Has got to be the best burger I've ever had from a fast food joint or dine in beats Jeffersons hands down !!!! We stopped here during a recent road football trip. While it was your basic fast food restaurant, I can say that it was very clean, the workers were very polite, and the food was fresh.

Had a great lunch today at our local Wendy's! The food was very good and the restaurant was clean. A highlight was a gentleman named Carl who was working the register. He was very kind and efficient and paid particular attention to detail when he filled my tray. GOOD WORK!

Yes me and my wife were headed home to Chattanooga from Nashville and wanted some nuggets and a frosty. We stopped at this Wendy's we go thru the drive thru and get back on hwy. We realized our nuggets were cold not warm at all. So we decided to turn around and go back. We got treated rudely, while waiting on nuggets we ordered 2 more small frosties since they are only $1 the so called manager tried to charges us $4.38 When I asked if they were $1 she was rude about it. We get out food and Low and beyond our nuggets were room temp our frosty wasn't frozen at all it was completely melted . When I asked the manager why the nuggets weren't hot she literally just looked me and shut the window.. didn't say anything about the frosty.. I can't believe Wendy's allows someone like that to be there manager.. they literally just let anyone manage their store..

Everyone was super kind my husband has a tomato allergy and they took it so seriously and I can't say enough how important and wonderful it was to be told they were wiping down and changing gloves if I could give 10 stars I would I will forever be a repeat customer of this wendys because they take the safety of their customers so seriously ❤️

Have eaten here many times on road trips going south. Usually really fast. But 12 min for two burgers in drive thru..yikes.

Not the experience I expected. While the young lady that took our order was great, the system was delayed, and our food took too long to prepare. The fries were good, and I actually finished my large fry before the sandwiches were done. Perhaps this was an off night, but I left wondering if I should avoid going back.

Burgers were mediocre. They ran out of lettuce but didn't bother tell anyone prior to ordering. Below is what it's supposed to look like vs what we got (except double vs single)

I went to the drive thru my food I got was the best fast food all my food was hot. For the first time in a long time

Food was still nice ans hot and yummy, and we were the last ones in at close.

Used the mobile app. Process did not show a biggie item to click on. So I chose something else that I could choose. The bag was nicely sealed. After I drove off and opened the bag, the fries were pitiful. Lukewarm and old NOT fresh at all. Very disappointing. Only saving grace was the frosty.

Stood in line for 10 minutes and never placed an order, the girl taking orders was standing with an empty bag in her hands doing nothing. Apparently, the focus was on the drive through not on the customers in the restaurant. We walked out without placing an order.

Clean building. Friendly staff. They were fast.

Ordered online and after putting my address in as Manchester it still put my food in at Murfreesboro. Called both stores and they could do nothing as it was Sunday. No refund no food unless I reordered and paid again. Called them on Monday... this is Thursday still no refund. Got a letter in email saying franchise owners would be in touch nothing yet. Disappointed since this is my favorite burger place.

Ordered 2 taco salads got salads,few chips and no chili. Not the first time they have messed up my order. Will not be ordering from them again!!

03/23/24, around 4pm or so. Walked in the establishment today, with my husband. There was a gentleman infront of us, waiting to order. Soon after that, another customer walked in. Finally had to ask, if theres anyone that can help with the orders? Waited in line longer than needed! Way too many employees in the back and a manager, not enough in the front helping. From the time we walked in and the time we left, there were more than a handful that left, from the wait

Spicy chicken and a fish sandwich wasn't very good the fries on the other hand were edible

They got 2 of my burgers wrong. Drove back around. Had to knock on window to get someone's attention. Guy named Kasey came to window and said they got the order confused and offered to fix it a rude manor. So I reached him the sandwiches that were wrong. He takes them then slams the window in my face and walks off. The young girl apologised and handled things in a professional manor. I asked her to have the guy come back to the window, asked for his name and told him that it was not necessary to slam the window in my face. He said he could argue with me but he wouldn't go there. After requesting his name he said. Want me to write it down for you? To which I replied, i think I'll remember your name..which was Kasey btw.

Fairly fast service just my little girls happy meal the fries were almost cold. She wouldn't eat any of them in fact she said " it feels like rubber"

What happened to Wendy's? Why no iceberg lettuce? Only 1 thin slice of tomato on your burgers? Who switched the pickles, and why? These are nasty. What's up with the French fries? Soggy skin on fries? EWWW. The chili has no flavor... just beans and chunks of meat with no taste to it. Chicken sandwich? Where's the chicken? Chocolate Frosty,,, naw,, just darker plain frosty,, no flavor. Not even vanilla taste, just blan. The best I can say for this Wendy's is the person at the counter was very friendly.. super job. But not enough to make me want to go back.. I went for food, not friendly service.. and Wendy's FAILED.

Was not a good visit. Went thur drive thur. Hamburgers Luke warm, the fried were almost cold and we actually had to heat the chili because it was just warm which we waited to get and then didn't get our drinks which I blame partly on myself for not asking for.

The biggie bag deal is just right for satisfying your lunch needs.

The restrooms were really in bad condition. The toilet in the men's room was clogged and the floor was wet. Also, there was no soap in the dispenser. The service was quick and the food was ok, typical for a Wendy's. When you are on the road you get what you get but this one needs some help.

Disappointed. Big display on wall stating how important "Fresh" is. No way was my burger fresh. It was ready in one minute and was cold.

Racist staff. My family went inside to order. The register worker asked us to go through the drive through because they were short staffed. I agreed to doing so. I then asked if it mattered that we were getting it to-go and she said please go through the drive through and she would gift 4 frostys for my family. We went through the drive thru, it took 25 minutes. The order we received was incorrect. They asked us to pull up to re-do our order. They brought the food out 10 minutes later and it was still missing an item. I then went back inside the store to let them know and saw there was a family of 6 being serviced INSIDE. I notified the employee my order was still missing an item and asked why they were now taking orders INSIDE when we were asked to go through thr drive-thru which took in total an additional 35 minutes. The employee became flustered and angry she packed by bag and threw it on the counter. At this point I am livid. BTW we never received those frostys either. Steer clear of this unprofessional, rude, and disgusting location. Thankfully we are only passing through and will NEVER have to visit this location again. $46 bill might I add.
