The staff are very mindful, very considerate and very demure. Serena was especially demure.

Great birthday party for my 4 year old. Had a super time everyone loved the party and the staff was super attentive and efficient. They really went above and beyond for us. The food was yummy we had everyone take home some leftovers. Everything was really clean and super kid friendly.

The Summer Pass is a scam. It says you can bowl 2 games per day, any day. But I've been denied a lane 4 times now, all for different reasons. 1. Apparently you can't use it Saturdays after 4 (doesn't say that anywhere) 2. If you go at peak times, they only allocate a couple lanes for summer pass people, so you have to wait until another summer pass person leaves. Meanwhile, numerous lanes are available and paying customers come in and get 1 immediately - so you are basically treated like 2nd rate. 3. Middle of the afternoon there was a birthday party using 4 of the 30 lanes, but apparently all the rest were being prepped for a league that started over an hour from then. 4. You can't use it pretty much any evening because of leagues.

We had the best customer service since COVID in 2020. Serena and Bryan were the best. Helped us completely. Took care of us all night! They are the best and the reason we will go back! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Came for a work event and had a ball! (Pun possibly intended) The food was not at all run of the mill bowling alley food and the staff were kind and fast!

A new fresh hell just opened up at this bowling alley. Drag Queens are the new thing here. July 30th evening had parents and children as the audience. And dont forget they ask you to throw some 20's their way as they dance for the kids. Disgusting for people to be forced to work here or try to enjoy the evening bowling. I would suggest boycotting this bowling alley. They do sell liquor, their license could very well be in jeopardy. Ashley Moody, Florida Attorney General, will surely hear about this.

Awesome birthday party experience! We did a family party for 4 kids. We chose the ‘turn key’ option as Melissa called it. Plenty of food for everyone, 2 hours of bowling and the best cookie cake I think I’ve ever had. The package also included a full time attendant…we got Amanda and she was AWESOME! She was quick, kind, and attentive. The manager, Justin, was also very involved making sure we got everything we needed to get started. 10 out of 10 recommend!

My ball got stuck and this big ole lady, went and got it. she saw i had a vape in my hand and got really rude and told me no vaping, i didnt hit it . then she came back and said sum rude again

Today is the 2nd time I've been to this alley since moving to Lakeland. Completly surprised at how good the quality and taste of the food is! Never thought Boweling Alley food could be good. Our waitress was Amanda and she took care of my boys and was great to chat with. Clean, family friendly, and fun atmosphere. Also, great summer special - unlimited games 7 to 11 pm and unlimited refills on sodas. My teens had a good time.

The summer bowling pass is great! It paid for itself after the first week of use. I just wish they had something similar all year round and not just during the summer.

Will never be returning. Was told over the phone and in person 2 different, inaccurate prices and the grand total ended being more than that. $76 for 3 games for 2 people is crazy!! These employees need more training and need to know the prices within their establishment. An apology was barely given and the girls up front did not seem to care as it was their doing in giving us the complete wrong information. What was supposed to be a fun night turned completely around, leaving us very disappointed. Please do not waste your time here.

I had a fantastic time at Bowlero! The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a night out with friends or family. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. They made sure we had everything we needed and were quick to assist with any questions we had about the games and activities. The lanes were well-maintained, and the arcade area had a great selection of games that kept everyone entertained. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend Bowlero for a fun outing!

We always have fun but we played 3 games for 2 of us and it was $74! That is a crazy price to pay for bowling! We had fun and didn’t buy anything except for the lane & shoes. The prices make it not worth it.

Awesome Bowling alley! Great for entire family! Group rates and accommodations! The kids loved it! FUNNEL CAKE FRIES are a must buy! Justin and his staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great!

It's okay but not the best bowling place. The lanes are always dry and I mean always dry. My wife and I bought the summer passes for 2 free games a day and were told we can use them whenever we want because lanes are always open. What they did not tell us was that the majority of the lanes are reserved for tournaments or birthday parties. Have gone up there a few times just to be told it would be a 2 hour wait and this was shortly after it opened. If you get there right when it opens at noon on a weekday you're good, but if you are a normal working person just don't bother. The staff is either friendly or grumpy. Last time we checked in and we were able to get a lane I asked the guy if we could get a lane that was recently oiled and under the section with lights. No response other than "what shoe size?" We told him we had shoes and he grumbled about being on lane 15. No smiles with that interaction. I have had others that were pleasant but it's hit or miss. After our passes expire we will not be back and will head to the one in Winter Haven which has always been an awesome experience even though it's a longer drive. Also, the one in Winter Haven oils their lanes because I always have to wipe the oil off. If you're going to bowl here do so knowing that the lanes are dry and you need to get there when they open...right when they open or you'll be waiting. On the weekends, don't even bother because tons of lanes are being used for tournaments. Overall it is a hit or miss and for us it is a miss.

Game was fun… but I paid for 2 games they ended up charging me for 6. Then the lady demanded a second form of payment from me…. So both my bank and credit card charged me… I wouldn’t come back to this location at all…

Nice and clean ..we usually go in the morning. We haven't bowled in like 20 yrs so we went and it was a nice day out and they keep there shoes clean and heavly spray them big plus for me cause I cringe thinking of how many feet have been in them .😏

Pricing on their website and actually hanging on the wall in the alley aren’t accurate. They advertise a buy 2 get 1 free special with $4.50 games before 6 and $6 games after 6 on Fridays. We got there at 5 and were told the pricing is now $10 per game and premium pricing starts at 4. Not a small difference by any means, and the sign with the incorrect pricing was still hanging by the entrance.

Me and my boyfriend went there to enjoy playing bowling. So we order food first and we was going bowl. The service was bad the staff in the food court kept looking at us like we were from Mars, yes we are black. So I think the experience there was not good and I will never go there no more . I move from, Orlando and I never seen so many races people in Lakeland it’s unbelievable. Lakeland suck! Period🤔

Corporate bowling at it's finest. Bowled Florida State tournament here this weekend. High prices for food and drinks, fans in the ball return didn't work, 4 seats for 10 people bowling, disgusting bathroom. I could go on and on.. This place is bad for the future of bowling.

$84 for 2 adults and 1 child to bowl 2 games. No food no drinks no games. Despicable.

Not a good experience, the cashier/ everything else enforces the uses of the shoes to some and not others and the attitude is like everything bothers her. Plus is expensive in comparison to bowling lounge. Not recommended

Came expecting a basketball hoop. Was pleasantly surprised to find a bowling alley. Much better than Orange Bowl.

This bowling alley has been reliable and a fun environment since I was a kid. Much better than Orange Bowl on the north side.

Bowlero is a nice place to bowl but very Pricey to bowl and food is expected to be a little over priced but as far as alcohol goes $24 for a Pitcher of beer is crazy.

Went to the lanes for league bowling tonight. Marci was amazing as always! So friendly to me and my family every time we are in.

We went around 9 pm on a Saturday. First time going but will not be our last. The environment was family friendly smiles all around, especially from the ladies at the counter. Patient, friendly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive are just a few of the words I would use to describe them. When we went They had a special going bowl till they closed for around 29.94 per person shoes included it was 4 dollars cheaper to bowl 2 games. I would recommend Bowlero for date night birthdays family functions or just to hang out.

Yesterday… We made a reservation in advance, so all we had to do is walk in and give our names and we bowled for 2 hours. Food was ok. It was nice and clean. Only thing is there was only one cashier to get everybody’s food/drinks so you would have to wait in the line to order.

Required the rental of bowling shoes despite already having bowling approved shoes in my possession.

First visit here! The service was AMAZING!! Good was great. Updated spot for quality family time!! Will definitely be back

Had a great time bowling. The place was clean. All the bowling shoes were in great shape. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Marci was fantastic. She greeted us when we came in. Always made sure we had what we needed and even went the extra mile when I requested something special. Will definitely be back.

Sara and Marcy were beyond helpful and courteous getting my kids set up to play and have fun while we did our league. Highly recommend!!

The best bowling ally in Lakeland

Really good experience and good service. Only some of the tv screens were on which looked weird, and there are NO gluten free options here so you will have to keep that in mind. Half of my group needed to find food somewhere else, but the bowling was good!

My husband and about 20 people from our park bowl each Thursday morning. Good time had by all.

Had my daughter 17th July party on March 16th at 2pm. It was awesome. The decorations, food , was amazing. General manager was so nice and sweet her name was Serena. The Hostess was great, bri was her name. I Was just a little late, they was very nice about it and they started our party 2 hours at the time that we started bowling not exactly at 2:00 p.m. kept the food and drinks filled. And the music was great too. We will be going back for sure. 😊

Shoutout to Serena for being the best! She always takes good care of us and the lane is always on point and perfect. They are always busy because they have different leagues going on, but I love to sit down and watch/learn from the leagues. Also, the food there is so so much better than other bowling places. However, it’s a hit or miss when it comes to getting someone attention for your food orders. Overall, highly recommend coming here and enjoy fun nights with your family and friends.

We had our birthday party at Bowlero and it was amazing. We plan on doing it there every year. Super clean, the food was really good and fresh and our server Amanda was so wonderful and attentive- our food and drinks didn’t run low at all. Amanda was so sweet. Marcie was great too with coordinating everything with our party- they even decorated our lanes. Seriously had an amazing time. Thank you Bowlero!

Saturday night I had the kids harassing me about bowling, we shot up to the establishment and had a great time. Amanda was our server and man she killed it. Never had to ask for a refill and was very helpful with the nite. Thank you for the hospitality, we will be back!!!

Bowlero was great, the nice lady at the counter let us know what our options were for bowling and helped with shoes. The waiter guy there was extremely nice as well the only lady with no customer service skills at all was ...behind the snack shop counter no greeting when standing there for over 5 min, but overall great night!

Bowlero screwed AMF up so bad. A nauseating amount of screens at the end of lanes. The arcade is trash. They took out claw machines. The colors are basic and sad. Over priced. I m not sure about the neon lights, but they were not on when we went and it was on a Saturday pretty late. Super disappointing. Staple in my childhood ruined.

I have been to many bowling alleys but bowlero in Lakeland is a step above. There are nicer alleys, no doubt. But the two employees that stood out are Marcy and Amanda. I have never seen customer service like what they gave. First class Ladies, First class
