2024 vx deluxe limited 21 hours and the paint Iscompletely gone from the v part of the hull and no where else on the bottom.I called after buying there and they said it was dry docked.Dont let the sales pitch distract you these people aren't interested in quality,or business name.i got a boat that's 30 years old and original paint and it doesn't have any bare spots in the paint.up dates will be made public.more pics on TikTok let's see how long it takes @yahama to reply.ive not seen a ski that's 10 years old have this kind of wear In the paint.The paint is completely gone it's not the scratches I'm concerned with.

There aren't enough stars for how impressed I was by Boone lake Marina. After looking at used pontoons for six months, I came across a great value, to my surprise, at a dealer. Deavon was helpful and patient with all 284 of my questions and concerns as a first time buyer/owner. The purchase process was a breeze,delivery was scheduled and I didn't think it could get much better. The guys who delivered my boat were absolutely top notch. They were knowledgeable, patient, kind and took well over an hour of their time teaching me everything they could, and even offering pointers, tips, and tricks. They really made a newbie feel comfortable. I can not recommend these folks enough. Wonderful shop.

Never got a call back from the sales department. Drove 2 hours to look anyway. When we arrived we were greeted as if we needed an appointment to look at boats & everyone was to busy to help. (Although no one was there) they sent a service tech out to open the boats and after a few minutes we decided we would not waste our time. If they can't be happy to sell us a boat I could nor imagine the service we would get after the sale.

Amazing staff & easy to work with! We purchased a new pontoon and couldn't be happier with the entire process. From picking a boat out, to the financing, to bringing us out on the lake, and showing us everything we needed to know about our boat was awesome! Everyone we worked with was welcoming, personable, and so helpful. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you all!!!! 😊

I initially purchased a wave runner and was very impressed with the home town family feel of this place. I have always wanted to upgrade my tritoon to a different boat but I had never met a previous boat dealer that was very helpful with the sales end or the service aspect of ownership. Devon, Burl and the owner him self were so friendly and approachable that I left this place purchasing a Malibu, a much nicer boat than I would have ever considered owning. I'm telling you from personal experience to own a boat is to have a good relationship with your dealer that you know is going to go above and beyond and take care of you. I can't recommend Boone Lake Marina enough. Thanks guys for being so kind and professional!! Take it from me If you are considering a boat it would be hard to walk out of here not making a purchase.

If I could give more than five stars I certainly would! Jerry, Deavon, and the entire staff are just awesome!! Every staff member I encountered was more than happy to answer questions and help in every way possible. Jerry and Deavon go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of as a customer. Even in this crazy economy where they have trouble getting some products, they show their honesty and desire to go above and beyond to try to help you. They are professional and kind. In my opinion, this is by far the best marina and boat dealership in the tri-cites. They sell quality products, and you can count on them being honest every single conversation. The staff takes time to talk to you, they remember who you are, and are helpful in every way. My boat buying experience was far beyond exceptional! Deavon went above and beyond to track my motor that had been delayed from vendor. Jerry had the boat ready for motor install as soon as the motor was delivered. Paperwork was super easy, and the boat was ready to hit the water just in time for my birthday! Jerry took my wife and I out, showed us all the accessories he added like rope, anchor, etc. He showed us how to work everything, and made us feel extremally good about our decision to purchase from Boone Lake Marina! What a great little community! I've been going to BLM every year for the fireworks. Everyone is friendly, they are very service oriented and they will try hard to make people happy. (Pic is from 4th of July).

Boone Lake marina sets itself apart with customer service. These folks know how to take a newbie and bring them up to speed when making a large purchase in a new boat. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. No one ever pressured me with any decisions during the buying process and encourage me to shop around and find the right boat for our family needs. When it came time for delivery everything was smooth. Boone lake marina exceeded my expectations with the set up and instruction period when picking up my new boat. Very pleased they showed me the right options about what I would find valuable on the water and what I might not when picking out the boat we wanted. Thank you Burhl, Deavon, and Jerry you folks are awesome to work with and got our family the right set up for us to enjoy for many years. If you are in the market I highly recommend talking to these folks first or last but definitely give them the opportunity.

Awesome experience once again with Boone Lake Marina! This was my third watercraft I have purchased from these guys in the past ten years and probably the most satisfying! My wife and I had a very pleasant experience at this dealership. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They did not pressure us into making a decision. After my wife and I made our decision they explained everything about the boat buying process with us. When our boat was ready for pickup they took us out on the water to be sure everything worked. Had my 2018 Yamaha SX210 in for a required Yamaha warranty transfer inspection as I purchased the boat used from a private seller. Deavon was awesome to work with and schedule time with the service department. Met Jerry early this AM who was eager to get started and made the exercise very simple as his expertise was readily showcased. I can't say enough about how great this team is as everyone I met was friendly and committed to serving. Highly recommend Boone Lake Marina for all of your boating needs!

Boating, water skiing, jet skiing and tubing. Friendly people to talk to. Campers are spaced enough apart but still everyone seems like family.

so a year ago my manitou I bought from a friend threw the hydraulic hose and left me with no steering at this marina. The owner who was there on this holiday opened up his business got me some hydraulic fluid duck tape and I was able to make it home. This past Saturday first time taking boat off lift. i noticed the tilt not working and spray out back didn't look right. So called Jerry and ask if he could come to my house and get it and fix it so I wouldn't have to take off lake and drive to mechanic (pain is butt). He picked up Monday called me Tuesday with update and then called me Today and told me all the work I requested and the other maintenance that it needed were done and he was delivering back to my house so i would have in time for the holiday weekend. I deal with customers on my job and wish everyone at my work would do as good as this keeping customers informed and going above and beyond. Huge thanks and keep up the great customer service!!!!

Boone Lake Marina is a great place for your getaway from the daily grind. The marina staff is excellent and very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. Boondocks restaurant has some really good food and drinks, also have live music occasionally. Great campsites for our stationary camper, like an extended family when your there. On a busy holiday weekend, Jerry the marina manager saved my weekend for the family gathering. I showed up 5 minuets after closing time needing a fuel line that had broke and left us stranded on the water in our pontoon. Jerry didn’t have to help, he had plans as well but spent about an hour more to help me locate a fuel line and get my boat going for a fun weekend. Again thank you. Also, best fireworks in the area for Independence Day. Teddy Arnold

We drove 3.5 hours to purchase a Starcraft CX 23 Q Tritoon pontoon from this dealership and I am very glad we did! Jerry, Deavon, and everyone at Boone Lake Marina were a pleasure to deal with! They even went to great lengths to deliver the boat before the Memorial Day weekend! We got the boat at a great price and we love the boat! I highly recommend these folks!

The food is not bad could be a little original to stand out that's the only reason for 4 stars.

Great service, great prices and friendly atmosphere. They have gone out of their way to help me get exactly what I was after. Their prices are fair and very competitive which greatly helps in this day and age and the old inter web at our disposal... I highly recommend them and reading the other less than stellar reviews, being a fellow business owner I know all too well those that are unhappy are usually asking the impossible in the first place.

They have GREAT pricing, tried to buy from Alcoa Good Times in Knoxville and all sales people stood around uninterested and gave me a retail price and never offered rebate from Yamaha. I hope Alcoa Good Times goes out of business, maybe owner hanging out at Cherokee Country Club too much?
