Very personable and accommodating attitudes from all the staff. Especially Emma. She was very nice to our messy loud family.

Just ordered here on a Saturday night because we were at the Mason Dixon Fair and needed something for dinner on the way home so we stopped by Buon Gusto. We were extremely happy with the decision! The Pizza was amazing, every bite was better than the one before. Extremely fresh taste, sauce was on point! We’ll be coming here again even though it’s a bit out of the way.

Best Gluten Free pizza I've ever had! Staff was delightful and prices were reasonable.

Food is ok nothing really special.but when a hamburger cost 13.00 dollars after paying for toppings that's when you stop going back. Did I mention it's a frozen hamburger patty. Stay away from market prices. They are frozen items if I am paying market price it better be FRESH NOT FROZEN but still a decent place to eat. Only bad experience was 2 weeks ago I ordered a Italian sub when I asked for everything but mayo and hots and was cut of by the girl who immediately got snippy and says Sir just tell me what you want on your sub instead of what you don't and i replied I just tried b4 you cut me off NO MAYO AND NO HOTS

The owner herself has horrible customer service skills. Basically she would not let my family sit together to celebrate our sons school concert! We came in at 9:11 and they close at 10:00. She said oh well you can sit at booths separately we are putting the chairs away so we can wash the floor!. Obviously we just took our food to go!! They lost my business, Ma and Pa has much better quality food and its from the local farm!

After visiting last Friday night we enjoyed the pizza but the inside dining was not so enjoyable. The girls that were clearing the tables were absolutely in a major hurry to clear the table. Four times I had to ask that they not try to make my plate. It seems they were in one big hurry. My family felt rushed and uncomfortable the way they were hovering around constantly trying to remove things from the table. With that being said we ordered again tonight because the food is good and decided to eat it a home. A simple order two sandwiches, two orders of fries and a pizza. My husband went to pick up the order not aware of the entire order and they didn’t give him the pizza. I called them to let them know and the response was “units happen”. They called and left a message after he returned home. This was be our last order and visit. Delta Pizza for here on out. Picked up pizza was cold of course. Worst cauliflower pizza I have ever had. Ordered anchovies on it and and there was five very tiny anchovies on it. Not even one per slice. Given a $10 gift card that doesn’t even cover the cost of the lousy pizza we had to go back for.

This is the best pizza restaurant in Northern Harford County! I ordered an 18 inch pizza with four toppings…the price still came to a quite reasonable $27. My pie came to my table in less than 15 minutes. Generally, I find pizza crust a waste of time. Buon Gusto’s crust proved simultaneously crunchy, flaky, and flavorful. The restaurant stocks a wide range of condiments at each table. My server asked me if I wanted ketchup or Parmesan with my pizza (which arrived chilled). Morgan went to great lengths to provide me with outstanding service throughout my meal. I also liked the fact that this restaurant does not charge extra for tap water. I’d recommend Buon Gusto if you’d like a top-quality pizza combined with great service.

The pizza here is ok...about what you would expect for a place in a rural area with no serious competition around. We went traditional and ordered a large pepperoni pizza, garlic bread, and marinara sauce. I thought the pepperoni could have more of a bite to them, and this was a cheesier pizza than I typically like - much rather prefer a saucier pie. I would certainly come back, but I would like to try other options. I saw a pickle pizza that looked intriguing...

Ok when you pull up the area is very nice and safe and thays hrd the find in 2024. After pulling in the parking lot you see rows and rows of space grwt for big trucks anything smaller then 18 wheelers. The parking lot is very clean no trash or random trees and bushes. The store front is very well done they just got a make over so it has that warm welcome feel. The staff and I mean all of them from front to back of the house are all very nice and friendly. You order at the front and then take a number and find a seat. They bring the food out to you and I must say I been to 7 country's and you can't find food this good anymore . First bite will give you a flash bac of the best time of your life. If you had a horrible life it will rewrite your brain and give you made up the spot happy memories. The price of the food is the only thing better then the food who knew it could get great food and a great price in today's world. It's one of those spot were you only take a selected group of friends and family. I have been in the area and drove a hour just to eat there. Most if not all the food taste like some hunted down angel and grinded up there wings and mixed it with orphan tears just amazing on so many levels bring your friends, family, coworkers, Daye night or even your ex wife you will not be let down. One day i will send there food to a lab to find out what secrets they put in the food to make it so perfect ingive them 11.8 out of 10.

The Food was amazing. We had gottens Cheesesteak subs and the HUGE pizza for our kids. The kids were thrilled with the pizza and with the size of it had left overs for several days! The Cheesesteaks were perfectly made! We will definitely be back!

Ordered a plain steak with fried onions and they Charge Extra For Onions! Are you kidding me? In all the pizza / steak places we ever ordered from we were never charged For Onions. Wow! We went down the street to one of their competitors. UPDATE - Someone From The Pizza Place Responded With Nonsense To Justify Charging Extra For Onions LOL. Enjoy Your Greedy Ways and Keep Losing Business.

We eat here a ton. I am usually satisfied however the salads are never consistent. Tonight I ordered one a large one and this salad was laughable. It was so small. I will not be getting a salad anymore!

The 26” pizza is great for big groups

Great place, did take-out. Sandwich with extra meat was excellent including the bread. The pizza 🍕 is yummy, excellent toppings but needed to cook on bottom a little more. Totally edible and tasty just soft bottom. Poppers so good with cream cheese. The 5++ was the cannoli was off the charts perfect. Must order.

Editing post for additional review on (7/10/2023) We used Buon Gusto's catering for our son's wedding. We ordered 8 trays of Baked Ziti and Chicken Alfredo Tortellini. Both dishes were delicious and there were ample amounts of pasta in each tray. The guests raved about the food and kept asking who made it. Kati was so easy to work with and everything was ready to go at the designated time! Highly recommend Buon Gusto for your next special occasion! ********* My family and in laws have been eating here every Friday night, give or take a few Fridays, for the last 10 years. We do not live near-by but in the Harford County area so we make the drive specifically to eat here. A few things I have picked up over the last decade. 1) Family first! Family owned restaurant with a wonderful history that is embedded in the place. 2) Delicious food with high quality ingredients. Their homemade ciabatta bread is mouth watering and fresh. Tip: Order the cheese steak on Ciabatta! 3) They will customize pretty much anything for you, just ask politely! 4) Friday nights can get insanely busy whether you are dining in or carrying out. Mistakes can happen, and they have for our family at times but Kati, Lorenzo, or Benedetta ALWAYS rectify it. They are apologetic and fix their mistake. As a customer, I give them grace and am understanding because they are usually slammed. Slammed because their food is delicious and customers keep coming in or calling on the phone to place an order. A tale tell sign of a good place. Try them out one night!

Hands down, best pizza around. If you get a sub, the homemade ciabatta bread is a must.

Had a chicken cheese steak sub. I asked for the home made bread that was very good. Loved every bite of it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Lorenzo and Kate; the owners of Buon Gusto, are awesome. Buon Gusto has fantastic food, the business is clean, patron restrooms, and easily accessible parking. They are open Tuesday thru Sunday. They do close for, I believe, one week in July for vacation. I think that speaks volumes about the treatment of their employees. Go check the restaurant out. You won't regret it!

A lot of items on their menu taste good, customer service is always great! They have everything ready in a timely manner as well. The only thing I would say is; two times that I’ve gotten their mozzarella sticks they were tiny & very hollow with little to no cheese.

After charging me 12.75 for a small sub and fries they got me for 1 dollar for 2 oz marinara and 50 cents for two small water cups. I don't get it. Next I suppose they will be charging for ketchup.

Just ordered for 4 people forgot one of our five items and screwed up two subs toppings. We order once or twice a month and these screw ups are getting more frequent. The owner is a nice guy who's always treated my family well but I'm not intrested in supporting this level of service.

Good family restaurant which also has great carry out. There are places to sit but we usually take advantage of their great Thursday Pizza special. They have one of the best pizzas around and get your order complete fast. It's easy to find, parking lot is easy to access as well. Lots of great options to choose from and good prices.

My food was not good this time, fries were semi warm and cheese steak sub wasn't the best, I called and complained, and the manager returned my funds, overall a busy restaurant but nice..

They have the BEST PIZZA! The atmosphere is perfect and the staff is ALL very friendly and respectful. My wife and I frequent this restaurant very often and would recommend everyone stop by and meet the staff and grab a wonderful meal

Great prices, great pizza. Our family gets take out pizza from here all the time. Every time we have visitors over and we are having pizza we make the drive to get it from there back down to Jarrettsville. Make sure sure get enough, its hard to walk away from. Great subs too!

This place always accommodates my large group of people and the people that work the counter and bring our food out are incredibly diligent and attentive. The food is fantastic!

We stopped on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised how fast our food was prepared. We ordered and by the time we got our drinks filled and settled at our table, the food was coming out and it was delicious. I didn’t hear any complaints and it was a very large group.

We stopped by with a large group, there were 20 of us. Our orders were taken quickly and bought out in a very short time. The food was delicious and our service was great.

There cheese steak subs and onion rings are the bomb 💣 😋 The people that own Buon are absolutely wonderful I have known the family for over 30 years and ever one of them are great. They also do alot for our community. I do not believe I could say enough good things about this family. The food is always good everything that I have ordered there has been good and hot and always a good size portion for your money. The restaurant is always clean bathrooms clean. Atmosphere is great, prices just right. With that said try Buno Gusto you will find that it is a wonderful Italian restaurant 😉

Pizza was good but I do like my crust a little more crispy. I didn't like my buffalo chicken tenders at all. The tenders are the more processed type and the buffalo sauce had a sweet taste. Other family members who buy them regularly say they like them. This review is about my opinion but I thought I should add their opinion too. They also agree that the pizza crust is never really crisp when they get it.

I love a good vege sub! I've always gone to subway for that but, that afternoon we stopped for lunch, I ordered a vege sub. No big deal, but they never had someone order one before! So, my husband wrote down all the veges I wanted and placed the order. When it came, it was so full i had issues with it. So good, i managed to eat it. Couldn't finish it, it was so full. They made a great vege sub!!! Thanks

We have stopped at this little gem of a restaurant several times, the food is absolutely out of this world. We have tried several different items but our go to is the Joe's Special, it is truly that. Fried Cauliflower and Mushrooms are lg portions as are the fries. Dining room is quaint and the team there is always making sire you are okay. Great place to stop when you are hungry.

The pizza is usually very good but this is the third time we have gotten pizza that has been under cooked. We keep going back expecting it to be better the next time and maybe it's just because it's a busy Friday night but it isn't. We call and they say to bring it back but it's 20 minute drive one way and not worth it.. just disappointing to have to cook your pizza longer on a night you didn't feel like cooking

As always it's amazing. Great family owned pizza shop but they have so much more. Orders are always ready on time. Very friendly staff. They have special deals on certain days if you sign up for the text service.
