A wonder. The pastas are magnificent, 100% Italian style with top quality ingredients. The fried calamari was perfect as a starter and the tiramisù for dessert deserves the best of praise.

Great option if you’re visiting the Citadel! The pasta is super fresh, filling, and light.

My spaghetti meatballs were amazing, great music, they even allow pets.

The Citadel is a kind of warehouse with tables for eating in the center. All around there are kiosks with foods from different cultures. One of these kiosks is Borti Pasta Bar. Specializing in Italian pasta. The owner is Italian as are the two chefs. Most of the ingredients are shipped directly from Italy. I have tried several dishes and they are all of excellent quality. Given the "cooperative" formula without table service, the costs (for Miami) are low. If you feel nostalgic (it happens to me 😀) for a good plate of pasta you'll find the solution here.

It’s an expensive lunch but when I need good pasta, this is my go to spot. My go to dish is the Bucatini Amatriciana. It’s a slightly spicy red sauce with guanciale which a salt-cured Italian pork. Kinda like pork belly. It’s DELICIOUS! I’ve tried other dishes there but this is my favorite.

Picked up food to bring home. It was already packaged and waiting for me and was still hot by the time I got home great experience and good food !!!!

The service ruined my experience and food, the cashier was really rude when serving me, even to notify me that it was ready because I had my headphones and I didn't hear the device, she snapped her fingers to call me, something that is really very very annoying. The food is acceptable although expensive, I really won't eat here again, very unpleasant. The cashier's name is Alejandra.

After one weird visit I received a follow up, I was compensated for my food and offered to receive to come back an have a do over. As a business owner you always have to be a customer first. Thank you for turning one awkward experience pleasant. I will continue to be a return customer. Old review/3stars: So I’m disappointed for the first time ordering from borti. Yesterday after a longggg work day I called and asked if they had lasagna (because it’s normally sold out) and if I could come pick it up. I was told by the nice man who answered he’d reserve me a piece. So I headed on my journey over to citadel. When I mentioned this to the cashier she goes “oh that was probably the owner you spoke to, we are often to busy to look at the phone so please place the order online for pick up in the future, but we do have it” so I paid and waited for my to go order… when I got home and went to eat… the lasagna seemed over done like the piece was left in the oven too long. There was little to no sauce in the plate either. If I didn’t go all the way home I would’ve simply asked for a refund. The calamari was good but the thing I wanted most was poorly put together. Sucks because it’s the only thing I get from here and it’s a treat for me everyone now and then.

I had pasta bolognese. The pasta was good, the bolognese average and not self-made. Could have been better is they wood have self-made bolognese….

This was my 2nd time trying their Cacio e pepe this week and it was fantastic!! Loved that it just as good as the last time! My friend also tried their lasagna and bruschetta and also loved it!! If you’re looking for an AUTHENTIC Italian pasta place come here! The staff is really nice too!

Very delicious Italian food and excellent service.

You wouldn’t expect some of the best pasta to be in a food hall in little Haiti… but it is. Honestly the pasta here is better than most high end Italian spots youll visit in town. You know it’s good when you overhear notoriously hard to please Italian tourists telling the cooks that this is how you make a proper pasta. Nothing on the menu is a miss, the pasta is Al dente, fresh, and the sauces are killer. Even simple dishes like Cacio Pepe and Rigatoni ala Vodka are stars.

Travel to Miami for 3 nite , I have spend 2 nite dinning here . I just can’t help to come back again and try more ! The pasta is la dente and the risotto is perfectly cooked. Here is the hidden 💎 gems . I’m highly recommend ! Everything I try is so yum !

My wife and I enjoyed this place exponentially. My wife had the Spaghetti with meatballs and I had the Fettuccine seafood. The ingredients were very fresh, the aroma was divine, and the taste was Immaculate. The host was courteous and smiling. The owner had guests from Argentina, yet still found the time to have a conversation with us. 10/10

If you like real Italian pasta this is your place! One of the few places where pasta is actually cooked to order and it is “al dente” and not over cooked or undercooked. Owned and prepared by Italian chef ! You can’t go wrong with this one! Italian bacon ( pancetta ) on top of pasta was definitely the best one I ever had in Florida! I’ll be back!

Amazing pasta! I love coming here for the delicious fresh pasta. The Tagliatelle Boscaiola is my “go to” but I’ve also discovered a new favorite, the Vodka Pasta.

Ordered the rigatoni carbonara. Tasted like the “chef” poured a pint of salt into velveeta cheese on al dente rigatoni and then charged me $26 for it. Rather have eaten a Kraft Mac n cheese cup.

Having spent time in italy, and coming from a culinary background, all I can say is WOW. I dream about this pasta. I am eating it as I type and it is mouthwatering. It’s amazing everytime and the arancini is *INCREDIBLE*. My favorite place ever.

I had a question, and the restaurant was quick and thoughtful with the answer. Next, we couldn't decide so we ordered three entrees to share. The delivery was quick, and the food was hot. All dishes were delicious, and we will definitely order again!

Great taste of freshly made pasta!

Carbonara was decent. The guanciale that comes with it is super fatty. Not a ton of meat. The cacio e pepe was bland in my opinion, but I’ve also had really good cacio e Pepe’s in chicago.

All I have to say is phenomenal, the creamy vodka pasta that they served was the best Italian dish I ever had🔥

Delicious pasta! I had the amatriciana which was good since I love tomato sauce but they have variety of options of pasta and sauces, prices are reasonable nothing crazy. The food hall is very nice and they also have plenty options. Will come back :)

Usually I wouldn’t be sure about getting pasta from places but I decided to try the rigatoni alla vodka and I was honestly happy. The amount of sauce was perfect and it was seasoned well. I enjoyed it very much and would definitely come again.

Borti Pasta Bar Gnocchi with Creamy Gorgonzola sauce, Spinach and Parmesan...OMGGGGGGGG! Melt in your mouth...It was THE best!..and the SAUCE?!?! The only thing missing was fresh cracked pepper. We ate upstairs rooftop. A+ Bruschetta with Mushrooms and Truffle Oil - It had potential. I needed more truffle oil and the mushroom needed more flavor. C+

Insane. I’m from NC, I’ve worked in authentic Italian places. Ive been to NYC, Europe…and this pasta didn’t disappoint. it’s the real deal. While eating it, I thought I should’ve taken a picture but I couldn’t stop eating 😂. I had the fettuccine alfredo with my toppings…it’s actually good plain too. It wasn’t dry! There was enough sauce for my bread! Highly recommend. The garlic bread is good with Parmesan cheese too😊 I cleaned my plate and sarcastically told the girl it was terrible lol. but showed her my clean plate and thanked everyone for the amazing food and friendly service!

Today I attended the Simply Italian at Ampersand Studios event and lunch was provided by Borti Pasta Bar. I must say that all the items available were delicious,starting with the roasted vegetables, the rigatoni with Broccolo was awesome prepared and Chicken Florentine which , I don’t usually eat chicken was tasty and very well savory. I’m not sure if the staff was part of the catering restaurant but they were very polite and accommodating. The missing star is because I haven’t visited the restaurant venue yet. But I will. Good stuff.

Very good attention. Customer service stellar asked for the best choice on the menu and I wasn’t disappointed so good I ate it in 5 min. If you’re near the citadel you need to come visit Borti pasta bar.

I had the pleasure to taste an incredible pasta from Borti pasta bar and I must say that in the city, if you want to eat real Italian dishes it is the best. I'm Italian and I can say that I didn’t find difference between eating a plate of pasta in Italy and eating it at Borti pasta. The sauces are fresh and the pasta too. Highly recommended!

Fioquette de pera con gorgonzola

Been twice and it’s spectacular. Some of the best pasta I’ve had in a while.. so delicious. Chefs kiss truly.. I picky when it comes to Italian as a lot of places would say they are Italian and they aren’t all that great.. this is true made from scratch and it shows.

The BEST authentic pasta in the neighborhood! Stop by and say hello to the awesome Mauro the one responsible for this delicious piece of heaven. I highly recommend the Bucatini Amatriciana. It's the absolute best! I plan to try other dishes but for now, I'm stuck on the Bucatini :) The Tiramisu is another must-have.

When I tell you this was an absolutely amazing experience I tell you no lie. Aside from the fact that the folks there are super friendly, warm and accommodating the food is mind blowing! So much so that I had to go back two more days to get the same meal (no shame lol). This was by far one of the best culinary experiences I have had in some time and may just be my favorite establishments at the Citadel. Well some folks. See you soon ☺️.

Simply put, this is the best pasta I’ve had in my life. (I promise I’m not exaggerating).

I got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and Italian sausage and it was sooo good. The sauce was creamy and had great flavors. Would definitely come back.

Over priced. The pasta doesn’t not include protein so you’re better off going to cheese cake factory and paying $20 for an actual meal. Overall the food was good though.
