Restaurant needs serious health inspection The food it self needs to be reviewed by a manager, the fries are stale and too salty, the burger was fine, and for the employees working, they need to either be fired or retrained, they don’t use gloves, hands are cross contaminating everything, there’s trash everywhere, tables are dirty, and I have serious concern for the drink fountain too Please if you could contact someone, get this place to get a health inspection And as for my personal health I do feel stomach pain specifically from this food

Didnt get food here. We placed a mobile order, went in to pick it up and the shitty attitudes they have is one thing but this company charged me for the food I ordered and then they said they don't do mobile orders and they won't refund me. What a joke. The lady tried telling me that I ordered from the wrong store and I hit google maps which said I was at the correct store. The incompetence is real here. The person before me brought all of her food back as it was burnt and the employees seemed sooo angry that she brought the food back. I will ensure to steer clear of this BK

Don't eat here late at night. The food is GROSS, and employees don't feel the need to put in the same effort on food because it's late at night. Be careful what you order, because it doesn't look like there's any management or oversight. Don't bother calling them either because no one ever answers the phone.

I went there today through the drive thru and ordered a $5 meal deal. The employee never asked me what drink I wanted or what kind of dipping sauce I wanted for the chicken nuggets. When I got to the window, I paid and was handed a Coke (apparently, that’s just what you get regardless of what you would like). We were asked to pull forward to wait for the rest of our order. There were zero cars behind us and zero people inside eating. Ten mins later, the same employee who was working the drive thru, brought out my food which included chicken nuggets with NO dipping sauce, a Whopper Jr. which looked really old and fries that were cold. We drove off, went to Coyotes and threw the BK food in the trash.

After a short wait... I received hard as a rock dried out Mozzarella fries and a burger with no sauce without the side i had ordered. I would NOT recommend this specific location due to the lack of care from employees.

The food here is so hard ,stale and nasty. Doesn't even taste like Burger King usually does. Staff doesn't care and I guarantee that the food is not up to code.

12:45 on Saturday, 6/14. Manager, I assume, walks past us as we walk in out the front door. This is after we sat in the drive thru for ten minutes, and I was frustrated. The one employee who was left was doing his best to do it all was awesome,but he was buried at the drive-thru8. When he was able, he apologized and offered to help us. We apologized and left without ordering food. Shame on that manager and the owners. You have one employee who cares. Maybe he should be the manager?

Two dudes are running this shop right now, GIVE THESE DUDES A RAISE!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE . We just went through the drive through and had to repeat our order multiple times. We gave them our card and they were not paying attention. There was an accident outside the window, and they were more interested in that. We got our food and we got half our meals no fries and they almost forgot our drink. Went to call store and no answer what so ever. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.

service was extremly slow, waited 20 minutes for someone to take order and an additional 20 to get food. Lobby tables and floor were dirty and sticky

Was completely ignored for over 5 minutes while the only one in line. Then they couldn't even take my order for menu items. Had to have the manager come and do it. Even then they got the order wrong.

They talk rude and while I was sitting place it’s nasty while me and my girlfriend were eating I’m about take picture I had kill bug from coming on are food it gross wear we had lost our Appetite. they talk like they are high on job creep us hella out I hear saying that got go smoke every 5 minutes Loveland and fortcollins are not near like how place is never coming they really need clean up place it messy and Windows are dirty like I’m send health Inspector because this is not okay

Absolutely appalled when we pulled up to drive-through this afternoon on Mother’s Day and as we pulled up the lady on the drive-through said “Now they wanna expletive come.” She had a mouth dirtier than a public potty. We will be seeing into contacting corporate

Food was average and when I was ordering in the drive thru around noon, I noticed the back door was propped open with a chair. I thought there was a health department rule about having doors open from the kitchen to the outside during work hours.

The place was clean but I asked for no ketchup or mustard and got some on it anyway the server was nice even did lunch menu a little earlier then they would be doing so The place has changed a bit the tables needed to be wiped down and the staff seemed to busy to really help me with my order however the food was good they got the order right the size of the fries seemed a bit small for a large is my only issue otherwise it took a bit to get staff to help just for ketchup packets for the fries this place still needs some work done to be a great place to go but has definitely improved from the last visit still lots to go but worth giving a chance

Ordered inside as drivethru was busy. Wait was longer than most times. When called to counter for order manager very politely apologized and threw in a couple slices of pie (unsolicited). I was impressed thoroughly because so many would have made you feel like it was your own fault for having come in there anyway! She genuinely provided a "customer service" & the food was hot. Order correct! Another visit...drivethru this time. No wait at the order screen. During order placement there were items I had requested that were no longer available but I found other appealing choices and placed my order. The order taker was very pleasant and the order took a little long to receive but the order was 100% accurate. The food was Fresh and Hot. Pricing was reasonable. Service was a "10". This was a great experience 😊

Food : 10/10 Crispy chicken Jr. is underrated but amazing! Food was fresh and cooked nicely ! Service : 10/10 , the 2 employees working the night shift are soldiers and very polite. I know when to come back for fresh food and good service.

Waited nearly 10 minutes for help as no one was around. Restroom nasty as half lights didn't work,toilet paper dispenser hanging from the wall and toilet seat loose. Second time this happened to me. Very bad place and managers won't do anything to correct it.

Eduardo was great at his job! He gave me the best experience I've ever had in a drive thru restaurant. He was polite, cared about my order, and was quick with his service. Great job Eduardo!!!!!

Went to the drive through with no traffic and only 1 car in the parking lot. Half the menu was not available and had to pull forward to wait for food despite no traffic. Also they still got the order wrong despite clarifying multiple times.

If there are no walk in customers, and there is only one car in your drive through, then there is no good reason for a long wait just to have the order taken. Judging by the other reviews, it looks like the food isn't worth the unnecessary wait either, just go to the 11th Ave one they were way busier and still way faster.

I recently moved to Greeley and the first time I drove up there was 1 car ahead of me and after 10 minutes of waiting I left. Today I passed it up because it was covered by trees. There was a note of items they didn’t have but the service today as good and good was hot.

The employee was on the phone the whole time. It was tucked under her bra strap. When she finally took my order she seemed ticked BUT she didn't hang up the damn phone. Never to BK again.

I ordered a bk fish and it the fish was dark brown like they tossed it back in the fryer to warm it up so it was dry and chewy on the outside. Not the first time it's happened to me so it's the last time I get food from this location!!!

Never got my order. Still in line. Can't get out. Thought about going over the curbs but didn't want to scare anyone. They won't make any milkshakes because of limited staff. Came here for milkshakes and food. Not the first time they've been out/ can't / won't make things. Won't be back. Ever again. I'm finally done. I'll make the extra drive. Always poor/ rude/ confused people there. The place sucks because no one wants to go there. No one goes there because it sucks. Do yourself a favor and close it down. I bet the numbers tell the same story... It's a good corner lot in a mediocre shopping center. Won't be hard to ditch. Good luck BK!

Because the manager kind of had a chat line, that day you might even have a bad day and I was so that but still fantastic food and service as usual 4 that location it's one.

What once was an awesome dining experience has tumbled. The food is disgusting and service is slim to none. It makes me sad because this once was my favorite place. The restroom was most disgusting as well. I contacted the corporate website they someone would contact me they never did. Avoid Burger King on West 10th and 28th in Greeley!!!!

The place on 10th in Greeley is always understaffed. The food is rushed and sloppy when being put together. Multiple times our order was not completed correctly and we were missing items. They need to hire enough staff to allow the restaurant to run smoother and more efficient.

No one took my order while in the drive up area. Car in front of me same result. Front car drove through without ordering. When I pulled up by pick up window, wasn't even staffed. This restaurant has barely survived, situations like this could be the end of Burger King. People don't waste your time go somewhere else where they appreciate your business.

Called to speak to a manager and one picked up the phone, a miss vanessa. Was COMPLETELY rude. Somebody needs to get her in check and teach her how to properly speak to customers even if shes having a bad day. Shes the so called manager for crying out loud. Disappointed to the max.

Went to this location twice in the past 4 days. Each time, there were only 2 employees working and a ridiculous wait. Absolute joke having one person work the register and the other work the grill with more than 5 customers waiting. Wound up walking out both times. This location is a joke.

Bathroom was filthy. Food was cold. The restaurant was freezing. We had to go to the car to finish eating because it was unbearable to attempt to eat in the icebox of a dining area.

Slowest service in the world. No matter what time it is they never have meat ready. They refuse to "take multiple orders" I was the only person in line and had a mobile order and wanted to get a shake with it. They said I would have to go through the drive thru again (I was still at the ordering machine). There was NO ONE there just take a second order.

Came in with wife, I ordered 2 for 5.99 each on the BK app. Easy enough. What was a turn off was the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. Sticky floors, smelly unkept restrooms, and unwiped booths. The chicken sandwiches were small and disappointing. What is happening everywhere? Do yourself a favor; go somewhere else.

Sorry but this time it was not a good experience. 1st. I ordered a #1 and a whopper Jr. The person serving the drinks was not wearing gloves. The cup was damaged from the top. The fries were cold. The meat was cold. Sorry no more visits to this place.

Ridiculous. I pull up to the drive through immediately I’m asking to wait. 5 minutes pass and then my order is finally taken. They are out of large cups, and I ask about the brownie batter shake, they say they don’t have the mixture. Then I ask for a Oreo and I’m told the machine isn’t working!!

Attention greeley*!! We all know that this Burger King has really been slacking for the last couple of months... but the new truth is they got a new staff I think -( I go weekdays around 445pmish)- something's going on. Woot the food is now made with love, and you're only trapped in the Drive-Thru for about 7 minutes now instead of 15. make your own choices but the food is at least good now but I still don't like waiting that long w one car ahead of me...

The manager here is the absolute worst. His name is Austin. While me and my boyfriend were there getting dinner, he was degrading his employees in front of us. Eddie who had helped us was an absolute joy. He was very very friendly and apologized many times. I really think their manager needs to be let go.

I just have a recommendation for the owners of this place the food is good It was cooked well I just think the guys have to look more clean and I mean hygiene on them shaved better and hair net if they have long hair.. Cleanliness and if they are short staff hire more people because they took very long for the orders is what this place is missing please because they are very polite!!
