Wish we had one in fort Morgan , Colorado best food I ever had Beach Taco Bell

I stood at the counter waiting to be helped with a line of people building behind me for over 5 minutes. When a person who seemed like the manager was approaching the counter made no eye contact and turned his back on us in line to look at something, I kept myself from saying something, because I was feeling pretty angry. Then the manager-seeming person summoned 4 employees up by the counter area (about 3 feet from the counter) and pointed at a machine, talking to them about the machine, while we all stood there). We did not even get eye contact or a “I’ll be right with you”. I needed to order something so I could get the code to use the restroom, so I didn’t walk away. Finally, someone took my order and handled my cash and change with rubber gloves then returned to the food line with the same rubber gloves. There was no toilet paper in the restroom, it smelled, the baby changing surface had some kind of matter stuck to it and the sink could not have been cleaned for days, let alone maybe a week. Those of us who clean, know by looking. There was a lot of dirt and grime. The tostada I ordered was on the counter when I returned from the restroom. I had to wait a long time to get someone to give me hot sauce. The tostada had a small pinch of cheese on it and the beans did not taste the same as they used to taste. I’m not sure why. I have always thought Del Taco had good beans, especially for a fast food restaurant, but these did not taste fresh and I agree with others that they tasted canned. I heard a man talking about how rudely he was treated at Del Taco when I was in a waiting room. The whole room full of people heard. I hope Del Taco in Greeley improves. I’m not going back for quite awhile. I’ll try it down the road to see if it has improved. I used to really like this place. If I were the franchise owner or a district manager, I would spend some serious time and effort to get this place operating as well as it once was. The customer service and food 10 years ago was nothing short of outstanding. I did see a sign that said they were hiring managers. Some of these young and inexperienced employees follow the lead of the older managers. It’s too bad that all of this raw talent is getting exposed to poor modeling.

Usual experience from a nearby drive-through. The food was ok, street tacos.

I've tried all the tacos and some of the burritos at Del Taco, and overall, I'm impressed. The pricing is reasonable for what you get. It's a solid option for a quick and tasty meal.

Very inconsistent , poor service and you never get the food prepared the same way twice. Last visit waited forever to get my food , the fries were cold and soggy and they gave me a different burrito than what I ordered . I wouldn't recommend going thru the drive thru and if you go inside you'll have to oversee what their doing to ensure you get what you paid for ... Not Impressed

Whoever the little girl was that was working the window on Thursday, which would be the soft chicken taco night. She was very rude. She’s the one that messed up my whole order and then had an attitude because I wanted every single last penny refunded to my card, the manager didn’t seem to care that she was giving attitude And I did not get the refund this happened on August 8, 2024 at about 120 to 1:40 in the afternoon.

This place is actually insane. The food is not a problem, but Jesus… I’ve gone a couple times the past month or so and each time I waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. I couldn’t back out or anything because other cars. A fast food place shouldn’t take that long. Ever.

After they closed down I was sad but then they reopened and the food is gross now and bland and they are slow slow like slow.

Drive thru is constantly slow. 8 mins for 2 tacos.

First time coming here. Ordered my food on a Friday afternoon and went through the drive through and not one car was there. Waited in the drive through window for 20 minutes Was told that they had to prep the hamburger. This is unacceptable and was expecting to have someone at least let me know what was taking so long. Will not be coming back.

Only one in dining room, no cars in drive thru……..10:30 am……..took 10 minutes to get food….no ice tea….girl at counter was on her phone…..”we don’t have any tea and it’s gonna take a long time to make it……maybe play on your phone once everything is done and ready for business? And what’s with no tray protectors anymore…….food served on what could be a dirty surface……..tons of flies flying around dive bombing food……I drive 20 miles one way to eat here…..grew up eating and loving this food in CA……i hope this helps……hard to find business minded employees these days……I’m sure they are making 20.00 per hour……when you have to pay 15.00 for a combo meals these days it almost makes since to go to an actual restaurant for better food and service

$2.39 for a regular taco now? For a few cents more I can go to a restaurant and get better quality food. Very disappointing

First time eating at a del taco in years. I tried a snack taco, when I opened it I said to myself "Awwe it's so cute" then I took a bit and said "my god this is good" Honestly in my opinion the meat here is so much better flavored than Taco Bell

First time trying this place after hearing good things, went through the drive through and it took my entire hr lunch break just to get through the drive through to get mediocre food at best… quesadillas had hardly anything in it

The food is about as good as it ever has been and the staff are nice and keep the place clean when they get given the hours But I implore you, use the drive through The place is falling the hell apart and the only people who are ever inside can only be described as walmart people, a strain of people only second to Disney land people and Jehovahs witnesses in how annoying it is to be around them as an introvert

Just what you would expect for a drive-thru Mexican restaurant. We really like the simple bean burrito with cheese and green sauce.

1st time here. It was surprisingly good. I got 2 soft tacos. I don't know but she gave me options like mini od the Del soft tacos WTH is the difference. I with Del. Kinda slow and the drive thru was dirty on the out side. People friendly. But it was gross in drive thru.

There is a man there who does amazing with the bagging of fries most places just put their dirty hands over the fries to put them in the bag this man don't he gets a napkin puts over the fries then puts in the bag only place Ive ever seen do that good job del taco

Corporate needs to check this Location. Employees are lazy and slow. They purposely make you wait or don't even take the order so they can be on their phones and slack around. Management is non existent at this location.

Blow taco hell out of the water!

It was terrible, the two people in line infront of me said they had been standing there being ignored for a long time. There were not many cars in the drive through so everyone inside said maybe they had to go through the drive through to get service. The manager acted like he was on drugs yelling but doing nothing to help his staff. Finally the girl came and took orders and kept saying sorry we don't have that or I can't do that , and when she asked manager a question he was completely rude. THE Management positikn should require some expectation for how they carry themselves and their ability to manage . I've never seen a fast food restaurant say it's going to be awhile before you can order because we need to catch up on orders , ITS LITERALLY WHAT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS DO, and they had 2 cars in the drive through and 2 orders on the screen!

The worst customer service ever. I waited for over 20 minutes and was ignored by your cashier. I will never be back until he is fired

Straight trash worst experience I've ever had. First the cashier needed up muy order went back up to have him ad on what he didnt ring up. Then waited 30 minutes for food finally asked for a refund as was refunding part that I had to go back up to order they called our original number. So didn't get refuns on that but got that food just to get back to the car and realize they still screwed it up. Thanks Del Taco for ruining my night.

I ordered for delivery and only received part of my order. I tried to call and they would not answer the phone. Ice tea had no ice and food was missing. 😡

I love coming here everyday Sunday after church. The staff is always so kind and welcoming! I love how fresh the food is and the service is phenomenal. I love del taco!!! Thanks guys for being amazing! I enjoy my donut bites with my milkshake!

When I got my food and ate it immediately I had to go to the restroom. Their condiment station wasn't stocked they didn't have any straws

This del taco needs alot of help. Quality was below average. The cooks in the back don't understand what extra cheese is. Management needs to step up and make sure orders are being made correctly. I would definitely not recommend this del taco unless you like dealing with going back to get your order corrected. Terrible service on the cooks and Management. Friendly workers, that I do give them.

The food is, quite simply, disgusting. But I looooove the atmosphere. The people who work here just make it a magical experience. Godspeed del taco.

Good quick tacos after a few stouts at Crabtree Brewery.

Anything you can think of they have it! Taco Tuesdays are always best, I can eat tacos to my hearts content ( barely 3 hahaha) but the Carne Asada fries are sooo good too! Better than taco bell oddly enough!

Pretty good for fast food. We like the bean tostadas with green chili.

Stale tortillas, measly burritos. Dirty drive-thru. An all-over disappointing experience. Del Taco corporate should step in and make changes or shut it down. It was not the first bad experience here.

Do not order the double del. The double dels keep getting smaller and less quality. Food 2/10. The lady working the window was the only nice thing about my visit, 10/10. Strawberry sprite: 8 /10 Will be coming back to try NEW items . Words of advise, keep someone nice interacting at the window, and quality control on food and this place would be a 5 star.

This was one of the only ones ive ate at and it be correct. Customer service on point and the front counter gut he wore glasses but I can't remember his name. He was awesome.

Normally this one is good. Went there New Year's eve, and fries were cold, wrong drink and 4 chips in the chips and queso. The last couple times there we have had to go in after getting food from drive thur to get part of the order the forgot. Drinks are a 50/50 shot if it will be right.

The food quality is usually good, the problem is that staff have a serious problem with forgetting items in take out orders. Make sure you check the bag before you drive off!

This place is straight up garbage and needs to close for good! Stopped going here a while ago because they were always closed earlier than what the time said or the "car reader doesn't work" . Del Taco location in Firestone is better, but not by much.

Placed an order online, got there, still not ready, waited over 30 mins from time I placed order to get my less than good food. Birra tacos had almost no meat. I said no onions, I'm midly allergic, they had onions. Not worth $8.59 The quesadilla was very small, not worth the price. They forgot the consumè, They insisted it was in there, I showed her it was not. That took over 5 mins to get. Again with onions in it. I ordered a cookie butter shake, didn't get it. I asked about it. They had to look and say " oh yeah you did order it but we are out. Do you want a vanilla, chocolate or strawberry?" I declined and she looked at me like I was crazy. I spent almost $26 on barely any food, it was not very filling or very good. If I hadn't of pre-paid I would have just left. This location was busy but people who ordered after me got their food and aside from my long wait my order was incomplete and if I didn't notice I would have been ripped off further.

I know what I'm in for with the food... I left Without paying and without my order when the woman taking orders through the drive through treated me like I was the biggest inconvenience in her life. I just wanted some easy fast food. Instead I got attitude. This place used to have good customer service. 😕

Let me say I saw they had new stuff on the menu.for instant birria. so of course we wanted to come try.disappointed was the word.let me say young man at register was very nice.other then that went down hill .we were the only ones there inside and nobody in drive thru. and the food was a disappointment. Fries were cold, tacos 🤢 nachos tasted like canned beans.and no meat was put on. the birria quesadillas were terrible I piece of meat all cheese. the dipping sauce was terrible. we got cheese cake bites that we raw.staff standing around talking four of them could of made us a great meal. no reason we should of had cold fries. and badly prepped food we all work hard for our money so going out to eat any more is a luxury and I expect hot good food.disapointed that we spent money on something that was not even good.crew could of done better. conversation was a better priority over good hot food for paying customers. Sadly to say we will not be going back.

I originally had rated this establishment a 5 star due to amazing service but after my most recent visit on 11/19/2023 I am absolutely disgusted by the level of customer service I received. I had placed a Mobile order and when I went to the drive thru window to retrieve my order, the older woman working the window was beyond rude and told me I needed to pay for my order again and if not I wouldn’t be receiving my order. I had explained to her that I had a Mobile order and gave her my name again. She got more aggressive as the interaction continued and eventually gave me my order but it was entirely wrong. None of my order items were even in the bag

New to town 2nd time trying. I try to be honest and not bias. But this place is straight garbage. If you want Del Taco run away. Needs new employees and new managers.

Chicken smelled spoiled for tacos.

The food was great however the atmosphere of the place was not good i seen a manager yell at an employee even though he was doing his job. The employee getting yelled at by the manager attended me his name was Andy and he had great customer service and was really nice and patient. That place needs workers like him!!!

Said it was closing at 11pm waited in drive thru for 10 min waiting for someone to answer it 9pm 2 hours before posted close and nobody around for service or a sign that says they are closed just horrible took business elsewhere

It's ran by kids...they have they're friends in there talking not caring how they treat the customers...when we are the reason why they have jobs, in the first place. And Tuesdays it says closes at 11 but went by 10 and it was close, but u could see ppl inside. Maybe an adult needs to come and Supervise it, so they're not closing before closing time.

Del Taco has great deals and consistant flavors. I love the new menu and the weekly specials . They have the best strawberry shake of any fast food restaurant. They are short staffed but still get the job done.

It's a great fast food chain. This location has had a few problems with speed over the past few months.

Was very clean and got out for right away staff was very friendly. For was awesome.

Place was run down. My order was completely screwed up. Order ranch rollers. They didn't put ranch. Ordered a cheese quesadilla with green sauce. No green sauce an there wad only cheese on 2 of the 4 pieces! Also the buns on my Double dell were extremely stale. Will not go back!!!

We went at 1030 for taco Tuesday. Pulled up to the drive and was told they were closed, I asked why and was "just cuz, we closed at 10" I asked who the manager was and was asked to pull to the window, so I did. When I got there I asked again why they were closed and was told " I don't know, maybe short staffed?" However the store signs were all still on saying open, they were just refusing to serve anyone. Is this really acceptable?

Our Double Dels had diced tomatoes falling out everywhere, the bread seemed stale. My chickens rollers only had chicken no sauce, quesadilla had like no cheese and seemed to be sitting for a bit.

Pretty disappointed that they didn't have any chicken ready and that I would have had to wait 10 minutes for it. Waiting defeats the purpose of fast food. I had to change my order. Food I got was decent.

This place used to be amazing I don't know what happened I know that they were stealing credit card numbers at one time and replaced everybody but now I go there and I never get my food correct there's always something missing or added that I don't want sorry but this place sucks.

I don't know why I don't see more people eating at this place. It has amazing food, and even more amazing are the workers. I loved how respectful everyone was and helpful too. I admit it's not Taco Bell, but heck, at least they don't skimp on the sauce packets. Also, I prefer my drink to taste like soda, as these wonderful people did right, and not like water down soda. Taco Bell can learn a thing or two from these people.

Hard chewy over cooked fish in a softshell. 8 tortilla chips with my chips and quac. Waste of money. Got grub hub so couldnt complain in person. Just spent $20+ and still hungry

Was sitting in the drive thru with no answer at 10:52pm on 7-3-23 8 minutes before close to grab a large drink as I just got off work but didn’t receive a response until I called the store when the employee proceeded to tell me they are closed, when I said that’s weird because you don’t close until 11pm then the employee told me they closed early due to low staffing ( even though I myself just got done working a skeleton shift as well, closing not even a second early ) then your employee said and I quote “Come on man it’s 5 minutes to close” and I said it’s actually 8 minutes but I just wanted a drink thanks for the great customer service. The laziness and customer service is ridiculously annoying at this location. I’m a manger myself and would never even try something like nor let another employee even think about it but I guess that’s what happens when you have an employee that ACTUALLY cares about the business. Hope you can coach your team into a more successful future.

We all know, you only eat here when you have 5-10$ and need to attempt to get full. I've never experienced any poor customer service, usually get served relatively fast. I often forget what hot sauce to get being that they have 100 packets to choose from lol.

The food is decent. Lady running the register was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to order.

Went through the drive thru the girl taking my order, miss undstood. i wanted the tuesday special 3 soft tacos that were on sale. We even spoke about it on the sign. However, she had 3 regular price tacos when i came to the window. Didn't want to cause a scene, so i bought them and went on my way. Food is great, service not so much.

Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at any fast food place. Rushed through the drive thru, Made me go park and wait for 10 min. After food arrived it wasn’t made the way I asked, the burger was burnt to black, while the fries were soggy and undercooked. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

A little overdue for this review but I have to say that it’s something of an improvement over Taco Bell. Especially with more variety of food and little less likely to get sick from their food.

I have always liked del taco and the staff are always friendly but be careful when I checked out the price was outrageous and the cashier couldn't figure out why the total was so high. She put my food in three times and it was pretty much always an extra $10 I only ordered 2 things. If I would have ordered like I normally do I wouldn't have noticed.

The elderly lady that took our order was very rude. She's not a nice person and should not be dealing directly with customers.

Customer service and initial greeting was OUTSTANDING. The young man at the window who I believe was the person who greeted us and took our order is amazing simply AMAZING!!! I think he was working solo tonight and he deserves to be ACKNOWLEDGED for his hard work and customer service. KUDOS YOUNG MAN! I am new to this area and Greeley, I must say I would return there again. It is the Del Taco near Walmarts I believe it's on 24th, this employee I believe may have been the night manager. I failed to get his name and I apologize for that but I hope you can figure it out.

The chicken soft tacos are always delicious, but I wish their fries were fresher. It seems like every time I get their food, the fries are kind of soft but everything else is good.

This location is a joke. Didn’t open on time. Waited outside. Employee was dropped off at the time they should have been opened and they did not open even a half hour after their posted time. Employees inside standing around laughing and not acknowledging customers waiting outside. Will not go again.
