Rustic vibes. A fantastic place to have a cozy, comforting lunch during summer. Sandwiches are good. Not a lot of ice cream favour's but none of those are going to disappoint you. The bakery shop looks very good as well. Give them a try.

I had lunch at Barstow's on Monday and ordered a BLT. It was the best BLT that I have ever eaten. I ordered it on the multi grain bread and it was beyond delicious. Everything about this wonderful place is more than 5 stars. The view is an added bonus. Don't forget to try grandma's chocolate chip cookies!

Cute little local dairy farm that sells local farm fresh cheese , meat and milk . They also sell maple syrup,honey, t shirts in there little gift shop . They also have a cafe and sell a few ready made items produced on site .The staff are attentive and friendly. They also have a drive through. The cows on site were so cute and the rolling hills and rural setting this place is set in was a nice getaway. I definitely recommend.

Awesome place for a quick bite with breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches along with fantastic baked goods. Large porch with tables and wonderful views and also tables inside. They have a country style store with fresh packaged meats and fresh vegetables from the farm. And the coffee was excellent, I had the house blend with a slice of pie and it was amazing. Worth the trip 🤗

I went to Barstow’s in June as part of the dairy crawl but they only had a few flavors of ice cream to choose from. It was set up more as a restaurant and a store where you could buy cheese, meat, and bakery items. The location was beautiful with mountain views and surrounded by farm fields. I would go back to buy Cabot cheese but I wouldn’t necessarily go if I was in the market for ice cream. Edit: in response to the comment from the owner. I’m sorry you think my review was a bad one, but I stand by my rating. I do not think a 3 out of 5 star is a bad thing.

Awesome farm store with great breakfast sandwiches, meat, and dairy products. I have hearing issues and the cashier up front was very patient and explained the menu to me. Definitely coming back and recommending to friends and family!

Very impersonal staff, who rush you to order and move on. No explanation when questions were asked. Cookies had a sugar free after taste. Positive note: the deck and seating area were beautiful.

The absolute perfect BLT - no notes. The bacon is crispy and thick. The sandwich has cheddar, avocado, the perfect smear of mayo, toasted bread, and thick tomato slice that is somehow still good off-season??? They have fancy sodas (poppi raspberry rose anyone) and chips (dill pickle flavor), multiple coolers full of other delicious treats, bake a great cream cheese brownie, and once on a FREEZING january day, an employee jumped my car’s dead battery. Excellent spot.

Got a roast beef sandwich and cup of clam chowder. Prices are decent and the food was okay (nothing spectacular but still good). Plenty of bakery items, meats, milk, and premade soups available.

I believe the best chili in the area.

Delicious food and ice cream, there is also a drive thru if you need a quick coffee or breakfast sandwich. The scenery is beautiful too, mountains in the background and cows on the field. Barstow’s also does some farm tours in the spring and fall I believe, they tow an open trailer and show you around the farm. Give it a try, I really enjoy the lemon or mango sorbet!

Staff are very welcoming and friendly, the view is very beautiful and great to spend morning or afternoon there 🍂 I haven’t tried their sandwiches but desserts are really yuummmy especially carrot cup cake 🧁🧡 Next time I’m gonna try the breakfast 😍

Slow service, mean staff, and mediocre food.

I go and get decaf coffee every Sunday after Church service. The cup of coffee is rich with just the right amount of cream. Much better tasting than the chain coffee shops, and the employee service is very welcoming and friendly.

It's a very lovely place with super nice staff, yummy food and a very calming view.

I’ve only ever had the ice cream, and it was good. I love going to see the cows. 😄
