The food is great but don’t order online. There are definitely issues with ordering online. We placed our order at 6:28 said that it would be ready between 655 and 7:05 PM so I showed up at the restaurant at 7 o’clock and they told me they had just received the order, even though the email said they received it 30 minutes before that. So I had to wait for 30 minutes at the restaurant for the food to be made and then drove home and realized they didn’t put a $20 salad in the bag so I called the restaurant and told them . They told me and have the salad delivered to our house because we’re quite a ways away. There’s no number to DoorDash and this order doesn’t show up in the DoorDash app because we placed it on coyotes website. So I drove back over picked up the salad . I would’ve been nice if they would’ve offered me a free drink next time I came in or something , but it is what it is. I know I will never order online again from them.

Food and workers are nice, but people are so rude, especially when they get drunk and try to cause problems. Dessert was fire, tho.

I'm glad they call it a southwestern grill and not Mexican. Not the same! Everything has a gourmet twist.

We had great service and food but a gentleman at the bar kept interrupting my husband and I conversations. He kept making inappropriate comments and trying to show us clips on his phone.

I'd like to say the service we had today by Morgan was spectacular! She was super sweet and made our experience great.

We love Coyotes! Amazing margaritas with plenty of tequila (why don’t more restaurants get this?), food is consistently good, all around great place.

Many places I visit in America is a first time experience for me. From South Africa, this Coyote's Southwestern Grill was one of those xperiences for me. Liked the overall atmosphere & staff were friendly, food was great. Recommended 4sure!

Morgan was great! She was super helpful with the menu and she was super kind! She was very attentive to our table when we needed refills. Thank you Morgan for making our experience great!

We were seated in a corner where nats were flying around and got into our food. We told our waitress about the problem. She said she would tell her manager. The food was just okay, the margaritas were awful. We will not come back.

Ordered Caesar salad, came with Pine Nuts?? Not a true Caesar Salad. Ordered Burger, Med Rare, it came Med Well. Server Darren, was excellent. My Shrimp tacos were good. Why Black beans and white rice?? Refried beans and spanish rice would have been better

Alexis was amazing! She was ready to go home but stayed to cover 35 people all by herself and did an amazing job. Management wasn't the greatest and didn't help her, but they tried to make it right at the end after our food was not brought out with the rest of the group. If you go here, ask for Alexis!

Everyone was so nice and my waitress even had a conversation with my family. I definitely recommend the Chicken Tacos. They are super sweet. And I would definitely eat here again.

Great waitstaff and manager pitched in to help which was really impressive. My spouse has celiac and must eat gluten free- plenty of choices and knowledgeable waitstaff. Food tasted great. Love the swirl drinks. We will be back!

Food was great first and foremost, however the service my mother and I received was truly appalling. Today was my birthday and my mom called in a Togo order for me to pickup, she tried multiple times to get a hold of whomever and got hung up on while ordering from the female bartender working around 5:30pm on 6/16. I arrive to the bar to pickup the order, I look through the order after signing for it and notice I’m missing a salsa for the large chips and salsa that was part of the order and I brought it to the attention of the bartender and she looked at me disgruntled and acted like I was wasting her time. She says did you even look for a black container in the box and I said yeah there is none. That’s why I asked 😂. I sit down and she comes by and roughly scrimmages through the box of food like I was lying about it. The lack of professionalism and customer service was very concerning, so hopefully an attitude adjustment will come in store for that bartender in the near future.

The food was bland. Even after asking the waitress about items for great flavors. The macho margarita was not as spicy as advertised. I would say nice place, but food needs a serious up tick in spice and flavorings.

I didn't like the chips and salsa they served. Our waitor was very nice. We were going to a nearby movie theater, so it was convenient to eat there. Otherwise, I don't think I would go there again.

Haven’t been there in a while, decided to go for dinner with the wife. Cocktails had a great pour, chips were a bit stale and chewy, salsa was spicy (in a good way). Ordered the carne asada plate, not as good as Palominos in town, still enjoyed it. My wife had the pork belly tacos, really liked them. Our server was outstanding.

Immediate seating, place was not busy at all. We were greeted by server Cody quickly, and asked about drinks. Chips and salsa brought to table soon after. The salsa was kind of bland, but probably typical foodservice variety to cater to the masses. Two entrees ordered, the blue corn enchiladas and pork carnival. Main dishes were pretty tasty compared to salsa. A good recovery. I did notice the tables, all I could see, lacked condiments like salt and pepper. Server was very attentive, and was quick to refill drinks. Prices are acceptable for what you get, no complaints at all. But for a refill on chips and salsa, it is $1. I found that odd. All in all, a decent place. I would go again, but not out of my way or a first choice.

So the other night my husband and I decided to go to Coyotes. We used to go there years ago when we had kids in the house because they ate free on Sundays. Thought we’d give it a try again since it is so close to our home. Walked in and asked the young hostess for a quiet table. She handed us off to a young man who started guiding us to the right to the only area in the entire room with any occupied tables. It was a loud raucous group of about 5 tables. We went back to the hostess and again said we would like a quiet table. She looked confused and said “I don’t know I will have to ask…..” My husband pointed to the other side of the room where there were no occupied tables and asked if we could sit there. The young man came back and guided us to a dirty table with food all over the table and benches and then he walked away. We looked at each other like “Are you kidding???” We were about to walk out when waiter Keith swooped in. We didn’t even say what was wrong, but he looked at us a knew immediately. “Oh no you are not sitting here. Follow me.” He seated us in a quiet area where there was only one other couple. “Here you go, have a seat and I will be right back with waters and a drink menu.” We sat down, sighed with relief and immediate knew we were going to be taken care of. Keith came back regularly to check on us to be sure we were doing well. We had a wonderful evening all thanks to Keith. We will go back and will hope that he will be there to take care of us if we do. His attentiveness is second to none!

That Quesadilla was awesome. Y'all really should get that back on the menu as a dinner item. It was more than enough as well. Service and food was great.

I don't care for cheese when I said no cheese she drilled me as to why I don't want cheese on my food. Why can't she respect my decision. I almost asked for the supervisor.

Not easy to find good Tex/Mex style food in Colorado, but Coyote's does it pretty darned well! All the food we tried was tasty as were most the drinks - my wife didn't care for one, but we both agreed that was just her preference and the server took it off the bill without issue. Cheap beers too, though I'd love to see WAY more local options on tap!

Decided to finally try this place and I wasn’t disappointed! The food was good for the price and my waitress Kelsey was super sweet and helpful. Would come again for the service alone!

Came here with family. Food is a 10/10. Five star quality! You can tell the cook really enjoys cooking because you can taste it. The fettuccine Alfredo is amazing. The steak fajita wrap is amazing.

Tequila lime chicken... small piece of chicken for 20 bucks wasn't the most amazing. Our waitress was amazing. If you eat one bowl of chips it's a dollar amd then unlimited after that. While I won't crave this place it's OK for the location.

The place is beautiful, it’s a nice atmosphere but the issue about the atmosphere is the restroom (women’s) smells like a porta potty. The food was below mid, I felt like a couple of the dishes were missing something, (seasoning or flavor) the drinks were amazing! My favorite was the cucumber margarita but they charge 50 cents for tajin rim which is super weird it’s like charging for salt and sugar… (tajin bottles are $4) the Service was good, the hostess and servers were super friendly!

Food wasn't too bad but for the price that you pay and the portion size that you get was ridiculous. If I wanted child sized portions I would have ordered from the child's menu. I wouldn't go here again. On top of it the service was slow waited 10 mins just to take our drink order.

It was pleasent. First time at this restaurant. Not to busy. They did group all people on one side of the place. Food was a little above par and pricey for certain items.

I can’t begin to estimate the number of times we’ve eaten at Coyotes in the last 18 years. Food is always excellent, service is phenomenal and atmosphere is good. We rarely go and not see someone we know, so we know it’s a popular place.

Coyotes is a go to in Greeley - consistently good. Sunday brunch is a highlight! As are the Sangria Swirl drinks!

We thought the food was great and so was the service. Most of the people in our group took food home in boxes. I appreciate it when restaurants use recyclable prastic take home boxes instead of the cheaper styrofoam.

Amazing food, great customer service and the restaurant itself is preety nice. Never had a bad experience here, but apperently they recently started charging to refill the bowl of chips hence the start taken off.

Logan was a great great host he was so great he was very accommodating while Josh Connor came out to make sure our food was good he was awesome and he took special care of our food he went above and beyond thank you guys for such a great staff the food and margaritas were awesome thanks Josh for the swirl margaritas suggestion

The people who took care of us were amazing. It was chilly that day, so we asked for a little heat, but the system was broken. Bathrooms needed some attention. Overall, it was a good time.

This was our go to restaurant. This time, we were advised that the chips and salsa were no longer complimentary. The portions of all are meals were extremely reduced from our other visits. We will no longer be dining at this location.

We celebrated my daughter's birthday at Coyote Southwest Grill in Greeley and we were pleasantly surprised with the menu options for gluten-free, the attentive service, and the enjoyable atmosphere. While dessert was not complimentary, we were ok with that. The pricing was very reasonable. Check this place out if you have not been!

The food was delicious, the services was wonderful as well. We reserved a table before hand and when we arrived the had our menus at the table. Our server was prompt the food was hot and the drinks were cold. They have beautiful out door seating as well.

This was our first time, just trying something new. The food was great and our server took great care of us. We will be back.

Went on the wrong day. Mother's day was slammed. The kersey inn has better open face green chilli cheese burgers. Just sayin.

Took my daughter here for lunch had an absolutely great time very family friendly, and our server. Amy did such a great job with us making sure that we were well taken care of. the food was delicious I personally had the chicken/shrimp tortilla soup and my daughter got the pizza and came out in a timely manner.

We went and got tacos earlier today... They have gone from three tacos to two for a plate, and the rice and beans were meager. The chips and salsa bowls are also smaller, but that isn't really a big deal as they refill them if you want. The meal was very tasty as always, and the service is always excellent, but we felt a little cheated on the portions.

After a few visits i can confirm that the food lacks flavor, the management is mediocre, and the price of the meal is inflated beyond reason. For casual dining i suppose it will be acceptable for quite a few people, to each their own. Whatever you do don’t host a large group dinner here.

My friends took me here when I was visiting to take them for dinner. My friend and I ordered Birra tacos and they only came with two tacos, black beans and small portion of white rice. All the other listed tacos came with three. Our waitress said, "oh, I didn't realize they only came with two?" I thought, how long have you worked here as she seemed that she knew what she was doing? In my mind, she should have know that. A bit pricey as well for what we had! I wasn't very impressed. Doubt I'd ever go back there if I visit again.

Enjoyed my green chile chicken burrito. The service was great and we had a party of 14 of which included 7 kids. I think with the burrito I used to it being thicker and smaller as opposed to long and thin. Also, while I think the sauce was green chile, it came out red leading me to wonder if it was really green chile.

Not everything is to die for. The Carnitas are good and the southwest eggrolls are good. Everything thing else was just ehh

We are new to Greeley, and we feel like since COVID service and quality of food at restaurants have declined significantly! Katie was our server, and she was absolutely phenomenal! She provided excellent service with a smile. You could tell all of the staff was hard working and valued their jobs. The mango pescado tacos and Brussel sprouts were DELICIOUS! We highly recommend trying the delicious food, margaritas, and experiencing the professional service and upkept facility here! 🙌 We will see you next time Katie! 👋

The food was good but the service wasn’t the best. the waitress was extremely slow bringing us water and took a really long time to get our order taken. I had to ask Happy Hour and she said they didn’t have it, but then when i questioned since it’s posted online then did she check. She asked us if we wanted guacamole and sour cream but didn’t disclose it was $2 extra for EACH! I’m not sure if I would go back since it was not a good service experience .

It’s been a few years since I went to the outside part of this restaurant, but I did just recently re-visit the more expensive inside part for dinner. It’s still amazing!!!!!!!!

My wife and I had a great dining experience. The customer service is superb, our server is very attentive and is on top of things. The nachos was amazing. The tacos are great. Portions are also good. I only wish we can mix and match tacos.

This place came highly recommended by Alpine Vision in Windsor. The food was amazing. The service was awesome! All in all a very good restaurant
