Great coffee! Free refills on brewed coffees for done in orders. Comfortable seat. Perfect for surfing. Open every day from 7:30-4 Beautiful baked good but people come for the tacos! Kid friendly. They have high chairs.

I ordered food via delivery whilst at Wolfsons Childrens Hospital during a stressful time. The 3 taco breakfast brought me back to life. I ordered the OG, chorizo + potato and the Migas. SO flavorful, great combination of ingredients. Delicious. I also ordered a hot latte which was pretty good too. No complaints.

Never had their cooked foods. Pastries amazing. Matcha decent. Coffee, eh. They always lure me in with their newsletter and a new exciting coffee flavor combo then I try it and it's a big let down every time and I'm talking many months in a row to where I tell my friend I just came from there and she asks why I went it's never good and defeatedly, I admit she's right, idk I guess it's nostalgic.

Lost our order? all kinds of people came in after us and rcvd their complete order all at once. Ours came out a drink at a time, and late… forgot one of our drinks. Terrible service. Recommend you go elsewhere, these people are not in the customer service industry. Can I get me advance tip back?

I absolutely love coming here with friends or by myself to read and wind down. The atmosphere is amazing with all the local art. You can really tell the chef takes pride in the food. BREW is a must visit when coming to 5points

This is the second time I go and buy in store made granola and it's the second time around that the granola is burnt, it was ok last month, but again today? Not fun. It's so toasted to the burning point that it's bitter. I lost my faith. I won't try again. Granola is $15+ tax in a 14 oz container.

Friendly staff. Love the esthetics. Was giving nice artsy café vibes. Tried out the breakfast Tacos hit and miss for me. I like spice so the taco with hot sauce was a go for me as well as the pickled onions. The one with corn not so much ( perhaps bc all the corn feel out). They do have lots of other options as well, so dont let that stop you from dropping by. Even if for one of delicious desserts. I'll be back to try something different and update then.

Nice place in the Five Points area, conveniently located. Their espresso was terribly under-extracted for a place that doesn’t offer much other than coffee. Other than not-so-great coffee, their pastries and kolaches are great.

My favorite vegetarian tacos in town!! The flavors of everything here are so well done. The staff is great, and I love the local art featured along the walls. Great place for lunch or to sit and work for a couple hours. Conveniently located in 5 Points next to lots of shops and bars.

This place is awesome. Very chill vibes. Amazing baked goods. There’s a Breakfast and lunch menu. I haven’t had a single dish here less than satisfying. The coffee is great. The turmeric honey latte is my go to. Parking can be hard to find when the area is busy. Handicap accessible. Dine in or take out. Limited indoor seating. Worth the visit!

Coffee is great, food is yummy. The barista roll there eyes after every order. Overall it's average.

We were visiting out of town and placed an order online. We got several different drinks and 2 food items. The drinks were delicious, along with the sandwich. The cinnamon roll was mid. It was a basic hard and cold roll shaped bread that lacked cinnamon flavor. It tasted just like bread with icing (icing tasted delicious). Visually it was beautiful, but lacked flavor. The atmosphere and staff was very inviting and welcoming! My teens loved the esthetic of the cafe! We would go again.

Had a great time at Brew Coffee Shop in Five Points, Jacksonville, FL. The coffee was fresh, and the vibe was really nice. The staff made it welcoming for coffee lovers like me. The place is perfect for enjoying a cup of joe, whether you're working or hanging out with friends. I highly recommend it if you want good coffee and a friendly atmosphere. The ice coffee was so watery and it wasn’t very good. The food was okay, don’t think it was worth 6$ though. Didn’t see the hype.

i had a very pleasant experience. i have cptsd, did, adhd, ocd and i am on the autisic spectrum(diagnosed in 1993) you never know when you are going to have an "skitter" attack and it happened while i was there. i still felt welcomed. thank you.

I have been wanting to try this spot for awhile now. I stopped in to grab a danish. The service was nice and quick. The cashier asked if I wanted it warmed up but I was going to eat it when I got home. I took it home and to my surprise I found eggshells in my food. I thought it was part of the danish and I ate some. It really sucks because you would think someone making the bakery items would insure no eggs shells would be in the batch before serving it to customers. It was such a waste to me because I didn’t want to take a chance of finding more eggshells so I just threw it away.

Please don’t come here. 0/10 overall experience.

Whenever I’m in the 5 Points / Riverside neighborhood of Jacksonville Florida - I make stopping by Brew a priority. I love the warmth and welcoming vibe of the shop. The coffee selection, roasting choices, beverage and treat options are all impressive and impeccable. Do yourself a favor and have some “Not So Bad” coffee at Brew.

Bro, the food straps harder than Brian Shaw! I got the “brisket sandwich” and a “ginger plumb” tea which was fantastic for 11:30am. The sandwich ingredients from the menu reads: “tyler's smoked chopped brisket, housemade pimento cheese, pickled red onions, cumin pickles, griddled on our bread” and you get every bit of that flavor. Perfection on bread made in-house with love. With pimento cheese oozing down the sides, thick chopped brisket, and the pickles are actually “cummin’ pickles.” That’s because its what you do as you eat them (all jokes aside the pickles are fire!). The service is always great! Every time I’ve came in, the same smiling faces are there and they all work together like a well oiled machine. Start to finish, it may take 6 minuets to get my food on a very busy morning. The food is fresh, hot, and flavor packed when it arrives always & you feel the love put into it. The ambiance is always great inside with low music, people always chatting, and doing coffee shop things. Do yourself a favor and stop in to check them out! Check their hours anywhere online and if you’re an introvert, just order online. They have a great online platform for ordering and it’s very fast service. Their food is great, the service is superb, and the ambiance is that perfect coffee shop vibe!

Best coffee shop in Jax! Get a kolache and a cold brew

Ordered the brisket breakfast sandwich and it literally had the essence of brisket. No meat whatsoever and a pound of egg.

Nice place, friendly staff and willing to fix your drinks if it's not quite right. Admittedly though none of the food had seasonings..so it was very plain. No salt,pepper,nothing . Great idea just get some seasonings please ❤️

Brew Five Points and Callie Marie Bakes made our wedding cake, and it was a hit with everyone! The orange blossom honey chiffon cake with Florida blueberry jam and orange zest buttercream was a delicious combination that has people still asking where we got our wedding cake. If you want a cake that will leave a lasting impression, look no further than Callie Marie Bakes!

BREW Five Points is an outstanding, chill coffee house to grab a quick coffee to go or to sit, hang out, and enjoy a pastry. On my most recent trip, I had a hot latte and my wife had an iced latte. Both drinks were perfectly smooth and tasty, not too strong, not too weak. The staff is friendly and fast, and there is a myriad of delicious baked goods. Give them a try!

Little cozy store front, with excellent food & beverage at great price points. The service staff keeps the atmosphere fresh, and regardless of what you order- I have yet to try anything I didn't want a second time- I am sure you'll love it. P. S. The Texas Toast Breakfast Sammy is heaven, and in all my travels, I haven't found a better coffee cake anywhere else!

Be very specific when you order, sugar, cream, etc, as there's no self serve bar to add it from for yourself later. It's a nice little pitstop while shopping the area. I'm not an avid coffee drinker but friends wanted to stop for a coffee break. Its probably cheaper than a Starbucks.

I got the chai latte and the toast with goat cheese and fig. Came with a small salad with balsamic vinegar if im not mistaken. Was a great way to start my day. Cost $13 and some change. Ill take this place over Starbucks

Brew at five points is a little tight on space. However, this tends to add to the atmosphere rather than take away. They keep the lights dimmed down a good bit, which is really pleasant once the sun is out and shining. The music is loud enough to hear but not so loud that it's distracting or annoying. The food, oh my god, the food is to die for. Just about everything is healthier than an average breakfast, not healthy... but healthier. The texas toast sandwich is delicious, we also tried the brisket tacos, which the only bad thing is not enough of those delicious pickled onions. The coffee is sublime. It's a nice dark roast with a lot of flavor. All in all, this has become a usual spot for us.

So my first visit was amazing. The place is a little small for the crowd but it was still really nice. I have bought 3 different people to check the place out and I will go back fairly often. It’s a bit nosy when extremely busy but I can still sit down and read a good book or study!

Just had an iced oat milk latte but as someone who is very particular about their morning coffee, it was perfect. Not too much ice and good flavor espresso. I’ll be back often and look forward to sitting down for breakfast. Also love the vibe!

First time in the Jacksonville area and BREW Five Points was recommended to me. They have a smaller drink menu, but quite intentional and delicious. There were also baked goods, quiche, and additional options available to eat. BREW is located in a neat part of town, but that also made parking a little tricky. The space is open and affirming as well!

Ahhh this was ok to me. I heard they have the BEST tacos, and you know I’ll say they are ok, maybe even great but not the BEST. I also had a scone and it was honestly just gross. I would try again. Price was good for what you got.

Always love this place! One of the ladies gave us a bad look for coming in but we were there 20 minutes to close so that's my fault. Absolutely love the toasted marshmallow! Highly recommend

Our favorite coffee spot in 5 Points

Great little coffeeshop with a full food menu! They have lots of options, we ordered a couple of kolaches (everything+cream cheese and pimento cheese), and they were delicious. They have seasonal drinks, right now the harvest moon drink is amazing!

Nice atmosphere. Great music. Chorizo potato tacos are immaculate.

I visited from out of town, the staff was so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend their tacos, so delish. Anything from the sweets case is delicious. Everyone was so nice and it was a very nice environment.

We stopped in to get some cold chai lattes. The person who rang me up was very nice. The drinks came up very quickly. I loved it! At first it tasted different and I was not expecting anyone to re-invent the chai wheel but it was great! It was not as sweet as Starbucks ( I think, I don't drink from there often) but had a really good flavor. I enjoyed our quick stop on the way to the park. Cute little place!

The food is absolutely incredible here. Everything I’ve tried I’ve loved, but today I tried the tahini banana bread and that’s what made me leave a review. It warms your soul you need to try it ( + pairs perfectly with some coffee) plenty of seating & timely service.

This is a cultural hub. I always run into my creative friends here. The breakfast tacos are super delicious. We take our outoftown friends here every time.

Cappuccino was good, the mai tai cold brew not so much. The sausage and cheese kolach was mostly bread with a teeny tiny bit of sausage in the middle. The sausage was super flavorful... just wish there was more.

Black bean tacos with a mint&basil iced latte 💯

It took 15+ minutes for an iced tea and an iced decade to go, that turned out to be caffeinated and served in glasses. This is day 2 of her stomach being torn up. We will not return.

Yesterday my husband ordered iced tea and a decaf mocha, iced to go. This was our first time, and will be our last time. 25 minutes (9:45-10:10) to receive the order. While those who came in after us received their orders and left or sat down. The first time they handed him the order it was in glasses and he reminded them that it was a to go. I love my coffee, but a health issue prevents me from having caffeine. It can be painful over a period of days if I have caffeine. It is Sunday, I am in pain and that was the only possible source. I get that mistakes can happen. But this affected our desire to ever return.

Calli Marie Bakes made us the most amazing wedding cakes we could have ever imagined. We had 13 small cakes, one for each table, and every single one was beautifully decorated and perfectly delicious. Thank you Calli Marie, you crushed it!

Might I make a suggestion? But before that I must say, BEST Iced Chai I have ever had. I am a first timer here, and I will return. My suggestion is on the Hash Sammy Special. Instead of using the bun, try a croissant. Just try it. Make one of each and let me know what you like better. You might not regret it. On the first bite, it was very airy. My mouth dried up quickly. I couldn’t really taste the sandwich. But I enjoyed it either way and I would definitely order it again IF it were on croissant. I ended up removing the top part of the bread and left the bottom which unlocked so much more taste. The sauce was good but needs more. I would even recommend drops of siracha. Just a hint of spice. Regardless, 5 stars because I loved your scene and I enjoyed the experience.

Got the Texas toast breakfast Sammy and black coffee. It was great and filling. Available free wifi, got some work done for 3-4hrs. Parking are plenty outside and behind the building (3hr parking) Restroom x2 Music could be loud for your tasting.

I've been to Brew a number of times, it's one of my more liked cafes in Jacksonville, and certainly the best in Five Points. I'm generally pretty pleased with the coffee's I get from them, and for the most part they seem to do what they do really well. My main gripe with Brew (and the thing that sometimes makes me go out of my way for other shops) is an often felt air of pretension from some of the baristas — which is at a level rarely felt outside of sketch comedy shows. I've had more than one ocasion where a barista has corrected me or made a comment that was just unnecessary and/or felt ill-willed. I'm not a "the customer's always right" type person, but I've been around the block. I believe one of the most important jobs of a good barista is to translate what a customer wants into their terms, while still staying kind and efficient. I really do like Brew, but interactions like that keep me from loving it.

Tried their monthly special, strawberry cold brew with strawberries and cream cold foam! Got a taco too. They have DELICIOUS tacos (seriously, everyone i’ve ever tried has been incredible) and they always have good coffee with fun flavors

Amazing shaken espresso. They serve bandit coffee which is out of Tampa Florida so win win for supporting Florida own businesses. Their syrups are 10/10 and serves is amazing.
