Unsure how they are still open. Certainly needs updating. Kinda expensive for bar food.

Ordered Uber eats and was very disappointed when I got my order! If you're going to choose a restaurant to eat at my suggestion would be don't choose the WingHouse! My Cuban sandwich had little to know mayo or mustard and was hard as a rock. My fried mushrooms were extremely burned, and my half order of onion rings was so soggy it was like someone had run a water faucet over them I haven't tried my chef salad yet but my hopes are definitely not up for it. Under no circumstances whatsoever will I ever be ordering from the WingHouse again. Joseph P.

Did all you can eat boneless Wednesday and asked for two sauces and they mixed them perfectly. I wanted tennis on the close tv and was accommodated quickly. Thanks for the great service we will be back.

Men's restroom had blower fan drying up sewer drain overflow, which has been a reoccurring issue at this location. Bar TV had plastic drapes over it to protect it from water leak from the AC system or a roof leak. Seems like the building needs better maintenance and repairs.

I'm a Winghouse fanatic! Great food and amazing service from Taylor!! I came in with my friend who lives with M.S. and is confined in a wheelchair. Taylor made my friend and I feel welcomed, special, and appreciated like family! Best Winghouse experience to date! We will ask for Tay Tay all day!

The first time I came here. The waitress was more worried about talking to all the locals. The onion rings are frozen not fresh but if you read the menu it’s misleading. You would think they are fresh. Was going to order other food but it was so dead in there and the waitress did not have a good attitude so I left. The best thing about the place is they have touch tones. I travel almost every week and I live off touch tunes. I really do t write a lot of reviews but I was told this place was really good and I would not recommend it. And believe me I go to a lot of eating places in my travels

Overall the experience was just ok. The atmosphere was dark and dreary and didn't feel very inviting. The waitress, while very nice, seemed like she didn't want to be there. I've worked in customer service my whole adult life- I get it if she truly had a bad day, I really get it. The best thing about the whole night was actually the appetizer-mozzarella sticks, they were pretty good. Our food came in a timely manner but I was unimpressed with my meal. I got the Philly cheesesteak wrap and I was really excited because I love Philly Cheesesteaks. I asked for no mushrooms but it came with them on it and it arrived in a puddle of grease. I have never seen so much grease from a Philly before. It also barely had any cheese on it and it's called a cheesesteak for a reason! Then I found some pretty hard pieces of beef at the bottom of the one half of the wrap. I literally ate just the one half of the wrap and ate the curly fries for the rest of the meal. We are going to give them another try during a busier night and see if that makes a difference but I'm pretty skeptical at the moment.

Quiet atmosphere, mixed drinks amazing

How can one restaurant have two ghosts kitchens in it and they can't even run the restaurant that they built out properly. The place is never properly run I guess that's why they have a bug issue and keep getting closed down.

Didn't know it was a Hooters knock off but the service was amazing. Wings were ok, couldn't really taste the mild sauce and the curly fries were wonderful.

She provides "many" years of experience as a bartender, and goes above & beyond to provide a fun/positive experience for all of her customers with a constant smile, big heart, open ears, positive vibes, all while engaging in "any" topic of discussion. My praise of her comes from many years of Sunday visits at the bar, and she is the "Cat's Meow" of bartenders. We sat down and was immediately greated by our bartender, Devon. She was very welcoming and pleasant. We ordered the Buffalo wings, mini sliders and a salad. DELICIOUS! The burgers came out succulent and Lucy. The Buffalo sauce I ordered hot and it was the perfect flavor. I learned, through a brief conversation with Devon that this was her 4th day, could have fooled me. She was very attentive and mixed a good drink. Me and the wife were definitely satisfied with our entire experience and this place will be on our list to frequent. Thanks for the welcome to South Lakeland WingHouse.

Came here with my husband and the kids. First time we’ve been to a wing house. Everything was delicious the wings were the best wings I’ve ever had and they were running a 20 wings for 20$ special I believe it’s every Saturday and Sunday. I had the mild wings with a sweet rub I forgot the name but man they were good. Our server Aaron was amazing! Answered all my question and told us about the special def will be back.

Went here with a party of 16 and I don't think the waitress was too happy about that she was very snappy and kept breathing in and out like she was annoyed fortunately she seemed to have caught herself and we still gave her a really good tip just for being a good sport and catching herself she just needs to tighten up though!

I visit the Lakeland Winghouse on a semi-regular basis. Last night the waitress who greeted us at the door certainly did not understand the concept of customer service. The attitude was poor and not what anyone should experience at a restaurant of any kind. We decided to stay for our meal anyway and had the privilege of being served by Aaren. She had a delightful and engaging personality and saved would have resulted in a complaint to corporate management. Thanks Aaren!

Gave 4 wings are ok but flavors we tried not a fan of them garlic parm not so good and I love garlic parm and we got a mild wing and it was sweet and little spice but the sweet was overpowering ... BUT There pretzel bites are delicious highly recommend.. that's all we ordered .. we will go back n try other flavors of wings.. we did go back to watch the fight on Saturday and yes we enjoyed our wings we had bbq and Korean BBQ and both flavors were great.. our witness so so nice and friendly and on top of things with our drinks and food ..Definitely will go back for some Korean BBQ wings and pretzel bites

Definitely not a typical wing house experience I have had in the past. Most of the chairs at the bar area are broken in some way, the tables were sticky . The food was Luke warm at best. The only part that was somewhat good was that our server was nice and definitely tried her best .
