We came for the second time because we decided to give it another change. The first time, we arrived almost closing and they made our snack very willingly. The snack wasn't very good, but we overlooked it because it was the last one of the night. We came back today, around 8pm, ordered a dog and a sandwich. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat the dog because the sausage was raw and the sandwich was basically tomato and peas pressed into hard bread. The sandwich looked good at first, but halfway through you could already taste the industrialized meat and unfortunately it wasn't up to the price charged. We didn't go back because it was an extremely expensive snack for the value for money. I don't mind paying $50 for two snacks as long as they are well made and with quality product. In the USA where inputs are infinitely cheaper, you can see the savings in each of the details and products, such as mustard in sachets from the cheapest brand on the market. I even understand this in neighborhood trailers in Brazil, small entrepreneurs, etc., but I find it unacceptable for a place that receives so many famous people to offer such low quality and such a high price. The fries were cold, soft, we couldn't eat them either. Even Wawa's sandwich is better quality. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it.

I order a lot of açaí, I loved that they changed it from a cup to a bowl, but I hated that they only make toppings on top, the toppings had to be layered because when you get to the middle there's nothing left. At least have an option to select us if you want with a layer, even if it requires a fee.

Bad experience at the Kissimmee unit! Even empty, it took 40 minutes for 3 sandwiches to come out! We ordered a $15 hot dog and 2 more burgers. The attendant seemed to be hating life, with a bad mood and a frown! After 40 min, the hot dog came the smallest…. I went to ask and they told me it was 15cm!!! At no point did the attendant ask if we wanted this one, after all, we ordered the 15 dollar one! Sandwiches are not bad, but they are far from being remembered as good! An employee at the same time wiped off sweat, took orders and made sandwiches with his hands, without gloves!!!! All this for $45!!!
