I had an Amazing ziplining experience! The waterfalls and property were so lush and Beautiful. The guides Lish, Olivia and AJ were awesome, knowledgeable and helpful. I learned a lot of information about the plants on the property. I felt safe the whole time on the tour. I highly recommend this tour.

The maze was pretty fun for all my kiddos. Make sure to bring water 😄.

I highly recommend this This Zip Line! … It was so much fun ! I would definitely go back here. The views are outstanding. The staff is friendly and highly educated. Fun an entertaining. I had never zip lined before and didn’t know what to expect. My first thought when I was finished was ‘ Why haven’t I done this sooner! I felt 100% safe.. Views were beautiful. The grounds and the gardens were outstanding. I’ve never seen so much beauty in one place. Gorgeous green Meadows and oceans views while walking To one of the zip lines !!! Flying on your zip line over Magnificent waterfalls… Anyone coming to the Big Island should take this experience. I promise you won’t regret it. In fact, it will become one of your best memories.

Kanani, Tryson, and T were amazing. Not only did they make us feel safe, but they were also encouraging, funny, and lively during the entire experience! More importantly, they were very patient with my younger sister (age 10), who was overcoming her fear of heights. We loved learning about the different plants and even got to try an ice cream bean—yum! The entire zip line route was incredibly beautiful. We’ll be recommending the guides and zip line company to our family and friends! Thank you for such a memorable experience!

AJ and Justin were such awesome guides. They filled the time between the lines with very interesting information on the plants and trees on the property, with information on Hawaii and the area, and lots of great jokes. We had such a great time and made amazing memories as a family. The free photos were above and beyond expectations and the cherry on top of a 5+ star experience. This was a splurge for our family and we are so glad we went for it and would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

We had a great time doing the eight Zipline here. The guides were super friendly and nice, and took great care of us throughout the experience. We got to see a waterfall in the eighth zipline, which was awesome! We also tasted many tropical fruit along the way in the botanical garden, which was a great way to supplement the experience. Will definitely visit here again!

Our family of four had a fantastic time! Echo and Kelsey were so much fun to be around and made the experience! We loved each of the zip lines and racing one another on the last two- thanks for the fantastic memories!

Shane and Elise were great tour guides. The zip line tour was well worth it!

I basically never leave reviews but this was so fun and my tour guides were AMAZING Reed and Justin. It was so fun. It includes photos and the suspension bridge and the zip lines were in the most beautiful forest and I even ended up in the rain but it was still so fun I didn't mind but I can't even imagine the final lookout if it was clear.

This was so worth the time and money!!! Our two guides, Shane and Scott, were stellar!!! I took my five boys and both Shane and Scott were very accommodating and patient, especially with my youngest son who is 6 years old! Very laid back atmosphere that allowed everyone to relax and enjoy the rides. The ladies at the reception desk were awesome as well!! They were extremely helpful in getting our two youngest children into the group at the last minute. Even Leslie, who we spoke with over the phone was extremely helpful in getting this whole excursion booked! From top to bottom, this is a stellar outfit that really goes out of their way in putting their customers first and making them feel welcome and comfortable!

We had a fantastic time! Zip lines and the scenery were amazing! Our guides (John and Ti) were fun, knowledgeable, and very engaging. Walking through the gardens afterwards was icing on the cake.

We drove all the way from Waikoloa to botanical and the 1.5 hour drive was well worth it!! Our tour guides, “Justin-case”, and “Justin- time” (their little joke!) were phenomenal! They were very knowledgeable and funny. Our 9 and 11 year old had an absolute blast!!! The views were simply breath taking, 10 out of 10!!! We would def do it again!! Mahalo!

My husband and I made an impromptu stop here while exploring the big island on our honeymoon! We were able to book a last minute zip lining tour, Reed and Orion were our guides and they were fantastic! You could tell they both really enjoyed what they did, as well as teaching us about the land and plants along the way! Such a great time would recommend to anyone passing through the area especially if you want some amazing views and a thrilling adventure!

This was, by far, the best tour guide experience our family has ever had. Shane, Elise, and Justin clearly love what they do, and led our group through this remarkable zip lining experience with humor and clear direction and coaching. Beyond the guides, the zip line course was gorgeous, full of view after view, and steadily increasing the lengths while increasing our confidence. I am a bit scared of heights and was kind of dreading going, but I was trying to be a good sport for my family 😂; after the very first zip, my entire perspective changed. I am so thankful for their expertise! Our family has a big age gap - a 14 year old and a 6 year old - and it can be hard to find activities that everyone truly loves, but Botanical World and their amazing guides delivered in every way. The guides interacted with everyone and created a great group experience. If you are looking for a truly memorable zip line experience, with the best in the biz, Botanical World is the only place you need to look.

John and Elise were fantastic! Very friendly and easy to talk with. Great knowledge about the local flora. Started off small and easy, then working up to the 1/2 mile zone 350’ in the air. I am not a fan of heights, but this was an easy and fun zip line adventure. We wanted to run back up and do the last 1/2 mile line again! Great guides and company. Everyone we encountered from beginning to end were so friendly. Definitely recommended.

My niece and I went ziplining yesterday, and we had an AMAZING time!!! Our guides, Kanani and Emma, were absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! They made the experience even better with their funny banter and cheerful personalities. They were very knowledgeable about the area and plants/animals that were around. Emma showed us a plant that retracted with any form of touch. I believe it was called the Hilahila plant. It was awesome! I highly recommend that if you are in Hilo to book your ziplining tour with this company. You won't regret it! 100% would go back!

Emma and her aunt are a great team. Olivia was also a super assistant and driver. We had a wonderful adventure, learning about the local plants, culture, zipping over beautiful landscapes. Couldn't rate our day high enough.

I had an amazing experience at the zipline in Hawaii! From start to finish, everything was professional and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, providing us with detailed safety instructions and guidance, which made us feel very secure. The scenery here is breathtaking. Seeing the stunning landscapes of Hawaii from high above was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Each zipline segment was designed to be challenging yet safe, suitable for all ages. Special thanks to our guides, who were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. They not only made the experience enjoyable but also shared a lot of local history and cultural knowledge. This experience was not only thrilling but also gave me a deeper understanding of Hawaii. If you’re in Hawaii, don’t miss out on this zipline! It’s definitely an unforgettable adventure.

We went today to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. We are both terrified of heights so we were anxious but determined to do this. Our guides Kelsey and Reed were amazing!! Could not have asked for a better experience or better people to lead us in our adventure. They were witty, happy, and just fun to be around. They give you fun and interesting facts about the plants and trees around you. The lines start out slow and easy so by the time you hit the big ones you just don't want it to end. Don't let fear of heights stop you from this amazing adventure. Just do it! You will not regret it.

This was a great experience and is worth your money. You go along 8 different zip lines over the course of 2 and a half hours. Reed and Olivia were our tour guides and they were amazing. We felt 100% safe the whole time and they made the experience so much more fun. We were on our honeymoon and they even did a little something special for us at the end. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time here, thanks to our guides Bryan, Lish, and Ben! They were fun, helped everyone feel at ease, and gave some cool information about the native plants in the area. From what we could tell, Botanical World has zip lines that are mostly positioned within the forest canopy, so you can stay cooler than some neighboring zip lines. The longer lines at the end are up above the canopy, and the last one that is a half mile long gives an amazing view. Highly recommended!

We had a great time zip lining here. The scenery was great and the staff was awesome. Lish, Tryson and Orion…thank you! My nervous 9 year old even had a blast and was so proud of himself for making it over Line #8’s beautiful waterfall.

I went with my 14 year old and 11 year old daughters for ziplining while staying in Hilo. It was amazing experience!! Our guides Alice and Ben were super courteous and very knowledgeable with good sense of humor. They made our first time ziplining experience like breeze.The views are very scenic. We completed 8 lines within about 1.5 hours as group only had 5 people for 9:30am slot. Another guide Benjamin joined for the last zipline and he was amazing as well. This place is really good!!! They provide small bags for carrying phone and small cameras. You can hold your camera in your hand and record while ziplining but make sure not to drop the camera. Use you phone to take tons of pics/videos. I normally went on ziplining first and then take pics/videos as my daughters were ziplining. Drinking water is available in few places with small cone shaped cups. Your guide will inform you. My wife and 5 year old daughter stayed back near the check in place at Botanical world and had a blast with painting activities (free) and enjoying the garden (free). Excellent place!!!

Elish,Elise, and AJ are the best guides ever. I took my 4yr old daughter on the zip tour and they were super patient and helpful, they made her feel real comfortable and by the second zipline she was having a blast. 💯💯thank you guys!

By far I had the best experience of my trip. The team are amazing. The hike is not hard. They are very friendly. Ziplining a safe activity. Definitely will use them again.

What a beautiful adventure! Our guides, Emma & Avery were delightful! I especially enjoyed all the interesting facts they told us about native plants during our zip tour. I would definitely recommend this as a ‘must do’ while on the Big Island.

Emma, Olivia, and Shane created an unbelievable experience zipping through Hawaii! We were so appreciative of the attention and kindness they showed towards our daughters specifically. Honestly, this was the highlight of our trip thus far. If i could give a higher rating, I would. 10/10. Zipping a half a mile on the finale, over the cliff and waterfall was the cherry on top.

My wife and I went ziplining, and Orion, Justin, and Echo took great care of us. It was our first time doing it, and they were friendly and patient. I tripped and got stuck in the middle of one of the lines, and they came out quickly and pulled me in. Even then, I felt safe and secure. They cared and knew about the environment, taught about the plants, and made it educational. We learned a lot and had fun. I highly recommend the tour to anyone wanting to zipline.

The zipline tour was so much fun! It was perfect for our family. We have two kids (6 and 9) and they had a blast! Kelsey and Brian were our guides - they were amazing!! I highly recommend!

Excellent time. Shane, Emma and Olivia were great. Very safe and professional but also fun. My family enjoyed ourselves even in the rain. The views are some of the best. Loved the mix of garden walk, zipline, history and culture we got with the tour. We got to taste some of the fresh fruit from the plants as we passed by. Sorry but the best was when I beat the tour manager in the race. Haha. Good story ask “Aunti”all about it. The maze was fun and wish we had more time to hang out and see more of the grounds. Overall one of the highlights of our trip.

Jordan and Ivory were very entertaining throughout the whole experience. They playfully explained the nature and process of the tour and kept us all thoroughly engaged. I went with my family (two kids included) and everyone had a blast. The view of the waterfall especially was my favorite. Echo was also amazing.

Our family had the most amazing time with Kanani, Emma, and Atta. They were so fun and helped us have the BEST time. Gorgeous views and good variety of lines. Hands down, best ziplining experience I've ever had.

As a first-timer, this was an incredible zip lining experience! Along with the beautiful views was the wonderfully witty staff- Reed, Ivory, Jordan, and Olivia- all of whom were very accommodating. They also shared some knowledge about the beautiful botanical garden! 10/10 experience!

What an awesome experience!! We had Scott, Elisha (Lish), Kelsey, and Reina (apologies on spelling) all were welcoming, knowledgeable, and above all safe. My mother joined us last minute after much encouragement from the guides and was so glad she did once it was all said and done. My father and youngest son stayed back and were given plenty of attention and care while the rest of us zip lined. Mahalo!!

We had a great experience on the zip line. Our guides were super fun, which made the day even more enjoyable. The gardens are beautiful. The zipline has some really nice views. We highly recommend going on any activity the Botanical Gardens offers.

This was so much fun and Reed, Kai and Cole were the best guides! One of our party was terrified of ziplining and by the second line, she was comfortable and having a blast. The setting is beautiful and you will get your adrenalin fix while feeling totally safe at the same time. You can also wander the lovely botanical gardens before or after you zipline. I would highly recommend this zipline adventure over its corporate neighbors!

Very fun experience with Shane and AJ! (And coming from someone that is very afraid of heights). The zip lines get consecutively longer and more steep to build your confidence. The guides made me feel safe and at ease!

This zip line experience was the awesome. Keani, Emma and AJ were the best. Their energy was contagious and they made the whole experience relaxing and fun. They were very knowledgable about the environment we were in and had the best play list of music during the tour. I definitely recommend this excursion.

Honestly the our favorite part of our 10 day trip! Our kids 8 and 10 could do all the lines except the final line that is a half mile long over a waterfall! Thrilling ans beautiful even for those who have motion sickness like me! Our guides were awesome! They gave us fruit samples and fun natural squirt guns!

This was absolutely one of the highlights of our trip! We drove across the island to do this zipline tour and it was completely worth it. This was our first time zip lining and it was amazing. We had two awesome tour guides in Shane and Gavin who were very knowledgeable, but also hilarious! We would 100% go back and do this again and I highly recommend this if you’re in the area!

Reed, Tryson, and Teoni took great care of us. We learned about the rainforest while taking very short walks from one line to the next. The course is exciting and beautiful.

Botanical World Adventures is hands down a great operation! The guides followed all the safety protocols and made the adventure even more fun with their jokes and knowledge. They were patient with our group since we arrived late due to accidentally going to “Botanical Gardens” down the road. If I had the time, I would have signed up to do the tour again right after I finished the first one.

It was our families first time zip lining and it was AMAZING! We drove an hour and a half from Kona and it was definitely worth it! Johnny, Tryson and Cole were educational, fun and made us feel comfortable throughout the experience! Highly recommend!!!

The crew, Emma, Reed, and even Cole kept it really fun, safe, and educational (botanical stuff). Zipping through tropical rainforest foliage over freshwater streams was awesome. The 1/2 mile grand finale was the fastest with an epic view of the Kamaʻeʻe waterfall. It’s the best and safest zip line tour I’ve ever experienced!

Well worth the 2 1/2 hour drive from Kona the guides were amazing ivory jordan and obrian I felt safe protected and levitated while floating over the beautiful Gods Given Earth thanks be to Jesus and to all who made this possible the waterfall at the end of it all was INCREDIBLE VIEWS . 5 stars is an understatement. ⭐️ thanks team!

Cant comment on Zipline, but make sure this is the correct Botanical Gardens before you go. We accidentally went to the wrong gardens.. and were highly disappointed with this one. For 2, we paid 21.94 for just aimlessly walking around. They give you a map, but it doesn't help one bit. Nothing is labeled around the gardens except the maze. We did drive up to the waterfall after walking around the "gardens". After being disappointed we ended up going to the University Botanical Gardens, which was FREE and well kept. It had so many more types of plants that were labeled. We had planned on going to Hawaii Botanical Gardens, but didn't want to pay more money after wasting it at this Garden.

Awesome experience! Comfortable, safe, clean, and adventurous! Our guides John and Reed did a fantastic job with our group of 12. They give you tips on modifying your zip lining in case you want more or less of an adrenaline rush. Our 9 and 11 year old came with and the guides took care of them too. The zips criss cross a beautiful creek and of course a large waterfall for the final zip, which is a half mile long! The guides also offered some info on local plants, an added bonus! The grounds include a path thru an arboretum and a hedge maze, which was a nice way to wind down after the rush of zip lining.
