Very nasty food. Food was cold and tasted as if it had been sitting for several hours

Stopped in for a sackfull on our way home. Drive through wait wasn't long and the cashier was friendly.

Food was completely wrong and under cooked will never eat here again do not recommend

This is a 5-star Krystal. It has a fantastic dining room that is beautifully appointed. It's clean and always tastefully decorated. I don't think I've ever received cold fries, either. Hot food, great staff, wonderful location!

Bob on the third shift is a shining example of top notch customer service. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful, efficient and kind. Every time I order late at night I am blown away by the quality of service and freshness of the food. Bob has done a really good job with the third shift crew.

I go to a Krystal's about 3 times a month. Usually get a 12 or 24 pack with cheese and tell them add mayo and no mustard. Well Everytime I get that order it is never correct plus usually when I get my food after waiting (not long) to get food it's cold and will usually have mustard and mayo or like a triple shot of mayo Everytime I can't exaggerate that enough. CAN you make the condiments dispensers a smaller size so our Krystal's isn't a glob of sauces please. Like today 12 pack with cheese no mustard at mayo. Got cheese and mayo only the pickle and onions is what makes the burgers and lil condiment

Every time I'm in Tennessee, I have to find a Krystal to get a couple of double krystals (without the middle bread) and a chili cheese pup. They are so tasty and bring back happy memories.

The food was not as fresh as my wife and I would have liked it to be. The counter ladies were really nice, but the restaurant should have been a little cleaner. We always love Krystals and the food they offer. For whatever the reason is the way they mix the carbonated water and the syrup for the drinks is the best in the business. Great place to stop for a quick meal break especially coming off the interstate.

The food was prompt and accurate. The staff member was courteous, polite, and very efficient.

This was the first Krystal I went to in YEARS! And I went back just for nostalgia's sake. The lady and gentleman working late at night were the nicest, kindest ever! And so apologetic that my mobile order was taking just the regular amount of time I expected. The food was hot and delicious - especially loved the glaze bombs (fresh donut holes?!) and tots. Sadly, the Krystal burgers left much to be desired - maybe they're only cool and delicious when you're a kid. But the spicy chik sandwich was a winner!

Prices are too high for bread. A colleague and I stopped in for lunch and it cost $25. Bread was soggy, and burgers were doughy. Fries were the only thing that was good. I won't be back. 6 Krystal's & 6 chics=$36 my son wanted that the other day. I will not pay $40 for Krystal's ever!!! Prices have become ridiculous.

If you like to eat lots of little things and have your digestive system cleaned simultaneously then do I have a burger for you.

Had to wait for our food. The fries was supper hot but the hamburgers was cold. If you gonna have to wait 10 to 15 mins for food at least let it be hot. The cheese was not even melted. Great little burgers but has got a little expensive. Did the 24 with 2 M friends and 2 drinks $60. Ordered a chilli cheese dog also but it was not in the bag.

There’s a big difference between steamed and getting a Krystal that’s on soaking wet bread. Cheese slapped halfway across the burger, cold, and other half stuck to the box. Disgusting.

Everytime I come through TN I stop only at this Krystal's they have the best burgers out of all the other Krystal's the others just don't seem fresh everything is good in Manchester TN

My friend and i got krystals tonight and they where like they had been setting there a while they never even warmed them up and they never tasted that great at all the past (2 ) times they have not been that great my friend said that they where going to call the corporate office for they are not cheap in price they also had a friend that has been getting them also said like theirs had been setting a while too and also did not TASTE that great its like they cook them up and let them set I would rate them with a 0 star if I could it's the krystals in Manchester TN. sincerely Kaye

Gotta have a Krystal burger once in a while.

Service is a bit ridiculous, other people got their orders before I did, and they're the ones that ordered after I did. Also my burgers were semi-warm which means they had been sitting there. Not too pleased and won't be making a return trip.

Updated 12/13/23: My family has moved from Utah back to Tennessee, and we wasted no time delaying a Krystal run, and it was great! Two 24-burger Steamer Packs to go! The Christmas vibes were awesome! 🎄 Whenever I visit my family in Tennessee, I have to stop at Krystal at least once. I always enjoy their smaller hamburger sizes and the Krystal Sack-full options are wonderful for parties and large family gatherings. Really wish Krystal would expand out West to Utah where I live, but I digress! My mom and dad love their local Krystal Restaurant...and I'm jealous.

What more is expected? We haven't had Krystal in a few years due to moving away. During our road trip we had to stop and let me just point out Bob! He was an absolute breath of fresh air! So friendly and helpful. Bob you nailed customer service. Your positive attitude and kindness. We need more folks like Bob in the world. Thanks again.

Went through the drive-through, was greeted, and the cou ter person turned her back to .e to talk to a co-worker. She ga e me my food. My food was cold like it had been sitting there, which explains the speed with which I got my food.

This place is disgusting. They are using products like shredded cheese that has white flaky mold all over it, and is obviously way past its safe date for consumption. Don't waist your money here. I paid $13.38 for food I had to have remade, and still had to throw the new food in the trash, because they did not replace the bad food with fresh food. Stay away from this place, there is a high likelihood you could get food poisoning by eating here.

Inside is so nice, like a quaint little diner. They've decorated for fall, and it's a cute place to hang out. Food here is always fast and fresh, and fries are cooked and seasoned right! We had a hair in the junkyard fries, or else I'd have given them 5 stars.

This was the cleanest Krystals I've ever been in! The bathroom was immaculate too. Tables had fall flowers, employees were excellent. The food was perfect! Manchester Krystal’s has to be one of the worst places to apply at. Considering the hiring manager there discriminates against certain people. It’s not fair for those who have to quit due to personal stuff, example: someone I’m your family is dealing with cancer. It’s sad to see that some people don’t get an equal opportunity considering I’ve seen people quit there and get rehired there time and time again. I ordered a sack of 12 Krystals. I did not like the way they tasted. Not sure what it was about them but they tasted different than I’ve ever had before. I ate 4 of the 12 but couldn’t stomach anymore. I was wishing I had my dog with me on this trip because he would have gotten all of them and that would have been the end of it. But he wasn’t and I couldn’t afford to spend the money some something I couldn’t eat. They I sister on going above and beyond to make me whole and I couldn’t have appreciated them anymore for it. They gave me a full refund when I only asked for a refund on the ones I hadn’t eaten. And then they offered to remake them for me. Krystals Is my favorite treat when I travel south. I couldn’t accept them to remake them because of the change of not like them again and the owner would be out the food 2 times over. But I really appreciated their willingness to make me more than whole. I try to make sure I leave positive reviews when situations like this happen. After a 1 minute delay, a young females voice comes over the speaker at the drive thru and shouts at me "we're out of food" and then starts laughing with whomever it was that was standing with her. She calls and explains the situation to Robert. Robert told her he would make us more the right way at no charge and bring them to us. We work very close to Krystals. She told him he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. Not even 10 minutes later Robert was walking thru the door with our right order. Told us to keep the others and enjoy.
