The night crew at this location is rude, and they constantly ask through the drive through if that's it even though I've said I have more things to order. I watched the workers packing ice into cups using their fingers. Got home, and we are missing straws, and my son's burger isn't cooked throughly. The night manager needs to re trained on customer courtesy and food health.

This is just a review for the night crew, I can’t really speak on the day crew. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to in my life. I normally do not leave reviews or ever have negative things to say because I know fast food jobs can be grueling and monotonous but I’ve had enough. This night crew is consistently rude and my order is never right. I don’t even have a ridiculous order but it’s still always wrong. Food is terrible and not fresh at night either. I will be taking my business to a different establishment from now on.

I've been here plenty of times, and have never had to yell my order and repeat it 3x just for them to still get it wrong then proceed to have an attitude like it's my fault the order taker doesn't seem to hear nor understand me. It was such an uncomfortable feeling I apologized like it was my fault and didn't even want to ask for any sauce for my chicken nuggets.

This McDonald’s seriously needs too do better, I’ve live 27 years in Colorado since I was born and this still is a mediocre McDonalds, the Taco Bell next to the McDonalds used to suck as well but they have actually gotten better. This McDonalds on the other hand always been the worst when it comes to customer, whatever GM or manager is taking care of this place should be ashamed. I’m mainly ipset because they want to sit there and say that they aren’t handing out the collectible cups until tomorrow when it’s was stated only that all McDonald would be handing them out with certain meals on the 13th not the 14th. While other McDonalds are just giving them out, I won’t be surprised if the employees are taking them for themselves.

No wifi is available. You have to ask to use the restroom. The doors auto lock. The staff is slow and rude about everything. No condiments available (i.e. salt and ketchup) and if you ask they act like it's the end of the world. Worst mcdonalds I've been too in a long time. Thank God I'm on vacation and passing through and never have to return. Wouldve given 0 stars if I could.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Consistently 30 min+ wait in drive thru... even if you order and pay ahead of time through the app. Most recently I ordered ahead and told the app I was already there before leaving my house... Hoping the food might be ready. Waited 30 mins to pick up my food at the counter. My daughter was playing in the play area with my wife watching her. We finally got our food and the fries were old and cold. Halfway through our meal an employee approached our table mumbling and told us the play area is closed and that we need to leave. There were 10 other kids there and 3 other families and we were all in the same area but she only told us to leave. I told her we would leave after our meal. She said the play area closes at 8pm and it was now 8pm. There are no signs stating it closes at 8 and even if there were... There was just so much wrong with that... The employee pointed a spray bottle at me and my wife along with our 2 year old daughter as if it were a weapon. I started to get defensive at that point and firmly told her to get away from our family. I had to ask a few times and it seems she was fighting an urge to attack us which would have been very foolish on her part. She finally walked over to an adjacent table and stared at us while mumbling and chewing on the dish towel she had been using to clean tables. We wrapped up promptly and left vowing never to visit this location again. Can't make this stuff up... If you don't believe me... See for yourself.

Well, the food is pretty standard, but I only give it two stars because they have so often ignored requests to add or take away ingredients from sandwiches. I say ignore instead of forgot because the service at this location definitely insinuates that. The place is almost always a mess, and you will wait longer here than most places if you're dining in.

The manager has allowed a homeless man in a white suburban SUV looking like vehicle to live in the parking lot day and night with towels and sheets over the windows that looks so tweaker obvious but then kicks me off the property for job seeking on my phone as I bring business to them daily is ridiculous. This person LEAKS in public is the words used that I was the person doing it while there is cameras from 3 different businesses pointing towards my vehicle makes no sense. The homeless guy has been living in the parking lot for a very long time now and looks very bad to the public and business.

Honestly drive across town to save your money. We had to wait and listen to the disrespectful conversation for the kitchen before paying. After waiting for like 30 minutes in the lobby, while both ice was out and all the soda was nasty(one machine didn’t work at all). We finally got our food and asked for sweet tea, after getting back to the car, noticed the extra meat not on the requested sandwiches and missing sandwiches. We decided to pull through the drive thru and the girl that got the big mac decided to eat it in the drive through and because of that they refused to believe they messed up. The manager with the neon colored hair with face piercings was playing with his piercing (without washing his hands) then took the bag back and went through it(while being rude and defensive) and proceeded to give it back to us. Then he had us pull to the side where we waited for 10 minutes, he came back to the car and took the bag again from us and went back into the restaurant. After another 5 minutes brought two of the sandwiches completely plain, just meat cheese being incredibly rude again.

Had to go inside because the app doesn't take gift cards. Handicapped section is in an awful place, making it hard to get in or out if the drive-thru is busy. They need to train their staff better, and customer service is very lacking. The restaurant was not very clean either. They were not that busy but still had dirty tables. Stock was also low.

Forgot to give receipt and fries. (Before driving off) When confronted they needed a receipt. We explained a receipt was not given to us. We just decided to pay for the fries then were told we would have to go all the way back around. Then we asked the receipt be reprinted. Response "we can't reprint the receipt. Went back around to order fries or receipt and there was some arguing going on so we just left.

I come here most days on my lunch break at work. The floor is usually sticky from spilled soda, there's never anybody at the counter, which doesn't directly affect me because i usually use the kiosk, but even then I wait a half hour for my food just for it to be cold and the fries overcooked. Worst mcdonalds in the area. Go to the one on 23rd Avenue. Much much better.

Went thru drive thru in the afternoon ordered 3 strawberry shakes cheeseburgers and fries. Went to second window girl says strawberry shakes not available asked for refund. She said to park I told her I will wait for my refund since not waiting on food noticed fries were missing. The male employee with grey hair and glasses told me I suppose you want your refund for the fries too. I asked for Manager he said her name is Rima and I took a pic of you because this is the 3rd time we have had problems with you and we will 69 you. Which wasn't true I have never had problems with the employees at this restaurant. I have been a customer for 61 years. He then told me "Get out of my drive thru and slammed his glass window. Staff is not trained well and are very unprofessional to customers. Very rude experience with this staff member and of course order was not correct. Bad service.

Every time I go through here it’s a hit or miss. Either the entire experience is on point- or I’m disappointed. I recommend keeping your visits to lunch- dinner time and hopefully getting Diana as your Work Attendee to take care of you. She’s great. Breakfast service and their level of attention/ pride is absolute trash. Wendy’s Breakfast from here on out.

We changed to this location due to the 23rd Ave location always forgetting items or not giving us the correct food and always making it difficult to correct or get the missing items. I am adding to my review, please read. I don't usually rate big business, but I just had to this time. Don't get the filet o fish, it was so dry and tiny and not worth $5+ dollars. Should be a dollar menu item, only worth a buck. Just don't waste your money. Also, check your order before going home on a Saturday night. There needs to be some kind of quality check or something. I don't know what it is but for some ungodly reason, there's always some kind of issue with my food. Seldom ever do I actually get a drinking straw. I ordered an oreo mcflurry from here to get a cup with ice cream and crushed oreos sprinkled on top and no spoon to even mix or eat it with. Half the time, my drinks are lacking flavor so I doubt the bibs on the soda machines are maintained that well. And I just ordered food for my family just to get some cheeseburgers that had overcooked patties to the point they were leather. If I could order from any other mcdonalds in town, I would but unfortunately I can't. Don't recommend.

Is it the lack of ability to READ AND ORDER or the lack of caring to make an order correctly?? How do you order 2 Oreo mcflurrys, a hot n spicy w/chz, add pickles, NO SHREDDED LETTUCE, and. 10 piece mcnugget with BBQ sauce... And end up with ONE m&m mcflurry, a hot and spicy with more lettuce than anything else, cold nuggets, and NO sauce?! Can you people also not count? Apparently you can't answer the damn phone either. So we came through ordered 2 Kerwin Frost Boxes, total was about 25. Which was more expensive than just the meals. The guy at the drive thru had a major attitude when we stated our order was wrong, we had only received one of the boxes and a ten piece by itself in a bag. He took the bag from us, put fries in it and still got it wrong. The drinks were clearly 90% soda water. The employee after handing the bag out the second time then proceeded to slam the window shut and walk off. Never been more disappointed with a visit in my life.

Update: added a star to service. The evening crew does fine. They're quick. The order was correct. The soda is carbonated. In regards to morning/lunch shift: One word: sloooooow. If you go in to pick up your order, prepare to wait. On average it takes over 30 minutes for what other restaurants can do in 10. What's really bad is it wasn't busy when I ordered. If you speak with a manger you might get a show depending on who it is. Most times it's just excuses. I get it. Staffing. But when I see the staff moozey around and move at the pace of molasses in January, I'm a little less patient. Or they are standing waiting on an item instead of multi tasking. This one might be closer but the one on 10th is faster and I will just drive the extra distance to not wait 45 minutes for my food.

I placed my curb side order. Get to the store. Their app goes out, and I wasn't able to put what slot I was in for curbside. I head to the drive thru cause no one is in line. The worker tells me I need to go back to curbside. Then he tells me I need to go inside "because he's not upfront." (I'm thinking you have a headset right? Why don't you just ask) No he can't help me in drive thru. So I proceed to go inside. And I swear after the little machines to order were put in, you can't not find a worker to help you upfront. Ridiculous run around I've gotten for food. Ridiculous customer service.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but we experienced a couple of fails here. We ordered a Happy meal and a Fish Filet sandwich. The first fail was the pail that the Happy Meal was served in. It appeared that soda had been spilled inside and outside of the container. The second fail really surprised me. McDonald's is known for following processes that keep their products consistent from one location to another. The fish filet on the sandwich was slightly burnt. That's the first time I have ever run into that in the 60 years that I've been eating Filet o Fish sandwiches. Ironically, this is the location where I had my first Filet o Fish when I was 6 years old.

We ordered our curbside and then waited for 15 mins before we left to give the workers time to make the food. However when I showed up it took another 15 min to get the food out. There was 2 cars in the drive through and less than 10 customers in the store. It should take 30 mins for a sandwich. On top of that. Why not start making the food till I show up? That defeats the purpose of curside. I'm still going here just because I don't have many other options. Just expect better for 20 employees and less than 10 orders

I enjoy McDonald's breakfasts, but I'm getting tired of ordering the Mcfrapes and being told that the machine is broken. I asked an employee what was wrong with the machines and he told me that they weren't really broken, but that the shift before breakfast did not clean the machine in order to work correctly for breakfast shift. I'm contacting corporate and letting them be aware of an ongoing problem. If it's on the menu, then it doesn't matter which shift didn't clean it. Just get it done. Bring the McFrapes back...

If you can avoid this McDonald’s, do it. The food is usually cold or just not that good compared to other McDonald’s, the cashiers always mess up the order, and it can take 30-45 minutes to get through the drive thru at times. Every time we have ordered through doordash, they have neglected to give us straws for our drinks and the sauces that we ordered. This McDonald’s is just garbage and they obviously have a lack of proper management.

The staff at this McDonald's is great! I have a very small service dog, and I ride the Greyhound bus frequently to go to see my daughter. I always order just a hamburger patty with no salt for my dog and they always make it fresh for him and they usually don't charge for it because I order other food and a large caramel macchiato with it. It doesn't matter how busy they are they make sure that my fur baby is well fed and taken care of! Thank you McDonald's for great customer service and being service dog friendly it is very appreciated!
