Usually use drive-thru but decided to go in with my daughter. The place was filthy. Bathroom was in desperate need of cleaning. The tables were sticky. Trash on the floor. It wasn't busy someone should have been cleaning.

Of all the taco bells, this is certainly one of them!

Don’t order the Rockies Tacos special. Hardly any meat or cheese. Mainly just a taco shell.

Your after noon and night crew suck every time I order of the online app it take an hour then when I go to the counter cause it finally said order is ready they had not even started it no problem if it happens once but has happened every time I go there after 5pm

Has become way over priced for the food quality.

This location gets my order 100% correct 99% of the time. For that alone earns a Taco Bell review 5 stars. To top it off they, USUALLY, get the proportions right on. I will drive past 3+ other Taco Bell’s to eat at this one.

30 minutes. 30 minutes since I placed my order on the kiosk. Have no idea how people are getting their food ahead of me. The order was placed in store to eat in store. After speaking with a couple of the employees, I got my food. They were trying their best and we're kind. I don't hold anything against them.

Every time time I go to this taco Bell they always mess up the order forget all kinds of stuff if your that forgetful must be stoners you'd think they could at least roll a burrito

Do not give this location your business. I placed an online order at around 6:45. Arrived at the store around 7:01 sat till 7:35. At which point I went up to the counter and asked one of the employees to please cancel my order so that I could leave. They went and informed the shift manager of my wishes. The shift manager comes from the back and starts out being arrgressive talking about how busy they are. I told him once again I would like to cancel the order 45 minutes is to long of a wait. He said your order is ready do you want it or do you want to cancel it and tried to hand me the bag of food. I looked in the bag. It only had 3 of my 5 items in it. I told him so and he precceed to get even more angry saying how he would remake it for the little bi*ch. I asked for his name and a number for the manager which he refused to give. The next day i set an appointment the meet with their manager the following day. I went to meet with him while I was admittedly still angry at the situation. Only to be told he could or would do nothing about the employee. A note in their file means nothing to me. Reaching out to corporate Not entirely sure why you would defend and employee like this. Seems like nepotism. In the end I received no food and did not get my money back.

Slowest place ever. No one in drive thru and empty lobby with full staff and it was like the place was hopping it took so long to get my order. I used to love taco bell, but lately everyone of these stores around the towns i visit, all the taco bells are worthless. Bout to change chains and check out taco johns and del taco

Taco bell is great! The food here was great, and they also provided us with plentiful sauce and great service!

It's lunch rush and the rice is hard. Something is not right

Haven't been to taco bell in a long time. It was very busy at that moment but they got my order out in no time.

Order was correct. Not much of a wait. Cashier efficient.

They don't make you food how it looks on the picture it looks terrible.

I used to drive out of my way to not go to this location. Because the wait was always super long, the food was assembled messy and the customer service was poor. But that has all changed over the past few months. The gentlemen that work in the evenings/nights now, are so polite and the employees seem to be very in sync. The wait times, in store and in the drive thru, are much more reasonable. The food isn't just thrown together and my orders are correct every time. So I would like to say thank you to the gentlemen that make all of this happen. I appreciate you!!

They charge you top dollar for cold food because they literally don't care. I'm guessing Taco Bell doesn't pay well, but they sure have no problem charging an arm and a leg for food they've made ages ago. They don't care about making customers happy or even if you've been fed when you're out 30$. I'm appalled. I'm not a Karen. I used to be a server and fast food worker. They just straight up don't care. It's sad and a robbery. Please hire better staff and pay them better.

I really wish I could give this Taco Bell a good review, because some of the employees are truly a delight. However, this location constantly gives out incorrect or incomplete orders no matter what time we go in. We've repeatedly tried to give this location a chance, but we have walked away most of the time with half of our orders missing. I don't know what advice I could give since I do not know if this is a human error or some mistake with how this location is structured.

I have frequented this taco bell, and have had good and bad experiences with it. The final verdict for my experience is the fact that they rarely get the order correct. The final time I went there we were missing five items, nearly half our order. When I called, I was greeted with an annoyed worker and little help. Even through the app their customer service is sub-par. Taco Bell has lost a loyal customer because of this location.

This place is consistently horrible! I used to do Grub Hub during Covid and couldn't make any money when orders came through here. Went through last year, same horrible service. Never seen a drive through take so long. No excuses like the lobby is closed. Came through today.... Guess what, 20 minutes or more to get through the drive through. I'm done!

The employees here are so nice and so helpful, they're fast and efficient they actually smile and greet you when you walk in unlike any of the other locations they say thank you and have a nice day they're so friendly and so courteous it's truly like a breath of fresh air every time I go there😁

It would be nice if you guys could get better people working at the drive thru. It’s like there is no customer service whatsoever. I get it, you may be having a bad day or whatever the cause may be, but I was smiling and said thank you and the guy was just like “here’s you’re things.” No smile, not a have a good day. The guy should be working in the back and not be dealing with paying customers. I’ve worked in customer service when I was younger for many years and no matter how bad of a day I was having, I still met customers with a smile and respect. I’m sure you guys can do better. Food was great tho! And whoever was on the intercom was great! The guy at the window, hard pass! Learn customer service please. Jzzzz

My hubby and I ate inside the restaurant. The bathrooms were disgusting and nothing was stocked like straws,hot sauces, napkins etc. The person that took our order messed it up twice. The food didn't make

I did the drive through, and the young man who helped me was very kind.

The service was great. It was very calm, relaxing, and clean dining in around lunch.

Great tasting food with fast and friendly service.

Our family ate food from this location on Tuesday, December 19th, and we all got sick in 24 Hr. I can't say for certain it was the food but it was the last place we ate before we all got sick.

So sick of going to get fast food and simple instructions can not be followed. Ordered two double decker taco’s no lettuce. Get home and low and behold, lettuce all over the place. This is why you morons don’t deserve any more than $7 per hour. I would give zeros stars but it won’t let me.

The staff here has always been polite, and the food is made well 80% of the time. The dining area is not always the cleanest, and they are typically out of hot sauce.

I received my food at a temperature of 84 degrees, I called the store and was told that after they prepare the food they put it on a shelf and wait for delivery drivers to arrive. No attempts are made to keep the food hot, if you want food poisoning then this is your place.

I ordered on the app for pick up. I got my order and parked to eat it when I noticed it felt lighter. I took my spoon and checked to see if all the ingredients were there and they had forgotten the rice (which is the bulk of what I ordered) I went back and asked if they could remake it, the man at the counter then accused me of eating half the order. I had literally just gotten it and he could have confirmed that with the person at the window, but instead he decided to give me an attitude and get rude. I never leave negative reviews, but the level of disrespect I experienced was absurd.

Been coming to this location for 30 years. Now they don't cut quesadillas, cold meat. Barely speaks or understands English because orders always wrong. Management here must have an IQ under 50. The kids that work here are completely lazy and stupid. Crazy this location still exists with this barbarian like service.

I door dashed here. While I was waiting, l watched the crew preparing the food. It was like watching something that might be rehearsed. Know one ran into each other as they were all running around. The kitchen was very clean.

I ordered for delivery. When I received my food, 4 pack of rolled tacos and fries. I ordered two of the packs, only received one. The one I received was old, hard as a brick and dried out like they were under the heating lamp all day. Why send this to someone?

Former Taco Bell Manager. Can't stand seeing Employees on their cell phones...WHILE ON DUTY. STANDING BEHIND THE FRONT COUNTER. Other crew members standing around doing Nothing. I live close to this location and frequently get food from here via drive-thru. I receive the occasional messy order but tonight was really terrible. I ordered the jalapeño Mexican pizza. I wish I had taken a photo but my phone was not charged. The pizza had 3 jalapeños. Only 2 were on the actually pizza. The cheese and sauce were only covering one corner (1/3 of the pizza). The meat under the top layer was just a small strip down the middle along with the beans. I hate to complain, but It was unreal. I've ordered the jalapeño pizza before so I know what it suppose to look like. I'm disappointed.

Taco Bell is SOOOOO much better in Greeley than in TN where I lived before here. The order is always correct, the staff are usually pretty welcoming. My past experiences at Taco Bell in TN were so abhorrent, it's very possible that my experience recently in Greeley seemed so good when it was simply the way the staff are at this location (which is still good service.) Well done, folks! I love ordering or picking up food from here!

This has got to be the worst taco bell ever! They got a bunch of idiots working there I ordered three cravings boxes and got everything all stacked on top of each other in a bag instead The bag was getting ready to rip as I was taking it inside to top it off when I got home my whole order was wrong I'm sorry but this manager needs new staff in there! I will not be back here ever!

Drive threw is always slow and always never put the hot sauce pks asked for ..who eats taco's without hot sauce?

Online ordering doesn't work. I have tried to order from the website once a week for over a month and all I get at check out is ;Auth CC only: Authorize credit card failed. However that same card works in store just fine.

Got my order fast and the service was good. When I got my food sine of it had sour cream after I asked for no sour cream.

Often, this Taco Bell is super busy in the drive-through. With that being said... I'm still impressed how quickly they get you through. They got my order right every time, and they are courteous.

Looks dirty and I was literally scared to eat the food.

Everytime we go in and order anything with a hard shell like Mexican pizza, tostadas, etc. The shell it self smells an tastes rancid like the cooking oil hasn't really been changed in quite sometime.

Waited in the drive thru for an hour.

They always have new workers preparing food sometimes they make their Taco with very little meat... Prices went up so please Dont make your portions smaller.. other then that I truly enjoy their food ❤️

Very slow service. Got my order wrong 3x . I asked for 1 cravings box with only crunchy tacos, minus the lettuce . I was charged for a party box but only received 8 tacos and they had lettuce.. Waited 17min in drive through for this.

Well been sitting in the drive thru for literally 20 minutes. Haven't moved once. Ridiculous.

I went through the drive through a few months ago and ordered two Cinnabons and the manager or shift lead or who ever she was, was extremely rude. I brought the bag in and My bag was ripping because they out everything in one bag and she was even being rude about giving me a new bag. Then this past weekend I ordered 2 bacon crunch wrap boxes and the hasbrowns were frozen in all of the middle and the wraps were dry. It’s a hit and miss at this location for everybody.

I ordered take-out, and half of my order was missing. Staff should double check next time before handing it off...

I'm sitting here waiting for my order and I see the lady who's helping I drivethru, She goes over to help over to help the gentleman make food and she takes cheese and puts it in her mouth and she doesn't wash your hands. not cool

Sometimes it's not worth mentioning what certain employees did or how they act. Keeping that in mind, this visit was alright!

We just went to this establishment less than an hour ago. We used the drive through. When we got home we started to eat our food. My daughter took a bite out of one of her doritos locos tacos. Only to find a HAIR BALL in her taco!! When I called all I was told is that they would remake the taco that had the hairball and refund that same taco! When I initially told the guy what we found; HE LAUGHED. They had absolutely no regards to our issue. I feel that remaking the taco and giving a refund for only that taco is completely unsatisfactory. He offered absolutely NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. We will NEVER go here. I warn everyone to be careful coming here. I tried to get a good picture of the hairball as well as proof that we in fact went there. Almost $50 spent for nothing.

Got to the drive thru at 2:30. Someone pulled in behind me so I couldn't leave and by the time I got to the microphone at 3:30 they said they didn't have any beef. I then had to wait 30 more minutes to escape the drivethru with no food.

I had a small issue with my order but the super friendly staff had it fixed for me and even brought it to my table. I appreciate the quick and friendly response they gave.

Drive thru lady was rude and they didn’t get the order right. At least the food we got was good, wasted money on food we didn’t receive though.

There's times that they don't put enough meat in your food

The service is up and down, depending on what time you go. They are getting better at making the orders right though.

Came to this location because the staff at 35th Ave couldn't run a card and this is the worst tacos I've had in a long time $21 for dry tacos hardly any meat sprinkle of lettuce and that it what a waste.

Called to inform that my order was wrong and was told too bad. Asked who I was speaking to and he said the manager but wouldn't give his name. Said he would not give me his name because he didn't do anything wrong.

If I could give negative stars I would, I was missing food from my order in the drive thru so I went in, and I am still missing food, nothing was prepared in any kind of way that resembled food from the menu, rude service both drive thru and inside, I can tell everyone one thing for sure, between the poor service, sticky floor and sticky tables, wrong food, and no effort to correct it I will never in life waste my time or money on this taco bell, if you dare go, may the odds be ever in your favor.

Got lunch here today with my girlfriend and I. we went through the drive through and after waiting 15 minutes or so with two cars ahead of us, we then had to wait nearly 45 more minutes before getting to the window. the whole time i was only thinking how they constructed the drive through with a curb and large obstacles that are impossible to drive around or over. I really felt like i should have been paid after being trapped in such an experience that cost me $26.89 for a couple mediocre tacos. gonna take a lot to bring me back here.

Don't ask for any custom options, 80 cents to add lettuce and tomato... we got 5-6 strips of lettuce and 1 slice of tomato.

The staff at this taco bell definitely don't care. Sometimes they don't say hi or even how can I help you. They just stare at you waiting for you to place your order. The food is taco bell food but boy do these people hate their jobs.

Third time coming to this location on 8th. Food is not made well and had to take it back to remake it again. I would not recommend. No extra cheese and the burrito was a mess in the wrapper. The "manager" refused to provide his name. Check your order before you leave. Was impressed the first time I went six months ago not now. Won't waste the money or trip.

Waited for about 20 minutes in the drive thru, I ordered 2 grilled chicken burritos. They came out cold, and not grilled. I would advise against going to this location because this is not the first time I've had this problem.

STOP FORGETTING SAUCES, jeez. 3 doordash orders, 1grub hub, a walk in, and a drive thru visit, every time I ask for sauce I never get any sauce. Started testing it by requesting ten of every sauce on my doordash order, then individually adding a ton on the ticket hoping they’d remember, no. I feel like Taco Bell must be going bankrupt and the new company rule is to just never give sauces out unless absolutely necessary like an inside customer demanding it. It’s already cold, lower value food you know we aren’t gonna eat it without sauce jeez. I miss before they were cheap and disguised it for “covid provisions” and you could just grab it in the dining area. Save the workers and customers the drama sheesh.
