I love the chick, I love the service since there are clients who do not know English and one of the employees provides her service in Spanish. The employee was very friendly. Right now I don't remember her wicker but the next time I visit the place I will pay attention to the name.

Great for fast family friendly food.

They push their brownies that i didn’t want but my 4 kids heard them. Then i bribe my kids to finish there dinner and they can have brownies only to find them not in the bag. And I was clear across town, so I’m not driving back there.

Horrible kfc, long waits, bad food, horrible workers who hate their lives, they need to shut this location down now.

We came in around 9pm and talked to a lovely cashier Peyton B, She was more than nice and had amazing customer service, she definitely goes out of her way to make people feel welcome and have a great experience!

Two months ago I ordered at the window, I asked for the original recipe and they told me that they didn't have it, that I need to wait at least 20 minutes, and they told me that they only had crispy, and I told her no, I don't like crispy, and she answered me very rudely. "Ok, whatever bye", and I told her, hey, I'm going to order something else, and she told me, well, you didn't tell me that you didn't want it. I told her that I didn't want was crispy and he was rude to me again, I got out and went inside the store, and what was my surprise? The one who answered me rudely was the manager of the restaurant, and I argued a little with her and then she told me that in 5 minutes she has the original recipe and I told her, you told me 20 minutes? And she just laughed and I left the store, today I went back to the store, and I ordered 2 famous bowls, and I took my turn at the window and a girl told me "yes" to which I told her, " yes" and she told me "yes, what Do you want" and I told her "what do I want? I just ordered" and she replied "no, you didn't order" I told her "yes, two famous bowls?" and she tells me with an attitude "oh yeah" what kind of customer service is that, when they don't know how to communicate with the customer! I'm so disappointed

Decent, like any other KFC. But if you want much better chicken for much less money, hit King Soopers deli section for fresh and hot Chester's chicken. $2.49 a large breast.

Got a bowl everything was good, I have a beat up card & the cashier said the machine wouldn't take it 😠 she hadn't even tried so when I asked her she tried it she did & O it worked!! 😡I had had a stressed morning I just wanted to go home & rest she just added to the stress WHY BE LIKE THAT SERIOUSLY YES ITS BEAT UP BUT IT WORKS DONT BE MEAN TO PEOPLE YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE GOIN THOUGH... KFC is good when it wants to be.

I got a pot pie because i wasn't feeling well. I get home and take a few bites then pull something very gross and hard out of my mouth. Needless to say it was a waste of money for me.

Sometimes this place amazes me. It can be very pricey. so I wait till days where there are on discounts. But the atmosphere is great. Older music relaxed. Couldn't ask for a better place to Dine in.

Getting very pricey. Took my niece there. Her and I had two chicken tenders meals and it was $28

Like always I love this place the food is good and the people are nice my wife and I got the famous bowl the only complaint I have is how long it takes to get our food none of the staff seem to ever be in a hurry or have any pep in there step and the attitude is pretty much you will get it when u get it but the place is always clean and food good.

I could've gotten better fried chicken from the safeway up the street for half the price. I got a 12 piece bucket and literally every piece was soggy and disgusting. It was entirely inedible. I won't have any part in this scam they're running, won't be eating at KFC ever again.

Places always consistent and great food

Becka was very polite and kind with helping me at the front counter. She was very friendly handing out my food as well. She smiled and made me feel satisfied.

I was really surprised how fresh and tender the chicken was!!! I have eaten at other KFCs and not so impressed. The Cole slaw was perfect and mashed potatoes hot and fresh. Very happy!

I absolutely love the food and service. Get place to take the family on a quick meal for lunch or dinner.

Chicken was dry, biscuit dry, same old mashed potatoes and gravy and no other side. Chicken pieces were small, greasy, very bland and not worth the money.

I went to get me a root beer float they gave it to me in a paper cup, I missed a big glass jar they used to put it in.

My experiences have been just fine at KFC/A&W on 10th. Nothing has been amazing, nothing has been awful. Although my side has been upside down in the bag before, probably not on purpose. The location is a bit difficult to get to, however, being on the corner of the intersection and entry turns having cones so they cannot be used as entrances is really annoying. Having only one entrance and exit is truly enough to make my visits extremely limited.

8 pieces meal. Mash and they forgot my gravy. They give me.10 pieces Nuggets. Not 12. Waiting 17 minutes for biscuits. So bad.

I ordered the new $20 box and the chicken didn't taste fresh and they forgot to put all 4 sauces. Smh

So I haven't to a KFC for a good minute. While the drive-thru service was decent, I don't think I can confidently say the same about the food. Also, they've raised the prices on their meals, which sucks, having to pay a minimum of at least 50% more; definitely not fun for anyone. Part of one of the strips was a bit undercooked, digusting. The coleslaw was soggy and runny, mashed potatoes and gravy lukewarm and sloppy, and a lack of soda choices. Granted, when joined with A&W, a lot of root beer is obvious. However, there are more choices for soda, like a Dr. Pepper or something besides Pepsi or their flat Sierra Mist. Plus the strips have lost their crunch, lacking in the texture they're supposed to be known for. Popeyes has made a come back and had I had an extra 40 minutes to not risk being late for work, I would've made the drive to them. Plus their sandwiches are 10 times better. Especially with their New Orleans texture, it makes all the difference. Like other reviews, not the greatest parking lot either. So KFC needs to re-examine what they're doing. Because it seems that after my experience there tonight, including what I've read from other reviewers, KFC is starting to lose steam. Lastly, the food left me bloated and lethargic.

Just wanted 6 strips of chicken tenders. Asked if they had any specials on the tenders? The lady said no. (Not unless I want a bucket of chicken with all the fixings for approx. $30.) I was asked if I wanted anything else? I said no, just chicken. She said she'd have my total at the window. I said ok. I wish she'd given me the total when I ordered. I pulled out $10 at the window and I was shocked I owed more than $16! I thought wow - prices have really gone up on chicken. I paid feeling the instant regret of having gone there. It was pretty empty at the time. Approx. four other customers besides myself. Once I was home, I looked in the box and found two of the tenders looked more like a chicken NUGGET than a tender! (About 1.5" - 2" long!) I was also shocked that the flavor was really blah. The seven herbs and spices must have been extra, OR they were counting on me coating them with some sauce before I ate them, so they didn't flavor them as they should have. Very sad experience. I used to love buying the big meals for special occasions, but now I think it's time to look elsewhere. Probably cheaper, too. The lady at the window didn't smile or seem happy working there. She should of been happy she got me to order - without giving me a price! As someone living on a pension, that $16+ price for a few tenders and 'nuggets' - really hurt me in the pocketbook. I've learned my lesson. Always get a price!

A&W was wonderful. Food was great, root beer was delicious, atmosphere was incredible. We'll go back for sure. Tuesday specials are awesome.

I have my favorites here. Accidentally got a root beer shake. Yum! Sometimes, they are really busy at dinner time. I enjoy the food, especially the biscuits.

Picked up some chicken pot pies for the family and asked the employee waiting on me for a sandwich suggestion. He ordered me the chicken sandwich and it was amazingly yummy. Kudos kiddos..!

Don't bother coming here they tell everyone to wait in the parking lot for there food rather than have it ready and good to go and . Even waiting they'll still mess your order up. O and the wait is about 25 minutes.

I was confused about what I needed to order but the manager and the newly hired worker were patient and kind to help me figure out what I needed. The food tastes as good as any other kfc and the service was relatively quick. They don't have a good parking lot though, so had to park a little ways away.

Food was bad service slow floors slick with something on them. Messed up cheese burger. No cheese had to have a new one made. Microwave to melt cheese. Don't think about going back agian

Ordered 2pc off new menu. Asked for white meat. Got dark meat. Now it was busy. Didn't want to waste food so I ate it because I was on my lunch and had no more time. My order wasnt that difficult.

worst kfc in town. lobby rarely opened even 4 lunch. and when lobby is open u wait 10-15 min to even be acknowledged and all. sure hope it closes since one cannot order via drive thru every time & not expect the small drive up to be full. avoid!!

Food sucks here usually. It's a hit or miss between if the good is going to be ok, or if they are even open.

Very nice and helpful people. Went for lunch and it was very busy and shorthanded but everyone was working hard and still kept their patience with a very difficult customer before me. Food was great.

Went through drive thru. I saw employee drinking out of there cups and then touching the food with no gloves on. One wiped his face then scooped mashed potatoes in a bowl. The Mac and cheese taste like it was made in the same batch as the corn and the cob. Usually pretty good food! Not today! Deserves a -10

It started out with them asking to pull aside for just a moment, 4 cars later got there food, so I was upset and went inside, this young girl got an attitude with me when I said y did 4 other people get served before us? The girl then said not my problem. I gotvery upset and asked for my money back. My kidswere hungry and I was done dealing with this situation. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and im telling everyone I know how bad this KFC is...

Not only did we only get one sauce for an overpriced five piece combo, the chicken was raw. Absolutely unacceptable!

Portion sizes have changed and pri es have sky rocketed.

Food was good, sweet lightning mnt dew was gross. Went through the drive thru at 2:55pm didn't leave until 3:15 I was the only car in line. It took entirely too long especially while it was that slow.

Worst kfc I have ever been to. Waited for my food for 20 minutes while the girl at the window just stood around. Received my food. Ordered a 8 piece meal. The chicken was rubbery, greasy, and about 4 hours old if I had to guess. Manager was understanding, giving me a refund, but made me prove by picture how bad the chicken was. That is a health concern. Only had 2 bites.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. I found a chunk of hair in my food!! No refund. & got the wrong order back in return. They were playing their own music in their kitchen, it was so loud they couldn’t hear any of us!! HORRIBLE DISGUSTING. I’m just shocked at my experience here. (See photos with hair on chicken.)

My husband and I visited this location on Sunday 4/3 for a late lunch and got the famous bowl and chicken tenders. We were asked what sauces we wanted, bbq and ranch, when we got to the window, we learned regular bbq costed extra vs honey, which was annoying, but we delt with it. Fast forward to the evening, I started to not feel so well, and from about 9 pm until 7 am the next morning, I was sick to my stomach with food poisoning from the chicken tenders. I know it was the tenders because my husband didn't get sick and he only had the famous bowl, and i had the tenders. I did call and let them know of the issue on Tuesday, but the manager was not on staff that evening. I've not heard from them since. I will NOT be going back, and I do not recommend anyone else to go either unless you want stuff coming from both ends.

Great food as always. I don't know why they forget my biscuit sometimes...I expect those kind of failures to be corrected

Went through drive through and ordered 2 chicken tender meals. The receipt says what kind of sauce we ordered - no sauces. No cookies and we got the bottom of the fries. Too far to drive back. Beyond angry and the price has gone up almost $4/meal. Terrible value

KFC is always the place to go for a chicken dinner with all the fixings.

Since the pandemic there is only drive through. Our order was complete and what we asked for.

Great customer service. I went to KFC at around 9:10 and we went through the drive through and the lady there was very nice and funny.

Ordered 20 dollar deal and asked for mac and cheese instead of coleslaw, got home and had 2 macs , coleslaw and no potatoes and gravy. How hard is it to make a simple change.? Not impressed.

Distance from back tees is over 6800 yards. Front tees about 4500 yards. I love this KFC! This restaurant is always clean and tidy and we get a good bang for our buck. I love the chicken and the Buns. The raspberry iced tea here is the only place that makes it the way I like it! That's one of the reasons why I keep coming back here. Trendy crowd, and never packed just a moderate flow of people. Definitely a returning customer

I returned to KFC and added another star! The atmosphere was greatly improved. The service was fast. I was greeted by a pleasant lady who was all smiles. I especially appreciated the diet A&w Root beer. I will return!!

Great food. Food ordered Papa Burger. Cheese Burger. Mashed Potatoes, green beans. I love green beans. I ordered my Grandsons root beer floats. Employee are kind & pleasant. Restaurant is older place. Otherwise atmosphere good.

I ordered the chicken it was very tasty too bad the prices seem a little high. Fantastic root beer some of the best around.

Counter service was actually quite good. Back in the order prep area was really comical. One of the employees and the manager were constantly at each other. The manager was not handling the situation very well and the employee would have hit the bricks and found herself in the morning unemployment line had I been the manager. That was outright insubordination and the manager should have pulled that person off the line and handled it out of sight and hearing of customers. KFC needs better training of the management team.
