RUN FOREST RUN as fast as you can to Bubba gump in Johns pass. Jackie was our server and gave us the best recommendations on our dinner. She was so kind and attentive to our needs. We even played a fun trivia game with her. Next time I go, I will ask for Jackie!!

Hannah was our server today. She's an excellent waitress and very professional. Explained the things about the restaurant such as the sign "run Forrest run" and the "stop Forrest Stop" to tell if we needed her or not. She kept abreast of when needed refills on drinks. Brought out our dinners in a timely manner. All of our dinners were incredible. We've been to 5 other Bubba Gumps around the USA and Hannah is definitely a great addition to your establishment. I walked into Bubba Gump, and I got sat down next to the window and it was around 7 o'clock and it was a little bit too hot still so the window in the area was warm. This is before I had even made a drink order. I did not want my food to eat at a warm window, making me sweat, so I got up to ask the hostess about another seat, and then another lady walked out that was chubby. I do not know her name telling me that all the seats were full, which I clearly knew all the seats were full, but there was one table in the middle actually a booth that was in the that was sitting with an empty glass . Explaining to me about the same thing that I already see but clearly there was a table available and tried to have me wait so the hostess did her job but the other lady I'm not sure who she is. I don't know if she's manager or not but she did have a black shirt on and she was chubby. I did not appreciate being talked to like I was a child. I just had a simple request to move tables because of the temperature. I think this was very rude and disrespectful how I was spoken to. As far as the food, the shrimp was great the sauce was great. The tenders was not great. They were small. The meat was very dry but the bourbon sauce is really good for dip Drinks OK but for the price I think it’s worth it. Some of the things on the menu is worth the price. I think the price is very reasonable. portions of food I can’t say now I only tried one entrée and one appetizer was shrimp halfpound. The seating was comfortable. My friend did order appetizers at the same time, but did not get her appetizer until after her entrée came. If you want a perfect server, Jackie is the person to go to. I never had a wonderful server like her if I ever want to go out to dinner she is the perfect person to have as your server she makes your day. Great put a smile on your face, she always smiles. She made my Sunday great. every time I will go there now I’m going to ask and request for her to be my server.

Tonight my husband I came to Bubba Gumps to give give it third and final chance. The first two times we had bad experiences and had doubts that a third time would be any different. To our surprise we had a great time. We had a nice and attentive waitress named Jackie. She catered to our every need. She even played a little Forrest Gump trivia with us. She was and is the only reason we will come back. She is one of the sweetest most caring people we have met. She is hardworking and knows how to treat the customer right. She came to check on us often even if we didn’t turn the sign for help. I recommend coming to dine there to anyone that has a chance and to definitely ask for Jackie.

Bad service, food was bad, the fries were stale, the batter on the fish was hard. The spinach dip was even bad! My drink was nasty! My sister and I will never go back nor will we recommend it to anyone!

We eat here every year on our vacation as a family tradition. We’ve always been happy with the food and our service, but Jackie gave us especially good service tonight. She was very attentive and made our experience the best we’ve had in over 10 years.

I recently dined at Bubba Gump’s and had the pleasure of being served by Richard. From the moment we sat down, Richard was not only attentive and friendly, but he also brought an extra element of fun to our dining experience with some Bubba Gump trivia right at our table. It was such a unique touch that really made our meal memorable. His knowledge of the menu and quick service were top-notch, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. I highly recommend asking for Richard if you want great service with a side of entertainment!

I've been to the Bubba Gump in several states and countries, but this one has always been my favorite. On my last visit, we were seated outside and the service was still excellent! Even when we were "out of sight" we were never "out of mind". We were even offered to be switched to an indoor seat when the wind got loud. I'll be back every time I'm remotely near!

First and last time at Bubba Gump. We waited 45 minutes for our initial beverages while we saw them sitting at the bar getting watered down and an additional 1 hour for food. When checking on the status of the food, we were told that the wait is longer because "it is a touristy restaurant." When the food finally came out, most of the food was colder. When it was time for the bill, I let the waitress know that I am a Landry's member, which she replied saying, "Why didn't you say that in the beginning, the food, drinks, and service would have been a lot faster because you are priority." I explained that no one asked if we were members or not. She said that "they" should have. I explained how to split the checks and she came back applying my rewards to another check, which she fixed. She then took all of the credit cards but when she came back to the table, Kam stated that she messed up the tickets and accidentally charged the wrong cards. One of those bills was mine. She then instructed us to "just zelle or cash app the difference to each other and that will fix it." I was shocked that she said this. She should have told the manager about the mistake and corrected it. I was overcharged $30. On top of that there was 18% gratuity added which I don't believe was deserved based on the service we were provided. We waited on a manager to come by as promised per the Landry's club but we did not get to voice our concerns to management. I will NOT recommend this place to anyone and will NOT come back. Update: Still no remedy for overcharging me.

I came in earlier tonight after enjoying the area because I saw the shrimpers heaven on social media yesterday and just NEEDED to try it. Jackie was my server today and she was the kindest and bubbliest person I've met this whole trip. She shared the same interest in this lovely dish and even gave me an equally as delicious recommendation of the run across america appetizer that was equally as delicious. She was also very attentive with refills and good conversation in between bites. Your food and service DEFINITELY will get me to return ASAP!!

Thought it would be much better than this all together, but Forrest Gump lovers will enjoy the atmosphere the most with several pictures and memorabilia from the movie plastered everywhere.the service was just "ok" at best especially when the initial person appeared to be annoyed by out mear presence of only 18 people. Our actual server wasn't terrible, but she could've used some help on the attention to detail when there were mistakes made on entire entree orders that were sent back to corrected 15 minutes later. Again, we ordered several different things so that people could sample things. Nothing, and I mean nothing, stood out at this place. Some things that you think would be good were terrible! For example, the fried shrimp po-boy and the Mama Blue's Shrimp Gumbo! Average at best was Jenny's Catch With Lobster Butter Sauce. And the Mama's Southern Fried Chicken and the Jambalya were worth an order!

Dylan was our server and by far the best server I have had for quite sometime. Very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. I have never tipped a server 50% until tonight. We will be back and we will ask for Dylan

The Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. is impressive as always since I haven’t been to one is about 10 years. The food was great especially the seafood hush puppies. My table had a great time especially with our server Hannah. She was definitely a highlight at the outside section with her bubbly personality and her customer service skills were above and beyond when helping and taking care of all the guest. If I ever find myself back in this part of Florida, I’d definitely come back for the fun and quirky atmosphere and good food. If you have the chance, try to get Hannah as your waitress, she will not disappoint!

I am a local, but this was the first time having a dinner at Bubba Gump, and it was a wonderful experience. I was there with a few friends and their toddler, and we had a beautiful view and amazing service, and fantastic help with making sure the child was taken care of. I cannot speak highly enough about our server Hannah! Not only was the service top-notch, but she also was asking us fun trivia questions with other tables!! I have family in town often and I will be returning!!!

Then dip was amazing!!! I had coconut shrimp. And it was good. Great atmosphere. Jarred our server was the show. Great service, knowledgeable and personable. If you swing by here only wait for him to serve you. Makes your whole experience better. Grab a tshirt on the way out.

After a very stressful day, we decided on dinner at Bubba Gump’s in Madeira Beach. The shrimp linguini was very good! But, the service we received from Justin was the best!! He was so attentive and charismatic. Definitely would request him if we return.

We went to the Madeira Beach location, on John’s Pass… Atmosphere was great and the food was good, but the service was exceptional! Our server was Justin! Our day had been less than stellar to say the least, and he was definitely the bright spot in our evening. Not only was he SUPER efficient, he was extremely charismatic and uplifting! We would go back, just because of him. ❤️

The food and service here are terrific! Second time to dine here on vacation. The mango mojito was a solid choice. Peel and eat shrimp, omg YUM!!! Husband chose jambalaya and hush puppies. They were amazing. McKenna took good care of us, too! We like to try new places on vacation, but when the food is SO GOOD we find ourselves gravitating back to reliably delicious!

MaKenna was amazing! So was the manager who wasn't even on duty but sat us when we came in. We came during a tornado warning and the power went out but the staff was professional and we felt safe and we were able to finish our dinner. Definitely will be back.

We dined in at Bubba Gumps in Madeira Beach FL yesterday and I have to say our waitress, her name is Hannah, was amazing! She provided the best service! She was on top of it! Hannah was so nice and friendly and made our experience that much better. We did not have to wait long at all for our food and drinks. She never let us go without. I got the I’m Stuffed Shrimp and the Bang Bang Shrimp. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. We will be back for sure.

Went to the one in Maderia Beach, Fl- John's Pass. The food was very good. Started off with artichoke/spinach dip. I had the stuff shrimp and my daughter hadvthe fish and chips. Would recommend to go there. They have inside and outside seating.

Our server McKenna made this place worth coming back to. Bubba Gump wouldn't normally be our first choice but this location was open during a storm. It all turned out pretty good! McKenna even gave us some souvenir glasses to make up for a tiny order mistake

Had a great experience at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co this past Thursday when our group of 14 went with no prior reservation hoping for a table and we were lucky enough to get one outside. our waitress ADRIANA was super knowledgeable about everything . we have visited before but truely this was our favorite experience!! Drinks came out fast and the long food wait flew by with the trivia games & appetizers perfect timed out… my family and friends will be back
