Good food, way too expensive: $18 for a salad and a cup of tea!!!

A nice fresh looking burger spot. The prices seem alright given all you get is the burger and everything else is an addon. I think I'd give it a fifth star if they gave you a side for the price. The burger itself was great, we ordered at the self order kiosk and it came out relatively quickly. Overall, a nice spot to try!

I had the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and fries and everything was really good.

Today my kids and I came to this restaurant for a quick lunch before visiting some family, and I was a little skeptical at first as I am not a local and came from out of state, but the food and the service really exceeded my expectations! I really appreciate the service provided by Steven, he made my kids and I feel welcomed and even recommended an item on the menu for me! Next time I’m in town I’ll be sure to stop here again.

Love that they have two plant based burgers. I ate the Impossible burger and while it couldve had a bit more seasonning for my taste, it was good. The fries were thin. . But overall it was good.

My son came up from Bradenton to take me out for a father's day lunch. He told me that lunch was on he of location was mine. I had never been., nor will I ever return. The food was mediocre, at best. For 1 single and 1 double burger, 1 drink and no fries, I thought that $29 was way out of line.

My wife's favorite burger joint. Why? Buns are soft & warm. Beef is hot & juicy. Fries are always fresh & crispy. The shakes, including the Key Lime Pie I just had, are always somewhere between really good and really kinda too good for a place like this. It could sell for double. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and maybe the best part.... drumroll.... is that they brought back their dipping sauce bar, which gives us a wonderful selection of 8 flavors of sauces for our burgers and fries! Came in for lunch and had some issues with ordering due to computer issues. After a short wait to reboot the internet we were able to place our order. The self service kyosk was the only thing working at the time. Burgers are about $9-$10 without fries or drink. One of our burgers was undercooked. Staff apologized and sent it back to be remade. I tried the southern fried pickle burger. It was cooked well but lacked on the toppings and was a bit underwhelming for the price.

Hamburger 🍔 delicious juice fresh lettuce and tomato and mushrooms. Really good cheese and all the flavors of sauce I love the one of flavor of marshmallow. I recommend this place to everybody. 👍

Great options! I have Celiac Disease and am highly sensitive to gluten. I’ve heard positive things about their gluten-free options, so I bit the bullet and ordered their gluten-free burger and fries. The burger bun looked too good to be gluten-free. They were able to verify that it was the correct bun. I was so thrilled with the food, and didn’t get sick! I’ll definitely be back!

Burger 21 has become my ultimate burger haven. Their juicy patties and creative flavor combinations never fail to impress me. Add to that the warm atmosphere and the attentive staff, and you've got a winning combination that keeps me coming back for more.

It had been a while since I had been to Burger 21. Personally I don't like the kiosk ordering, and when you ask somebody a question they seem to be uninterested, or too busy to acknowledge you. Although the burgers are still very good they are not what they used to be. But for me with my last experience the thing that turned me off the most was The gentleman with the two birds on his shoulders and the two streams of bird poop down his back LOL not really a sight I'd like to see while I'm eating a burger.

I was passing through on foot and decided to get a milkshake. Cashier mumbled (I'm also deaf in one ear) and got frustrated when I could not hear. I was waiting up near the kiosks (because the place looks takeout friendly) when the server screams my name and the entire dining room stops and looks. Its evident that this was not a normal call out. I'm sorry its so hard to service a take out customer. I'll be sure to never come back.

First time food tasted ok. Within 15 mins of eating I got sick. Got delirious, dizzy fuzzy headed and passed out. Friends were about to call 911 but I came to not knowing what happened. This place has a great atmosphere about it. With a nice dining room inside and plenty of tables on a patio outside with charming lights for a nice evening dining experience. I was greeted with a smiling staff. The menu is very simple with great choices, from burgers that can be customized. There are chicken choices for sandwiches and chicken tenders. You can get a choice of fries, regular or sweet potato fries. It didn't take long to get my order, and everything was made correctly. Once you get your meal, there is a counter with a place to get sauces for dipping or as a topping. There are 8 condiment pumps filled with sauces from ketchup and barbeque sauce to the famous "21 sauce." This place also offers shakes and cookies, for after the Burger experience, and the shakes are very tasty. I would definitely re-visit this place again, and I was pleased.

My husband and I really enjoyed eating here. It was recommended by a friend to check it out and it was worth it. Definitely going back. Good service from the moment you order and they also take it to the table.

I receive my food, to go, but they have not started on my shake. I have to stand there with my food in hand getting cold as I watch my shake being prepared. The shake was almost done, only needed a lid, when the guy leaves to answer the phone and take an order. I had to ask food runner to get my shake for me. NO SENSE OF PRIORITY.

I'm not a huge burger person, but I know when I want to get a good burger where to go. They have a little something for everyone and the featured burgers that are rotated out every so often are always amazing. They also cater towards the gluten sensitive people by offering a GF bun option. Their GF bun is actually pretty good and tastes just as good as the regular buns. I will say that it is a little higher on the price scale, but the service that I have received and food is every bit worth it.

If you're okay with $18-20 per person for a burger, fries, and a shake, you will not be disappointed by the quality.

Most of the food tasted good however a hair was inside the sauce sitting on top of my chicken sandwich (disgusting) so the chicken sandwich was thrown away! Employees should be wearing hair nets! What if I wouldn't have checked? I would have been munching on someone's hair 🤮 gross and another complaint.. you're definitely over charging your customers. Usually when you see high priced food, you think this should taste phenomenal (makes you wanna try it) and this food was NOT phenomenal it was just good!!! We won't be ordering from here again!

Love everything about this place. The easy access to a sink. The fries (especially the sweet potato ones) are yummy. The burgers are perfect and have fun flavours. The staff is amazing. There were ladies complaining at staff about the tile texture and accusing them of not using enough cleaner. Alison calmly explained that too much cleaner would make them worse. The then complained that the burger wasn't done exactly to her expectation. Again, Alison explained that they have to cook them to one level, understanding that they can't know everyone's preferences so they cook them the best they can to make the most people happy. I was sitting there, ready to jump in if this lady's bullying got any worse. But Alison handled it like a *champ*. As a fellow food service veteran, I was so impressed, nay proud. The burgers usually taste great, but sometimes they are made without flavor and are tasteless as a result.
