Last night we tried Bonkers Cupcakes. I had passed this store many times and always wanted to try. We ordered the banana pudding, vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting and chocolate cupcake with vanilla frosting and a butterscotch oatmeal cookie. The banana pudding was delicious! Plenty of cookie inside and Delicious fluffy pudding. The cookie was yummy too. The cupcakes, which they are known for, or less than average. I do have to say the chocolate cake was delicious, but on both cupcakes, we could barely taste the frosting. They were waxy and flavorless. And I found a long hair in the middle of my frosting which made me gag. Not sure if I would try again. The last part grossed me out completely.

They must've changed the chocolate cake recipe since I last had it or something because it's always been good but the one I just ate was the best cupcake I've ever had. Cute small business, happy to support it. It's expensive, but it does taste like a $4 cupcake. The pudding cups can easily be split (by more than 2 people) or saved for later. The frosting is a bit fatty for my tastes, but some people prefer it fatty

My daughter and I stopped in to grab some cupcakes for the ride home from her college tour. The cupcakes were delicious and it was cool you can choose your own frosting. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Hope to stop in again when we’re in the area.

I popped in here over Christmas break and what a nice surprise. The owner was so sweet. She gave me complimentary peanut brittle to try with my order. As I left the store I started eating it and about 20 steps down the road, I turned around because I just had to go back and buy a full brick of this stuff. It was delicious. Nice people, great service and really good cupcakes!

Got cupcakes for Valentine’s Day for the first time. Not only were they beautiful but they were delicious! Also so happy and impressed at the taste and their ability to be nut free. Wish more places could do this! Thank you Bonkers!

I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars because these people are truly amazing! These people are truly kind souls and I will always support them in all of their endeavors. Not only do they make incredibly delicious desserts, they are just very great people that make you always want to go back! If you go, tip well because they deserve it!

Love these cupcakes! Every time I’ve been in I’ve been greeted by the most welcoming people. One time the owner (I think he is) have me something new that he was working on to try. Overall, just a great experience.

So good! Just the right amount of frosting to cake ratio. Not sickening sweet but full of wonderful flavor. So many times cupcakes look great but taste awful. These look good and taste wonderful!!! Highly recommend. The toffee is perfection too! I’ll write another when I try the pudding!

Got 6 cupcakes for my family- we had one and it was delicious!!!! Our very hungry dog ate the other five, some containing dark chocolate. We called the store to find out the ingredients and they immediately helped us out. Then, they followed up to make sure that our furry friend was ok and provided a complete list of ingredients. We will definitely be back. Maybe just vanilla next time :).

Back to basics, made from scratch cupcakes. Delicious and the best part is they are nut-free. Priceless for my kids with nut-allergies. Highly recommend and get one for everyone.

These are literally the best cupcakes I’ve ever eaten! No exaggeration. The cake is fresh and light but substantial enough to hold up its end against the icing. They custom decorate each cupcake with the icing of your choice when you order. This keeps the cake from being soggy. Five stars!!! Go here! You won’t be disappointed!!!

This place is my guilty pleasure. The owners are very nice, the cake is moist, and the icing is so light and heavenly. My favorite cupcake is the Happy Day Vanilla with the raspberry frosting. It is divine. The banana pudding and the Oreo pudding are also honorable mentions.

The customer service is excellent and the owners and staff are soo sweet. I recently ordered a nice red velvet cake here for my moms birthday party. The cream cheese frosting and the quality of the cake itself are unmatched and definitely the best I’ve ever tasted. The cake came out beautifully and tasted even better. People were raving about it all night!! Always a great experience at this establishment and I wish them the utmost success.

My favorite is the banana pudding but Friday I had a Carmel chocolate cupcake ..it was so good...

Anyone who complains about these is either a competitor, has no sense of taste (COVID?) or likes junk. Of course, life happens, and when a place serves thousands of people it's obvious mistakes can happen. I never review anything but I'm so glad this place is making life better. They're creating the most delicious and wholesome cupcakes I've ever eaten!

Wonderful NUT FREE bakery! A SAFE option for people with severe nut allergies. They have a large selection of delicious cupcake and frosting flavors to choose from. The staff is very welcoming - not all other stores are like that. Everyone at our get-together enjoyed their cupcake. We have gone to Bonkers several times and will continue going there for our treats.

Went there with my friend yesterday to get half a dozen cupcakes. I tried the carrot cupcake with cream cheese frosting and I fell in love. 10/10 would love to return!

Overly priced, good cupcakes. Many varieties of flavors, but at over $4 a piece, the cupcakes should be larger, or less expensive. The cake part was just okay, but the frosting was very good. I wish them good luck, but probably won't be coming back. We have been to several cupcake only venues and received a better value and product for our money.

Ok, so to the naked eye they don’t look like much, but holy sht these cupcakes pack a punch! 🤤 the way they are able to get such a depth of flavor into the frosting ughhh so good! Will back soon! ❤️

Great cupcakes! Have ordered a few times- and they were a hit. We also had a vegan cake made for a child with an egg allergy for his first birthday cake smash, and it was delicious and looked beautiful too.

Placed online order 2 days in advance for 20 cupcakes for a party. Arrived at the scheduled time, order not ready. They didn't even know an order had been placed online. then they didn't have all the ingredients for the coconut one's. Disappointing service, but they were tasty.

A cupcake is just a cupcake, right? Wrong! These cupcakes are amazing! Let me tell you why! 1. They are so moist 2. The frosting isn’t too dense 3. You can pick any combination of cake and frosting they have available (coffee and chocolate is my favorite) 4. The staff is so friendly, helpful and patient so when you are scrambling over all the options they don’t stress you out! I highly recommend this place!
