Put in order online pick up 730, get there order not ready going be 5 minutes. 5mins turned into what's going on, oh your ticket order...... Look I'm seeing people get orders, and ordering, this disrespectful as ever, and look very disrespectful being a different race while everyone gets there service. Of course you don't get refund right away but charged right away.

We had Cafe Mexicali cater a party for us. The planning ahead of time with a manager was seamless. Very professional and organized not to mention everything was delicious!! When we host our next party I will definitely be using them again!!

Always quality and good friendly employees

When I went here 2 Cafe Mexicali me and my friends all had the salads and I had it with chicken and the food is amazing. Not only was the food delicious but the portion size was fantastic because I couldn't finish my meal and I am 6'4" so I had some leftovers for the next day of lunch I would give the star rating a 4.85 if I could

First time eating there was not worth the drive. Food was Blane and not put together.ladies were rude we ask for help on menu on what was best and they said what ever you like.will not return.sticking to chipotle.

I've been here twice in a week and LOVE IT! The amount of cheese they put on here should be illegal! So good! Food just tastes fresh, plus they put it through an oven so your food comes out hot, and the cheese is melting!

Best Mexican in Geeeley. I know Greeley is little mexico when it comes to Mexican food, but this is the freshest and best tasting Mexican food in Greeley. Everything is so good! Almost everything is made fresh. Homemade tortilla.

Great food and fair prices. Was able to feed the whole family and not break the bank. Prtion sizes are very good so you won't feel like your cheated on your meals.

You want tex mex? Here you go. Nothin great, nothin horrible. Filling and tastes like tex mex.

Everything would be perfect if they didn't hire such young kids, which is not a problem if they would do some proper training.

Came in here the other day for my regular sweet pork burrito. They had mixed up my burrito at the register, and I didn’t discover the issue until I had returned home. The manager, Nick, was extremely helpful and quick to rectify the issue, and make things right, which was very much appreciated. It’s very clear that the place is a clean, very well managed, and tasty place to eat. It has been, and will continue to be among my favorites. Thanks guys.

Big fan! Even when ordering online, customer service is always excellent and the food always delicious.

If the service could be rated 5+, I would have. Here's why: The young gentleman with the mustache taking my order was very patient and understanding, efficient and professional, and great at communicating with his coworker next to him. The young lady with fair skin at the register was very accommodating, kind, professional, patient, and understanding. Because of these two fine and upstanding individuals, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first experience at Cafe Mexicali, and do intend on continuing business there.

Way too much rice! Refrigerator taste on sauces! I ordered a chicken burrito which was not a burrito! It was a bowl of rice with soggy tortillas on the bottom in a tinfoil container! Is this Mexican food??

I mostly love their breakfast burritos - unbeatable. But the rest of their food is great too 🙌.

Not only is the food outstanding, so is the service. What was particularly impressive was how they handled a problem. The card reader malfunctioned and double charged me and wouldn't reverse the charge or issue a refund. Niccolo, the manager, was very professional and apologetic and did everything he could to correct the situation. Seth, the area manager, had to get involved the following day and was equally professional, empathetic, and helpful. These two individually worked tenaciously to rectify the situation which wasn't their fault. They took responsibility , though. This is a well run, well managed restaurant with great food and an enjoyable atmosphere. Thanks Niccolo and Seth.

Love love loveee the food here but almost every time I DoorDash, there is something wrong with my order. Several times my nacho sides have been missing, my food is cold, or they send me the wrong meal.

They have my absolute favorite smothered burrito. Get the pork barbacoa! They use house made tortillas and the white cheese sauce is to die for. We'll definitely be back and often.

I have always loved Cafe Mexicali I got the sweet pork burrito with queso and green chili smothered of course. I didn't take pictures this time.. I'm sorry. But service was wonderful very friendly. I'm not sure what the guys name was but he was very nice all the way from our order being made to checking out. I love Cafe Mexicali! It's been awhile but I love the sweet pork.. delish!!,

I come in here most Sunday mornings. Absolute beauty of a Restaurant. it is my very favorite food place in all of Greeley. The staff is always super happy to see me, and are exceptionally helpful, the food is outstanding, especially the white sauce, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and equates well with the food. It is on the more pricey end of the spectrum, but you always get what you pay for. 20/10 would recommend

I came with my family to this location and I ordered cheese enchiladas. Which as we all know is corn tortillas wrapped up with melted cheese inside. The girl made mine and she literally laid 3 corn tortillas on top of one another, AND then put the sauce on and melt3d a little cheese on top. When I went up to the counter and told her that I have been ordering cheese enchiladas here for a very long time, and they have never been made this way! There was no offer to make it right at all. Instead they all just laughed at me, and went back to being on their phones. For a solid 10 minutes I watched them all just looking down at their phones! Very disappointed in the customer service this trip that is FOR SURE!

Burritos are large and generous, servings are fantastic, the tortillas, soft and warm, and freshly pressed. This place is wonderful and makes a damn good burrito. And every time I come through here, all the staff are smiling. I asked the guy at the register today if management treats the wall, and he enthusiastically nodded his head up and down, “oh yeah, man, our bosses are great.” I like that everybody here works so hard, but seems to be having such a good time. It’s a great place to support.

I ordered online and 1/2 of my order was correct and the other half wasn't I ordered a barbacoa burrito with no beans and I got a chicken burrito with beans sadly . This is one of my go to places and I've never had a problem, good food and great service. Hopefully today is just a off day .

This place SERIOUSLY SURPRISED US! I say that because we normally don't eat at Tex Mex restaurants. But this one WE WILL GO BACK TO OVER AND OVER! DELICIOUS!! They make their tortillas from scratch! Amazing! Their habanero cream sauce AMAZING (Not spicy at all BTW) DEFINITELY TRY THIS RESTAURANT IF YOU'VE NEVER BEEN!! TOTALLY WORTH IT!

We made a special trip here on our way across the country. We were very pleased we did. Add the house white sauce to any fish and be delighted. Don't forget to order a side of chips and queso for an evening snack.

I ordered online went to pick it up no one said anything to me I waited for someone to come say can I help you or even hello, something would have been great i physically had to look at the bags to see what was mine and I took it this is a really bad system you have anyone could have grabbed the food that was sitting there and no one would have ever known. I will remember to not order online anymore.

I don't get why the checkout person has to make the pies and pack up the food while 2 other employees watched and talked as the line backed up.

If Chipotle had a cousin, it would be named Cafe Mexicali. This isn't authentic Mexican. Line goes by quickly, the staff are nice, but its not authentic as I was expecting from other reviews. If you're waiting at the door, it'll take 20 minutes to walk out with food.

The food upset my daughter granddaughter and my stomach 😫we got really sick! We won't be going back! I really wanted to go eat there but sorry it wasn't for us.I expected the food to be like the Mexican food in San Antonio.

We love this restaurant! The staff is always friendly and the food is wonderful. If it's your first time, definitely try the white sauce! Tortillas are made fresh right in front of you - yum!

We ordered online on the phone and talked to a lady but then when we got there they said they received no order phone called so where did the phone call go? We called the right location and they didn’t have our order ready and we called again and someone hung up? Thanks

The first time we went, it took forever to get the food. The second time we went, we ordered to go so we didn't have to spend 45 minutes waiting around. Instead of waiting around for 45 minutes this time, we waited around for 30 minutes after we arrived when the website said to (which was 30 minutes after we ordered). So this time it took an hour from when we placed our order. Can't understand how this place can stay in business with an inability to get food out in a timely manner.

The best handmade tortillas & habenaro salsa ever!!

Cafe Mexicali is a must stop for us! The fresh homade tortillas, white habanero sauce and chipotle sour cream put it over the top.

I seem to just keep going here out of habit, only remembering when they used to actually be good. The last dozen visits over a few months have just been terrible. It always seems to be something wrong, chip crumbs as "nachos," incorrect order, cold meat, or dry beans. I'm definitely going to do my best to remember why I'm never happy after coming here and go someplace else.

I love Cafe Mexicali so much that I visit whenever I'm in Greeley or Boulder. I wish there were more locations around Colorado. It's an absolute treat! The burritos are huge and delicious.

we were visiting family in Millikan this past week and we wanted to try out your restaurant. we were not disappointed in your menu items. I had the Smothered Burrito with the pork barbacoa. It was outstanding. The service and staff was friendly and helpful. we definitely will eat there again and we will spread the word about our time eating here.

They have nothing for vegetarians for their breakfast burritos. Not even beans. I never heard of such a thing. I hope the owner will read this and makes some changes. We left hungry.

Ordered on grub hub they made the order wrong. The burrito just had beans and rice in it! Black beans I asked for a steak burrito with pinto beans get it together cafe Mexicali smh!

In line for 15 mins with 2 people ahead of me, 6 people behind the counter, only 1 running the whole line, everyone else was just messing around. Eggs were very burnt. Overall very bad breakfast burrito experience, would not recommend

I work for a food delivery company and when I got to the store at 10:45 they told me it was a lunch item which they didn’t serve until 11:00. It would be at least 10 minutes before the rice was ready. I’m sorry, but if you don’t have rice ready for 11:00 lunches at 10:45 somewhere someone dropped the ball. Otherwise the staff has always been friendly and as quick as they could.

Your beans are always under cooked when we go there.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF SERVICE. To the management, this restaurant has been a staple for many years and NEVER have I experienced service so poor by so many employees. I was picking up a door dash order tonight at 7:05 and the first kid helped me just fine. But then they went on a break and the other 6, I kid you not, 6 kids, stood around messing around or on their phones while my delivery order sat there for almost 7 extra minutes. I did not know it was ready and after a long wait of 12 minutes I asked if it was ready and they grabbed it from above the heater and bagged it up. The counter guy gave me a half hearted “Sorry about that” but that did not make up for it. While I sat there watching them mess around, a gentleman walked in for a pickup order and not a single one of them greeted him. I almost said something then but did not want to be rude. As one manager to another, clean up these habits or this store is not going to stay around. I love this restaurant and want it to stay around but this was UNACCEPTABLE tonight. Shape up…

I've only ever gotten the breakfast burritos 🌯 and they're phenomenal! Packed full of delicious flavor and the sauces and handmade tortillas are to die for. I've shamefully become a bit of a regular. That being said the people aren't very friendly. The food is still worth it. 😋

Came here last week to eat. Unfortunately, I asked for 2 different sauces, green chili and the white sauce and when I went to ring out I didn’t immediately notice but my ENTIRE tin foil bowl was literally filled to the top with sauce. My burrito was straight mush when I went to eat it haha. I scooped out a full cereal bowl of sauce out of my dish they served. I just couldn’t enjoy it. I’m not sure what they were thinking when they made it. Can’t even see the burrito in the picture because there was such an excessive amount of sauce 😡. I definitely should have asked for a refund.
