Me and my husband stayed a few days at Madeira Beach (honeymoon) and met up with some local colleagues while staying here. They took us to Lisa’s for brunch and all I can say is that I’m so happy with the locals introducing us to this place! As a Scandinavian we aren’t that impressed with American breakfasts where almost everything is fried or put in a pan. We are more of yoghurt-fruit-coffe-sandwich people and sometimes it can be hard to find good breakfast/brunch places in the US. But this place was so good! The menu itself was great, but since I needed a special order because of allergies they were so helpful. The staff is really friendly! The food itself was also very good, felt fresh and the omelettes wasn’t that “heavy”. And the coffee - YES, so good! I totally recommend this place for breakfast and brunch. They have the American ones (pancakes, beans, sausage etc) but also some good options for European customers (and vegetarians).

Love it! Cant wait to move back to Tampa bay so we can go there regularly! Love the owner! Doesn’t hurt she’s a fellow Italian, jersey girl AND her name is Lisa lol

Delicious top tier breakfast food prepped and cooked by Lisa and her son’s Joe and Tristan. They do a great job. Best biscuits and gravy around by far…don’t judge me, but one time I literally ate the deepsouth (biscuits & gravy w sunny side eggs) for breakfast 50 straight mornings 😂 Some of my other favorites are the corned beef hash benedict, breakfast burger, cheesy grits and homefries👌 Lisa genuinely makes me feel like family there ❤️ Dylan, Brittany, Pedro and Dallas are all great servers too. P.S. Lisa makes a helluva pina colada and all of the drinks are STRONG. P.P.S. no strollers and make sure you leave a 20% tip or you’re getting publicly outed by the owner lmao. I can’t say enough good things about Lisa’s Cafe of Madeira! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and exceptional service that truly made us feel at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of perfect. Now, let’s talk about the food! The corned beef hash was out of this world—easily the best I’ve ever had. The meat was tender and flavorful, perfectly seasoned, with just the right amount of crisp. It was clear that a lot of love and care went into crafting this dish. Pair it with the eggs cooked to perfection, and you have a breakfast that you’ll be dreaming about for days! The entire menu looked incredible, and every plate I saw going by had me tempted to try something new. The portions were generous, the atmosphere cozy and inviting, and the staff made sure every detail was just right. If you’re in Madeira Beach and looking for a place that serves amazing food with top-notch service, look no further than Lisa’s Cafe. We’ll definitely be back!

Overhyped, pressuring your guests into adding ADDITIONAL tips after they tipped is crazy to me. I read the other reviews, sounds like it’s not an uncommon gesture at that cafe. There’s much better cafes around with better coffee, food, and service.

I know it's a scratch kitchen but options were pretty limited including the food. Everything was hyped up as "the best" but nothing was exceptional. Coffee was "made with espresso bean!" but they did not have actual espresso so it was standard drip coffee. Service was okay. someone from my table tipped only 10% and the owner ran out asking for more tips, saying we did not tip enough. Place has potential if they were to redo the menu and the customer service. They would probably have more business

We were on vacation and stop at Lisa’s cafe for breakfast. First time in this place and I highly recommended all the staff are really friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. All I can say is come try it …

HORRIBLE, run! We should have left after the first thing. We were a party of 5. 3 of us were already there and the other 2 were walking from a block away. They wouldn’t seat us until all 5 were there (multiple open tables, they were not busy at this time). Then once the rest of us were there and we were finally allowed to have menus, the service was so slow. You can’t change or modify anything so it comes as it is. My aunt asked for her bacon crispy and they said no. Really! NO to crispy bacon?? Mind you, my aunt and uncle are retired successful restaurant OWNERS. My aunt canceled her whole meal. She didn’t even eat after that. Then our food sat in the food for at least 5-7 minutes before it was brought out. The food was okay. The potatoes were the best things they had. A side of potatoes is $6!? And there went that many. The food was well overpriced for not being able to modify or get your bacon crispy. Then the sever stated “this will be one check to make it easier on the kitchen” 4 meals have to go on one check to make it easier on the kitchen? You can split check AFTER it’s sent to the kitchen. Someone at a different table wanted to add an entree to their order that had already been sent back. The kitchen came out and told them no. Once an order is sent nothing can be added to it. Someone with a food allergy was told that she couldn’t have the egg removed from the breakfast sandwich because the food comes exactly as it’s listed. This was the wildest and worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked in higher class restaurants, my aunt and uncle owned a successful restaurant/diner. RUN.

Very off putting vibe in the restaurant. Was not busy at all for a Sunday brunch. The server was nice but could overhear the owner demanding different tasks of the employees to be done while she was going to be away soon? Absolutely no answer as to why the no substitutions policy besides “i’m new and i asked for some changes on a order last week and got yelled at” I ordered 2 eggs scrambled and asked for cheese in them, like a normal person, was quickly shut down with “oh we can’t add anything it’s just the eggs” . In total $50 for 2 below mediocre meals and 2 drinks, one of which was so bad we had to give it back and ask for a coke.

Good service and great staff. They don’t allow any changes to the items on the menu, like not even adding cheese to the scrambled eggs or having it as a side dish. The breakfast potatoes were delicious. My husband had the crabcake eggs benedict and he really liked it. The food tastes really good and the drinks were good too.

Was not impressed with my eggs Benedict, the owner kept saying it will be the best you have ever have. It was not. Way,way to overpriced. And the potatoes were horrible. Will not go back, and definitely won't recommend.

Manager was rude from the start. Felt we were being rushed to leave even though it was well before 2pm. We only ordered drinks and they weren’t good at all. The man looking manager tried to bully is into tipping more $. Would not recommend this place at all.

This place is absolutely awful. I understand that money is a tough thing to come by in this day and age, but one pancake being $8? That’s ridiculous. We sat for 10 minutes and it was the worst dine in experience we have ever had. They have no drink options other than Coke, unsweetened tea, chocolate milk, water, and alcohol. Lisa is one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. My wife is allergic to eggs, we asked if they would just remove the egg so my wife does have an allergic reaction and die, but instead Lisa would rather lose the money she would have made (there are 8 of us and most are teen-adult) than take egg off a breakfast burger. The facilities are nasty, bugs all in the bathroom, mold on the vents, and cockroaches crawling around. How this place is even open surprises me. I wouldn’t eat here again if it was the last place on earth. Keep your money and go somewhere near the boardwalk instead, at least there they will accommodate your health needs and make you feel like you matter.

It says , homemade from scratch . But we were not able to order an omelette without onions. We were told no substitutions. Horrible experience. My wife didn’t eat her breakfast. Two omelettes coffee Bloody Mary $60.00 for breakfast. Expensive!!!!

DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE. The banana fosters French toast = chef's kiss. Biscuits & Gravy had a slight kick and we're awesome. Huge assortment of brunch cocktails. Absolutely delicious food.

Owner of this establishment is very rude and condescending! We waited 20 minutes to be seated, 15 more minutes to have our order taken and then 50 more minutes before what very little food we did order even made it to the table. When asked why it was such a long wait and if we could at least have a 20% discount, she said no and blamed it on our waitress. It was also extremely overpriced mediocre food. Their breakfast was no different than the breakfast's cooked in the homes of ordinary people every morning so $16 for one egg, a spoon full of corned beef hash and very dry grits was insulting to say the least. Was charged $90 for 3 SMALL breakfast plates (without toast) and 3 waters. If you are on vacation in the area and cherish the time you are paying for, DO NOT consider wasting your time and money on this place. Honestly.

I recently visited Lisa's Cafe with high hopes, considering they advertised as a scratch kitchen. However, my experience left much to be desired. The food, although claimed to be prepared from scratch, was mediocre at best. What truly tainted my visit was the appalling customer service provided by Lisa herself. Her behavior towards patrons was unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of creating a welcoming atmosphere, she chose to address customers using condescending terms like "princess" and "pumpkin." This is extremely off-putting. During my time at the cafe, I witnessed Lisa exhibiting aggressive behavior by slamming my plates and drinks down on tables. Her overbearing demeanor made it clear that she is not fit to be a restaurant owner, bartender, or manager. It was shocking to see someone with such poor interpersonal skills leading an establishment. I couldn't help but wonder how Lisa manages to retain both staff and regular customers with her abrasive attitude. The overall atmosphere of the cafe suffered greatly due to her lack of professionalism and tact.

Wonderful wonderful food and dining experience. We had the western omelet, signature corned beef hash, the eggs Benedict with crab cake, and Lisa’s iced coffee!! Delicious! Very good and interesting drink selection! Friendly staff!! You will not be disappointed!!

Scratch kitchen-new to me-so they don’t make any changes to your liking. What’s on the menu is exactly what you get. However, Lisa herself came to each table to tell about her food & drinks. She is very compassionate about all of her business including her customers. Servers were kind and we were served quickly. Would definitely recommend and we will go back!

This is a blunt review from a former employee, I hate to be taken out of character and this place has done just that and has managed to do it beyond measure! The owner, Lisa Ammons is Rude and Very Disrespectful. One of the nastiest souls in this world. Unfortunately this place is such a negative environment, and the employees have to suffer. Please save your money and peace of mind! Screw her 14 to 40 years of experience, it’s time to let it go princess. She’s shady and fake. To be in there is like saying yes to the devil. Be aware! Today was the day I had to quit, being spoken to as if we're dogs or just useless human beings is insane and beyond me. I pray that she seeks god and possibly a psychiatrist. For someone who claims to be so holy sure does have one hell of way about showing it lol she’s truly a joke.

This is a little local gem! A scratch kitchen, all fresh food, liquor bar, only open 9am to 2pm, (BRUNCH) Thursdays thru Mondays. Note it's a bit pricey but worth it! I paid $100 for breakfast, including tips, for my sweetheart and I. Our server, xxxx, was super pleasant and responsive. On a side note, the owner was there but made comment out loud about not rearranging tables to accommodate a larger party where her tone was definitely NOT friendly. Maybe she was just having a moment...

Amazing food,Lisa is super friendly, and has an amazing staff. I wish we would have found this place sooner. We have eaten there for the last two days and will return tomorrow.

Very rude staff - told my friend to “cover up” when she came in to grab a coffee (had on a tank top and shorts). We are right by the beach in hot weather what do you expect?? Would have been a nice place for us to get breakfast but definitely never coming here.

Food was decent and our server was great! Side of gravy was $8. The manager/owner was overbearing and rude to her employees. She was very loud in criticizing everything they did, we could literally hear everything. It made our whole meal not enjoyable, and I felt bad for her employees. She is definitely a tyrant and not a leader. I would steer clear and choose something else!

Tried to order food to go in person and they refuse to make anything. So you either eat there or you won't be served. Never in my life have I heard of such a thing as we don't want your money unless you sit down and eat. It wasn't even a phone call I literally drove there and tried to place an order. Only to be refused while they had zero customers. Great business model for success.

This place was awful. Hands down would rather eat at McDonald’s. The omelette was disgusting, didn’t even have real cheese in it. Over priced. Not good service.

One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly. Country potatoes were seasoned just right. My first ever Mimosa and it was so good! Will definitely go back when I'm visiting the beach.

If I could give negative stars I would. Owner makes the business and unfortunately the owner of this place is a total see you next Tuesday :) it does so happen to seem she may be burnt out, but she does not have a real passion for her job. Or her employees. Or her customers & neighbors. Illegal service dog “rules”. My animal is a certified service dog. He was not welcome, I am disabled, and we are in Florida and she refused water for him. Refused an extra water for the service dog in the heat? Unfortunately her staff is so brainwashed and fearful of losing their jobs that they just let her bully them. I feel for this business as a whole, but deff a vacation no go in my books. Food is mediocre and overpriced. I, nor my family, will never be back here. And I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. 😘

Lisa's has been a go-to breakfast spot every time we are in Madeira Beach. Lisa (the owner) is so accommodating & welcoming and her staff are super friendly. There is indoor & outdoor seating but some of the tables are in the sun, so bring a hat. The food is fresh, fast and plentiful. Every egg dish is delicious, the pancakes are fluffy and filling, and the sausage gravy has just the right spiciness. We will keep going back every time we visit (except tues & wed as they are closed :) )

Not sure I ever gave a bad review before, but this was just a terrible breakfast experience. We are semi locals...Food was just ok, but you can't eliminate anything, and options are slim. Western omelette comes with peppers, onions and ham, and NO you can't say no onions, or add cheese. Everything is overpriced, but lacks the quality to support the price. I assume what was the owner , doesn't understand customer service and teaches the staff to act the same. Alcohol is pushed hard immediately. You're basically eating at a dive bar with club music. (Which would be fine minus the worst service ever) . The owner just seems to be a know it all, and very vocal and pushy and can't read the room nor does she care . Just a strange overall experience, we definitely won't be back.

I went to this restaurant with high hopes, but boy was I wrong. The food was a disaster – it tasted like it was straight out of the frozen food section at the grocery store. When we tried to make corrections to our orders, the staff looked at us like we were speaking a foreign language. And don't even get me started on the owner – they discriminated against us the moment we walked in, treating us like second-class citizens. To top it all off, they had the audacity to ask for extra big tips! Save your money and your dignity – steer clear of this place at all costs because it is way too over priced.

Delish!!! We had a great time. Sausage gravy and biscuits and the Irish eggs Benedict was amazing. The service and conversation even better. Lisa is sweet and funny! She has got this down pat and knows her stuff. The bloody Mary and strawberry basil vodka lemonade was so tasty. You must go here!

Way too noisy….placed dirty dishes right behind me, can not figure out why they just did not return to kitchen it’s a small place……outside door slammed every time….annoying… Played radio station…..not morning music….and…….the prices way over the top 10 bucks for scrambled egg’s…4.50 for coffee…..omelettes 16 bucks plus….the dollars signs thing for this wrong……50 bucks plus for Brecky. without booze…..not

They were able to seat our party right away, the service was wonderful. The food was really good. One of our party had traditional eggs benedict and she said they were one of the best she's ever had. One of our party had the breakfast sammie and he gobbled it up. The homestyle fries are more like breakfast potatoes but they were delightfully seasoned and very tasty. The folks who had the bloody mary's made with titos said they were good (there was a small up-sale for better quality liquor). We saw some of the sour reviews; however, we didn't have an experience ANYTHING LIKE those folks. To be transparent It Does Say Right On The Menu :No Substitutions and No Modifications" so please be ready for that and if you have food allergies you should choose a different restaurant. Again, food was very good, service was wonderful, and if we ever come back to the area, we would definitely return here for breakfast.

Giving one star because there is no option for negative 10 stars...how this place is still in business is beyond me. When trying to order the breakfast burger I simply asked if they could leave off the slice of cheese due to a dairy allergy and was told I could not substitute anything. I was not trying to substitute anything and asked if I could have more time to figure out something I could order, which would have had to been a side when the owner Lisa came rushing up demanding to know what the problem was. We were all caught off guard and confused as to why she was there. She was aggressive, verbally abusive and scolded us to the point I felt ashamed I have a food allergy. We then listeded to her rant about how great her food was, and how long she has been running this successful restaurant, which baffled us even more. If the food is a scratch kitchen and not premade, how hard is it to leave a piece of cheese off so a paying customer would not get sick. I can't rate the food because we paid for our drinks and left, and she pushed us out quickly. Bottom line, no one is too important not to be nice.

I ate here twice during a long weekend in Madeira Beach. Both times, there were a good number of locals and repeat customers, and it's easy to understand why - the food and drinks were fresh and delicious, generous portions, and reasonably priced. One morning, they were clearly understaffed, but Lisa and her crew handled the crowd efficiently and cheerfully. Sit at the bar to enjoy Lisa's friendly patter throughout the meal - it's like a free show with your meal!

We are locals and love dining at locally owned establishments to support our community. The owner of this establishment, however, is beyond rude and does not provide a welcoming atmosphere. Very sad because most places in Madeira are very friendly and value the locals’ business. Because of this, I will not be spending my money at Lisa’s Cafe.

The owner is completely rude. We are locals that live in the neighborhood and we came with our psychiatric service dog in vest with his paperwork and badge and she would not even let us sit outside on the patio. She no regard for her local community and their well-being. Would not recommend overpriced and absolutely absurd.

Great food and fun vibe especially Lisa herself. Jack had a delicious crab cake Benedict with a special homemade hard strawberry basil lemonade. I'm a vegan so I focused on the homemade grits and fruit. And the big treat was spending time with Lisa whi is passionate about serving up good food that's better than you make at home and she sure makes that happen. Thumbs up.

We sat outside for brunch on a Monday. The owner was friendly, as were the other staff members. Our server was very helpful in describing specific menu items - everything sounded and looked delicious. We had two cold coffee beverages - the perfect balance of ingredients. We had eggs Benedict, grits, scrambled eggs, and a pancake. All were so good. Great way to start the day!

Worst breakfast experience I can honestly remember. As soon as the server approached us he said everything is scratch made but no substitutions are allowed (if you have any food allergies, this is definitely not your place). I asked if I could have lemon for my water and was told I could have ONE lemon. I don't need more than one lemon but if I need to pay for it I'm happy to do that. I ordered 2 sides instead of a meal and was literally looked at like I was the biggest inconvenience of the day. The food did come out quickly. Within a couple minutes of eating, while taking a drink, the server reached over my plate and put the bill down right where my water cup was sitting on our small 2 person table and walked away. I paid cash for the bill and had to take a call. My husband didn't know what the bill was and left a less than 20% tip by mistake (Yes, I would have gone back and made it right) The owner stopped my husband on the way to the parking lot and said my server doesn't need you cheap tip. All I can say is WOW. Completely baffled by this entire experience. Don't waste your time here.

The food at Lisa’s is very good. However the waiters seem to have been trained to just take their tip from cash sales without waiting for the customer to offer it. We paid for our $46 tab with three twenty dollar bills. The waiter asked if we wanted change and we said “yes”. He brought back $3. When we questioned him he said we had only given him $50 and proceeded to “show us” the last three bills he had received. WE were confident we had given him three twenties, but didn’t argue. Instead my husband gave him another $20 and asked him if he would bring change. He brought back $10. He apparently felt justified in calculating his own tip of $10. Were 95% certain he got away with a $20 in tips, but didn’t feel like arguing. Won’t go there again. Watch your $$ if you choose to go!

Excellent food and friendly welcoming staff. My favorite breakfast restaurant when we vacation in Florida.

I am never one to leave reviews good or bad BUT I couldn’t go without saying something. About 10 parking spots, so already had to pay $6 in a public lot to eat here which I was originally okay with. Strict rules about not changing anything on the menu & if you try you will be verbally abused by owner Lisa. She tries to hard sell alcohol the second you walk in & goes on & on about how good her food is. Our things came out cold, nothing we ate was great, very pricey and it was the most uncomfortable breakfast of my life due to her acting as if every request we had was outrageous. Lisa is very rude, has no clue how to speak to customers or people in general. We were also told unless we specified we wanted our check split the moment we sat down, they couldn’t split it & that was our fault. Don’t think I have ever been so disrespected by a stranger in my life. Feel sorry for staff who has to work under her, horrible experience. Please give your money to someone who enjoys what they do & strives to make their customers happy.

The WORST dining experience in my entire life. The owner Lisa is next level crazy. The restaurant was absolutely disgusting, covered in dust, tiny and smelling of old grease and wet carpet. The food was OVER priced ($102 - for 4 people) especially since my food came out cold, another’s wrong and entire party of 4 was verbally abused by Lisa for asking for modifications ( cook the eggs a little more - add cheese to potatoes)….I have had better meals at McDonalds. Not only were we verbally abused, but talked to like children and the owner continued to call me “princess” as she Berated me. There is absolutely no way to dine comfortably here, between the rules, the loud mouth owner hard selling her nasty food, the embarrassment of the wait staff, and no option to split checks. Please please please do not spend your money here.

Customer Service was lacking. We were yelled at by Lisa when we arrived bcs of a line situation outside that they should coordinate better after all we are coming to you. Drinks were forgotten for quite sometime. Food was overpriced.

This is where location location comes into play. It's a really cute place inside and out. It's pretty expensive, and in our group of 6, we're rated the food mediocre. It would be a place that we "unanimously" would not go back to. A recommendation would be if you do go there, don't order the biscuits and gravy.

From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we kept saying, "we HAVE to come back before we go home." We went twice, and Brandon was our waiter both times. He was so fun, upbeat, and knew everything there was to know about the menu. He was perfect and he even remembered us!! I had the crab cake benny both times. My husband had the Irish benny and then the biscuits and gravy the 2nd time. Lisa's Coffee (6 shots of liquor) will have you dancing in your seat along with Lisa's Spicy Hot Double Shot Bloody Mary! I also had the homemade Sangria that is out of this world. All food is made from scratch. All food is served as is on menu, no substitutions. It is perfect the way it comes! Great atmosphere!! Get there as soon as they open (9am) because the place fills up fast! Inside and outside!!

The bananas foster french toast was absolute baby formula mush in the middle and the owner was so rude and unprofessional when we wanted to switch it for regular french toast, which ended up still being mushy. The service was terrible, no refills, didn't give us silverware, and didn't listen to our preferences. Horrible brunch experience and will never go back.

Amazing food! We've visited Lisa's Cafe multiple times for the great food, great cocktails, and the hilarious owner Lisa. We'll be ongoing repeat customers for as long as Lisa runs this terrific breakfast joint.

The flambe French toast was the best breakfast we've ever experienced. Lisa's is amazing, the atmosphere, wonderful food made from scratch and great service. Those people that are giving less than 5 stars are complaining about price and waiting. It's too small to wait inside and the price is the price. That's what you get when you eat scratch food. If you want cheap, go to ihop. Lisa's coffee was amazing too! Great adult drinks!

Lisa made us feel right at home and knew just the right item on the menu to recommend for us, everything was delicious and felt like I was right at my mamas house for a meal. We had the Benedict and the sausage gravy 🥰

Food is just okay and overpriced

10/10 experience, Lisa herself greeted us at the door & was both gracious & inviting…the recommendations she gave us(the Irish style eggs Benedict, the bananas foster, and the Spicy Biscuits & gravy) were all phenomenal. The wait staff was polite & attentive. A wonderful spot for brunch with great vibes and even better service!!!

What a complete disappointment!!! I would never go back again! From the minute we walked in the seater who turned out to be the owner was rude and obnoxious. We thought of leaving then but hoped it would get better from there. WE WERE MISTAKEN!!!!! I met up with friends from out of state that we hadn't seen for a while. We were looking for a friendly atmosphere with good food, We DID NOT GET EITHER. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our limited time together the owner was loud, obnoxious and was making snarky comments from the bar. It was insane! They bragged about everything being fresh and made from scratch however when we got our food which took forever, 6 of our group's meals were cold and average at best, nothing special. They took the better part of an hour to bring a replacement. When we got it, the food was still not right but we just ate it, just so that we could eat something before we had to drive back home. When we were leaving the owner said was everything good now. Since she asked, I told her the truth and said not really but we probably wouldn't be back. She basically said good I hope you don't and started yelling at us for wasting her parking spaces. Rather than argue with her I left. My husband said that after I left, she continued to loudly bad mouth me to the people at the bar. My family had a family business for years. My dad always taught us that the customer is always right and to treat them with respect. I did not get that courtesy from this business owner. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT I WOULD GO TO THE LOCAL GAS STATION FOR A CUP OF COFFEE BEFORE I WOULD EAT HERE!!! I FELT LIKE SHE TOOK AWAY FROM MY SPECIAL TIME WITH OUR FRIENDS. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

The most amazing breakfast place in Maderia! If you are a local or in town for vacay be sure to stop in. You’ll leave with full bellies and a big smile!

Food is amazing!! Lisa shows so much passion about here cafe, food, customers, and staff! We visit every time we are in Madeira Beach. Her morning cocktails are delicious and a great way to get your day at the beach going!

Excellent Breakfast and the service was top notch. Love this place!!

Tried to eat at this location while on vacation, and they were incredibly rude to my family and refused to seat us. The restaurant was nearly empty with all open tables, and only a few people at the bar. We had a party of five, but let them know our two teenage girls were walking over and would be there in just a few minutes. The owner (I assume) said we could not be seated, and actually directed us to wait outside (50s with a small child). Keep walking, and don’t give your business here.

HELLO FLAVORTOWN! On a girls trip in Mad Beach, we decided to go to Lisa's for brunch based on other TA reviews and then once we discovered we could walk there in 5 mins from our rental- HECK YES! So we were greeted and overly welcomed by Lisa herself- and wow- what an informational meeting! She told us everything we needed to know and other stuff that will probably live in our brains rent free forever. Loved it! After the first taste of our food, we knew Lisa wasn't lying about her food being seasoned- bc it was TASTY!! The potatoes were the best taters I've had in a long time. Everything else was great too. And, the bragged that her cocktails were pretty loaded, but well made and mixed so that you'd never know what kind of trouble you were drinking yourself into- and she wasn't wrong there either- great dranks! We loved Lisa's Cafe and will definitely return if we're ever back in Mad Beach!

Very very poor service. Waitress was ok but we waited 45 min outside for a table. We were told 10 minutes. Won't be back

Great spot! I got the omelette it was a huge portion. My boyfriend got the spicy sausage biscuit and gravy. Everything was fresh even the drinks. Our sever was great, can’t remember his name but he was tall with dark hair. He was very knowledgeable of the menu. 10/10

This is easily the most welcoming little Cafe i have ever been to, the food was phenomenal. Everything was amazing, and we took a half gallon of the strawberry basil lemonade b3cause it really is THAT good!

Homemade is the best way to describe this wonderful establishment tucked away on Madeira Beach. I had traditional eggs Benedict with REAL grits. The grits were generously mixed with cheese and it came through with every bite. The beni was out of this world. Perfect proportions. My server, Ryan, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu as well. Now, Lisa the owner. She needs From the moment I walked in, Lisa greeted me with a warm smile and kind attitude. She clearly knows what she's doing because she really hyped me up with anticipation for the food, and boy did Lisa's deliver. Not only does she know her menu but she is also very familiar with florida. Great conversation with food to match. All in all, Lisa's cafe was a fantastic experience and I will be sure to return!

Absolutely wonderful breakfast spot! Lisa and crew made sure we felt at home and filled us up with from scratch delicious food! Well worth the drive from North Pole, AK!!! Any time we come back to Madiera we will be stopping here!

I drove for nearly an hour to eat breakfast at Lisa's Cafe today. I sometimes stay at one of the hotels nearby for the weekend. This time, I had my Grandgirl with me. We opted for plain pancakes for her and a veggie omelet for me. She is a bit of a picky eater...but she inhaled her pancakes. She declared that they were, "better than McDonald's ". High praise indeed from a 6 year old. I have been upping my protein and veg for breakfast. The omelet was fabulous. The food is always spectacular, but the real gem is the attentive and friendly staff. I have never been there and not felt the warmth and hospitality from everyone in the place. Lisa's is ALWAYS worth the trip...whether across the street or an hour away.

Stopped in for brunch. Service was great and they were very friendly. Food and drinks were great as well. Will definitely visit again.
