DAVID, BLAKE & BELLA WERE SOO AMAZING & AWESOMESEE

Really good portion sizes for the pricing on the menu. I built my own chicken bowl and the gentleman behind the counter (Blake) made sure to cater the add-ons to my liking, and even making stellar recommendations that improved the overall taste of the bowl. Just fantastic. Also shout out to the cashier (Bella) for her enthusiasm and efficiency. The B&B show definitely make a good duo, and overall I’d definitely recommend Bubbakoo’s as a food spot to visit at least once. PS, they also have a TV showing NFL on the side with a bar setup. Fun place!

First time really exploring Orlando and found this burrito place near my hotel. Blake and Bella were really helpful.

Ever since I’ve come here any other fast food place doesn’t seem as good. The food options are very vast and this location is very clean. We come so often Rene remembers our order and is always very friendly. I recommend trying the Burritodilla with crispy chicken.

Me and my husband came here today for the first time and were greeted as soon as we walked in. We ordered the rice bowl with hibachi steak & chicken. Everything was really good especially the hibachi steak that was made upon order. The place is kept very clean & the staff is super attentive. We will definitely be back

We were in the area for vacation and had a large group (8-9 of us). They were able to easily accommodate us at the bar and the woman running the bar, Rene, was so friendly and welcoming! Food was fantastic as were the drinks! Will be visiting again if I'm ever in the area

I will highly recommend Bubbakoo’s, especially this location is super relaxing, and great atmosphere, super super friendly staff, and the food is amazing. The staff is really engaged with the guest, they are always looking if you’re done with your plates, and cleaning up after you. Joe I believe is one of the managers here and he always does this egg on top of my bowl and it’s the little things that set this location apart from the rest. He’s never denied me any request and treats all guest with respect. Great guy, great location, lovely staff, amazing food. What more can you ask for

Ordering for a newbie is a bit confusing, so ask questions. There is an up-charge for some protein. You generally get a fresh meal made quickly. The receipt is just a final sum, but I would prefer an itemized list to see for what I was charged. Check your bill total. They frequently make mistakes. You need to upload your receipt for rewards, so be sure to ask for it.

This is a great place for lunch or dinner! They even have a lil bar with a couple big screens, with a great beer selection. Service is always on point and food is great and cooked to order.

This place is set up like a moes or chipolte, that's where the similarities stop. There is a small bar that you can order directly from if you choose to sit there. Anything you see can be modified. Highly recommend you give this place a try.

Delicious breakfast burritos and great service. This is not your typical restaurant review. Nearing the end of a wonderful vacation we placed an order for some breakfast burritos. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the soy sauce for our Hawaiian burrito and I was so disappointed because it was for my wife. When I called, they made it right and I was so appreciative. I probably overreacted, it was a simple mistake anyone could’ve made, but they still had wonderful service. So thankful for the staff here and their integrity. Problems are bound to happen, but how you respond it what matters and Bubbakoo’s was great. Thank you.

Did an Uber eats and food arrived room temperature. Might be 3.5 stars hot, it's 2 at this temperature. Watched food come directly from restaurant to hotel on tracking, was roughly 15 minutes. Doesn't seem like it should be this cold this quickly if it was hot to begin with. On the plus side, I did get a BOGO, so I got to eat a lot of mediocre food.

First time trying this place. Delicious burritos, excellent service, Yenni the manager is very friendly, we will definitely be back.

It was my first time at a bubbakoo's and was recommended to me by a friend. I did enjoy the food but the customer service was left to be desired. Their workers don't seem to communicate well with each other and they never smile. The tables were not cleaned either. There was one lady that came around and asked if everything was okay but she did not clean anything except pick up trays from on top the trash can.

Carmen, Tim & Joe absolutely kill it! Best dillas in town!

Best bowl in the business, coming from Va we don’t have this up there, but I can assure we when ever I’m in Florida I’m having Bubbakoos, 10/10 service

I had the boom shacka lacka burrito. The chicken meat by itself tasted good, but the entire burrito was just alright. It was okay. I’ll give them another chance. The birria tacos looks good and I want to try them.

I had a veggie bowl from here. I must say It was fulfilling. I am vegetarian and the staff really helped me in customizing the bowl as per my needs. If you decide to take a bowl from here, it is going to keep you full for a long time. Would definitely like to come here again.

Have been going to Bobbakoo's since it opened and have loved the food since day 1. Burritodillas are fantastic, the new birria tacos are great and the best fried oreos I've ever had.

Every time we come to this area for vacation we go by this burrito place and it’s very good food. Iam not a big meat eater but they do it right. Ate there twice couple weeks ago. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. It’s a new restaurant that’s not been open long. Ate there in July 2023. We go back when we are down later in the year. 5 stars

I have tried to like this place 😭 I’ve given it many chances since I live nearby. The breakfast burritos are great I’ve never had any issues with that. But every time I come for lunch or dinner it’s either the food or the staff that I have an issue with. The food looks like it’s been sitting there for a while as the beans and things have a crust on top most of the time. The crispy chicken just sits in an open container under a light so that typically tastes stale. My boyfriend and I walked in and there was cockroach crawling up the front near food and I didn’t want to make a scene so I told the employee quietly but his response was “oh sorry about that… what can I get for you?” And didn’t do anything about the roach so close to the food!! I was shocked. And then this last time there were two stands of hair in my tacos. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same thing. And I could tell the guy checking me out saw it because he paused before giving it to me but still sent me on my way. There’s been several times our orders have been rushed by this one employee specifically, which just doesn’t make it a great environment in general. I gave it two stars because I really believe this place could be amazing if there was more attention to details and overall awareness.

I’m not one to leave a review but I love this place & when I walked in I was not greeted for 10 minutes when there was a full staff they only focused on the 2 people in front of me. Then finally as my order was being made they would stop building my order every second to continue talking to the guest in front of me. Guy was also rude to his employee and said “well” why don’t you ask them just sucks because I really loved this place and it just rubbed me the wrong way.

Found this place while visiting from out of town. The food is amazing. Everything tastes fresh. Has the Chipotle line set up with amped up options! I had the Hibachi Papi and my husband built his own burrito. We were curious about the General Tso tacos so we grabbed one to try. Nothing disappointed on flavor! We would definitely do this stop again!

Had been planning to visit the establishment next door for breakfast but was too busy so headed here instead and was pleasantly susprised. The 2 ladies working the counter provided outstanding customer service. Food was all made fresh; looked great and tasted delicious at a good price. If I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely visit again for lunch or dinner. It's honestly rare to find places this good these days.

A named Esam, working in the location near Southpark Circle generously prepared a meal that I had accidentally ordered in a different location and didn't charge me for it. Such goodwill goes a long in the world.

Food here is really solid, much better than chipotle or anything of that sort. what really stands out is the customer service here. I met someone who I assume is either the manager or owner, and his customer service was absolutely fantastic. there were people behind and in front of me that had never been to the store, and he explained everything so well and really made them feel welcome. all while still making me feel attended to as well. really can’t give high enough praise for it because I feel like the service industry as a whole is lacking people like him.
