Love the menu, the food was great. The service was much better than many fast food places. One drawback was the size of the dining room and layout.

If you order from DoorDash and you get the meal deal buy one get one expect your other sandwich or so to not be in your bag. Wouldn’t have even gotten food from here if it wasn’t for me thinking I was getting a deal to have my money taken. The fish sandwich was soggy and falling apart and food was cold.

Visited this store last night. My bf called to place an order which was 1 piece of fish, side salad and calamari. The lady heard curly fries and insisted he said curly fries. I'm thinking had the store not been loud with workers acting like they were at a park then maybe she would have heard him say calamari. She argued which for me was unnecessary and a turn off. They agree to correct the order just to be told the calamari was never cooked. Needless to say I left without eating. Poor service! Never again.

I had fried shrimp and fries. The young lady said I would get 5 extra shrimp, but when I got back to my hotel, the extras weren't there. Good food for late night food.

Honesty nae great workers need a raise

Yesterday was first time in a couple years, everything was very good and the staff is very friendly.

Food was good but dining area is cramped.

I had an original gyro combo. Everything was hot and fresh. Tomatoes were outrageously good! Fries were crispy and hot. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros: The food is very tasty. Cons: The staff for the last year or more has changed every few months. Orders are wrong more often than right. They ask cars in line to pull out and wait whether the line is long or not. When they bring your food to the car, they don't even say sorry for the wait; they don't know what good customer service means.

It’s fantastic for seafood, gyros and other fried Southern favorites, pretty easy on the wallet, hefty portions, friendly service. My favorites are fried oysters and gizzards.

If you order the shrimp bowl or fish bowl make sure they don't give you a whole bunch of rice and less beans and no vegetables hardly I don't normally go during the day but I always get the same thing and that night the cook is better because they make sure you have enough of everything

We stopped here unplanned and are we glad we did!!! The food is amazing and the customer service is awesome!! SO NICE!! This isn’t near my home but I’ll make the trip back! Yummy!!!!!

The wings and fries are honestly very good but they take mad long. And they will have a nasty attitude for no reason. The food is good so I makes up most of the score.

The staff was extremely polite, but the food is definitely not worth the price. Ordered the waffles and ice cream for my daughter sadly the waffle had no flavor and was very dry and bland. We ordered 2 burgers that were obviously some kind of frozen patty. Very over priced for the food that was given. We should have gone to Wendy's

Worse food ever. I've been in numerous Salem's but this location is horrible. Lousy service. Rude employees. The chicken pita looked like slop. Fries had so much salt in them they weren't edible. I do not recommend this location.

Ordered my food through the drive thru. Atmosphere a little shady. People walk up to your car to ask for money.

Food is made fresh to order so be prepared to wait. Staff was not professional, at all. What should have been private conversation away from customers was been had loudly.. whoever Tooda is, they were not happy with her. There was alot of people ordering and waiting for food. Their fries are the best.

Getting worse by the day. I went there in the middle of the night, still had to wait over 10 minutes and no they didn't have to cook it. They were all just playing with their phones and buddies

This Salem’s location catered an event for my company today and EVERYTHING was so good. We had a large assortment of menu items, all of which were in large catering pans; everything was hot and fresh, and absolutely delicious! Thank you for taking care of our team today!

Food was delicious! The Greek salads are fresh! Yes! They cut their own lettuce! It’s not bagged!!! The burgers, wings, and fries were yummy too! We’ll be back!!

Came here for dinner and this is what my salad looked like when I got home. Lettuce is old, cucumbers are mushy, oh and my tomorrows had mold on them… Honestly eating out these days is getting soooo disappointing!! A waste of $16.

We stopped here after going to the meat market nearby to grab a quick bite to eat before heading home. The staff was extremely friendly. Good atmosphere. Inside was very clean and provided prompt service. I had never been there so I wasn’t sure what to expect as far as the food went, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Food was great. Very busy place but did'nt have much of a wait to order. Once food was ordered it came out quicky. Hot-fresh and very awesome. Fish is a must try.

More seasoning is needed on the calamari. Steamed vegetables kinda greasy. I advised the young lady at the dive thru window that the signage on the drive thru board still had cod as a fish option, and she seemed uninterested in what I was saying. The reason for me pointing this out was that I initially ordered the cod, and she said that they didn't sell cod.

First time going here with my husband. It was pretty quick. The food was delicious. It's been hard to find to find a place with good food since we moved from NY.

Even though it’s been cleaned up and “renovated” it still has a grungy feel. Staff doesn’t smile or make you feel welcome. It’s just good for what it is.. the only option for food late at night. When other places are open, I go to other places.

Salems has always had great seafood! Love everything on the menu! Their batter is seasoned the best in Polk County. However, their prices are higher than Riverside across the street though!

Absolutely amazing, I left crystal because I could go in due to it being 2:02 am and advertised as open 24/7 but only drive through, this place has amazing employees and they are so kind, could recommend anyone to eat here at 2:00 am, foods great as well

We ordered 22 piece chicken wings. They had no flavor to them whatsoever and they were overdone. The salad was dry and did not have the right dressing with the order. And when I called to talk to them about it, they just put me on hold and didn’t want to talk to me so I will not return to this restaurant.

I loved salems since they had like 1 location out in Tampa. My last visit for 2 combos was over 30 dollars, and have the size it used to be. Will think twice before visiting again.

I had a fish gyro,and the fish was delicious. However, the pita was stale and brittle, fell apart, and was very messy to eat.

The manager Q is what makes this place what it is past, present, and future. I probably wouldn't even eat here if it wasn't for her prestige service. Food slap when she there to cook. Good eats for sure.

Yesterday we were hungry and decided to go with Salem’s. Hubby got a cheeseburger and fries. He is over the moon with the burger and the ranch. I got a Philly, which I haven’t had yet there and it was great. Not my favorite Philly but still good. Also got fried shrimp which were really good. Tonight I was starving and wanted Salems again, this time I went with my usual, lamb gyro. Amazing as always. Hubby got a cheese burger again and I got a bite it’s actually one of the best “fast food” burgers I’ve had. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend salems. It is a little pricey but definitely way better than McDonald’s or other fast food places. I do wish they had more options as far as “appetizers” or “shareables” but still extremely enjoyable!

Great late night location as they are open until 3AM....for all the night owls. The shrimp are awesome! They are huge and I can't even eat half of them. The fried fish is wonderful, so are the bowls. Basically everything is good. They have great customer service. There's a wait in the drive thru if you go at peak times, but the employees are always smiling and ready to help

It's pretty good food for a fast food place. The menu selections are all over the place sandwiches, burgers, gyros, and fried mashrooms just for a few examples.

I had a cheeseburger, which was good. I love the hours- 10 AM to 4 AM. Friendly service

The wait for food was long. Four people were inside long before we entered. We were second to order, we left after 5 minutes. The restaurant has a feel of greasy and needing a good washing. No one has their meal , so I don't know how to rate their food. I wait till the new one opens on US -98N. Maybe it will be good.

Restaurant could use a cleaning Charged me 3.99 for water 2,99 for small water I can understand charge something for the cup like 50 cents but water that is crazy food good but when you are spending 12 to 15 per person what is a cup of water I would of understood if they sold bottle water but they do don’t not everyone drinks sodas or tea

Food is always great you will have a long wait at times but that's why the food is always fresh hot and good. The ladies are continually hustling and moving but they are always eager to help friendly and professional.

1st time going Inside here and ordered some chicken fingers and got shrimp I had to toss fast Because I'm allergic to them the other order was right came back next day told a person and said I should of bought it back I was like I had to get it out of my car the smell was making me sick

This is a place with very yummy good food. Meet with manager Jill and he also welcomed us warmly. I will recommend this place for good food.

The food came so late and it's already cold. Tzatsiki sauce doesn't taste good, it's taste more like Mayonnaise. Gyro isn't authentic Mediterranean taste. We always go to Mediterranean, but this place, we aren't going back. If you need to use a restroom, you gotta ask for someone to unlock it, and if they're busy, you have to wait. I normally would write nice comments, and this is my first to give a 1 star.

Spent 50 bucks in food wings inly had 5 in each box the shrimp was post to have okra with it but got fry’s didn’t get any bbq sauce we asked for just trash overall

Not happy about getting a pound of gizzards and about a pound of fries and the cost of 22 dollars and some change.

1st time here and I never had a gyro before...so my hopes were really high...but unfortunately they were let down. I never had a gyro before and I wasn't too impressed to say the least. The meat didn't sit well with my stomach and it tasted very bland to me. So I won't be having that again. The fries though were very good and different with there own seasoning to it I enjoyed them more then the gyro. Plus they gave me alot of fries so that made up for the gyro. The Fried Tilapia was amazing and huge I didn't expect the piece to be so BIG!! And as you can see the fries came in waves!! Overall good service and atmosphere, drive thru was quick but I wasn't too impressed. Maybe I'll give them another go at a another time and I'll try there hamburger instead of there Gyro.
