality.

Do NOT order from here for delivery! They will send the order with food they would not serve you at the restaurant. Ordered online for delivery through a paid delivery service because I didn’t have a car. No complaints about the delivery but when food arrived, shrimp was burned. When called the restaurant to complain they offered to replace the shrimp but said I had to pick up. When I said I didn’t have a car they said to call the delivery service. When I said I didn’t want to pay again for delivery the response was that the food manager cooked it and she packaged it up and it looked fine to her. Too frustrated to continue conversation. (They also sent 12 small fries for the burger side.)

I absolutely love going to outback on dates with my husband! There’s a bartender/server there named Alyssa on Tamiami Trail who is absolutely amazing! We probably choose this place over many others just because she’s there, she is attentive, funny, and does her job quite well!

Seems like the quality of their steak have decreased. They're much lower quality, tough and less flavor.

We decided to stop in to grab a couple of drinks and have a late lunch at the bar. We were immediately greeted by a very personable and professional bartender named Genesis (cool name, right?). I was looking for something that they no longer had on the Outback menu, but Genesis quickly recommended a "work around" using a burger, mushrooms, and peppercorn gravy - it was awesome. I highly recommend this location and taking a seat at the bar:)

My daughter picked up two strawberry salads with grilled chicken tonight for her dad and I for dinner. I had a major health scare and got home from the hospital and she wanted dinner here at home for us. I would never tell her this but my husband and I were very disappointed. A strawberry salad should come with more than 3 thin slices of strawberry. Not even 1 full strawberry. Our daughter was doing a good thing and I feel like her money was wasted. Outback took her money for a poor salad.

A came in to this location for the first time and the bartender yanira was the best, she recommended the best cocktail , I tried the strawberry peach sangria and the castaway cocktail. It was heaven !!! I will deff come back. The food was amazing as well.

Came in to outback tonight and everything was amazing but especially the service from my server yanira. She was on point with everything. She suggested us to try the bone in rib-eye and it was so delicious. She was always around and made sure to get us refills without even asking. Thank you yanira for the amazing service. Had lunch here with my daughter and once again enjoyed a very pleasurable experience. My food came out quickly, correct and delicious. My waitress Michelle was very attentive and brought me refills and extra sauces without having to be asked. I'm not a fan of the music & its volumn, but have good meals & service there. In the bar area Jennifer most days & Alyssa [have had in the evening] are terrific servers! If any dish isn't quite right, staff don't hesitate to fix until it is with no questions.

Food was great, but we waited 10 min to even get a server, the sweet hostess made sure she came served us. There was maybe 10 people there in the whole restaurant. So the service wasn't very good. Waited too long for our food and drinks.
