Worse fries I have ever gotten! I love Burger King fries but the batch my family got last night tasted awful and literally had oil dripping from them! (I have a video of it)

Me and my family went to burger kind today and had excellent service. Terrance, The Assistant Manager was spectacular. He made our experience incredible today and he has a wonderful personality. Awesome guy.

I go a few times for two weeks every like four or five months and it's the same every time WHY is it so hard to read a screen I order the Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and always order it plain with four slices of cheese on each and boom almost every single time it only has one slice maybe two if I'm lucky after today I'm done I no longer have the will to give this place a chance i'm charged for the cheese every time and yet get it I really hate calling in and having it replaced or anything so I normally just stay quiet but i'm officially done now

Everytime I've been here service been unmatched country people food on point

Run like a sonic. They pull everyone to parking spots to cheat drive thru times, so it every order takes 1-2mins longer of them walking orders out. I don't blame employees as it a corporate and francshiee thing. But be prepared if you go to drive thru. You are looking at 10-20min wait at regular food times.

The only problem I have is I got two meals it was wrong I lost my receipt and they told me that I didn't order it when I did an didn't give our meals back I think it was very wrong to do when it's hard for people right now an they don't fix a mess up on their end .... I'd like my order back

Needs someone outside taking orders to long a wait people shouldn't have to spend 20 minutes in line

They forgot my food today. I ordered chicken fries and they forgot it and they forgot bacon cheeseburger would just ketchup. I would never go to Burger King ever again. I hope they lose their job they should and I hope they shut down.

Burger King is one of my favorite restaurants. But sadly the one here in Manchester has fallen apart. I have given them multiple tries. Every time you pull up you're looking at 10 to 15 minutes waiting. Most of the time you have to send your food back because it's not right. Today I thought I would give them a try when it was not the main hours it was only 2:00 in the afternoon I was pulling off the interstate and noticed that there was nobody in the drive thru. I said surely this will be a quick experience just like we used to have a long time ago. I pull up and victoriously order a simple number one Whopper meal. Pull up to the window and the man immediately says can you pull up and Park. I couldn't believe that with no one in the line I was already having to wait. Any classic Manchester Tennessee Burger King fashion, the order was not correct. I kindly asked the gentleman to correct the order. He said nothing to me. He came back with correct order. I told him thank you and have a good day he said nothing back which is fine I understand. However the order was still wrong. I'm putting this review because I am sad that one of my favorite restaurants has declined so pathetically due to poor leadership no doubt. Healthy someone from corporate will realize that this restaurant is getting bad reviews and they will turn it around

On Apr 6, 2024 at 9:55am, 56 Expressway Dr., Manchester, Tn 36355, the drive thru took my order wrong, when I went in the manager, not professional and people friendly at all never approached me when I came in, the person assisting her came over. I explained my situation to her, she told the manager who had an attitude, I didn't take his order get his receipt, with a nasty demeanor about herself. The drive thru person came over and I thought you said, meanwhile the manager threw my bag to the side. I said that's fine just give me the bag. The person at the window was polite and was going to correct the situation but I said I didnt want to be difficult so I left. She gives the company a bad taste. Manchester NH airport. You can only order their way. If you want it without ketchup and without a bun, i was yold its on the kiosk. NO options there. The guy wouldnt take an order. And the kiosk only allows combos their way. No service here.

Placed an order via Door dash and it wasn't right. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times and got no answer. It rang until the call self canceled 3 times. Worst customer service ever. I am immobilized at the moment and rely on delivery service. Then delivery was excellent but the sealed order was just wrong and not what I paid for.

Worst service ever. My fries tasted like they were double dipped just to be warmed up. Disgusting. My burger was sloppy and cold. Customer service was dull very unfriendly service. I won't be back. Manchester tn bk is the worst. They could learn alot from the winchester store. I went daily there I'm a daily type customer but for manchester I will never return

We literally drove off because the drive-thru team member taking the order was so incompetent. I have worked in fast food before and this was ridiculous. I sincerely hope their headsets are just broken and that's why they were unable to take our order. If not, they need to consider going next door to Wendy's and ask them for some pointers because we had a great experience there. At the Wendy's our order was taken promptly, they didn't have to clarify every word and the food came out fresh and fast. I highly recommend you go there if you want a good experience and skip this Burger King until they figure out how to take an order in the drive-thru.

Worst experience in the drive-thru this afternoon. We literally had to drive away because they couldn't figure out how to take our order. I suggest going nextdoor to Wendy's if you want competent service that is fast and accurate with hot/fresh food.

Hamburger was good, fries very fresh. They were a little slow preparing it.

9:58 again. 12/10/23 No biscuits I pulled up to order at 9:58 am. I ordered two sausage and biscuits. The lady told me they were out of biscuits. I ordered two sausage croissants and two medium hash browns. After I got my food, I asked were they OUT of biscuits or just not cooking more? She told me they stopped cooking them because lunch started at 10:30. I asked why I wasn't offered the croissants at a reduced rate if they chose not to make more biscuits....I was smiling, not wanting to be a jerk...she told me they couldn't do that because they were different prices. I got home and only had one hash brown. I wonder if this is a BK cost cutting plan?

This has to be the worst BK I have ever been to. Twice in less than a month my “take out” order was missing items (fries and onion rings) and I just went through the drive in window and ordered a fish sandwich-it was horrible. The bun was so greasy I could barely hold onto it, and there was so much tartar sauce it was oozing out everywhere and made the fish soggy and falling apart. I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

This is the absolute worst burger king I've been too I went through the drive thru and ordered they pulled me up ofc when they brought me my food it was wrong which sometimes things happen but they messed up 2 times and when I went in to go get my large shake I ordered a women in a bright blue shirt had a very very poor attitude started to go make it and she lied and told me they only serve one size when I asked for my large and rolled her eyes and gave me a small which didn't cost as much as I paid if they don't sell large the need to quit taking people's money

Fast food ain’t it anymore and that’s sad. number one they have zero friendly people in there what so ever I use to work in fast food it’s your job to greet customers with a smile everyone there looked like they hated there job along with their life number 2 the person taking my order got it wrong I told the person at the window to read my order back to see if it was wrong I verbally told her what I wanted on my burger I got the burger and it was still wrong even after verbally telling someone this wouldn’t be a issue but there’s certain foods I cannot eat they will make me sick by the time I got to work I couldn’t turn around or do anything about it to better

I had one of the most overcooked, dried out hamburgers I've ever been served. My Ghostpepper burger was burnt black around the edges. Service was very slow. I threw half of it away. I told a manager that I didn't want my money back but wanted her to know that they had a problem. She told me it was because it was a ghost pepper burger. I explained it was not the choice of burger, but the fact it was dried out and burnt. She could care less.

I used to love this location, but recently the food portions and quality have been awful..I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and upon opening them up I see there is only one small patty on each sandwich..It's not the 1st time...I believe it's on purpose. I just moved down here and got a job at this Buger King as a cook. I was there not even 2 days and everything I've seen before started happening all over again. The expeditors fold under pressure and hand out the wrong food. Now I can understand it happening once but not 4 times a day if not more. No one puts receipts on the bag to know what contents goes in them. I got taken off the schedule (fired) just bc I left 10 mins early and told the manager on duty I was leaving plus told her what food I was making since I didnt get to eat there. I'm sure all Burger King's have this issue with expeditors and people folding under pressure. I don't think it's fair for the cooks to make food 45 times over because that sets the cook back and he has to work even faster in order to get the food out and clear the board. 2 visits in 2 weeks both not good. First visit recieved the wrong order after spending 20 minutes waiting in the drive through. Normally after 2 bad visits I'm done with a place but instead I'll go again and again to fill out the corporate surveys and maybe get the right attention. I filled one out last week asked to be contacted still have yet to hear from anyone. Tried to fill out another tonight and the website says they aren't taking anymore surveys for this period. So the online receipt survey seems to be about as useful as the overflowing trash can in the men's room. Yeah I went full Karen on this and I rarely complain I usually leave 5 stars I'd nothing else in the hopes to uplift the employees and let them know someone notices.
