Went with a group of eleven for Sunday breakfast. Seated and served very efficiently by multiple staff members. Very good food, and large portions. Highly recommend. Thanks to Mike P., and his staff.

Was in the area picking up an item from marketplace. Decided to get a late breakfast after here and this place did not disappoint! Wait wasn’t too long but after we were seated the drinks and food came out fast. Wish I took more pictures but we were hungry 😅 Food was perfect and the staff was friendly too. Their cinnamon swirl pancakes are really tasty! Definitely recommend.

My husband and I decided to come for brunch and had a really bad experience. I ordered the eggs Benedict and my eggs came out hard boiled. Had to flag down another worker because our waitress was nowhere to be found. The ceiling was also dripping on my husband where we sat, at the front table. Service was very disappointing and the food, less than poor. The waitress didn’t understand what a normal poached egg was and it took forever to get the food. It will be a long time before we come back. What a shame. Not sure where the manager even was…

Breakfast Station has the best customer service in all of Brooksville. The restaurant is very clean and the food is very good. Mike and the waitresses pay close attention to their customers needs and they do everything in a timely manner. They are very good to seniors and are family oriented. Me and my wife ordered breakfast we both got home fries she got there breakfast skillet everything was cold so my wife said something about the food so we got hash browns and they were cold as well the food really sucks 😔 never going back Luigi's down the road had a better breakfast and a better cook.

Last time we went, there was a roach crawling on the table. Swore that I’d never go back, but I’m from Florida and I understand that bugs are just one of those things that you cannot always control. It’s Labor Day and everything is closed, so we went. Against my better judgment, we gave them another shot. We ordered Delmonico and eggs because, who could screw that up? Well, found out who. After a long wait, they were busy, steak came back mid well, we ordered mid rare, I wasn’t about to send it back, I was hungry and waited too long as it was. I often wondered who actually bought the Rancher’s Choice cuts at Winn Dixie and since they are right next door…another question that was plaguing me was sadly answered. I could not cut it. The home potatoes were literally the same temp as a refrigerator. The onions and mushrooms never saw a grill. I am guessing that they were in a water bath to reduce the bitterness and thrown on my plate. None of the fat of the steak was rendered. I am thinking that they microwaved it for a minute or so and then threw it on the griddle to brown in slightly. I asked for a box so that I may send it to my dog. I walked out and went to Beall’s next door. My hubby stayed and they did not charge us, honestly don’t care either way. I will eat at home next time. The waitress was super sweet. We made sure she was tipped. Just gross. The partnering manager was running around like his head was on fire. Still hungry and slightly pissed.

Mike and the staff make you feel so welcome when you come In to this restaurant I will never go to a different breakfast station they make you feel like you are family❤️ and the food is phenomenal!!

As soon as you walk in, you can feel the homey feel. Everyone is quick to greet you, they all have great hospitality and the food is always on point. My boyfriend and I come almost every weekend for breakfast and the owner recognizes us each time. That shows he cares for his customers. He’s out bussing tables when it’s really busy, ensuring every table is good on drinks and their food is how it’s expected. Definitely our favorite hometown place to come eat!

Used to be one of my favorite places before I started making breakfast at home to save cash. This is NOT what I remember the potatoes being like! I received this order of potatoes and it was honestly kinda gross. No flavor at all besides "burnt." I cook this dish at home all the time and I normally love picking the crispy, black burnt taters out, but this is "overpowering acrid charcoal flavor" type burnt... There's not one single spot of actual browning on the potatoes, which tells me they were never even flipped once. someone simply slapped it on the skillet, let it burn, then scraped it right up & plated it. Don't taste any salt or seasoning whatsoever The french toast was soggy & densely doughy even after trying to dry it out in the oven. To be fair I usually order the train wreck and have no clue if this is normal. But the taters? Yeah, definitely a new guy on the griddle. Whoever served this shouldve took one look at the black crust and rejected it. Total waste of money.

LOVE how they make you feel at home and how clean it smells walking in. Everyone’s smiling and so nice from the moment the door opens. Mike is out and about on the floor from holding the door to serving up delicious, hot food.

Always great food and service. But the sausage link size has shrunk...you now get less for the same amount.

I am wheelchair-bound and I was sitting next door at the Chinese restaurant staring at the menu it was a little after 10:00 and I had thought they would be open but they don't open till 11:00 Meanwhile one of the staff from The breakfast station comes out to ask me if I'm okay and I said oh yeah I'm okay can an informed me that they didn't want anybody out here panhandling So you should know that this place profiles and discriminates against the handicap I mean seriously just because I'm in a wheelchair I'm a panhandler This happens to me all the time and I'm really getting tired of people just assuming it was completely inappropriate

The best spot to get fresh food! Grateful to have this gem in Brooksville that provides great food, great service and great prices! Mike is always very welcoming and Jasmine is my favorite waitress!

The breakfast station is one of my favorite places to go out for breakfast. It's also a great place to go out for lunch. The staff there is fantastic

WOW ! $17.65 for 2 eggs, toast, bacon, taters, & coffee - a new HIGH cost - MOST EXPENSIVE breakfast for a local "Mom & Pop." I can find the same breakfast @ IHOP for $12, Luigi's about the same $12 and same for Roosters Cafe. All within a mile and half of this place. I rated 1 start due to price. Food was fine except bacon was borderline cold as the toast. Waitress failed to identify they charge extra for sour dough toast - ridiculous.

Paul and I travel past our local Breakfast Station (ridge manor) to come to this Brooksville restaurant. Manager Mike is always welcoming and his staff is top notch! Excellent food and service!

Let me just tell you I can’t believe I haven’t given this one a try sooner our server Jayden I think was her name was so sweet and helpful and our cook/manager was also fantastic!! It’s like he cooked the food to be his plate (which isn’t that what you want) we all 4 got something different and was absolutely impressed with the portions the flavor and quality!! Will definitely be back just wish you guys were open later lol

Great people great food great time

Been here many times and up until yesterday everything was great. As someone with years of HACCP training and years of food safety with multiple certifications in food health and safety industries, I unfortunately write about our recent experience. My daughter ordered the meatloaf as usual. After eating half of it she asked her mother and I what the white fuzzy stuff was all throughout the meat. Jokingly, she said it looked like mold. Knowing that cooked red meat takes 18-24 DAYS before it shows visible mold on it, It was impossible to think that was what it could be....we laughedand told her it was probably cheese or something it was made with. After looking closer i was dumbfounded to see......unfortunately it was indeed mold. White spores and lond haired fuzzy mold. The waitress was already watching us as we were picking through the meatloaf and as soon as i said it was mold she grabbed the plate off the table quickly saying she was going to show the manager. She was quick, and unfortunately the plate with moldy meatloaf was gone before we got pictures! He came rushing out and apologizing up and down saying how sorry he was and everything NOW THE DISGUSTING PART OF THIS. It takes a minimum of 18-24 days to visible mold to show... google it yourself. That means, the meatloaf was cooked 2-3 weeks ago.The manager assured us it was only cooked a few days ago... like that was supposed to be any better. I had to assure him that was definitely an extremely false statement. I was being generous stating it had to be a minimum of over a week... his response was again stating it was a few just days old. Why are you serving days old food anyway?? CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Thank God we didn't get sick. Especially thank god our daughter didn't get sick. Response to owners lie! Your waitress after looking at the meatloaf also CONFIRMED it was loaded with MOLD. Once she confirmed it, she snatched it off the table and rushed it to the manager on duty. If the waitress would have not rushed in removing the plate with the moldy meatloaf i would have posted pictures of it. Since you obviously have a hard time understanding the severity of this. She then also REFUSED to bring it back so i could get pictures. I hardly agree that the situation was rectified. We were told we would not have to pay for it and we could come get free food. That was obviously not going to happen anyway. Why would we pay for rotten moldy weeks old food, and what makes you think we're coming back for more?. But say whatever you want. It takes 24 days for visual mold to form on cooked meat. YOUR meatloaf was covered in white mold. I wish it was only 2 days old. Unfortunately you need to learn food safety.

This is an amazing restaurant! It started by being greeted at the door by the owner himself, Mike! The staff is super friendly and the service is excellent! The food is cooked fresh, quick, and a test taste was overwhelmingly delicious!! Highly recommend you come see these people when you’re in town, we will be back!

These people are keeping me alive. The manager will greet you at the door. The waitresses are outstanding. They will make you feel like family. Exceptionally clean kitchen and dining room.

I went there today for the first and last time. I got the steak and cheese skillet. All of my vegetables in the skillet were raw except for the potatoes which were undercooked and not seasoned. Staff was pleasant but didn’t come back to take our order for a while when we said we needed a couple more minutes. Food took a long time to come out and our server never once asked how the food was because if she did I would have told her. Very disappointed. $40 for food that wasn’t cooked.

I ordered online they told me a time to pick up. I showed up late and it still wasn't ready. I am not mad about that considering it is mother's day. I ordered the train depot breakfast I think it's called. Bacon and eggs were good. Sausage had no sear on it. It needed to be cooked more. The home potatoes were bad there was all this burnt stuff on it. See picture for reference. I also ordered 2 cinnamon swirl pancakes with extra syrup. I get home only to find out there was not a drop of syrup in my order. I called the store and told them what happened the girl on the phone said I'm sorry. I told her my breakfast is ruined now she says "I know, I'm sorry " like what am I supposed to do with your sorrys? Can I pour them over my dry pancakes and eat them? No resolution was offered nothing. Breakfast station you guys gotta do better than that. I probably will not be back. For that I give the service 1 star. If you do decide to go pick up from there check your bag before you go to make sure you have everything, because from my end it seems like they couldn't care less. Thanks for ruining my breakfast.

Food cold.....waited too long on window..... My waitress Jasmine was not the one bringing she is actuallygreat.....it was some dude with a shirt embroidery OWNER.....lol he was rude and horrible. He threw the plastic covered menu and hit my elderly mother on her neck. Than.. at the end, he placed the to go white containers on TOP of the food. I was grossed out.

Owner said he is the only breakfast station to carry gluten free, I proceeded to ask owner what I could have and he says I don’t know. And walked away. Having celiac I have to eat gluten free, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Owner super cocky and rude

We came to brooksville for a boxing tournament and found this little place for breakfast. Customer service is great and the food delicious! Highly recommend, we even went back the next day.

Stopped in here on the way to the Crystal lake manatee excursion. It was just opening and the even early in the morning there were folks getting food. Service was phenomenal and the cinnamon swirl pancakes were the highlight!

For it being my first time coming to this place it was very disappointing, the service wasn’t all that great. I will never come back here. Food was bland and soggy.

I purchased $50 in gift certificates in December 2023 for a gift to my dad and when he went to use them the manager Mike told him he could no longer accept them because corporate told him not to. I work hard for my money and try to patronize a local business but I believe this is stealing. There is no expiration date and it hadn’t even been 12 weeks since purchased when he was told this with no warning. Very unhappy with how this transpired. Glad to say after this happened Cash reached out to me and explained what happened and this has been resolved. Thank you so much for the quick response and resolution.

Love the diversity of food options as some days I want lunch or dinner at 9 am in the morning after getting off of work. Plenty to choose from and have not left there disappointed! 10 out of 10 across the board I will be back soon!

Amazing food, always out fast , never disappoints. Mike is always on top of everyone in the building from opening the door seating checking on food and even getting his hands dirty and helping the kitchen out. There's something great here at this location. 🤩

went here while on vacation, food was alright, what was strange is one of the male servers with a Florida tattoo on his right leg(calf) with a face in it, kept walking right by our table multiple times when there was no need to walk by at all. plenty of space to walk somewhat away from us. then when i got up to pay he passed by and grabbed/pinched my shoulder and asked how was it. but i asked him why he touched me. then he passed by again and bumped into me. i again said out loud why are you touching me. but he had no response. i was wondering if he had an RFID reader to steel credit card info and that might be why he continually kept getting awkwardly close. none the less, I'll be watching all my credit accounts, and not be returning to this establishment again.

I've never had an inedible breakfast burrito until today. It was tiny and the side of home fries was also petite, cold and hard. The manager was nice but I had to waste time with Door Dash for a refund. Honestly, how do you mess up a burrito? *Unable to attach a pic

Since covid customer service as a whole has suffered. Which makes me appreciate even more the consistency of high standards this restaurant achieves daily. Not only does the restaurant operate smoothy during high volume and peak hours, but their customer relations is always #1 priority. I come in alone often as well as bring family n friends as much as possible. They have a lot of room so it's not crowded neither. They remember my name, drink, and fav meals even when I haven't been in often. No wonder this is one of Paul Sr's fav hangouts in Brooksville FL.

We had the best experience with the best waitress, Jayden. She and her team were on top of everything and kept our drinks filled. The cooks did amazing with our food as everything was 10/10. Our favorite has got to be the Crunch Toast!
