My son’s class walked down to Bryan’s today from Waterford Montessori academy. I met them there with my 4 year old to eat lunch with him on his last official full day of school. Not only was Bryan’s very accommodating of a large group but a large group of 2nd and 3rd graders. They were very nice and fast and efficient. Always one of our local fav breakfast spots and they did an amazing job!!!

I assume Bryan is the owner, he actually works the grill fairly often which is amazing. He's done well by the community for a long time. Thankful for this place. Great staff, great food and great prices. Staple of the township. You can count on the cool socks too. The servers wear them.

These guys are known for their omelets and they do not disappoint! Small little greasy spoon joint so there may be a wait but it's well worth it. Everything I have ever had here is awesome!

Me and a buddy of mine used to go there for breakfast before we went to work so I took my girlfriend the other day to show her how good the food and service was there and she loved it and I love it too highly recommend

Just came because they were the only coney island that answered the phone and had what I wanted. But when they say God works in mysterious ways this is what they meant. I had a breakfast sandwich and two sliders and if I would've knew what I know now I would've definitely ordered more than two sliders and the breakfast sandwich was perfect just what I wanted. My only problem with this business is that they close at 2:00 and I'm not able to let my family experience what I experience earlier yall have just gained a new regular customer

Love these guys. I dropped off the face of the planet for a hot 5 minutes and came back. Not only do they remember me but we picked up where we left off and caught up for a minute. The food is inexpensive and always tasty!

Hits all the required criteria; 1. Amazing food 2. Service is hospitable, nice, and fast! 3. Price is fair and not outrageous like the 10+ "trendy" diners youve gone to in Ferndale, Bham, Detroit, etc with higher quality food. It's just the perfect brunch spot if youre in the midwest.

We were passing through and looking for a breakfast spot. We found this place and took a chance based on the reviews. So glad we did! The food was great and the service was better. The couple behind us said they've been coming there to eat for 30 years, and it's been consistently good. I had the veggie omelet with spinach. My husband had Bryan's special. Everything was perfectly prepared, and the coffee was delicious.

Bryan's employees are what makes this place great. If you go on a weekend morning, you may have to wait to be seated but the food is worth the wait. There was a mistake in what I ordered this past weekend and when I mentioned it to the server prior to leaving, she immediately gave a solution above and beyond what I could've asked for. It's just a good, friendly place to eat. Bryan also does a lot for the community. It's a little treasure of Waterford. 09/2023 update: food/service on par as usual. Two things I noticed this time that may or may not have been there previously: 1) hash browns with an omelet are only a half order and 2) there is an upcharge for non-cash payment; that's stated at the register but I don't recall seeing it on the menu. Just an FYI

Bryan's is the first thing that I think of on a Saturday morning, and you are not sure what to do for food. It is the default selection and that is something special. There are a multitude of different dining options, and you can get anything at any time. Feel like chili cheese fries (which are delicious I might add) at 9am? Sure, Bryan's has you covered. While all the food is good, nothing truly stands out as a Bryan's signature dish, that "one thing" you must have. The atmosphere is vibrant although a little dated. I don't think any of the staff know how to frown. They are always smiling truly happy making chit chat and serving the many new patrons and regulars that they see over a weekend. Make sure to get there early or in the mid-afternoon. This place is standing room only during peak breakfast times. I have been to several 'greasy spoon' diners in the Waterford area and Bryan's ranks on top for a reason - You always know what you are getting there is comfort in consistency and Bryan's delivers that in spades.

What can I say….Don’t pass them up. Wait staff is friendly, efficient, kind,amazing……Some have worked there 30+ years. My partner has been dining here over 20 years. We see some of the same faces every time we dine. Simple food made right! Chefs perform their magic in a small visual corner. Food is consistent! I prefer a Monte Cristo between French toast and this is how it’s done here. Just good yummy picture perfect thick French Toast! Coneys are great. Loaded tater tots a must try. Soups are very tasty! Sometimes specials include Sloppy Joes, Meat Loaf or Turkey Slop(pieces of home cooked turkey in gravy smothering mashed potatoes). It’s like cooking at home. Sometimes you add some salt and pepper, other times not. It’s just always good!! Salads are good, fresh cut lettuce, not stinky bagged lettuce other establishments use. If they can’t get quality lettuce they will not serve salads. Quality control is just that good! Ranch is freshly made in house. When you dine at Brian’s you become part of a family. Old school, down home little diner.A Waterford Gem!

Waitresses have worked here since I was a teenager, they know every customer, are so friendly and fun. Food is amazing and reasonably priced. Weekend staple for me.

Seen the review on YouTube by the Coney Bros so I had to come try this place out. The Coney bros didn't give the Coney itself a high score but did say that the loaded tator tots were delicious so that's what I had to try first and man was it a good choice to try these. The staff is super friendly and service is fast. Small parking lot but will definitely be back once I'm in the area.

Service is unbelievably fast. Eggs were very good, pancakes were very good, meat was very greasy and slightly over cooked.

Food and service are so good. Hands down the best breakfast in the area. We've tried several coney's, and nothing even comes close. Coffee is perfect and everything I've tasted has been wonderful.

Absolutely love this place! It's clean and super fast!! Rarely wait more than 5 min for food. Biscuits and gravy are the best!! Pricing is very reasonable and the staff is super friendly!! If only they could ever answer their phone. Don't know why they don't ever answer, it's actually annoying

Another example of a small coney making some big waves in matters of tasty food! I swear it is always the places you least expect that have some incredible food and this is definitely one! If you're in the area and need a quick bite to eat or craving a good hearty breakfast this is your place to go!

Ordered Veggie Omelette cheese was not melted, didn't get my toast. Too busy to much rushing around.

Usually the place I recommend. Today not so much. To orders of Kentucky has way underdone. Two orders of over easy eggs both over hard. Sent bread but not jelly, salt or ketchup for either big breakfasts. 🤔 don't know what's up but today was not bryans day. My husband looks at me and says. Bryans never messes up. Lol ikr. Come on guys get it together.

This place is amazing. Staff are friendly and timely. I've gone there 3 times and ordered the same thing. Luckily they where busy, slow and somewhere in the middle each time I went. I ordered the farmers omlette, wheat toast and a side of sausage gravy and a cup of coffee which they are good at keeping fresh. The quality of the meal each time was consistent despite being slammed thebone time. Let's talk gravy. It's hard to hit the mark on sausage gravy, especially for me. When I say it's ok i mean it's flavorful enough to get your sausage gravy fix and I'd probably order it again. The bomlette (lol) was a decent size, cooked perfectly and the hasbrowns inside where crisp and also perfectly cooked, as was the toast. Every single time. I highly recommend this place to everyone as the prices are fair and the service is great and the food is awesome.

Where do I start? First off they remember their customer's names, they're all friendly and cheerful here. Their burgers and blts are amazing. Not to mention incredibly affordable! I will definitely be coming here as frequently as I can, because there are some awesome people here.

Bryan’s has become a staple in our home. Once a month or so we order takeout breakfast, come home and gorge on the amazing food. I’m originally from “down south” and this is the closest to a GOOD southern breakfast I can find. They’re always busy, but so worth the wait. Not to mention their serves are sweet as can be too.

I love Bryan's such a cozy comfy place. They have great food that's not overly greasy like some other small coney places. The staff is always positive and friendly and they take great care of their customers. The food is always great and this is such a small place but busy from open to close.
