i loved it sooo much! everyone should go! :))

I’ll start with a positive. My gf said the Pho was good AND to their one (and only) credit they served the beef raw and the soup hot as should be. My dish, from across the parking lot resembled a vermicelli bowl. Upon closer inspection: burnt, shaved pork, bits of vulcanized shrimp, lettuce-shred from a Walmart bag, and a thimble of fish sauce. Worst ever approximation of Vietnamese food. Bad. Even by American standards of Asian facsimile. Servers were very young and attractive, and gave the level of service that coincides with that. But pleasant nevertheless.

I’m not sure where all the 5 star ratings are coming from, but save your money. My “fried noodles” were more like Campbells chicken noodle soup consistency. My friend and I left disappointed and hungry.

Big disappointment. Reviews were good, so we were surprised at how bad it was. We went for lunch and it was not busy. We ordered spring rolls, Vermicelli Chicken, and Steak & Meatball rice noodle soup. The bean sprouts for the soup were rotten (way too old). We asked for them to be replaced and the server brought us more but they weren't much better. It would help if they would act like they care when something is really bad. The server never said anything about it. The soup didn't have any meatballs and it wasn't tasty. I mentioned to the server that there were no meatballs in it. Again, no concern from her. The rest of the meal was average at best. The table sauces and salt/pepper shakers are all dirty, so it just adds to the bad vibe. Hopefully, they were just having an off day.

I love eating in this restaurant. I always get the same thing and it's been great. I recently called in an order for pick-up. The online menu is different and I can't remember the Vietnamese name for my usual dish, so I ordered what I thought was the same thing - it's #13. The description said beef with carrots and onions, which sounded right. I also had a choice of noodles. When my friend picked it up and brought it home, I was disappointed to find peppers mixed in. I hate peppers and they don't like me, either, and I won't order them if I know they're there. I picked them out, but I could still taste them. My indigestion wasn't as bad as if I'd actually eaten them, but I wasn't comfortable afterwards. If it had also had mushrooms, I would not have been able to eat it at all. Please mention ALL the vegetables that you are going to put in the dish. It could make a big difference between a tasty meal, an expensive contribution to the compost pile, or a trip to the hospital. Thank you.

I have to update my review. Last time, there were limited vegetarian options. I wasn't planning on returning, but I ended up going back with visiting family. They had updated the menus, and there's so many more vegetarian choices, along with vegetarian pho. The service was again unbelievably good, even with a good crowd and seven of us. Couldn't recommend enough, if you're looking for Vietnamese cuisine.

This place is such a hidden gem. My friends and I come here all the time and indulge in the pho and bahi mi! The food is always insanely fresh and rich. The server Julia is always so sweet and helpful.

Just recently went with my friends; it was some of the best pho we have ever had. My friend also had the #9, which she really enjoyed. Overall, the service was very great and the atmosphere was very welcoming.

Food was a huge disappointment. I'm not from the area and was willing to spend the money for good food. I ordered shrimp fried rice, and it was insanely fishy and terrible quality of rice, for 23 dollars. The pho was okay, meat was questionable.

Amazing, authentic vietnamese food that is sure to make your mouth water. My personal favorite is the Pho, easily the most flavorful dish I've ever had! Nga is an absolute delight and a pleasure to be around.

We came here on a Sunday as we were traveling from Dunkirk, NY to Pittsburgh, PA. We saw the reviews and wanted to see what this place is about. RUN and get here because the food and service is phenomenal! We had the pork vermicelli and tofu pho (very spicy). Everything was fresh and flavorful! We also had hot black coffee and an iced Vietnamese coffee. The young woman who took our orders was lively and very attentive to all of the customers. She raved about the food and said she even comes here on her day off because it is that good and there is every reason to come here several times a week. They are open until at least 930 PM every day. The owner, Nga, is delightful and very welcoming! Hands down the VERY best authentic Vietnamese food!

Best food I ever had. Definitely try the Pho noodle if you want to get to know more about Vietnamese food, would be a fresh start! Staffs are so nice and great ambience, cleaned.😁❤️😘 💕

There were 3 things that rubbed me the wrong way while here. One was that I ordered through the app (and mind you it wasn't busy) yet when I got there 35 min later the food wasn't done (and I ordered one thing online.) Two, I ordered pho noodles with pork and they made the order wrong thing which was egg noodles with chicken but we're asking if I wanted that instead of my order. Like I'm sorry what planet does that make any sense to offer a substitute for there mess up. And the third thing was that the pho noodles I thought would have been more of a soup in a broth like the picture shows. But instead is was more of a lomein fried in grease. I will not be ordering from here again. For 17 dollars I could get the same quality for 8 at Ling lings.

We met the owner, Nga, who cooked for us. This was the second time there and the food was just as delicious as the first time. We had another great experience at Saigon Nights and will continue to eat there. Everything is fair priced.

Had this been a review I was giving 4 months ago it would be 5 stars for the food. I was a regular coming in to get the Pho. Best I’ve ever had, or used to be. The insane amount of flies were annoying as they kept landing on my food and flying at my face but the food was so good I ignored it. I wish they would clean the condiment containers that are table side as it makes me wonder how long they’ve been there for and just refilling the bottles because the edges are crusty, bottles and the tray they sit on are filthy - just it’s unsettling. Nonetheless, the Pho was fanatic. Now that I revisited twice in the last month I really am unsure of what changed but now I don’t know what to expect when I walk in the door and order the same meal. The last 2 times were horrific. 4 weeks ago the broth was so salty that I had trouble eating any of it. I thought it was a just a bad batch or an accident so I just paid and smiled (no way would too much salt one time ruin their amazing broth for me so I went back again 2 weeks later). When I tell you the broth was the consistency of olive oil it would be an understatement. I asked the waitress if she had given me something else because nothing about it resembled Pho broth at all, she remade it but obviously still the same broth. I took 3 more bites of noodles (shiny from oil) and 2 more sips of broth (thick as gravy) and left. For the rest of the day I felt like I had literally drank olive oil and it was coating my throat. It was the worst food experience I have ever had and I’m really sad because when they make their Pho good, it’s GOOD. But when it’s bad it’s BAD. I am hoping I can leave a different review in the months to come but the inconsistencies of the food and the cleanliness of the table side items has forced me to give this restaurant (which used to be my favorite place) 3 stars across the board.

Best Pho in Western Pa! I moved from Philadelphia 2 years ago, was enjoying a day at the beach and decided to stop in. I am glad that I did! Amazing food, service, and atmosphere! Clean tables and bathrooms! Didn’t feel rushed. Portions are huge! Will be coming back!

Everything was perfect! Incredible flavors, and very generous portions with lots of vegetables and tender meat! We arrived late in the evening, and are so appreciative that Nga and her team created these delicious culinary masterpieces for us to enjoy!

The pho has a rich, sweet broth. Noodles were perfect. The sliced meatballs tasted more like sausage, the pork had fat that was more like gristle and not edible. Good service. There were a few “drain-type” flies in the bathroom. Overall I will come back and try another dish.

Very clean restaurant, wonderful service and great atmosphere. My waitress, Jillian was so kind and welcoming along with the delicious food, the lobster pho, #4 was so tasty i’ll definitely be coming back again soon to get more! Highly recommend💗

Just went to saigon nights for dinner with my friends and my expectations were blown away by the food. The pho I had today was very authentic compared to what I had when I was in Vietnam. Overall, the atmosphere is very warm, inviting, and and clean-the service was also great. I definitely be coming back.

Im a person who loves trying new food, so when I found sigon for the first time I was extatic. It did not disappoint the food was soo good, and their was so many options for additives aswell as sauces. the staff is so friendly one of my favorite places to go to treat myself!

I got the Tai tea and it was so yummy! The beef and pork are always perfect too

Edit: Owner has since deleted some nasty replies she left on some of the one star review but I kept receipt. I find it funny that when someone says “the food is terrible and inauthentic! 1/5”, the owner will just call them a liar. Like they didn’t like the food? Who do you actually think you are that you can decide for other people if they liked your food or not? If you can’t take any criticism without lashing out on the customers, then I suggest you find another industry to work at. Anyway, once again, terrible food and WAYYYYYYYY OVERPRICED. For reference arguably the best pho I have ever had in the States costs about 11 dollars in 2024 and it’s in Philly where I guarantee the rent is much more expensive than here, and you charge $18-20. Pricing aside, there is no way that you and your Vietnamese crew genuinely think this is a passable pho soup base. Do you go to Vietnam and expect to be served what you serve here or do you expect something a lot better? I think we know the answer and know which one you are going to give. Honestly you bring shame and dishonor to your culture.

Very disappointed upon a second visit.... Visited when they first opened and it was fantastic. Clean, friendly, and great food. Upon a recent second visit it was so different. Everyone was still very friendly and polite but the food wasn't at the same level (I got the same meal) and it looked like they gave up trying to keep things as clean as they were but the biggest issue for us was the flies were so bad we chose to leave. I really do hope they get it sorted out because I would really like to enjoy the first experience again.

It is really difficult to find a place where both the service and food would be both on such an absolutely remarkable level. We had Pho, and even a day later, we are still talking about how amazing it was. Will be looking forward to going to this place next time we're en Erie.

The experience is very unpleasant today. I saw all the comments on Google, and it seems to be a very good place. BUT, the food is very stale today, we ordered a spring roll and it smells really bad, like kind of sour. And when the spicy beef noodle came the noodle are all broken already, like its been in the pot for a very long time, the portion of the dish are also super small, it is definitely not enough for most of the people. The sanitary environment in the store is also bad, there are a lot of bug flying around you and the food, will keep harassing you or land on the food which was very annoying. I really had high expectations but it was really disappointing, feels like I've wasted my $60. Hope you can make some changes since theres not much Vietnamese restaurant in Erie.

I have really enjoyed this restaurant many times. I had one so-so experience when I came with my family and the vibe was off, the server seemed too busy, and the food was a bit less than what I’d come to expect from them. It was probably just an off night.

Absolutely amazing Vietnamese food! Service was excellent, food came out fast, and the meal was absolutely delicious.

My husband and I ordered take out pretty late at night and the food was still excellent quality even though they were closing soon. We ordered two #16 and the broth tasted homemade and fresh and was so warm even when we got home. We had two shrimp rolls as well and the peanut dipping sauce was amazing. If you don’t like spice just leave out the jalapeños and the chill paste, but if you want a little kick I would definitely add it in.

Everytime a new restaurant pops up in this spot it fails. Why you ask? Poor management. I gave 2 stars becuase the product is good, but how inept does one have to be to put a Boba tea in a regular cup and a tiny straw. Boba 3x bigger than the straw. Haphazardly thrown into a 12oz cup for 8 dollars. I can't comprehend why this place is so expense when they don't know how to do anything the expense way. I've eaten here before also and it was nothing to rave about especially for the price. History will consume this place, just like the others before it.

Saigon Nights is a one of a kind restaurant that you must try. The food is fresh and delicious, and the portions are huge! We eat there as a group regularly and they are very accommodating to us even with no reservation or notice of how many people will be in our group. The owner is the very best and most beautiful host you could ask for. They are a family that make you feel like family. Highly recommended.

First and last time getting food from here. Ended up with the WORST CASE of food poisoning I can ever remember having! Soup was OK tasting but not great.

My wife and I stopped here on a trip across country from LA. This is hands down the best food we've found in the trip. The atmosphere was bright and welcoming, the staff and service excellent, and the food was top notch. We ended up being late to our next stop because we stayed here so long to soak in the flavors and conversation with the chef. Highly recommended!

The quality of this food was phenomenal, truly one of the best meals I’ve had in my life, and certainly the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve ever experienced! Wow! The #9 noodles with egg roll is fantastic! The service was extremely friendly and accommodating and I’m excited to come back. Total redemption as I wasn’t a fan of this place when it first opened, but things have greatly improved. This food has FLAVOR. Still not sure I’d recommend the pho since it’s too westernized, but this place is truly a gem.

Eight of us tried Saigon Nights on our Fine Dining Cards. One of the best places we have been! Great tasting food, large portions, friendly service, reasonable prices. I don’t say this often, but this place is a unique and refreshing change to the usual same old same old restaurant fare.

Your appetite starts getting filled as soon as you walk through the door .... Nga is a firecracker in high heels!!! Fiery, feisty and easy on the eyes 😍 ..Her and niece's are fun and friendly and the food was Delicious.... I would have given the place more stars if possible ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Never having tried Vietnamese food we had a variety of things appetizer was the perfect lobster tail and shrimp on a bed of rice with veggies , followed by steak noodles with cucumber , beansprouts, carrots all combined with Delicious vibes... And for the road ... A delicious beef soup to heat up later tonight definitely will return to see his gorgeous trio........
